Aldera Junior High school was located in Musutafu, Japan. (It was a public school within the area, regardless of the money Kaito's family had, his mother always wanted him to go to a public school-his father felt the same way because neither believed in special treatment due to how one was raised. Which was why Kaito was not placed in Mustafa Private Middle School.) Even though the school was already filled with students in the hallways and classrooms as Kaito and Izuku were focused on getting to class before the bell rang, even though the two had to run to make it into the classroom in time before the morning bell could signal the school day to begin.

"Made it in time," Kaito breathed as he looked down at his phone as he let out a several huffs of breath from running the streets and the school hallways just to make it to class in time.

"Yeah," Izuku mumbled as he kept on huffing in air from the run.

"Morning Midoriya," a female student spoke as she noticed the two.

"Morning," Izuku breathed as he got his breathing under control.

Then the female student turned to look at Kaito and greeted, "Morning Class Rep."

Kaito paled at the words. He'd been picked to be Class Rep every year by his classmates since he entered Junior High School because it all started from a joke from Bakugo which turned into a real job for the blonde-haired male.

"Morning," Kaito huffed with a wave of his hand.

"Were you guys having a race to school or something?" the girl asked with an eyebrow raised.

Kaito shook his head. "No. We ran into another villain and hero scene on our way here and nearly arrived late to school because of it."

"Oh," the girl said with a chuckle and then her eyes widened with glee dancing within them. "I read about it on the news pages on my way here. Mt. Lady-a new hero-showed themselves today. I wonder if we'll see any new U.A. Graduates enter the scene soon."

Kaito gave a nod, even though he was less interested in hero news, and said, "Yeah. The new heroes are interesting."

Every new hero that enters the hero scene always catches the public's interest because of their Quirk, looks, or what they do for hero Society or the public as a whole. Kaito only paid attention to the hero news because of Izuku and how many news articles talk about what each hero is doing other than that he mostly stayed away from the hero scene. Or at least the knowledge about the current heroes that have been appearing every year since his mother had died…after her death he barely kept up with the news because he no longer worshiped the ground they walked on. Her death made it impossible for him to keep up with a childish dream and pushed Hero Society far into the back end of his mind.

All those times someone had told him he couldn't be a hero because his Quirk made him feel things from others that he shouldn't. A Quirk that allowed him to know things he should've freaked people out more than he realized…calling him a wizard because of his strange and villainous Quirk. He began to believe everything his classmates in America said about him were true because he did turn into a villain for a short moment after his mother died. He let his powers flow through him with emotions he couldn't control which resulted in death. Blood on his hands… The villain that killed his mother had met death that day…even though Kaito couldn't remember killing the man responsible for it.

No matter how hard he tries to imagine or think about that day every year since it happened. Kaito could barely remember it except when he got flashes or events going on in his current life made him remember that day in blurs. Never the full picture so he didn't know if what he'd been told was true or not. Because Kaito had killed in self-defense…he would've died that day if he didn't…his mother had shielded him from the death blow that was supposed to be for him.

He shouldn't have had to deal with it…a hero should've come to save them…to save him from the guilt… that's why he turned away from heroes.

"Kaito…you, okay?" Izuku asked with wide green eyes.

Kaito felt all his emotions and thoughts about heroes and his mother melt away into the back of his own mind the moment Midoriya had spoken. "Yeah…I'm fine…why?" he breathed.

Midoriya frowned at the words.

Kaito wondered if he looked sick or pale. Whenever he thought about his mother's death, he usually losses some color within his cheeks or has a distance look within his blue-grey eyes according to several of his extended found family members that has scene him have a slight PTSD episode (which had gotten better according to some over the years, but he still couldn't handle thinking about that event that shaped his life).

"Yeah…I'm fine. I might have ran a little too much," Kaito explained to his green haired friend trying to put him at ease. He didn't want to worry Midoriya because he always put others before himself.

"Okay…" Izuku breathed even though he didn't seem to fully believe what Kaito was telling him.

