"Last time on Total Drama Island," Chris recapped, "Our campers ran through an obstacle course to save some teammates trapped in booths that were slowly filling with water." The scene flashed back to 'Smart' Damien and Sky panicking in the booths while Julia remained calm. "Who's the sick puppy that comes up with this stuff?" The camera zoomed out to show two huge red arrows pointing directly at Chris. "Got these made special just for that joke," he teased, "Cause I'm rich!"
...
The scene flashed back to Nichelle's run. "The Toxic Rats wanted to finish strong," Chris continued, "So they chose Nichelle to go last, though it was actually a set-up by Luna. Turns out Nichelle is only an action hero on TV. In real life, not so great." The scene changed to Lauren's run. "But Scary Girl was scary good."
...
The scene changed to Echo's sabotage and Mike freeing 'Smart' Damien. "Echo tried to make sure the Frogs lost by endangering 'Smart' Damien's life," Chris continued. "Fortunately, Mike was there to shatter Echo's hopes...and quite a bit of glass." The scene changed to Nichelle's elimination. "And Luna decided that was a wrap on Nichelle."
...
The scene changed back to Chris on the dock. "Wanna know who's going home today?" he narrated. "Patience. You'll know in twenty minutes, right here on Total...Drama...Island!"

It was early morning. In the Bears' cabin, Millie was groaning as she rubbed her arms and legs. "Every muscle in my body hurts right now," she commented, "And I didn't know I had muscles."
"Of course you have muscles," Destiny replied, "Just like you have bones and eyes and ears and mouth and nose..."
"Heads, shoulders, knees and toes!" Ella sang. The two girls shared a giggle until they were knocked over by some pillows. "Hey, Singy-Pants, you mind?" Jo lashed back. "I can't concentrate on my exercise with your yapping!"
"Oh, I'm sorry!" Ella quickly apologized.
"Wait a minute, Gray," Destiny countered as she faced Jo. "I can jam my tunes whenever I damn well please! You have no right to shush me!"
"Yes, I do!" Jo argued.
"Says who?!"
"Girls, girls!" Lara reasoned as she split the duo apart. "Both of you, calm down!"
Confessional: Lara (Confused Bears)
"Great. Most of the girls are in complete disarray. I swear if the guys start arguing among themselves, this team's gonna go down the toilet."
End Confessional
"Any idea on where the other girls are?" Rose asked Carly as she entered the girls' side of the Gopher cabin.
"They went ahead and got breakfast," Carly explained. "Though Heather wanted to get the feel of ants out of her system with a hot shower." The duo then noticed Chase entering their cabin. "Ladies..." he greeted.
"Can we help you?" Carly wondered.
"That challenge yesterday was quite the workout, but there's one special person who won us that victory. To Nichelle, for being brutally bad!"
"Don't be mean," Rose scolded. "And plus, we only got second place."
"I feel sorry for her," Carly admitted. "Wait. Is that mean?"
"You're good. And it's not entirely Nichelle's fault she's bad."
"Yeah. I guess she was used to not doing stuff on her own because of her celebrity status."
"Totally," Chase agreed. "It's like how Emma dumped me because she thought I put her 'in danger', but I knew she'd be fine."
"That's not the same thing at all," Carly argued, "And you were totally in the wrong."
"Hey, what's your damage? I was agreeing with you. You might wanna try harder to make friends."
"Carly has a friend: me!" Rose defended as she faced Chase. "And not the not real reality show kind of friendship. The really real kind in reality for real friendship."
"What?" Chase wondered in confusion.
"I kind of confused myself for a moment, but Carly is my friend, so maybe YOU should try harder!"
"Whatever," Chase scoffed before heading off.
"Thanks, Rose," Carly sighed.
"Of course," Rose assured her. "Gee, I wonder if all internet stars are like him."
"I hope not." Carly then hopped down from her bunk. "Well, I'm going to go for a walk," she decided.
"You want me to come with?" Rose offered.
"Um, actually, I wish to be alone."
"Okay. Just thought I'd ask. Just be careful of poison ivy and poison oak."
"Thanks."
Confessional: Carly (Screaming Gophers)
"Rose is a great friend, but I also need some alone time to figure out who the saboteur could be. Lacey's suggestion of Heather is possible, but Heather just seems to be angry at Gwen only, so there would be no need to sabotage Elias. Plus, it could've been someone from another team entirely! Ugh, the suspect pool is just so...big!"

In the spa hotel, Sol was busy dicing up some vegetables when he noticed Samey watching him from the counter. "Morning, Sammy," he greeted. "Just dicing up the holy trinity here."
"What is that, exactly?" Samey asked.
"You honestly don't know, cher? It's simply onions, bell peppers and celery. It's called the holy trinity because it's the base for a whole bunch of dishes." He slid the diced veggies into a little bowl. "There. All prepped."
"What are you doing, sir?" Phoebe groggily asked as she dragged herself and her stuffed penguin into the kitchen.
"You're making breakfast again?" Brick wondered as he joined Phoebe's side.
"Why is everybody bothered by this?" Sol demanded. "I'm very good at cooking."
"His frico...frige...squirrel stuff was really yummy," Samey stammered.
"Really?" Brick thought. "Huh."
"Maybe I'll try it after I get dressed," Phoebe yawned. "Come on, Pete." She started to head off, though she accidentally bumped into the wall. "I'll help," Brick offered as he led the drowsy Phoebe away.
"Those two are something else," Sol chuckled. "I even saw those two sleeping on the floor together while the TV was still playing."
"Uh-oh," Samey thought.
"What do you mean? They seem fine for each other."
"Not that. I-I mean, they don't know about-" Phoebe's sharp scream cut Samey off. "What the hell?" Sol wondered. The duo rushed over to the bedrooms, where Phoebe was clutching her stuffed penguin while Brick carried her in his arms. "What's going on?" Sol asked Brick.
"Why don't you take a look for yourself?" Brick offered. Sol peeked in and gasped at what he saw: a huge bear lying on the floor, sound asleep, with Helga (in a dark-blue robe slipped over her outfit and fluffy blue slippers) sleeping on top of it. "Is that what I think it is?" Sol thought.
"If you mean a ferocious bear," Anne-Maria (in a hot-pink nightgown) replied with some irritability, "Then yes!"
"I'm just grateful they're sound sleepers," Nikki (in a big midnight-blue shirt and dark-gray pants) breathed out.
"Well, get that beast out of here!" Valerie (in a silky white pajama set and matching white sleep mask on her head) lashed out.
"Stand back," Brick advised the others as they exited the bedroom. "Me and Sol shall take care of this issue."
"Excuse me?" Sol whipped back. "I ain't crazy enough to tangle with a bear."
"Fine, then," Valerie decided. "I'm sure Luna would love playing with that teddy." Sol widened his eyes in realization. "You vile and manipulative little-" he grumbled. "Fine." The two boys went back into the bedroom. "I hope they're okay," Phoebe squeaked out as she hugged her stuffed penguin. She winced as she heard some blows and roars. A moment later, a battered Brick and Sol were flung out of the room. "Man, that bear did a number on you two," Laney (in black pants and a black shirt) commented.
"This ain't from the bear," Sol weakly pointed out. The group noticed Helga glaring at them as she opened the door. "Eti malen'kiye ublyudki," she grumbled. The bear roared as he poked its head out the door. "Yes, yes, I know," Helga replied.
Confessional: Anne-Maria (Frogs of Death)
"That girl is a nut. It can't be just me that thinks that, right? She let a goddamn bear sleep with her! No way is that normal!"

"Hey, Priya," Millie greeted as she saw her enter the cabin. "Where have you been?"
"Just doing a run around the island before the challenge starts," Priya explained between sips of water. "You've always gotta be prepared. Where are the other girls at?"
"They had a little fight before heading out. I decided to stay back in case they started fighting again."
"Hey, maybe we should form an alliance!"
"Are you sure? I'm not as well-prepared for these challenges as you are."
"I can train you. Let me train you. It'll be so fun! Say yes, say yes, say yes!"
"Yes."
Confessional: Millie (Confused Bears)
"Priya likes me so much I almost feel bad for eviscerating her and her parents in my book. But science is he pursuit of facts, not friends."

"Can you believe Nichelle?" Wayne thought as he, Raj, Dakota, Sam and MK sat outside the Rats' cabin. "She was so fierce in the movies! Was she just pretending all this time?"
