Dr. Henry 'Indiana' Jones, Godfather and Adventurer

[Author's Note: Okay, I am taking a break from my other fanfics to try a, Harry Potter Crossover with Indiana Jones. I am not sure how it will turn out, so this may be a one shot but if you like it then I may turn it into a story. Please let me know what you think? Since I am not real sure how well this will do.]
Dr. Indiana Jones was an Archaeologist and a Professor of Archaeology at the University of Marshall. Of course, he had been friends with a Dr. Michael Anthony Evans; which was a History Professor at the University of London. Sometimes, they would go on grand adventures together; Professor Evans usually went on these adventures just to have fun with his best friend, Dr. Henry Jones III or as he was better known as Indiana Jones or Indy for short.
Then one day, Professor Evans had written to him asking him to be the godfather to his daughter, Lily Maria Evans; which he had agreed to be the godfather and he couldn't help but noticed that for some reason that Mike's other daughter, Petunia seemed a little jealous of Lily whenever he had managed to drop by occasionally while on one of his crazy adventures in Archaeology.
Later on, Mike had written to him telling that there was trouble in London after Lily had married a young man named James Potter and that Lily and her husband had to go into hiding along with their baby girl named Harriet Phoenix Jasmine Potter.
Now, that letter in which Mike had wrote him; made him wonder about what kind of job that Lily's husband had that they would have to go into hiding. He had to wonder if Lily's husband worked for his government like he had in his younger years like his late twenties and early thirties.
About a few years had passed now; but Dr. Jones was still curious as what had happened to Lily and her family since he hadn't heard from them in a long time. He was now in London, England heading to a dig site of an ancient civilization that seemed to stump his fellow Archeologist. However, when he arrived at the site; he was stunned to see a gentleman that seemed overweight with his family. But what caught his attention more so was a young girl that seemed to favor Lily a bit.
"Why the bloody can't you gentlemen do your job?!" The overweight man said angerily.
"We're waiting for Dr. Jones because we don't know how to proceed from here, sir." The man said.
"I don't pay you to stand around all day!" The overweight man yelled.
"Vernon, may be there is a reason that they can't proceed?" Then thinly woman with a long neck said.
At that moment, a man dressed in a khaki shirt and pants with a brown leather belt as well as paired with a brown leather jacket and shoes. The man was also wearing a brown colored fandora hat and at his side was a leather whip. He approached them and said, "Was your company aware that they would possibly be digging up the past?"
The man called Vernon looked at the man and asked, "Who the bloody hell are you?"
"My name is Dr. Indiana Jones. I'm an Archaeologist as well as a College professor and it seems that your company has somehow managed to find one of the unexpected archaeological sites that could have been part of Britain's past." Dr. Jones said as he was watching the young girl curiously .
"I don't bloody care! Just do your job so we can do ours!" Vernon yelled.
To say that Indy was stunned by this man's attitude was an understatement; in fact, he felt like punching him because he was very inconsiderate of the historical past as a man from the working crew handed him a relic of sorts. However, he deverted his attention to the young girl as she seemed to be taking an interest in what the other man had handed him.