The bell began to ring, signaling for class to begin.

Kaito let out a breath into the year glad that he was saved from explaining anything to Izuku by the school bell. He began to walk to his desk and sat down into the chair and placed his bag on the floor and stared off at the whiteboard and the teacher's desk in the far-right corner of the room.

Izuku moved to his own desk and took out his notebook to write down about the hero scene he saw on his way to school.

Kaito's eyes drift around the room as the excitement that once filled the air began to be replaced with boredom as another school day began. He let out a breath as he relaxed a little in his seat and turned his eyes back at the teacher that was sitting at their desk as all of the students took their seats and quieted down.

Silent echoed across the room without a single word being said. The noise of breathing and Izuku writing in his notebook could be the only noise heard.

The male teacher stood up from his desk and began to walk to the front of the classroom with papers in his hands. He began to speak; "Since you're all third years, it's time for you to think seriously about your future."

Kaito scoffed at the words. He already knew that his third year within Junior High School would be important because this was the only time to focus on your future and what kind of life you wanted within the world.

Hero Society made it clear that was the new goal within the youths' minds.

Hero work because of their interesting powerful Quirks.

He let out a breath as his blue-grey eyes landed on Izuku and realized he was too busy writing down notes in his hero book and were not paying attention to the teacher's beginning of class speech, but Kaito knew it didn't actually matter because the future had yet to be explored. Everyone had until January to decide what High School they wished to try out for…but it would quickly happen regardless of the slow pass their lives had within Junior High School.

"What are you going to do with your lives?" the teacher asked the students.

I don't know. Kaito thought rather bitterly because he might have thought about a few things, but he didn't have a real goal within his life. He didn't have a goal like Midoriya did…all he had was a support making licenses because of his family's business. So, his life had already been planned out before him…hadn't it?

"I could pass out handouts for your future plans now," the teacher explained to the class as he lifted up a bunch of papers within his right hand as his eyes watched every student within the room carefully.

Kaito rolled his eyes already knowing where this conversation was going.

A few students began to activate their Quirks.

One student had the power to turn their hair into three sharp points. Another student could turn his skin into a rocky covering.

"Why bother?" The teacher asked cheerfully when he noticed the students activating their powers and threw the papers into the air as he grinned and exclaimed, "I already know you want to go into the hero track."

With those words spoken the whole class turned on their Quirks (minus, Izuku, Kaito and Bakugo).

One student had steam coming off their skin. While another student could make their hair move in strange ways by their own thoughts. A male student could grow out his fingers to any size and length he chose. Another male student could turn their face into a bubble gum like bubble that was brightly pink. A female student could create light. Some other students could bend the element of wind. Some students could even shape their body parts into strange objects or turn their facial features into animals.

Kaito rolled his eyes at the students showing off their Quirks. There was no point in showing off what you do…unless you were looking for attention.

"Yes, yes, you all have some very impressive Quirks," the Teacher remarked to the students for a moment before reminding everyone about an important rule, "But no Quirk usage in school. Get ahold of yourselves."

The students began to turn off their powers as the hero excitement began to leave the room. Making all of the students turn their attention back to the teacher.

Midoriya had looked up from his notebook as he stopped writing as he kept his hand only half-way in the air because he was excited to try out for the hero courses as well…only for his green eyes to land on Kaito and realized he didn't lift his hand up once.

"Huh…" Izuku breathed.

Kaito turned and looked at his friend. "What?"

"You don't want to be a hero?" he asked.

Kaito paled at the question because he never thought Midoriya would actually ask him that. Deep down he always kept it hidden from Izuku and never tried to ever say anything about his own dreams. All he let Midoriya know was that he thought heroes were cool…but never any other details.

"Not everyone can-" He stopped his answer from reaching the green haired boys' ears.

Not everyone can be a hero.