"Uh, news flash," MK informed him, "That how TV works. None of it is real."
"One of the unspoken rules of TV, right?" Sam asked Dakota.
"But she stopped an alien invasion!" Raj argued. "Wait. If that was fake, does that mean they're still coming?"
"Also on TV," MK pointed out, "Also not real."
"Wait," Wayne realized, "We're on TV! Does that mean we're not real?" The two boys widened their eyes in shock before starting to panic.
Confessional: MK (Toxic Rats)
"Alright, I like messing with people's minds, but come on. Some minds just mess with themselves."

Meanwhile, Carly was wandering around the woods. "Come on," she muttered under her breath. "I gotta find something!"
"Looking for some more squirrels to talk to?" a voice joked. Carly turned to see Dean walking down the path. "Oh, it's you," she greeted. "What are you doing here?"
"I could ask you the same thing," Dean countered. "You've been all sneaky and paranoid recently. What gives?"
"Well, I, uh, it, um..." While Carly was stuttering, Dean noticed a blur dashing towards a trailer. "Well, since you're busy blabbing," Dean decided, "I've got something to check out. Goodbye." He jogged off, leaving Carly a tad bit depressed.
Confessional: Carly (Screaming Gophers)
"Ugh, I can't believe I fumbled that up. But it's not like I could tell just anyone about the saboteur, no matter how smart or good-looking the guy may be...um, ignore that last little bit, please."
End Confessional
The figure entered the trailer, unaware of Dean spying on the culprit's actions. "Wait a moment," he realized as he noticed the red clip in the culprit's neon-blue hair, "That's-!" Echo smirked as she picked up a slip of paper. "Oh, what's this?" she thought. "A list of the challenges Chrissie has planned? Yes, please."
"What do you have there, Echo?" Dean demanded as he stood in the doorway. Echo gasped before quickly hiding the paper behind her back. "Hello, there," she greeted with a tone as sickily sweet as fresh caramel. "What are you doing here?"
"I'm asking the questions, Bluebell," Dean countered. "What are you hiding behind your back?"
"What, this? It's just a little drawing that I saw Lindsay make. I was just fetching it for her after Chef heartlessly took it away."
"Oh, a drawing, huh? Do I look like I was born yesterday?"
"I don't know what you're-"
"I overheard what you read off. And the fact that you lied to me about it only confirms my suspicions. Now cough it up!" Dean tried to grab the paper but Echo gave him a swift kick to the stomach, making him keel over. "So long, you worthless little bastard," Echo told him before running off with the paper. Dean could only cough in response.
Confessional: Dean (Confused Bears)
"No wonder Miss Morningstar was acting so skittish. With a friend like Echo, who needs enemies?"

"Hey, Emma," Chase greeted as he approached the table that she, Bowie and Anthony were eating at.
"Hey," Emma reluctantly replied. Chase flashed her a grin. The duo noticed Anthony and Bowie sitting nearby. "We'll give ye some privacy to talk," Anthony decided. He and Bowie moved down to the end of the table. "Go ahead," Bowie told the duo. "We're not even here."
"I, uh, just wanted to let you know that all my bruises are healing up," Chase assured Emma, "So you can stop worrying about me."
"What makes you think I was worrying?" Emma argued.
"Hey, come on. I saw you watching."
"Uh, yeah, because I like seeing you in pain! That's why I kept firing cabbages at you during the pirate challenge all day!"
"So, you were thinking about me all day! That's sweet, babe." Chase chuckled as he tapped Emma's nose. "Catch you later," he said before heading off. Emma just groaned as she slammed her fist into her bowl. "We couldn't help but overhear," Anthony admitted as he and Bowie, both now covered in slop, approached Emma. "You okay, lass?"
"What do I need to do to show him we're over?" Emma asked.
"Well," Bowie reasoned, "If you wanna prove you're done thinking about Chase, just spit-balling here, maybe you should stop thinking about him."
Confessional: Anthony (Toxic Rats)
"I have a hankering that's easier said than done."
Confessional: Emma (Toxic Rats)
"I can do that. No problem. No, I already forgot he's here. Who's here? I don't know." She flicked a strand of hair away. "Boop. Ha. Seems so easy. I'm talking about Chase."
End Confessionals
"Not to agree with Chase," Priya told Millie as they ate, "But we could use another ally."
"An ally?" Millie wondered.
"Yeah, someone who'll vote with us instead of against us. Since we know the girls better, we should get one of them as our ally."
"Okay, but who? Allying with Sky or Jo will create an enemy in the other, Sugar's too bossy, Blainley only cares about herself, Lara and Destiny are too loyal to Beardo and Greg, Ella is so nice that she could be unreliable, and Melody is..."
"A wildcard?" Melody guessed as she stared at Millie. Millie gave a scream of fright. "Yep," she nervously replied. "That."
"Then my job for the time being is finished," Melody stated before walking off.
"That just leaves..." Priya reasoned as her eyes drifted to another table. Lauren was grinning as lightning crashed behind her and she stirred her bowl. "Okay, then," Millie decided. "Scary Girl it is. You go ahead. I'll stay here and scream if she tries to eat you."
"Shouldn't we both talk to her?" Priya nervously thought.
"Nah. You're a people person." The duo noticed Lauren giggling as she stirred her bowl. "Oh, okay," Priya nervously told Millie. "Sure. Here I go."
"Good luck," Millie whispered. Priya walked over to Lauren, who was pounding the table with her spoon. "Yay, Team Bear!" Priya cheered. "Whoo-whoo!" Lauren sniffed the air. "You smell nervous," she commented as one eye drifted to a sweating Priya.
Confessional: Priya (Confused Bears)
"Yep, and when I get nervous, my awkwardess goes from 40% to about 75...thousand...bajillion."
End Confessional
"So, we'd be like Puffy Pals?" Priya nervously asked Lauren as the latter carved into the table with her spoon. "That's what I call my stuffed animals. Not anymore. Well, I mean, that's still their name. We're just not friends currently. I mean, we're NOT not friends. It wasn't a fight. Just, you know, life."
"Why are you still talking?" Lauren asked.
"Yeah. Good question. I just wanted to say...you surprised me at yesterday's challenge. You were so good."
"Oh, it surprised you that I was good because you thought I'd be bad?" Priya could only stammer in response. "Easy, ladies," Ethan advised as he and Ezekiel walked over. "We're supposed to be a team. Miss Priya wasn't trying to insult you. She was just a little freaked out by your performance yesterday."
"Yeah," Priya replied.
"Considering Scary Girl looks like a haunted circus doll with the eyes of a soul-sucking corpse," Ezekiel put in, "Who wouldn't be freaked out and think you'd be weak in all the challenges, eh? That's all she was trying to say." Ethan quickly put a hand over Ezekiel's mouth. "We best be going," he told the girls. "Ezekiel and I need to talk...again. Um, no hard feelings, Miss Lauren." As the two boys walked off, they didn't notice Lauren twisting her head around to face Priya.
Confessional: Ethan (Confused Bears)
"He's a work in progress."
Confessional: Ezekiel (Confused Bears)
"I don't get why Ethan seems mad, eh. That's what Priya was telling Scary Girl...right?"
End Confessionals
"That's not what I was trying to say!" Priya tried to explain as she cowered from Lauren, who raised her spoon up like a knife. "Those were Zeke's words!"
"Campers!" Chris announced over the loudspeakers. "It's challenge time! Oh, and if I find out whoever broke into my trailer, they will automatically be eliminated!"
"Uh, fingers crossed it's Luna?" Sam told Dakota as they ate.
"Fingers crossed," Dakota agreed as she held up her crossed fingers. Later, the teams were gathered in an area. "Gophers, Rats, Bears and Frogs," Chris began, "Welcome to your next challenge: Capture the Skull." He noticed Lauren squealing and clapping. "Settle down," he told her. "They're not real." Lauren stopped cheering. "Chef and the interns built each team a...fort here, here, here and here," Chris explained as he pointed to the map. "In front of each team's fort is a pedestal, where your skulls lie. Each skull is colored to tell them apart. Green for Gophers, white for Rats, red for Bears and silver for Frogs."
"Silver?" Mike questioned.
"Yes, silver. We were out of purple paint. First team to capture another team's skull and bring it back to me here wins while the team with the captured skull will send someone home."
"Does it have to be one of the skulls provided or would you accept any skull?" Lauren asked.
