Early in the morning, Headmaster Grimm, who I'll start calling Grandpa from now on in this story, had called an urgent assembly for the whole campus which got everyone to gather in the charmitorium.

"Any clue what this could be about?" Cerise asked me while she sat on my right side and Maddie on my left.

"No clue," I answered. My sight then fell on Apple who was sitting a few rows in front of us with Briar and Ashlynn.

"Hex, she saw me," I thought when Apple turned to look at me and waved.

"You and Red Fruit have been like doves in a tree since coming back from the white walls, is there anything you want to tell your Hatter friend," said Maddie while I waved back at the blonde before she turned back to those she was sitting with.

"We talked things out at the hospital," I told her. Years of being around Maddie helped me to pick up on the language of Wonderlandians.

"Sure, and I haven't been listening to the writer again," she told me while rolling her eyes. Given that I'm the one who is writing this now it kind of worries me that she said that now that I'm thinking back on it.

Grandpa then walked out onto the stage before I could say anything back to her.

"Ahem, I'll keep this quick," Grandpa said into the mike, a little feedback ringing out into the room before continuing.

"Because of recent events, and some well needed reproach of how things have been going, I have decided to lock the Storybook of Legends away, for good," he said.

"Didn't see that coming," I whispered while the room was filled with the sounds of gasps and panic. Some of the girls in the crowd of students had even fainted at hearing what Grandpa said.

"You can't do that!" said Daring as he stood from his seat.

"I can and already have, and nothing can change that now, Mr. Charming," said Grandpa while staring the Charming sibling down.

"Just like how nothing can change this, right?" Daring questioned before pressing a button on his mirror phone. A video of Grandpa and my conversation from the night before then began to play on a screen behind Grandpa.

"Hex," I said under my breath at the sight of the video.
