Flutterbat Reborn

Chapter 1: One Accident
One day at the lab in Twilight's castle, Fluttershy was looking around and exploring Twilight's scientific equipment.
"What is all of this?" asked Fluttershy.
"My scientific equipment." said Twilight. "Best not to touch any of them, they can be dangerous in unsafe hands."
Fluttershy pays attention to the potion over there pointing at it with her right hoof.
"What is that?" asks Fluttershy.
"Oh, that's the bat potion that accidentally ended up on you a while back. That incident where you messed up Applejack's farm and her crops." said Twilight.
"Oh, that." Fluttershy responded with a sad face.
"Don't be disappointed." said Twilight. "You managed to get that under control."
"I apologize for hurting you guys that night." replied Fluttershy.
"Don't get too stuck in the past. Try to look towards the future." said Twilight.
"Twilight, I have some drinks to serve us. Ginger ale." said Spike as he walked into the room.
"Can I have some?" said Fluttershy.
"Sure." said Spike.
As the three of them drink ginger ale, breeze of the wind knocked down the bat potion. The tip opened and spilled onto Fluttershy's drink without any of them noticing it. Fluttershy too doesn't notice it either, drinking the cup and mistakes the potion as part of the ginger ale.
"It was nice to come by." said Fluttershy. "I hope to see you again."
"You too Fluttershy. Come by tomorrow for breakfast." said Twilight.
"I will." replied Fluttershy.
As Fluttershy left the castle, she went back to her home on the other side of town. Upon arriving back home, she started to feel funny. Soon, it turned into a sickness, and Fluttershy didn't feel any good. She decided to head to her bedroom to rest it off. Unbeknownst to her, she was beginning to turn into a bat pony. As the time passed from day into night, Fluttershy woke up and started to feel funny. She went to a bathroom to look at herself in the mirror. Her first reaction:
"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!"
She saw herself for the third time as a bat pony again. Shocked and scared, she went downstairs where her appearance shocked her pet Angel; Angel was terrified of Flutterbat, and back off away for a bit. Trying to calm herself down, she went outside for a walk locking the door behind her. While walking, a crime took place in front of her eyes.
"Give me the money!" said one male pony.
"No, back away!" said the female pony.
The thief went to mug the female pony where Flutterbat said:
"Hey you! Back off and leave her alone!" she yelled.
"This is none of your business. Back off or you're next." said the male pony.
"Leave her alone. Now." said Flutterbat.
"Now you're asking for it!" said the male pony.
As the male pony attacked Flutterbat, she responded by grabbing his left hoof with her right hoof, punching his body with her left hoof and pulled a judo move, slamming his body onto the dirt.
"SWOOP!" "THUMP!" the male pony was grabbed to the ground knocked out. The female pony was shocked.
"Are you alright, miss?" asked Flutterbat.
"Yeah, I'm fine. Thanks for helping me. It's getting late, let me get out of here and head home!" said the female pony.
As the female pony ran away, Flutterbat had a moment to think to herself of this action. She told herself:
"I beat up a crook. If I can use my powers for good, I can help stop crime in Ponyville."
She immediately went back to her home, and said this to Angel:
"I apologize for scaring you Angel. It seems I have gotten the bat point again, I didn't mean to scare you." said Flutterbat. "I'm not suffering from this accident I got from that potion… the potion… it got into my drink!"
She then added:
"I got to go to Twilight's castle tomorrow and tell her what happened." She knew one thing was certain, and said to Angel the following words:
"I'm gonna use my powers to show the ponies of Ponyville that criminals don't run our town, we do."
Meanwhile back at Twilight's castle, Twilight made the discovery many hours too late.
"The bat potion, it's gone!" said Twilight. "You didn't think Fluttershy drank some, did she?"
"No, I didn't think so." said Spike. "I didn't see anything while we were drinking that ginger ale."
"Well, in that case, it's best if we go to bed for the night." said Twilight.
"Yeah, I agree. I am tired. I've had a long day." said Spike.
As the two go to bed, Fluttershy's accident remained unknown to the two of them.
As the next day came, breakfast was underway at Twilight's castle. All of the Mane cast with the exception of Fluttershy. When she did enter the castle, all of the Mane members looked at her in shock.
"You're a bat again?!?!" said Twilight.
"Umm, yeah. It's a long story." said Flutterbat.