"Why is she looking at my head?" 'Smart' Damien noted. "Tell her to stop looking at my head!"
"Scary Girl," Chris informed her, "It has to be the skull I provide, and you should always be this far away from me." He pushed Lauren away with a stick. "I think that was a smart question," Priya noted when she quickly noticed Lauren's glare. "Not...just smart for you. Smart for anyone." Lauren's head twisted a bit, making a sickingly CRACK as it did. "Just plain smart," Priya rambled on. "You're smart. Whoo-whoo!"
Confessional: Priya (Confused Bears)
"Someone please stop me from talking to her."
End Confessional
"To defend your skull," Chris continued, "Each fort is equipped with several...let's call them weapons: fire hoses, stink bombs, boulders and harpoon launchers."
"Those things look pointy," Wayne noted. "How do we finish the challenge if, you know, all the blood falls out of our body?"
"And that is bad because...?" Luna asked with a bored expression.
"You seriously have to ask?" Dakota scolded. "How deranged are you?"
"Been asking that for sixteen years now," Sol remarked.
"Don't worry," Chris assured the teens. "These only fire toilet plungers. Watch." The Gophers ducked as he fired a plunger from the harpoon launcher. The plunger sliced a testing dummy's head off and knocked a tree down. "Did you turn up the air pressure on these?" Oliver asked as he ran over to Chris's side.
"What?" Chris innocently asked. "Why would I-? Of course I did." Oliver just rolled his eyes as he stormed off with the harpoon launcher. "For once in your life, can you think of the ratings?" Chris told him with some glee.
"Ratings up," Oliver commented, "But air pressure down."
"Ugh. Guess Mister Safety will be making the harpoons less exciting."
"Boo!" Luna moaned.
"And you'll also have cover," Chris continued. "Each fort area has shields popping up and down at random intervals. Teams must decide who defends and who tries to capture the other teams' skull."
Over at the Gophers' fort, they were discussing their strategy. "How exactly are we gonna play this?" Carly thought.
"We simply try our best to defend our skull?" Bryan suggested.
"'Simply trying' ain't gonna get us victory," 'Dumb' Damien scoffed.
"But it might be our best play," Lacey reasoned. "As long as our skull doesn't get captured, we won't lose."
"No," Heather argued, "Winning should be our priority. I say we send a small group to try and snatch a skull."
"Trent and I can be one group," Carly volunteered.
"Helen and I can be the other group," Corey added.
"Any ideas on our offense?" Helen asked with some excitement.
"I've got a crazy plan that just might work."
Confessional: Helen (Screaming Gophers)
"Corey's an even better guy than I could've imagined! I wonder what made him and Laney fall out, though. But I won't press it until he's ready."
End Confessional
"Okay," Wayne told the Rats at their fort, "Most of the other teams have an extra player, so they got a power play."
"Which means we gotta work harder to keep them out of our zone," Raj added.
"Totally, Rajie. Pass the head-bone to the other player, keep-away style."
Confessional: Bowie (Toxic Rats)
"These hockey talks are like puppies; not the smartest, but adorable!"
End Confessional
"Emma, Julia, Sam, Dakota," Raj instructed, "D-1 to D-2 wheel break-out. MK on the wing gets it to the pivot while Bowie, Lightning, DJ, Bridgette and Geoff take their eyes away. No blind passes. Let's get that skull! Go, go, go!" He and Raj rushed off. "Uh, did anyone understand any of that?" Bridgette wondered.
"Not a word," Bowie replied, "But it was kinda cute. Let's go."
"Guess that means we're on offense, then," Geoff reasoned to MK, Bridgette and DJ.
"That's how the Lightning likes it!" Lightning boasted.
"Okay..." MK replied with some uncertainty as the group followed Bowie.
"Guess the rest of us are on defense," Emma said.
"Sure," Julia answered as she typed on her phone, "Whatever."
"Alright, weaklings," Keith ordered to the Frogs, "We have the advantage of the most players, and I wanna keep it that way, got it? So, here's-" He noticed Cameron had raised his hand. "Can't you see I'm talking here?"
"Maybe if you opened your ears for once," Jane scolded, "We might get a good idea that'll work. Go ahead, Cameron."
"I was going to suggest moving the skull around to a different person," Cameron spoke up.
"That is the stupidest idea ever," Valerie scoffed, "And here I thought you were useful."
"Is that even allowed?" Brick thought.
"Chris never said the skull had to stay on the pedestal," Shane informed them, "So I suppose it is. But how is it a good idea again?"
"They can't capture the skull if it's on the move," Cameron and Scarlett simultaneously replied.
"Talk about being in sync," Rodney commented. "I bet it's a sign."
"A sign that the nerd's idea is lame!" Ripper argued.
"Sorry, short stuff," Jasmine told Cameron. "While it sounds good, it's simply too risky." As the duo talked, they didn't notice Mike eyeing the silver skull. "Hmm..." he thought.
"So," Lara (now cosplaying as Buttercup from The Powerpuff Girls) began as the Bears stood at their fort, "How will we know when the game starts?" She overheard Wayne and Raj hooting as they ran towards them. "Have those idiots ever heard an owl before?" Jo scoffed.
"They're coming!" Priya gasped. "We need a plan!"
"She's right," Sky agreed. "I'll help with defense. Who's with me?"
"Ethan, Melody and I can handle the fire hose," Paul suggested.
"Great!" Priya exclaimed.
"Plunger harpoons are with us," Jo decided as she, Shawn and Dave held them up.
"Awesome!"
"We can take care of the stink bombs, eh," Ezekiel suggested as he, Ella, Alejandro and Sugar carried them.
"Perfect!"
"I call jackhammer!" Lauren called out as she waved her hand.
"Nice! Wait, what?" Lauren then dashed across as she rode on the jackhammer. "Chef, did you leave a jackhammer on the playing field?" Chris asked him as he watched the scene from a tablet.
"I was busy with some...stuff," Chef explained. Chris simply took out a megaphone. "Everyone," he announced through it, "Chef made a mistake. So obviously, the jackhammer is...now part of the game!"
"Go, go, go!" Wayne shouted as his group dashed across. However, the group stopped when they saw Lauren giggling as she rode on the jackhammer. "Who wants to be my first crush?" she asked them with glee.
"Run away!" Wayne yelled out. MK and Lightning screamed as Lauren tried to follow them.
Confessional: Wayne and Raj (Toxic Rats)
"Talking about bringing the hammer down, eh?" Wayne began. "Whatcha think, Rajie?"
"Penalty!" Raj exclaimed.
"Or ten-to-twenty for attempted murder." Raj laughed at Wayne's response. "Nice one!" he complimented. "The joke, I mean. Not murder. Murder's not nice."
"Oh, that was deep, bro," Wayne replied.
End Confessional
"I wonder what that racket's about," Corey thought as overheard the Rats' screams.
"Don't know," Helen shrugged as she finished tying what looked like a speaker around her chest. "How is this gonna work again?"
"We'll be able to blast the other guys back with the power of our music!"
"Awesome! Let's try it out!" Helen noticed Sierra and Jane running towards them. "There's the Gophers' fort," Jane called out. However, the two girls were knocked back by a sonic blast from Helen's guitar. "It works!" Helen giggled.
"Let's charge ahead to one of those forts and snag us a skull," Corey suggested as he tied a speaker around his chest. The duo ran ahead, guitars in hand.
Confessional: Corey (Screaming Gophers)
"Helen is totally one of the best friends a guy could have. No hard feelings, Kin and Kon. You still totally rock! I guess Helen would be, like, third place. That's still a bronze medal."
End Confessional
The Gophers overheard Wayne and Raj's screams. "They're on the run!" Chase shouted. "Let's do this! Come on!" He started to run off. "Wait!" Lacey called out. "We're supposed to-"
"Don't," Sarah advised her. "He won't listen. Let's focus on the skull, okay?" Lacey just took a breath. "Fine," she grumbled, "But if he screws up, he's done for."
"They're coming!" Emma warned as she readied her hose. "Get ready!"
"Busy," Julia noted as she held up her cell phone.
"This is great!" Priya exclaimed as she, Millie, Lara and Beardo ran ahead.
"Yeah!" Millie agreed.
"Hey, there's Chase," Lara noted, "But why is he hanging back?" Chase was whistling as he walked at a leisurely pace. "Weird," Lara noted.
