Chapter 25

Christmas, Birthdays and Becoming Whole

"Happy birthday, Daddy," Heidi whispered to Diesel, as she let out a sigh and then lay beside the man, panting, her breasts heaving as she caught her breath, "Mmmm, also Merry Christmas!"

"Birthday/Christmas sex, can't get better than that," Diesel said as he turned and kissed Heidi on the lips and then looked down at her belly, "Now, I can see it, a little swell, we really are having a baby…making our family bigger."

"Mhmm," Heidi nodded her head, letting Diesel lay a hand on her belly, "We are, now, before our other children wake, let's take a quick shower and prepare for the whirlwind that is Christmas morning. You don't have to make breakfast, I'm making birthday breakfast for you!"

"Oh wow, me, getting spoiled today, heh," Diesel said, as Heidi got out of the bed, naked, with cum streaking her thighs, "Alright, let's go get presentable, before the kids come barreling in here."

They washed each other down and managed to get dressed in their pajamas just before their children came running in, screaming loudly about Christmas. Diesel caught Stephanie and Carlos in his arms, laughing as he kissed their cheeks fondly, while Heidi looked on, with fondness.

"Happy Birthday, Daddy/Papi," Carlos and Stephanie presented a birthday card and a present to Diesel, who smiled proudly at it and unwrapped it, to reveal a nice golden wristwatch. Diesel whistled and asked, "How much allowance money did you two save us for this gift?"

"Enough," Carlos said, his voice serious as Diesel examined the watch, spying engraving on it, "We even got a message on it too!"

"To the best Daddy in the world," Diesel read, looking at the watch and he smiled goofily and hugged his children, "Well, I have the best children in the world!"

Heidi slid a sweater on and walked over to the three and kissed their brows saying, "Mmm, so, time for Christmas presents and then Daddy's birthday breakfast, he loves waffles, so a waffle feast for us all."

Diesel and the children cheered and then the family was making their way downstairs to the living room to the waiting pile of presents. Heidi and Diesel sipped coffee (well, Heidi sipped mint tea,) and enjoyed the screams of joys from Carlos and Stephanie as they opened their presents. They had gotten new bedding, Batman and Wonder Woman themed, toys including a new doll house for Stephanie, a new Batman lego set for Carlos. They got bicycles and helmets and enough candies and Christmas snacks. Diesel had bought Heidi a scarf, new fuzzy boots, jewelry and a new tote bag and Heidi had given Diesel a new flannel shirt, a new leather jacket, boots and thermal shirts.

Heidi cooked up a breakfast feast, of waffles, bacon, fruit eggs and the like for the three and together, they enjoyed a lovely breakfast, before they all went out to enjoy the snow. It ended in an epic snowball fight of the day and soon, Otto and Lea, wanting to show off their gifts, joined in on the fight, before getting warmed up by Heidi and then were shuffled off home so they can enjoy Christmas Dinner.

Speaking of Christmas Dinner, Jeanne and Lester popped up for dinner, sitting with Stephanie and Carlos and helping them put together their new toys while Heidi and Diesel cooked and prepped for the big dinner. A sharp knock to the front door had Heidi turning to Diesel, who was slicing the Christmas ham, said, "I'll go and get that, who could that be?"

Heidi walked over to the front door and opened it, nearly screaming with joy as she wrapped her arms around the person outside on her doorstep.

"MOMMA!" Heidi cried out, hugging the woman, who hugged her back, with the same energy, "Momma, you're here, you're here!"

"I am," The woman said, wiping at Heidi's tears, "I am, and I am not alone…" The woman said, looking over her shoulder to see William standing there, looking awkwardly at the front door, "I've bought your father…"

"Why?" Heidi asked, glaring at her father and then to her mother, "I don't want him here…"

"He's made many mistakes in his life, when it came to you, yes, but he desires to right his wrong, my little cat, is there a place where we can talk together?"

Heidi looked at the two and then sighed saying, "We can go into the sitting room, the door closes there."

Heidi's mother was always an elegant woman and still was, sitting regally in the love seat, beside her father, who looked as though he wanted to flee. They sipped coffee and tea and the woman turned to William, saying, "William, what do you want to say to your daughter?"

"Heidi, I am…I am so sorry," William said looking to his daughter, who sniffed and crossed her arms, "I shouldn't have kept things from you, I know, it was wrong, so wrong."