That was going to be Kaito's answer to Midoriya which would've crushed his friends' own dreams about getting into U.A. High School. Izuku might be Quirkless, but Kaito had his own problems when it came to being a hero. The first one being Kaito's own origins when it comes to his own father being a former villain which would prevent anyone from accepting Kaito's own hand for any help or believe that he actually wanted to help others. The second reasoning being Kaito's own Quirk which kids in America made fun of for it being villainous. Then the third reason, the event that changed Kaito's life and made him stop worshipping heroes and made him realize he couldn't do anything to save his own mother from dying.

Midoirya didn't know everything about Kaito, even though the two were considered friends.

Kaito kept his father a secret from everyone because that was what Kyo wanted. He did tell Izuku once and the green haired boy didn't care about Kaito's family origins and only about him, which had surprised Kaito back when it happened. The other thing he mentioned to Izuku was that his mother had died, but Kaito never explained how Amanda passed.

He couldn't tell Izuku what happened that day. He couldn't tell anyone that he had killed someone. Regardless of the event being labeled self-defense. Midoriya wouldn't be able to understand because of the number one rule heroes had to follow. That rule was heroes don't kill villains.

That's why Kaito never explained everything to Midoriya.

Because killing a villain was not a line heroes crossed.

All Might, the hero Izuku respects the most in the world, never killed. Which was why Kaito didn't have the courage to tell Izuku about what happened with Amanda. He'll be judged and he might end up losing his only friend.

"It's not that simple…Izuku," Kaito stated to his friend. "Being a hero isn't at the top of my list."

Even though he once dreamed about being a hero.

Back when Kaito's eyes had been filled with wonder and amazement.

Before they were filled with death, blood, and failure.

"Oh…so you want to be an inventor."

"Maybe," Kaito breathed.

"Yeah, teach!" a confident voice sounded.

Kaito scoffed and rolled his eyes and mumbled under his breath. "Oh no."

Katsuki Bakugo, the pale blond with spiky looking hair that had bright red eyes, his grey shoes were crossed together on top of his wooden desk, his arms leaning back in his chair, his head tossed back with his face toward the sky. "Don't lump me in with these bunch of losers." Not even caring if his words sounded harsh. "I'm the real deal, but these guys will be lucky to end up as sidekicks to some busted D-lister." With that being said he lifted his head up with a deep chuckle in his throat, seeing himself as the most superior one within the classroom.

"Bakugo strikes again," Kaito added under his breath as he turned his head to glared at the male student.

The anger and the rage seemed to roll off the other students as they turned and glare at Bakugo as well. No one seemed to like his attitude and began to shout opinions of their own;

"That was uncalled for, Katsuki!"

"You think that you're better than us, Katsuki!"

"Yeah, come on!"

"Boo! Boo!"

Only Bakugo was not phased and smartly replied, "Let's go. I'll take you all on!"

Kaito scoffed and rolled his eyes at Bakugo's tone. He already disliked Katsuki because of how he treated Izuku, but Bakugo's temper and confidence had gotten worse every single time heroes were brought up within the classroom. He could understand that Bakugo had the goal of becoming a great hero…but he remained Kaito of the Flame Hero Endeavor, who had a poor reputation out of all the heroes according to the public.

The teacher had grabbed a clip board and looked over Bakugo's test scores and hummed, "You have impressive testing results." Then his eyes drifted to the High School Bakugo had listened down on the paper and said, "Maybe you will get into U.A."

"Huh?" Kaito breathed out.

"He's gonna try for the national school?" a student asked.

"U.A.?" Another student questioned.

"That national School?!" Another shouts, shock.

Everyone within the classroom was shocked by the words and couldn't believe someone within their school would actually try to get into the hardest hero school within Japan.

Kaito rolled his eyes at the news, it wasn't that surprising. Bakugo would try out for the top hero school within the country. U.A. High School was considered the number one hero school in Japan, it was where all of the top pro-heroes (within Japan) had gone to school-even the number one hero All Might, the number two hero Endeavor, and the number four hero Best Jeanist. If you wished to go pro hero one day U.A. was considered to be the best school for someone like Bakugo.

"That school has a 0.2% expectation rate." A student exclaimed.