"Get down!" Priya warned before ducking down. However, Millie, Beardo and Lara were hit by a blast of water. "And that's why I was hanging back," Chase smugly informed them.
"Oh, no!" Priya gasped. "Millie, are you okay?"
"She isn't, and you won't be, either." Priya gasped as Emma blasted her hose, but a shield rose up and blocked the water. "You landlubbers got lucky this time," Anthony told them. "Now who's next?" He looked around but only saw Chase. "Oh, you've GOT to be kidding," Anthony grumbled under his breath.
Confessional: Anthony (Toxic Rats)
"How is the lass supposed to not think about Chase when that louse is right in front of us?!" He let out a groan.
Confessional: Emma (Toxic Rats)
"Blasting him might send the wrong message, but letting him get the skull will for sure send the wrong message! Hmm...when in doubt, hurt Chase."

Emma tried to blast Chase, but a shield rose up and blocked the water.
Confessional: Chase (Screaming Gophers)
"See how Emma waited until I was safe?" He chuckled. "That's love!"
Confessional: Anthony (Toxic Rats)
"Let me guess: when in doubt, hurt Chase." He sighed. "That's just sad."

"Thanks for waiting, babe," Chase told Emma. "We're like secret teammates!" Emma could only groan in frustration. Meanwhile, 'Smart' Damien and Topher were pacing around the skull pedestal while Trent and Carly spied on them from a bush. "How exactly are we gonna do this?" Carly whispered.
"We need to find a way to distract them," Trent quietly replied. "Then we'll get the skull. Though I haven't figured out the distraction part yet."
"I've got an idea, if you're okay with it." Carly whispered something into Trent's ear. "That would do it," Trent admitted.
"No sign of the others," Sol noted as he, Anne-Maria, Scarlett and Cameron approached 'Smart' Damien and Topher.
"Maybe they aren't even trying to come near us," Topher boasted.
"We are the strongest team here," Anne-Maria bragged.
"I wouldn't put all our eggs in one basket," Sol advised them.
"The guy's right," Cameron agreed, unaware of something slithering near his feet. "Who knows what plans the other teams might have for taking the skull?"
"Um, you guys might wanna be careful where you step."
"What are you-?" Topher began but gasped as he and Cameron noticed a dark-green snake slithering around their feet. It gave a soft hiss as it kept moving. "Stay...calm," Sol warned Cameron and Topher. "Snakes can sense movement." However, the snake lunged forward towards 'Smart' Damien, who let out a blood-curling scream before running off in a panic. "Come back!" Scarlett shouted.
"Forget about him!" Topher told her as he tried to shake the snake, now coiled around his leg. "We have a snake issue!"
"Don't let the stinker bite you!" Sol warned as he struggled to pry the snake off. While the group was preoccupied with that, they failed to notice a bush inching closer and closer to the skull pedestal. "Okay, I've HAD IT with this!" Anne-Maria yelled out as she shook a can of hairspray. She started to spray, and soon, the entire area was engulfed in a heavy cloud of hairspray. "What's happening?" Cameron coughed out.
"I can't see!" Sol shouted. Just then, Carly seemed to...fly above the cloud? "Huh?" she thought. She looked up and gasped as she saw Trent hovering as a pair of dark-green wings flapped from his back. "Yeah, it's me," Trent replied in a whisper. "You got it?" Carly raised her arms up to show the silver skull in her hands. "Nice," Trent quietly cheered. "Let's move before the smoke clears."
"Who's speaking?" Scarlett asked but the duo had already fled. A moment later, the cloud of spray cleared, though everyone but Anne-Maria was still coughing. "The snake's gone," Anne-Maria assured the group as she fixed her hair. She finally noticed Cameron was still coughing. "Sorry, Short Stuff. On the plus side, your lungs are waterproof now."
"Where's the skull?" Sol gasped as he looked around the bare pedestal.
"That serpent was simply a distraction!" Scarlett angrily realized. "It was most likely remote-controlled to get us to lower our guard while someone else stole the skull."
"I'm starting to think keeping the skull on the move might not have been such a bad idea."
"This is starting to become boring," Chris noted as he and Chef watched the challenge from their seats. "I think it's time to release the bird." He pressed a button on a remote. Over in a hidden location, a cage door opened, releasing a strange figure with only its green eyes visible in the darkness.

Over by a bush, Lauren looked around as she rode her jackhammer. Once she was out of sight, the small group of Rats popped out of the bush. "That was close," Bowie breathed out. "What are we gonna do?"
"We need a decoy," Wayne reasoned.
"MK, fake left and draw her away from us while we score the skull," Raj ordered.
"Yeah, uh, no thanks, Jockstrap," MK protested.
"It'll be okay," Bridgette assured her.
"Just take one for the team, dudette!" Geoff rallied. MK was tossed outside the bush. "Ooh!" Lauren gushed as she noticed her. "Time to make some MK jam!" MK could only gasp as Lauren started to chase her. "Not cool!" she shouted as she away. "NOT COOL!"
"Let's move before she comes back," Wayne decided. "Rajie, Bowie and I will go for the Frogs. Lightning, lead the Surfer Dudes to the Bears."
"Lightning leading the charge!" Lightning exclaimed. "Sha-bam!"
"Just hurry!" Bowie shouted as the group split up. Over with the Bears, Jo was eyeing the horizon as she readied her harpoon gun. "Looks like those weaklings decided not to mess with us," she boasted.
"Or they might be planning something big," Sky thought. "Nobody let your guard down. We have to be ready for anything."
"It will come sooner than you suspect," Melody warned as she sat in a lotus position.
"Meaning what?" Paul asked. A loud screech caught the Bears' attention as they turned to the skies. They saw a large bird with green eyes and covered with quills flying towards them. "Aw, what a cute birdie," Ella gushed. The bird cawed before flapping its wings, shooting some of its quills down at the fort. "A bird that shoots spikes?!" Dave panicked as he ducked his head down.
"Blast it away, maggots!" Jo ordered. She fired her harpoon gun, but the bird dodged it. "Ah!" Sky gasped as she and Alejandro ducked at another rainfall of quills. "Knock it off!"
"Any bright suggestions on shooing the bird away?" Paul demanded as he tried firing the hose at the bird.
"Sweet little birdie, with prickles like a rose," Ella sang, "Be careful not to get hit with our hose!" The bird simply cawed before flying in another direction. "Okay, that was pretty good, eh," Ezekiel commented.
"Nice work, Miss Eleanor," Ethan complimented, making the princess blush a little. However, Ella was suddenly blasted with some water, knocking her over. "What happened?" Ethan gasped.
"Guess them Gophers are trying to attack us," Sugar reasoned as she held a dripping hose behind her back.
Confessional: Alejandro (Confused Bears)
"Sure. The 'Gophers' are attacking. I will have to keep note of that fact."
End Confessional
"I'm not seeing anything just yet," Tyler noted as he, Greg, Destiny and Blainley looked around the area. "Uh, you guys got any ideas for getting a skull?"
"It might help if those dorks shut up their instruments," Blainley scolded as she pointed to Greg and Destiny.
"But we're not jamming out," Destiny pointed out as some music began to rise up in volume, "But that's a swiller beat, isn't it?"
"What are you-?" Tyler began to ask. The group was suddenly knocked back by a sonic blast. They looked up to see Corey and Helen rocking out on their guitars and speakers. "It's like a bad movie," the duo sang, "She's looking through me
"If you were me, then you'd be
"Screamin' someone shoot me
"As I fail miserably
"Tryin' to get the girl all the bad guys want!
"Cause she's the girl all the bad guys want!"
"Oh, no, they didn't," Destiny and Greg declared.
Confessional: Destiny and Greg (Confused Bears)
"Nobody out-rocks this chick," Destiny began.
"Nuh-uh," Greg agreed as he sat in Destiny's lap. "Nobody."
"You know what this means, Greggy."
"Uh-huh."
"BAND BATTLE!" the duo exclaimed.
End Confessional
"Where are those two running off to?" Tyler wondered as he saw Destiny and Greg run off.
"I'm not taking any more of this crap," Blainley decided as she stormed off. "Do this yourself!"
"We got 'em on the run!" Corey chuckled.
"Let's go hit their fort now," Helen told him. "Their guard might be down." The duo dashed off in the direction of the Bears' fort. Meanwhile, Trent and Carly had gotten onto solid ground and started going on foot. "That was so cool," Carly gushed. "So, you can do that anytime?"