"You're controlling," Heidi said, crossing her arms, glaring at the man, "You never let me have the choice of figuring out about why my mother left."

"I know, Heidi," William said, looking to Heidi, "I can't make it up to you, what I've done to you, in the past, could have hindered you, I could have ruined you, I know apologies can't make up for what I took from you, as a young woman, but I want to make it up for you now."

Heidi looked down at her hands and then to her ring, her wedding ring. She looked over to her father and said, "However, I know you hindered my growth, but, I did gain things, so many things, I have children now, I got married two weeks back and um…you two are about to have more grandchildren."

Heidi watched her mother's eyes light up and she said, with smugness, "Finally you understand what I meant by your family growing…"

"Anya! You-you knew Heidi was pregnant?! She's pregnant?!" William looked over to Heidi who smiled smugly and then looked at her mother, "And married?! You married Agent Diesel!?"

"I wasn't talking to you then, Daddy," Heidi said, with a sniff, standing up and then looking at her mother, "Momma, would you like to properly meet your son in law and grandchildren?"

"I would be honored," Anya said, standing up and going over to her child and wrapping her arm around her daughter's shoulder, "Come, let me meet my grandchildren!"

"Daddy you can go help Diesel with dinner," Heidi said opening the door of the sitting room and leading out, "He's cutting the ham, the other dishes need to be set out."

William opened his mouth to argue but Anya turned to him and said, "She's giving you a way in, take it, stupid man…"

That was how William and Diesel spent most of the afternoon prepping for dinner, with Diesel smiling at the man, stuffing a slice of ham into his mouth saying, "Didn't know you knew your way around green beans, Sir…"

"Son, married to my daughter or not, I will hurt you…" William sniffed and Diesel nodded his head, saying, "Yes, Sir!"

Stephanie and Carlos were entranced with Anya as she spoke to them, handing them their gifts and sitting regally before then. It was adorable to watch Stephanie try to mimic Anya, who helped her sit correctly as she sat beside the woman at dinner. Carlos sat on her other side, asking her questions, which she answered him, without annoyance in her voice.

"My Momma's the best one in the world," Heidi said, proudly as she ate her fish greedily, "She's fantastic, I'm so happy to have her as my own Momma!"

"Better than the story of you being found in a box by Mr. Evanston when you were a kid," Jeanne snickered and Heidi let out a shriek of outrage, smoke bellowing from her ears, "One free Heidi OBO…."

Heidi hissed and angrily ate at her fish, while her mother cooed and clucked to her daughter, saying "ignore Jeanne, I swear, I thought I scared that mean streak out of her, guess, I suppose I'll have to do it again."

"W-wait, Ms. Anya, you don't have to do that!" Jeanne was beginning to sweat, "I was just joking!"

"Wow, you scared Gina," Lester whistled, making Diesel and Heidi look at him, "It's a nickname I gave her…anyways, Ms. Anya is scary, why?"

"Well, a mother like me is just extremely protective of her offspring, her children," Anya said, as she reached over and gently pinched Heidi's cheek, "I will protect her to the end of the world until I think it she will be fine on her own, however, self-reliant she may be, I'm not afraid to step in and protect not just her but her children as well from threats, and that includes things that make her sad."

Jeanne coughed and sipped her wine, while Diesel snickered at Jeanne's discomfort and Lester clucked his tongue and said, "Poor baby…" gently grabbing the woman's hand.

Diesel and Heidi shared a look and then looked over to Jeanne and Lester. Love was in the air?! What? When did they miss this!? They guess it was bound to happen, they suppose. Lester and Jeanne come over almost every weekend, to see the kids. Jeanne lived in France, and was able to pop in and out, whenever she wanted to and Lester had apparently switched to remote work and was living in France, with Jeanne, in a sense to be closer to Carlos and Stephanie. The were living on top of each other, like Heidi and Diesel had been doing, so then…maybe they started to sleep on top of one another, literally!

Christmas dinner was a nice affair, where Heidi began to slowly open back up to William and clung to her mother and the children, all evening long. When 10 PM struck, everyone left the house save for the family that lived in. Diesel and Heidi carried the sleeping children up to their beds and tucked them in and then went back down to clean up the Christmas and birthday mess. They lay in bed together, whispering softly to one another, curled under thick blankets.

"It'll be a year soon, a year since we've had the children…" Diesel said to Heidi who nodded her head, a smile on her face, "To be honest, I still can't imagine a life without them or you, Kitten."