"It was in the top 0.2% this year, you know!" another adds.

Only a male voice rang out and shouted, "It's impossible to get in."

That's true. Only a small percentage got into the school, Kaito thought with a grimace. The odds of Bakugo getting in would be…high based on his Quirk.

"Their acceptance rate is always really low, too!" another student adds.

"That's exactly why it's the only place worthy of me." Bakugo exclaimed, jumping onto the top of his desk, standing above everyone in the classroom, seeing them below him. He closed his red eyes, made his hand into a proud fist as he shouted with pride, "I ace all the mock tests!"

Oh…no…here comes his ego. Kaito thought.

"Only Kaito scores higher than you do," a student says to Bakugo smirk.

Kaito paled because the words were true. His test scores were better than Bakugo's.

Bakugo turned and glared in Kaito's direction which nearly made the blonde-haired boy flinch at the rage rolling off Katsuki. Kaito never could understand why Bakugo disliked…it couldn't be because he was friends with Izuku, but something always seems to make Bakugo rage whenever Kaito is mentioned.

Kaito wanted to sink down within his chair to hide from the rage filled red eyes, but he didn't wish to give Bakugo any ground or acknowledge that the rage rolling off him was affecting Kaito.

Bakugo grits his teeth together at the words. Kaito was considered nothing more than a thorn within Katsuki's side since the teen moved from America to Japan. "Shut up about, Kaito!" He warned in a slow and dangerous voice, looking ready to explode.

Kaito let his eyes fall toward the ground and silently begged for the students to keep quiet.

Bakugo's rage was something to be fearful of. He was like a raging explosion of magma that could rip through anything with his Quirk that could explode like a bomb when his hands were thrown at someone. His power of explosion when he was ill tempered made everyone within the room fearful of him.

And Kaito didn't feel like dealing with an explosion murder god today.

Bakugo moved his thumb up toward his chin, pointing directly at himself. "I'm the only one at this school who stands a chance at getting into U.A. I'll end up more popular than All Might himself and become the richest hero of all time." He puts one hand into a fist and lifts it high into the atmosphere. "People all across the world will know who I am, and it all starts with U.A. high!"

Good luck with that explosion boy, Kaito thought with a roll of his eyes. He doubted that Bakugo would become a great hero like All Might.

Every student that wanted to be a hero wanted to be like All Might. The main goal with any hero is to surpass the current number one hero because everyone within the world knows his name, regardless of All Might being a Japanese hero.

But Kaito didn't believe anyone could surpass All Might. The Symbol of Peace.

"Oh yeah," the teacher spoke as he looked down at the list and said, "Midoriya, don't you want to go to the U.A., too, right?"

Why did you have to say that? Kaito thought as he paled and glared at the teacher.

Nothing good was going to come from those words.

Kaito didn't even need to use his Force Quirk to notice that the atmosphere within the whole room changed the moment the teacher mentioned Izuku's name to the classroom.

Bakugo had gone stone white losing all color from his skin and froze in place upon hearing the words about Midoriya trying out for U.A. High School which seemed to have fried his explosive brain.

Izuku paled and tried to hide his face in his hands and down on his wooden desk-trying to make himself small and hoped no one would notice him. Only no one in the classroom turned away and continued to look at him within blank expressions as he slowly lifted his head up to look at his classmates.

Silence seemed to echo through the room.

Kaito looked around and wondered who would make the first move that would ruin the peace.

Then laugher came from all of the students (minus Kaito and Bakugo) began to laugh at Midoriya's dream. Everyone within the group of Junior High students knew Izuku was Quirkless, making it impossible to believe that someone like Midoriya could become a hero.

"Guys enough…" Kaito told the class. "It's not funny."

"It's not funny," a student mocks. "Yes, it is Miyagi."

"A Quirkless hero," another laughs.

"Guys!" Kaito warned again.

"You have got to be kidding me," a female laughed.

Kaito didn't know how to stop anyone from laughing. His words were falling on ears that were not willing to see reasons or try to see things in a different way.