"Just about," Trent shrugged, "Except when I'm feeling sick or scared out my mind." He suddenly paused and looked around. "Something wrong?" Carly asked him.
"I'm not sure," Trent nervously replied. "It feels like there's a pair of eyes staring us down."
"Well, let's hurry and get this skull to Chris." Carly started to run ahead when somebody jumped out of a bush and tackled her. "Let go!" she shouted as she tried to hold onto the skull.
"Carly?" the voice asked. Carly looked up to see Dean trying to tug the skull to him. "Dean?" she thought.
"Should I step in?" Trent asked the duo.
"Nope," Dean sternly replied, "Cause that skull's mine!"
"But we found it!" Carly argued. The duo kept tugging when the skull suddenly broke in two. "Ugh!" Dean groaned. "Crappy little-"
"I think it might've been a fake," Trent noted as he took a closer look at a skull piece. "See? Just a dummy."
"It's not the only dummy," Dean grumbled as his cheeks heated up from embarrassment.
"If it makes you feel better," Carly offered, "We didn't know it was fake, either."
"Um...thanks."
Confessional: Dean (Confused Bears)
"Wow. That was...something. I honestly didn't expect that from Miss Millions."
End Confessional
"Hang on," Trent thought. "If that skull was fake, then where's the real deal?"
"Yeah," Mike quietly replied as he hid in the shadows of the tree tops. He smirked as he unfurled some cloth, revealing the Frogs' skull. "I wonder."
Confessional: Mike (Frogs of Death)
"I managed to swap the skull with a fake just before the challenge started. And to make sure no one caught on too early, I hid the real skull inside one of my spare hoodies. Uh, cause seeing another skull and all. Heh-heh."
End Confessional
Meanwhile, MK was still trying to evade Lauren when she noticed a boat house. She quickly ducked inside and slammed the door shut. "Poor little pig, little pig," Lauren taunted as she rode past, "Let me come in."
"Do they not screen contestants at all for this show?" MK thought.
"Move it, nerd," Blainley told 'Smart' Damien as the duo struggled to hide in a bush.
"There's enough room for both of us," 'Smart' Damien countered. MK quickly ducked out of sight.
Confessional: 'Smart' Damien (Frogs of Death)
"If I had to choose between fighting a wolf or Scary Girl on a jackhammer, I'd take that wolf every time. I kinda pity the Bears for having to put up with her."
Confessional: Blainley (Confused Bears)
"Scary Girl is a fucking maniac, but it's better to be with her than against her. I'm so glad she's on my team."
End Confessionals
"She's gone, Scary Girl," Blainley told her as she and 'Smart' Damien rose up from the bush. "Go waste time chasing someone else." Lauren smiled as her head turned 180 to face the duo. "Not us!" 'Smart' Damien begged.
"You're on MY team, Scary Girl!" Blainley argued. However, their words fell on deaf ears as Lauren started to chase them.
Confessional: Lauren (Confused Bears)
Her back was to the camera. "Sometimes I..." The camera glitched before it was zoomed up on her face. "Get carried away." The camera glitched again.
End Confessional
"I see the Bears' fort!" Helen shouted as she and Corey raced towards it. Paul and Sky tried to throw some stink bombs at the rockers but they managed to evade them. "How are we gonna stop them?" Ezekiel thought as he tried to blast them with the hose. "They're too good, eh?"
"Only one way to end this," Greg suddenly spoke up as he and Destiny walked over, electric guitars in hand, to face the incoming Gophers. "Ready to do or die, Desi?"
"Always ready, Greggy," Destiny confidently replied as the duo each tightened their grips on their guitars. "Let's show those Gophers how to put out some swiller rock!" Greg smirked as he adjusted his glasses. "Almost there," Corey told Helen. "Hang on. What are those Bears doing?" Destiny and Greg started strumming a steady beat that quickly turned into a sudden screech. The blast from their guitars was enough to knock Corey and Helen off their feet. "Tonight," Destiny and Greg sang as they kept jamming out heavy rock, "My head is spinning
"I need something to pick me up
"I've tried, but nothing is working
"I won't stop
"I won't say I've had enough
"Tonight, I start the fire
"Tonight, I break away
"Break! Away from everybody!" Another pulse of music kept Corey and Helen at bay. "Break!" Destiny and Greg shouted. "Away from everything!
"If you can't stand the way this place is
"Take! Yourself! To higher places!"
"We've gotta push back!" Corey told Helen. The two managed to get up again and repel the music blasts with their own. "And when she walks," the duo sang, knocking Greg and Destiny back a few feet, "All the wind blows and the angels sing
"She'll never notice me
"Cause she's watchin' wrestling
"Creamin' over tough guys
"Listenin' to rap metal
"Turntables in her eyes
"She likes 'em with a mustache
"Racetrack season pass
"Drivin' in a trans-am
"Does a mullet make a man?
"It's like a bad movie
"She's looking through me
"If you were me, then you'd be
"Screamin' someone shoot me
"As I fail miserably
"Tryin' to get the girl all the bad guys want!
"Cause she's the girl all the bad guys want!"
"Better turn it up, Greggy!" Destiny advised over the music. Greg nodded before the two continued their beat. "Push them back!" Helen warned as she and Corey continued playing. The two duets were soon knocked backwards by the musical blasts. "Destiny!" Paul gasped. "Greg!"
"Hang on," Melody advised as she held a hand up. Destiny and Greg were the first to regain their footing. She nodded to Greg, and the duo flipped a switch on their guitars. "If you can't stand the way this place is," the duo sang as Corey and Helen slowly rose up, "Take! Yourself! To higher places!" Corey made a mad dash to his guitar. "Break!" Destiny and Greg shouted as they strummed, releasing a more powerful music blast strong enough to break some tree limbs and knock back Corey and Helen. "Away from everybody!
"Break! Away From Everything!
"If you can't stand the way this place is
"Take! Yourself! To higher places!
"Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh
"Higher places
"Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh
"To higher places
"Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh
"Higher places
"Take! Yourself! To higher places!" Destiny and Greg finished the last chord, and they looked up to see Helen weakly waving her fishnet in defeat. "Oh, hell yeah!" Destiny exclaimed in victory as she gave Greg a tight hug. "We did it, Greggy! That was so SWILLER!" Greg could only babble in response as he got a lovestruck look. "Did we win?" a bruised Corey groaned as he staggered over to Helen's side.
Confessional: Helen and Corey (Screaming Gophers)
"We didn't win," Helen began, "But that was the most epic battle of the bands EVER!"
"Yeah, it was kinda fun," Corey admitted.
"And hey, it could've been worse. We could've lost to one of the Newmans like Lenny." Helen noticed Corey's expression had went from cheerful to grumpy. "I hit a nerve, didn't I?" she guessed. "This just got...awkward all of a sudden."
End Confessional
Meanwhile, MK looked outside to see that no one was around before getting up. "What do we have here?" she thought as she walked over to a large keyboard and screen. She pressed a button, and a shield rose up. "This controls the shields?" MK chuckled. "Let the fun begin!"
"Now what?" Keith argued as most of the Frogs gathered at their fort. "No skull means no winning! Can't you idiots do anything right?!"
"Calm down, soldier," Brick advised. "The battle isn't over yet."
"He's right," Jane agreed. "Just because the other team has our skull doesn't mean they've won. They still have to take it to Chris."
"Which is only a short jog away!" Keith spat back. "Unless something incredibly convenient happens, we're doomed!" A sharp whistle rang out, and the Frogs' skull bounced on both Keith and Brick's heads before landing in Scarlett's hands. "One...incredibly convenient event," Jane announced as she struggled to hold back a laugh.
"It appears to be genuine," Scarlett informed them as she inspected the skull. "No tricks."
"It has to be a trick," Ripper argued. "No one would willingly give up a win." The group quickly noticed Raj, Bowie and Wayne running towards their fort. "Let's do Scarlett's idea this time," Shane advised. "Keep the skull on the move so they don't grab it."
"Nikki and Rodney, you two are first," Jane decided as Scarlett tossed the skull to Nikki. "Now run for it!"
"On it, boss," Nikki replied before she and Rodney ran off.
"Let's get that skull!" Wayne rallied.
"Stay back or I'll spray you with this fire hose," Zee warned.
"You're not supposed to warn them, Dorkus," Ripper scolded as he raised his harpoon gun. "Just fire!" He fired, but Wayne dodged the plunger. The others also dodged the various hose blasts. "Whoa, sweet moves, guys!" Zee complimented.
