That evening after I had been cleared by the healer, Apple and I had gone back to Ever After High.

"Hope you don't mind me asking, but what is it that you want to do after graduating?" Apple asked me as we walked side by side.

"I want to help my family's territory," I told her.

"There's so much that needs to be fixed thanks to what all my mother did to it and I want to see the people happy for once in their lives," I said with a smile at the thought of what all I had planned.

"Knowing you, it won't take long at all," Apple said as she returned the smile. We then walked into the girls' dorm where everything was pitch black.

"Is the power out?" I asked. Suddenly, the lights turned on while everyone jumped out of hiding spots all around the room.

"Surprise!" they all yelled.

"What is all of this?" I questioned while looking at a banner that read 'Welcome Home,' that was draped across the top of the stareway.

"We heard that you were released from the hospital and wanted to throw you a party to welcome you back," said my BFFA, Maddie Hatter, as she drank tea at a small table. And knowing Maddie she probably pulled all of it out of her hat which seamed to be able to hold anything she needed.

"It's also an apology from some of us," said Ashlynn.

"We thought you would be just like your mother, but now we see that it's far from the truth because a true Evil Queen would never have saved Apple like you did," said Briar.

"Apology accepted," I said while smiling at them.

"But I'm surprised Madam Baba Yaga did not put a stop to this," I said.

"Headmaster Grimm told her to leave us alone when we started setting up and she went to rat us out to him," said Cupid.

"He's been kind of strange since your accident," Jillian told me.

"He has, has he?" I asked with no emotion. But I quickly covered that up by talking about the party.