"Huh? Midoriya? No Way!"

"Midoriya, you're kidding right?"

Kaito turned to look at his friend and paled. Midoriya's green eyes had shirked into his skull, making them tiny little circles as he looked around the room, mouth opened and sweat dripping down his face from everyone's reaction.

"You can't get into the hero course just by studying!"

The words enraged him.

Anger was ripping through his body because he didn't like how Midoriya always seemed to handle every single word thrown his way without saying anything. He didn't like hearing anyone mock his friends' dream.

Kaito gripped his hands into tight fists and shouted at the top of his lungs. "Will all of you be quiet!"

Silence once again echoed around the room as everyone turned their attention away from Izuku and looked at Kaito.

He blinked his blue-grey eyes at the students that were staring at him, but at least their attention was on him and away from Izuku. That was all Kaito could ask for because he was trying to dissolve the situation away from heroes and U.A. High School.

"Really Miyagi. There is no way Izuku can get into the hero course without a Quirk, a student scoffed.

"It's possible," Kaito encouraged. "Don't count him out yet."

Midoriya stood up from his desk, hands and legs shaking as he struggled to speak, "T-th-they got rid of that rule!"

Kaito nodded in agreement because U.A. would now take students that didn't have any Quirk's, but none of those students have ever made it into the hero course-most of them entered General Studies that was for those that couldn't make it into the hero course but could move up-they mostly took tests for collage. Then there was the Support Course which was a group that make support equipment for heroes in the field (which was mainly Kaito's family's jobs) and Management, the people that help manage hero agencies

"He can be the first," Kaito adds.

Izuku gave a nod. "Yeah…I could be the first."

Before anyone could comment on the subject Bakugo made his furious move.

Katsuki had launched toward young Izuku Midoriya, he brought his arm up and with a sharp battle cry before he activated his Quirk-explosion-into the wooden desk, the force of the attack knocked Midoriya back and over his chair before crashing onto the floor.

"Bakugo!" Kaito shouts with steely eyes. "You psycho."

"What was that, Kaito?" Bakugo demands in a shout, turning his head with a half-glare toward him, lifting his hand as he had a few explosions go off within them.

Me and my big mouth, Kaito thought.

He understands the moment he shouted at Bakugo that he shouldn't have spoken a single word unless he wanted to get blasted by an explosion. But someone had to defend Izuku from the enraged explosion user that was acting like a crazy psycho.

Only Kaito's father, Kyo, wouldn't want him to be in a fight with his classmate. But he knew he needed to disappoint his father for now.

"You heard me," Kaito spat, making his choice.

"Then say it," Bakugo challenged. "Let me hear it…Guard Dog."

Guard Dog had been a nickname Kaito was given by Bakugo because of how many times he defended Izuku from the explosion user. Even though the nickname was a mocking one because that was all Bakugo saw Kaito as…. a barking dog that tried to defend Quirkless Izuku.

Kaito bit his lip as he wanted to make a spark of blue lighting from his hands but he couldn't do it. One could show off-yes, but Kyo would be disappointed because Kaito had never been one of those people and he wasn't going to start now because Bakugo was never one to back down from a possible fight which would end up happening in a classroom. That would lead to Kaito getting into trouble…so he did the only thing he could do and stayed staring at Bakugo with his mouth shut.

One day I'll be able to show you what I can really do, Bakugo. Kaito thought with his hands clutched.

Bakugo gave a wolfish grin. "That's what I thought…Guard Dog."

Kaito glared and opened his mouth to say something only for another voice to talk over him.

"Kachan," Izuku said.

Bakugo turned his attention away from Kaito and turned back to look at Midoriya that was on the ground and roared, "Deku! You're even worse than these rejects and your Guard Dog. You Quirkless, wannabe."

Kaito began to move forward and grabbed Bakugo's hand. "Enough…Katsuki."

Bakugo turned and let an explosion rip from his other hand which hit Kaito in the stomach. The blonde-haired male stumbled backwards but kept his footing because the attack was rather light. Kaito gave a cough from the attack.