"Forget this," Valerie grumbled as she walked over to a lever. "Time to break out the boulders." She pulled the lever, and a boulder came rolling down. "Watch out!" Bowie warned.
"It's cool," Wayne assured him as he readied himself. "I've got this one." However, the boulder simply rolled over him and squished him. "Ouch," Raj commented. "Clean hit, though." Valerie pulled the lever again, releasing another boulder. "Raj, watch out!" Bowie shouted. He quickly got him out of the way before the boulder rolled over Wayne again. "Big rocks are way heavier than little rocks," he mumbled.
"Uh, thanks," Raj told Bowie as the latter laid on top of him, mere inches away from his face.
"It's all good," Bowie replied.
Confessional: Raj (Toxic Rats)
"I think that was, uh...I feel...huh."
Confessional: Wayne (Toxic Rats)
"So, like, I'm pretty sure my buddy Raj is gay...and I can't wait for him to tell me!"
End Confessionals
"What happened to you two?" Bryan gasped as he saw Corey and Helen dragging themselves back to the fort.
"Too drained to explain," Helen moaned before falling over.
"Looks like we'll need another duo to go win this," Heather grumbled.
"I can go check on Chase!" Echo happily volunteered. She quickly skipped off before anyone could protest. Once she was out of everyone's sight, she dashed off towards the cabins and quietly entered the boys' side of the Bears' cabin. "Now," she thought as she pulled out the paper she stole earlier, "Which one is Dean's bed?"
Meanwhile, Lauren went past with her jackhammer. "Okay," 'Smart' Damien breathed out as he and Blainley peeked their heads out of a hollow stump. "Scary Lady's gone."
"Good riddance," Blainley grumbled.
"Oh, look," MK teased as she watched them from the monitor. "Blainley and Damien are trying to hide. Not for long!" She pressed a button, and a shield flung the duo out of hiding. "There you are," Lauren giggled once she noticed them. Blainley and 'Smart' Damien could only scream as they ran away from her.
Confessional: Lauren (Confused Bears)
"I know Blainley's on my team and 'Smart' Damien's nice and all, but their screams are so...delicious! What's a girl to do?"
End Confessional
Lauren continued to chase Blainley and 'Smart' Damien.
Confessional: MK (Toxic Rats)
She played her phone, which showed Lauren's confessional from earlier. "Yep, there is for sure zero screening process to get on this show."
End Confessional
"I don't understand why we're wasting time guarding an empty fort," Ripper complained.
"We know it's empty," Jane pointed out, "But the others don't."
"Out of boulders already?" Valerie grumbled as she pulled the lever. "Ugh! And where's our so-called 'Smart' Damien?!" She and Ripper noticed 'Smart' Damien and Blainley being chased by Lauren on a jackhammer. "Looks like we'll have to pull our team out of the gutter," Valerie decided, "As usual." She noticed Ripper sniffing the stink bombs. "Nope," he decided as he dropped one, "These stink bombs aren't gonna cut it."
Confessional: Ripper (Frogs of Death)
"You can cast a fart over a hundred feet by farting into the back of a fan. Try it at home. Point a fan at your parents while they're asleep and bark out a huge brownie cloud. Warning: they will wake up angry."
End Confessional
"Fire in the hole!" Ripper exclaimed. He let out a fart, which the fan blew away. The stench soon reached Raj and Bowie, making them gag. "Run away!" Bowie shouted before the duo ran off.
"Gross, but effective," Valerie reluctantly noted.
"Dude, respect!" Zee breathed out.
"Normally, I count steamboats," Ripper informed them, "But I wasn't trying to break a length record. I was going for potency, which is impossible to measure without a proper fart-o-meter."
"Cool."
Confessional: Valerie (Frogs of Death)
"He's utterly disgusting, but he's also easy to make into my ally. With him, I'll be able to turf Jane before she has time to blink. Keith hates her guts and Anne-Maria's already my ally. Who can I sway next?"
End Confessional
"I can see the Bears' fort," Geoff noted as he, Bridgette and Lightning hid behind some rocks.
"Lightning knows that, blondie," Lightning scoffed. "And I don't get why Lightning ain't charging in there!"
"We have to find a way past their defenses," Bridgette pointed out. "You saw how tough they are."
"Nothing ain't too tough for the Lightning!" Lightning started to charge ahead. "Wait up, dude!" Geoff called out.
"Incoming zombie Rats!" Shawn warned.
"I think they're regular rats," Destiny said with confusion.
"Hold them back!" Greg shouted. He and Destiny played a chord on their guitars, releasing a powerful blast that sent Lightning flying until he landed in the knothole of a tree. "One down and two to go," Jo told the Bears. "Hurry!" While they were busy fending off Geoff and Bridgette, they didn't notice Mike sliding down from a tree and tip-toeing to the Bears' skull. "Hope this works," he whispered as he tied one end of a vine around the skull. He quickly climbed up the nearby tree as he gripped the other end of the vine. Meanwhile, Paul managed to blast Bridgette and Geoff with the hose. "We got 'em!" he exclaimed.
"Nice work, Sir Paul," Ethan complimented. "What do you think, Ezekiel?" However, Ezekiel suddenly had a starstruck look as he watched Bridgette, still soaking wet, stand up and wring the water out of her pigtail. "Uh, Zeke?" Paul asked.
"I've got this," Destiny assured them. She cleared her throat. "ZEKE!" she shouted in a deafening volume right into his ear, knocking him off-balance.
"A bit too loud, Destiny," Alejandro noted.
"What?!" Dave shouted. "I can't hear you over the ringing!"
"Forget your ears," Jo sternly told the Bears. "Ugh, how long does it take to steal a skull?" She started to head off. "With me, Olympian," she ordered as she dragged Sky by the arm.
"So just keep defending the fort, eh?" Ezekiel called out. He noticed Melody was busy meditating on the ground. "Uh, I think you need to-"
"The skull is in danger!" Melody gasped as her eyes suddenly opened up, spooking Ezekiel.
"Danger?" Paul wondered. He looked at their skull but did a double take as he noticed the skull was being pulled up by the vine Mike held. "Hey!" Paul yelled out.
"Uh-oh," Mike breathed out. "So much for being subtle." He quickly yanked the vine to pull the skull up just as Paul dove for it, making him crash into the ground. "Looks like I have my ticket to victory," Mike noted as he inspected the Bears' skull.
"Damn it!" Paul cursed out. "That's OUR skull! Hand it over or else!"
"Yeah, I'm not doing that." Mike quickly hopped off before he was hit by a stink bomb. "We have to go after him!" Dave declared.
"We won't be able to catch him," Melody countered. "He's traveling by treetop. Besides, I sense that a more chaotic force shall cause the team's downfall."
"Then we can warn the others," Greg reasoned. "Cover your ears, guys. Desi, if you please." Destiny cleared her throat again while the Bears covered their ears. "MIKE HAS THE BEAR SKULL!" she shouted loud enough to be heard across the island.
"What the fuck did that girl just say?" Jo wondered in disbelief as she and Sky ran ahead. "Hurry!" Over by the Rats' fort, most of the team were launching their attacks. "We gotta protect our skull!" Sam shouted as he threw another stink bomb. The shield that Priya was behind went down, making her run off. Emma blasted the hose towards Lara and Beardo, who quickly ran off after their shield went down. Soon, Priya, Millie, Beardo and Lara were all scrunched behind one shield. "Is it me or are these shields kinda messing with us?" Millie thought.
"Dance, puppets," MK snidely chuckled from the boathouse, "Dance!"
"Forget the shields," Lara decided. "Didn't you hear Destiny earlier? We have to recover our skull or we'll lose!" The group gasped as their shield went down. "I have a plan," Lara said. "We-" She was hit by a plunger, making Beardo carry her off. "That's her plan?" Priya thought. "It was awful!" She and Millie were blasted by the hose. "Nice shot, Julia," Emma complimented.
Confessional: Julia (Toxic Rats)
"Their pores were gross. I did them a favor. You're welcome."
End Confessional
The Rats noticed Raj and Bowie coughing as the duo walked back. "What happened to you two?" Dakota asked them.
"Ripper's butt...smoked us," Raj wheezed out.
"He's like twenty-five skunks wrapped in the skin of a man!" Bowie moaned. "We're tagging out."