"I can't either," Heidi said, leaning forward to kiss Diesel, "You're stuck with us, forever…."

"Forever, oh my god, how will I handle it?" Diesel teased, looking at Heidi before he leaned down and kissed her once more, "I think I'll handle just fine.."

"Happy birthday, Diesel," Heidi said, resting her head in the crook of his neck, "Wait, I have to give you my gift."

"I thought the wristwatch was a group effort?" Diesel asked as Heidi got up and ran over to her vanity and pulled out a small velvet box, "What's this?"

"I saw you had a pierced ear," Heidi said, as she opened the small box to reveal two small earrings with a precious stone resting in the middle of the ring, "Here, it's like….a homing beacon, the closer we are to one another the better we feel."

"Heidi," Diesel said and he smiled and slipped the earring in his pierced lobe and Heidi did the same, "I like how it looks on you, Kitten."

Heidi smiled and then climbed back in bed saying, "Mhmm, I like how it looks on you, Diesel," before they kissed one another before they went to sleep.

The rest of December went by quickly and before they knew it, it was New Year's Eve and the family were sitting together, celebrating and enjoying one another.

"We've got 10 minutes left!" Carlos shouted, running over to Heidi, who was looking uneased, for some reason, "Mami, what is your wish for the New Year?!"

"I…." Heidi sighed, grabbing at her necklace, "I want to see a smooth birth and that my other children have a good year, without illness-" Heidi let out a noise, holding the necklace tightly to her chest.

"Heidi, Kitten, are you okay?" Diesel and Stephanie walked over to the woman, who was breathing harshly, sweat prickling her skin, "Heidi?! What's going on?"

"Danger, it's in danger," Heidi's eyes blew out as she stood up, suddenly, her body moving on its own, "Danger, danger, danger!"

"Mommy?!" Stephanie yelped as Heidi pulled herself free from Diesel's arms and stood still for a moment, before disappearing with a soft 'pop!' "Daddy! Where did Mommy go?!"

"I don't know, I'm going to call William," Diesel said, making some calls, panic rising in his throat, "William, it's Heidi, she disappeared, I don't know where she went!"

(~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~)

Heidi ran quickly down the hallway to the where the 7th stone was, rushing forward to it, she needed to save it, it was in danger, stop it, whatever it was harming it, it needed to stop! She didn't even hesitate to run through the archway and nearly yowled as the she found the last stone, almost blue-ish purple, under the pressure of some press, squeezing it, trying to crush it. She could feel its pain, she didn't care how she could save it, she needed to save it now!

"Stop! Come to me!" Heidi yelled, holding her hand out, the stones on her neck glowing dimly and with ease, the stone seemed to fly out from under the heavy pressure and into her hand. Heidi let out a sob of relief and placed the stone to her necklace and felt the feeling of utter completeness course through her. All seven stones on her, near her, their powers seemingly seeping into her body. Heidi let out a sigh, closing her hands around the stones, her hands glowing brightly before the light faded and when she opened her hands, she had only one brilliantly white stone resting against her collarbone, which hummed with power.

"So this is what happens, when all the stones are together, with the one they choose to utilize them," Heidi turned her head quickly and took a step back, seeing Wulf standing near her, his hands in the pockets of his suit and a wolfish grin on his face, "Hello, Agent Evanston, Heidi…it's been a while."

"Wulf," Heidi said as she sniffed, "I'm sorry to burst your bubble, but I've come here for one thing, and now I'm leaving!"

Heidi flipped him the bird and then left with a pop, only to find herself back in the room, confused. Wulf laughed and said, walking over to Heidi, "You're not leaving here, Heidi…I have use of you and that stone you now carry."

Heidi let out a cry as Wulf seemed to disappear before her before appearing behind her, in a flash. She let out a cry of pain as she felt something prick the side of her neck and then her vision began to blur and she slurred, "S-sleeping serum….fucking….coward…" Her eyelids were getting so heavy, and then her vision was darkening and she was falling into a drug induced sleep.

Wulf caught her with ease, lifting her up in his arms and carrying her out of the trap he set up for her and over to the prison she would wake up in soon.

He had the stones, now one powerful stone, and he had the chosen owner of the stones, he was unstoppable, he would do what he wanted to do badly and take over the entire world!

Oh no, Heidi's been kidnapped! Who's going to save her, or does she need saving? Hmmm...