"Enough Guard Dog," Bakugo spat as he turned back to Izuku. "I want to know why U.A. would want someone like you, Deku, when they can have me?"

Midoriya, in a panic, backed away with a hand up until his back hit the wall. He was now cornered by the strongest person within the whole class-his childhood bully. "No, wait, Kacchan, you got it all wrong!" he adds, lifting his hands in the air, showing he surrenders to Bakugo (which made Kaito swallow bitter at the sight). "I'm not trying to compete with you or anything! You gotta believe me." He then looked down toward the ground, keeping his green eyes on the floor and tried to explain why he wanted to be a hero-even if he was Quirkless. "It's just ...I-I wanted to be a hero since I was little." He wanted to be a Hero like All Might and be able to save people with a smile on his face. His green eyes drifted toward Kaito for a brief moment before going back to the ground. "And well...I may not have a Quirk. I can still try my hardest-can I?"

Kaito stares because he was unsure about what would happen. He knew those words wouldn't make Bakugo back off no matter how carefully worded. He could feel the emotions running off Katsuki which was like a roaring storm of fury.

Black smoke was rising from both of Katsuki's hands as he spat, "You really think you can handle the best of the best." He challenged Izuku as a dark energy began to surround Bakugo-which made Kaito flinch because he could feel it within his own skin- as a dark shadow became to make his eyes bright red causing Izuku to look up at him. "You'll die in the exams! Defenseless Izuku, this school is already crappy, do you want to embarrass it even more by failing so hard?"

Kaito flinched at the thought of Izuku dying because it was a thought that sickened him to his very core and made his stomach turn (which wasn't caused by Bakugo's attack) making him nearly feel dizzy as an image of blood filled his mind.

Blood…Izuku dying….

"Enough!" Kaito said as he shook the thoughts away.

"Huh?" Bakugo breathed as he turned to look at Kaito.

"Huh?" Kaito answered back.

"What was that Kaito?" Bakugo snapped.

"Huh?" Kaito asked in confusion only to realize that Bakugo thought he'd been talking to him. "I was not saying anything to you."

Bakugo glared at him.

"Students…" The teacher spoke. "Take your seats…please. It's time to start class."

The tension in the air changed as Kaito turned and looked at their homeroom teacher for a moment before nodding his head because at least the conflict will end for the time being, but after school Bakugo would turn into a furious explosion monster that might end up harming Izuku and him.

"Of course, sir," Kaito answered to the teacher.

"Both of you got lucky," Bakugo whispered to them as he began to walk back to his desk.

Kaito nodded.

Izuku gave a nod and mumbled, "Kaito are you…"

"I'm fine," Kaito answered as he moved forward and opened his gloved hand to Izuku. Midoriya took the fingerless glove hand and was pulled to his feet. "Let's worry about class and everything else later."

Izuku gave a nod. "Yeah."

"Yeah."

Far off into the city around the time of 2:00 P.M. everything was silent with barely any noises being heard making the area peaceful. Heroes were patrolling the city and the children were in school learning while the adults were at their jobs. The crime wave within the city seemed to calm down and became nonexistent as a few cars honked their horns within traffic for a second before peace returned once again to the world.

Karin let out a breath as she continued to walk down the sidewalk once she parked the car outside of the restaurant. She'd been busy shopping around the city before arriving for her date.

Her green eyes looked around the area and didn't see anything happening which means he wouldn't be late. Even though his lunch break might be thirty minutes away, it also depends on how fast his wings can fly through the air.

She let out a huff of air and wondered if this was a good idea.

Mastermind would be furious if he found out who she was going on a date with and facing his wrath nearly made her shiver at the thought, but she wanted to feel like a normal twenty-four-year-old girl that could go on dates with anyone she chose without having someone saying anything about her dating life.

I'm doing this for me. If it doesn't work out, then I wouldn't date a hero again, Karin thought.

