After storming away, I had gone for a walk outside in order to try and calm down.
"What's wrong with me?" I asked while kicking a rock.
"How did I ever get a crush on someone so full of herself?!" I asked, my magic flaring to life around me as I yelled. No matter what I tried, there was no getting Apple's words out of my mind and the more I heard them the angrier I was getting.
"Kitty, please don't tell anyone about this," came a voice from around the corner of the school building which snapped me out of my anger. When I peaked around to see who it was, I found Cerise Hood talking to Kitty Cheshire who was sitting up in a tree.
"I don't know, it's too purrfect for me to keep to myself," said Kitty before she vanished.
"This can't be happening," said Cerise who was panicked.
"Hey Cerise…," I said while walking toward her. However, she scared me when she suddenly turned around while growing and her eyes glowing a bright yellow and I swear I saw fangs in her mouth.
"Whoa, it's alright, it's just me, Raven," I said as I jumped back with my hands up in the air.
"Oh, sorry Raven," said Cerise after coming back to her senses.
"I'm just really on edge right now and…," she said while crossing her arms before her and turning around.
"It's alright, also I didn't hear much of what was going on between you and Kitty so whatever secret you have I didn't hear it," I said at the same time my body relaxed.
"But if you need to talk about anything I'm here for you," I told her as Cerise stood with her back toward me. The two of us had started to become friends a few months back by this point but I still did not know much about her so I was not prepared for what was to come.
"Well, maybe it would be good to have one friend who knows," Cerise said while pulling a locket out.
"Professor Badwolf is your dad?" I asked after seeing a picture in the locket of the professor and Red Riding Hood.
"He is, and Kitty now knows and plans to use it against me," said Cerise. Just as Cerise said, Kitty did try to out her but I had managed to cover it up and even got a little revenge on the Wonderlandian, I'm sure that news about that got around by the time this is being read though.