"Okay, you hang back and protect our skull," Emma decided. "I'll go after theirs."
"And I shall assist, as well," Leonard added, "Like a familiar lurking around the-"
"Just go already," Courtney told the duo.
Confessional: Emma (Toxic Rats)
"Every time my team wins, there's a chance Chase gets eliminated. That's what I call motivation."
End Confessional
"What exactly is your plan, Lara?" Beardo asked after he removed the plunger from Lara's face.
"Destiny said Mike had our team's skull, right?" Lara pointed out. "So we just have to lure him to us."
"With what?"
"Something he can't ignore." Meanwhile, Jo and Sky had arrived at where Priya and Millie were laying at. "Why are you laying around?" Jo complained. "You're supposed to get the skull!"
"Can't," Priya moaned. "Shields keep disappearing."
"They can't just disappear," Sky noted.
"Whatever," Jo declared. "I'll get my own shields." He picked Sky and Priya up and held them up like shields. "Put us down!" the two girls protested.
"Here they come again!" Wayne shouted.
"It's just Priya and Sky," DJ noted.
"No," Bowie realized as Jo smirked behind the human shield, "It's Jo!" The Rats kept firing, but Jo blocked the attacks with Priya and Sky's bodies. "That all you got, weaklings?" Jo boasted.
"Uh, hello," Julia pointed out, "We have boulders." She pulled a lever, sending a boulder rolling down the hill. "You wouldn't!" Sky protested.
"Brace for impact, ladies," Jo advised. The boulder hit Sky and Priya but Jo kept on charging ahead. "She might actually win this," Harold noted. Jo tossed Sky and Priya aside to grab the Rats' skull. "Oh, yeah!" she boasted. "Take that, Rats!"
"How are we gonna stop her?" Dakota asked. "We can't outrun her!" She noticed Luna scavenging inside their fort. "What is Crazy Girl doing?"
"Ta-da!" Luna announced as she suddenly pulled out a chainsaw. "Let's start some shredding! Yo, Josie!" Jo, who was busy running towards Chris, suddenly skid to a stop upon hearing Luna's words.
Confessional: Jo (Confused Bears)
"The only person in this world that calls me 'Josie' is my little sister. Anyone else that tries will get their arms crushed."
End Confessional
"Listen up, Miss Mania," Jo declared, "You-" She gasped as she saw Luna wielding the chainsaw above her head. Jo could only scream as Luna started to chase her. "That girl..." Dakota began.
"Makes Vaas Montenegro look sane?" Sam finished.
"I was gonna use a more colorful analogy, but you're probably right."
"Who cares about Luna's sanity right now?" Courtney argued. "She's keeping Jo busy and AWAY from Chris."
"So our victory all depends on a wannabe wizard and an angry ex," Scott pointed out. "Yeah, nice odds."
"Almost there..." Mike noted as he looked ahead to see Chris not too far from where he was.
"Mike!" Zoey's voice shouted, catching his attention. "Help!" He gasped as he heard a lion's roar following her screams. "Hang on!" Mike called out as he started to head off. Over in another area, Beardo was making that exact lion's roar. "Help!" Lara called out in a pitch-perfect match to Zoey's voice. "Oh, help me!" She noticed Beardo looking at her. "Laying it too thick?" she quietly asked in her normal voice.
"Where are you, Zoey?" Mike called out off-screen.
"Keep up the ruse," Beardo quietly advised Lara as they hid in a bush. He imitated another roar while Lara imitated Zoey's screams. "Zoey!" Mike gasped as he got closer to the sounds. His concern soon turned to anger. "You'll pay for hurting her!" he growled out. He lunged towards the source of the sounds, and Lara and Beardo could only shriek with fright before they got wrapped up in a hefty brawl. The fight was so intense it knocked the Bears' skull out of Mike's hands before it rolled across the ground.
"Any ideas on how to grab the skull?" Emma asked Leonard as they ran across the field.
"Mayhaps there is an endeavor I shall attempt," Leonard thought. He pulled out his staff. "With talons sharp and feathers dull," he chanted, "Bring forth the Confused Bears' skull!" He clutched his staff as a bright green glow emitted from the top. "Uh, could you go a little faster?" Emma asked.
"Working on it!" Leonard yelled back. Back with the brawl, Lara managed to hold Mike back. "Hold on!" she told him. "It was just a trick!" Mike looked over to a battered Beardo, who gave a weakly mew. "Not funny," Mike scolded.
"Maybe you should find a first-aid kit, Beardo," Lara suggested as her eyes drifted to where the skull laid. "You know, over there."
"Wait a second. Where's...?" Mike's gaze soon followed Lara's as he eyed the skull. "RUN FOR IT!" Lara shouted to Beardo. Beardo tried to run after it, but Mike managed to elbow Lara in the stomach before jumping after the skull. "Ha!" Mike confidently declared. "I-" The skull suddenly disappeared in a puff of green dust, making him cough. "Fudge," he moaned. "I hate magic."
The Bears' skull soon popped straight into Emma's hands. "It's here!" she gasped.
"You are most welcome," Leonard answered.
"Hey, why didn't you do that sooner?"
"Uh, well, I wasn't certain it would work at a long range."
"So far, so good," Nikki noted as she and Rodney ran off with their skull. "We've got this! Nothing can stop us-" The duo ended up crashing into 'Smart' Damien and Blainley, making the skull fumble out of their hands. "Yo, Dames," Nikki greeted. "What's with the running?" She gasped as she noticed Lauren approaching with her jackhammer. "Please tell me she's gentle," Nikki hoped.
"I'm on that maniac's team and I wasn't even safe," Blainley pointed out.
"D-d-don't worry," Rodney stammered as he got to his feet and stood in front of the others. "I-I-I'll protect you." His worry intensified as Lauren got closer. "Tell my dad and my brothers I loved them!" Rodney cried out as he shut his eyes.
"Oh, what's this?" Lauren thought as she got off the jackhammer and picked up the Frogs' skull.
"Take it to Chris!" Jo shouted from a distance while she was still being chased by Luna. "Take it to Chris!"
"Before I take you to Chris, I'm going to give you a makeover." Lauren happily skipped away. "Open your eyes, dude," 'Smart' Damien assured the terrified Rodney. "Scary Girl's gone."
"Oh, thank goodness," Rodney breathed out.
"Uh, dude?" Nikki noted. "Your britches are kinda..." Rodney looked down to see a brown spot on his pants. "I'm gonna go change," he nervously said as his face flushed beet red, "Now." He quickly ran off.
"All that's left is to present this to Chris," Leonard told Emma as they ran. "Um, any suggestions?"
"Emma, Leonard," MK called out from the loudspeaker tied to a tree, "Come closer to this tree."
"Why?" Emma asked.
"Just do it." Emma and Leonard approached the tree when a shield suddenly popped up, launching them upwards. They screamed as they tumbling down the hill before crashing in front of Chris and Chef's feet. "Huzzah," Leonard weakly cheered. "We...did it."
"Toxic Rats win!" Chris announced over a megaphone. Most of the Rats cheered in victory. "We did it!" MK exclaimed as she walked over to them.
"Uh, 'we'?" Courtney questioned. "You were no help at all."
"Yeah, MK," Bowie agreed as the other Rats walked off, "Way to ghost."
"What?" MK protested. "No! I was working the shield thingies!"
"Hey," Emma assured as she and Leonard approached her, "I know we couldn't have won without your help."
"Aw, thanks for saying that...after they left!"
"Confused Bears," Chris announced, "Since your skull got captured, I'll be seeing you tonight at elimination."
"Hey, Chris," Chef told him as he walked over, "I managed to find our stolen item. Luckily, the thief was stupid enough to hide it under his own pillow. Guess whose."
"Why didn't you take the skull to Chris?!" Jo complained to Lauren after the Bears were all gathered again.
"I was trying to make her look good before taking her over," Lauren explained. "You only get one chance to make a first impression."
"Look who's calling the kettle black, Jo," Dean countered. "You had a skull, too."
"At least I have a good excuse," Jo argued. "The Rats' deranged bitch was chasing me with a chainsaw! No way am I getting a repeat of that! Scary Girl is gone!" She noticed Priya grumbling with a plunger stuck to her face. "How could you do this to her?!" Millie voiced out.
"Hold still, Priya," a battered Sky told her.