Even though this was her tenth date with-

A loud scream rang out across the area making Karin pale and turned to look in the direction of the noise.

"Huh?" the red-haired female breathed.

She began to walk in the direction of the scream and looked out from the restaurant doorway and saw a woman on the ground outside of a store, with a shield dome over her-which could've been the girls, Quirk.

Karin wondered what had happened to cause the woman to scream.

Suddenly a store owner ran out onto the streets and shouted, "Thief! Get back here!"

Thief. Karin thought as her green eyes looked down the room and a person running down the street.

The thief was made out of dark green fluid or mud-like substance by the virtue of his Quirk, he was like sludge with giant teeth and small eyes that seem to be a moldy yellow with a small hint of blood red. It was bold of the sludge man to steal money from a store in broad daylight as bystanders stood by watching him from the sidewalk.

"Someone! Stop that monster!" The store owner shouts, pointing a finger at the creature that kept running.

Karin paled and wondered if she should do anything, but she knew how Hero Society worked. If you were not a hero, then you couldn't use your Quirk to help out anyone. Even though Mastermind never cared much about the rule and operated within his own laws, rules, and guidelines when it comes to the criminal underworld and other matters that Quirk Society didn't have time to handle. He allowed anyone under his roof to use their Quirk and power when needed-especially during fights with factions that supported All For One.

Only the thief that had robbed the store was not one of those villains. He wasn't even part of an origination that Mastermind had fought against before…so, Karin couldn't do anything.

She stood off on the sidelines hopeless and watched with down casted green eyes.

"Catch me if you can!" the Sludge Villain challenged with a grin. His body continued to move through the streets, daring heroes to come and stop him as green bills of money flew around him from the stash he stole from the store. "This cash is mine."

"Huh?" a person said in shock. "There's no hero around?"

"Huh?" Karin whispered as she looked around to try and see a costume of a hero around only to not see one. "Weird. Usually there is at least one hero on patrol at this hour."

"Dude, where are all the heroes?" asked a bystander.

"That's weird. Normally someone would come right away." Another person said.

"Maybe they're all still busy at the scene from this morning?"

"This guy's taking advantage of the chaos from this morning."

Karin silently agreed because any villain would see this as a good time to cause chaos after such an event.

"There are tons of people around who don't know what to do with their Quirks."

Another comment Karin agreed with because when it came to Quirk laws some blame them for the increase in villain activate.

"Remember when we didn't have to worry about rando's with Quirks all the time."

According to articles Karin read over the internet the good old days within Quirk Society had been when 80% of the population didn't have powers. Only for the times to change and none 20% of the population still remained Quirkless after 200 years of Quirk Society.

It was rare to find someone Quirks, but with two kids that Karin heard about Izuku Midoriya and Melissia Shield being born Quirkless when their parents had Quirks had her wonder if the powers that had grown over the generations would disappear. Only that was proven wrong a few times, but the normal of Quirkless children coming from parents with Quirks had increased in some places within the world.

Only Mastermind told her not to look too deep into it. Only to focus on reports about kids being given Quirks that seem to be random within their family. (Even when All For One was considered dead-Kyo still ordered Karin to look over reports about odd Quirks within families which made her wonder if All For One could still be alive.)

"There's no end to them," another person complained.

Villains kept on popping up everywhere within this day and age. Every single day new ones arrive in town for heroes to fight. And the cycle continues on and on with no end in sight because…. Karin didn't know the reason behind why every day seemed to be the same old thing.

Heroes. Villains. Quirks. Seemed to just blend into everyday lives.

Unknown to anyone a man walked out of a store and held a plastic bag in his hands and watched the sight for a moment. Everything within the blond-haired male's being was telling him he had to stop the Villain because he was a symbol of peace and justice within the world regardless of the condition he's been in the past few years. He took up his muscle form as he stood behind the group of people that had been talking and watching the scene.

"Yes, there is." A male voice spoke.

Karin went stiff at the voice and her green eyes went wide. She hadn't heard that voice in several years and now she was hearing it once again. She turned to look in the direction of the voice and saw him.

What is he doing here? Karin thought the moment she saw the blonde-haired male.

Everyone else within the street turned and looked at the hero in wonder and amazement.

"You know why?" the blonde-haired male asked.

The sludge Villain turned back and his eyes grew wide with fear the moment his eyes landed on the hero that arrived at the scene.

The blonde-haired hero gave a bright and fearless smile and said, "Because I am here!"

For he was All Might the symbol of Peace. The number one hero. The Hero everyone around the world has heard about over the decades. He was the greatest hero within Hero Society.

Karin paled as her eyes grew wide at the sight of All Might.

The Sludge villain continued to run as All Might took off after him down the street. Karin couldn't see what was happening or what was going on between the two. She couldn't even hear a fight happening and wondered if All Might caught the thief or not.

Oh, Mastermind is going to be furious. All Might's not supposed to be in the area because his agency is in Minato, Tokyo… Karin thought with a wince because she doubted that All Might was here for a visit. Which brought up the question about why he was here in the first place.

This was not going to be if Mastermind heard about All Might being in town. Considering Kyo disliked All Might after it happened a few years ago. After All Might broke his word as a hero and ended up breaking his promise to Mastermind… that one action caused a fall out between the two.

Deep down…Karin couldn't blame All Might for breaking his word.

No, All Might had every right to end All For One during that fight. Regardless of him giving his word to Kyo that he wouldn't kill All For One.

But she could understand why Mastermind was angry. For the former villain trusted the hero and in the end the trust was broken, but she didn't agree with what Kyo wanted to try and do for All For One. There was on redemption for someone like All For One.

"Hey Karin," a voice male greeted from behind her.

The female nearly screamed and turned to look at the male and exclaimed, "Where did you come from?"

"The sky," he answered.

The red-haired girl let out a scoff at the words. "I wasn't talking about your red feathers."

"Oh…. then what do you mean?"

"You just scared me."

"So, your mind was elsewhere."

"Yes."

"Why?" he asked with an eyebrow raised.

Karin let out a huff of air. "All Might showed up."

"All Might…why would he be here?"

"No clue."

The male shook his head. "Of course…guess I can take lunch with you before I get back to my hero duties."

"Yeah," Karin answered with a nod.

The people on the streets began to notice the hero that was beside Karin.

"Oh my gosh…it's Hawks."

"What's he doing here?"

"Is that his girlfriend?"

"Why would he have a girlfriend?"

Karin quickly grabbed the heroes' arm and began to drag him away. "You can say hello to your fans later."

The hero gave a chuckle and said, "I like it when you're jealous."

"I am not jealous."

"Sure, you're not."

Karin let out a breath of air before shaking her head. She'll focus on lunch for now and worry about All Might being in town later.

Second chapter is done.

Kaito and Bakugo's relationship is a mess. These two don't get along no matter what at the moment. (Even though Kaito wishes to secretly fight Bakugo. But they are in school and could get in trouble or expelled if they do end up fighting. But one day these two will have a fight where Kaito can finally punch him.) Until then Bakugo is going to call Kaito a Guard Dog-mainly because Kaito protects Izuku from Bakugo. (Basically, Bakugo isn't as bad as it is in the anime and manga because Kaito is around Izuku a lot.)

Kaito does kinda have PTSD flashbacks like Shigaraki. He basically feels sick and gets flashes when he remembers his mother's death and everything that happened that day. That's why thinking about it he becomes pale and feels ill.

And yeah, Kaito is currently Class Rep for his Junior High School. (Even though he secretly dislikes it. But someone had to take the job.)

All Might is here and Karin doesn't understand why, but she is concerned about what could happen in Mastermind and the number one hero saw or spoke to each other again. (Basically, Mastermind made All Might promise not to kill All For One back before All Might got injured-but the plan didn't go as planned.)

Yep. Karin is dating Hawks. (Even though their relationship is going to become complicated if Mastermind finds out. The reason for why Kyo would have a problem with it would be explained later.)