"I nearly won it for us, Olympian," Jo pointed out. "I thought you would care about that." Sky pulled the plunger off of Priya, revealing her scrunched-up face. "You are a bad person!" Priya angrily muffled out. "Anyone who does that to a teammate should be off the team!"
"You did go a little far, Miss Jo," Ethan acknowledged. "You were almost as bad as Miss Lauren today." Everyone just gave him a puzzled look. "Our teammate Lauren?" Ethan repeated.
"He means Scary Girl," Greg clarified.
"I think the choice is kinda easy, eh?" Ezekiel reasoned. "Would you rather vote off the strong girl that nearly won it for the team or the scary girl that for sure lost it for us?"
"You know what?" Blainley thought. "For once, Homeschool actually said something good." Later that evening, the Frogs were resting in their cabins. "We should be in that spa hotel instead of the Rats," Valerie moaned from her bunk. "But that scrappy punk Mike loused things up."
"Leonard snatched the skull from what I heard," Nikki noted. "I'm just grateful Scary Girl didn't run straight to Chris with our skull."
"But that lug Rodney would've fended her off," Jasmine pointed out.
"Where is Ginger Boy, anyway?" Helga wondered.
"Oh, he's getting changed after Scary Girl made him crap his pants," Nikki replied.
"You're kidding, right?" Jane asked.
"I kid you not. But to be fair, Scary Girl was riding a jackhammer, so..."
"Um, I'd rather not hear the details, Nikki." Meanwhile, Carly was sitting on the Gophers' porch when she noticed Dean walking over. "Hi, Dean," Carly greeted.
"Hey, Carly," Dean replied. "Look, I wanted to, uh, apologize for earlier, with the tackling and all the...well, I know it's a competition, but still..."
"That was some game, huh, Carly?" Echo suddenly asked as she joined the duo. She noticed Dean was glaring at her. "Oh, hello, there," she greeted with a curtsy. "I almost didn't see you there. What was your name again? Danny?"
"You know damn well that I'm not gonna fall for your stunts," Dean lashed back.
"Echo, what is he talking about?" Carly asked.
"I wish I knew so I can help him," Echo innocently replied.
"Don't play dumb," Dean scolded. "She-" The feedback from the intercoms cut him short. "Confused Bears, report to the elimination ceremony," Chris announced. "I have a little announcement after tonight's elimination."
"Good luck tonight, Dean," Carly assured him.
"See you later, Carly," Dean replied as she went inside the cabin. He noticed the smirk on Echo's face. "Why are you so damn chipper?" he scoffed.
"Nothing," Echo slyly answered as she started to head inside, "But I wouldn't bet on your words if I were you."
Confessional: Echo (Screaming Gophers)
"That brat will go tonight. Or should I say that little thief? If there's one thing I'm good at, it's covering my bases."
End Confessional
Later that evening, the Confused Bears were sitting at the campfire ceremony. Tyler, Lara, Beardo, Sugar, Ezekiel, Alejandro, Shawn, Dave, Paul and Melody were in the back row while Sky, Millie, Priya, Lauren, Jo, Ethan, Blainley, Ella, Destiny, Greg and Dean were in the front row. "Greetings, losers," Chris began, "Some of you messed up, some of you got messed up and now you need to decide who deserves to be sent home."
"Blainley," Chef said.
"Why are you calling me out?" Blainley scolded.
"You didn't defend your team's skull or tried to capture the other teams' skull. You just ran around screaming."
Confessional: Blainley (Confused Bears)
"He's saying it like I had a CHOICE?!"
End Confessional
"Jo," Chef continued, "You nearly won it for your team, but you did it by using two members of your team as shields." Priya, with an ice pack on her face, and Sky both glared at the jockette.
Confessional: Jo (Confused Bears)
"So what? Those two were durable, and besides, they seem fine."
End Confessional
"Jo's a jerk," Lauren told Priya. "You didn't deserve that. I'll be voting for her, friend."
Confessional: Priya (Confused Bears)
"We lost the challenge, but I gained a terrifying friend. Cool..."
End Confessional
"Scary Girl," Chef continued.
"Present!" Lauren exclaimed as she raised her hand.
"You had the skull, but instead of giving it to Chris for the win, you ran away and gave it a makeover."
Confessional: Lauren (Confused Bears)
"I had to do something. She looked dead."
End Confessional
"You know the deal," Chris announced. "If you get a marshmallow, you're still in the game. The first marshmallow goes to, surprisingly, Ezekiel."
"Yeah!" Ezekiel exclaimed as he caught his marshmallow. "Whoo-hoo!"
"Destiny, Greg, Ethan, Sky, Millie, Paul, Shawn, Priya, Tyler, Lara, Beardo, Alejandro, Melody, Sugar, Ella and Blainley, you're safe, too. That leaves Scary Girl, Jo and Dean."
Confessional: Dean (Confused Bears)
"Me? Why would-? Oh, that witch better not have tried anything!"
End Confessional
"The person going home tonight is..." Chris announced. Jo had a determined look while Dean was more concerned and Lauren simply had a wide grin as she twitched her eye. "..."
"..."
"..."
"..."
"..."
"...Scary Girl!" Jo simply laughed as she caught her marshmallow, much to Priya and Sky's displeasure. "Eat that, Scary Girl!" she boasted.
"I will have vengeance on those that betrayed me!" Lauren declared as she stood up, much to the others' shock. "Years from now, when you've long forgotten who I am..." Her voice suddenly turned demonic as her eyes rolled back into her head. "I will find you and make you wish you'd never been born!" She then returned to normal. "Bye!" she happily exclaimed before skipping off.
"She took that better than I thought she would," Chris noted. "But we're not finished just yet. Remember when I said that if I found out who broke into my trailer, they'd automatically be eliminated?"
"You're not really serious about that, are you?" Paul questioned.
"Does it look like I'm kidding? But not to worry. I have found the thief, Dean."
"What?!" Dean protested. "I am no thief!"
"The item stolen from the trailer was found on your pillowcase," Chef pointed out.
"If Dean was the thief," Greg thought, "Why would he stash the stolen merchandise there?"
"Because I'm not a thief!" Dean argued. "I didn't take that stupid sheet of paper!"
"I don't recall saying the stolen item being made of paper," Chris recalled. "You, Chef?" Dean soon began to fathom what happened. "That little-" he grumbled but Chef carried him off before he could finish.
"I can't believe Dean was the thief," Ethan breathed out. "I thought he seemed like a good kid."
"I can't believe they voted for her," Priya put in. "After what Jo did to me and Sky..."
"Shocking," Millie replied. "Some people just don't vote with their conscious."
"I'm still a little confused," Sky thought. "I was sure the votes would be with us, and with Scary Girl voting for Jo..."
"Who knows what Scary Girl did? I mean, she did just threaten all of us."
"I voted for Jo instead of Lauren," Ethan recalled.
"He means Scary Girl," Greg clarified.
"We know," Priya, Millie and Sky replied at the same time. Meanwhile, Lauren was walking down the Dock of Shame. "I didn't win," she said, "But I've met a lot of people and I know their names, which is good if you ever need an organ." She saw Chef tossed Dean over to her. "Ooh, I bet your insides are just as perfect as your outsides," Lauren giggled as she picked him up.
"No, they're not," Dean gulped as Lauren opened up an umbrella. The Drone of Despair grabbed the top of the umbrella and took the duo off. "Bye!" Chris taunted as they flew off. "Don't forget to not write!"
"She, uh..." Chef stammered.
"She took the skull?"
"She took the skull." Lauren giggled as she flew off whle Dean struggled to free himself. "Yeah, she'll give it a good home," Chris noted. "Whose skull will be going home next? You can only find out here on Total...Drama...Island!"

Lucky episode 13! And pretty fitting that Lauren (AKA Scary Girl) got eliminated here. Alas, a girl like her is best in small doses. But she didn't travel alone as Dean was disqualified because he stole something of Chris's...but we all know the truth, don't we? Just shows how crafty Echo can truly get.
I tried to expand some more on some plots, such as Sky and Priya's grudge against Jo, Helen and Corey's friendship, Raj and Bowie's interactions, along with some others.
The song Corey and Helen sang was 'Girl All The Bad Guys Want' by Bowling For Soup, and the song Destiny and Greg sang was 'Break' by Three Days Grace.
For the next episode, I want you to keep an eye on the shiny watch. That's it. Getting sleepy, aren't you? Very...sleepy... Until next time, enjoy and have a good day.
