Author's note. Apologies for the delay in posting a new chapter, I hope everyone enjoys this.

Enjoy and please review.

"Do I have to wear all of this?" Valour asked, fingering his cape which covered his shoulders and flowed down his back.

"Of course, you must look your best," his Sire told him, looking exceedingly majestic in his own blood red clock complete with gold braid and Decepticon symbol on a clasp. The previous evening, once Megatron and Optimus were alone, they decided to take care of some paperwork rather than an evening of lovemaking. As disappointed as Megatron was by this, he could see the logic.

Considering most evening were either spent with their children, social engagement or love making, they did need to set aside some time for not as fun but still necessary business. In the middle of it, Megatron decided to research this Temple to see what was expected of visitors. And he discovered that bots usually presented themselves at their best which included polishing, waxing, buffing, wearing clocks, jewellery, etc.

So the next day, they spent the morning getting the whole family ready. Both Honour and Valour had thoroughly enjoyed the scented bath their creators had taken them to in the bathhouse. Afterwards was a little less fun as it had been time for the polishing and waxing. Valour put up with it, even though he didn't like having his armour too shiny because then it became a pain to stop smudges and scuffs appearing. He loved being able to run around and play, being all polished up meant he couldn't really do that. However, he had still allowed the attendants to treat him while his creators were also being attended to.

Of course, his little sister had been a bit more difficult since this was the first time she'd ever been done up. She squirmed furiously and protested loudly at being subject to such treatment. It had taken bribes, patience and exceedingly experienced helpers to polish and buff her up. She'd then been placed in a large container lined with soft blankets so there was no chance she could ruin her finish. Of course, she'd started crawling around trying to find ways of climbing out so a servant had to keep distracting her while the others finished getting dressed. Just before it was time to go, she was picked up and dressed in a beautiful gauzy veil that hung almost like a dress from her body and a simple but jewel encrusted circlet to wear.

She chirped in fascination at what she was wearing and kept taking the circlet off to examine it and occasionally, try to put it in her mouth.

"My perfect little princess," Megatron sighed proudly, lifting her up to admire her.

"She's beautiful," Optimus agreed, leaning against his mate and looking resplendent in his own blue cape. "What do you think Valour?"

"Uh huh, she's great," Valour said with a nod, trying not to fidget too much. He had his own circlet, suitable for a sparkling prince which was made from some twisted precious metal and wasn't studded with pink gems like his sisters. It did look nice but he was slightly worried he might damage or lose it. Sometimes, it was hard to believe he was a prince after growing up a medic's son.

"And you look ravishing," Megatron purred, turning to Optimus as he settled Honour in his arms.

"Thank you," Optimus smiled, Megatron did look very handsome all dressed up like that. "You look magnificent my dear."

Megatron beamed proudly before gesturing that they should go, he had a transport waiting to take them.

"Can we take a picture to show mama?" Valour suddenly asked, he wasn't sure if they would look so smart after visiting the temple.

"An excellent idea," a voice said and they turned to see Ultra Magnus and Alpha Trion were there.

"When are you going to sit down for a portrait?" Alpha Trion continued, striding forward.

"Perhaps when the twins are born?" suggested Optimus, seeing that Megatron looked mildly annoyed at the interruption. "I'm not sure if Honour would be able to pose for a portrait right now."

"With the right artiest, it could be done," Ultra Magnus said warmly, his chest swelling with pride at the sight of his son. He could feel that Alpha Trion felt the same pride he did, their son was truly perfect. No doubt, Aurora would grow to be an equal beauty.

"Indeed and speaking of which, Optimus, you must set some time aside to have your portrait done with us," his Sire said, an excited gleam in his optic. "I want to show the world my mate, son and daughter."

"I'm sure I could manage that," his son said with a nod. "But right now, we're in a bit of a hurry."

"A quick picture then," Ultra Magnus said. "That will tide us over."

"Only if it's quick," Megatron couldn't help but say, Honour was beginning to squirm a little.

"Just stand together and I'll take it," his carrier in law offered.

Standing tall, Megatron held Honour proudly in one arm while his other went around Optimus who held Valour. They all smiled although Ultra Magnus had to wave his free hand a few times to get Honour to look in his direction. But in the end, he got a perfect picture which he showed to his mate who nodded approvingly.

"Yes, very good," he stated. "But we really must get the real thing and soon."

"I'm sure we will," Ultra Magnus agreed as Alpha Trion now said. "Remember everything I've taught you Valour, how you walk, how you speak, everything."

"I will grandfather," Valour said obediently, trying even harder not to fidget.

"Ah...ah...!" Honour distracted the eldest as she tried to jump from her carrier to him, but so far was failing because he had a hard grip on her.

Noticing what she wanted, he said sternly: "No, use your carrier for that, I have to feed Aurora, not you!"

As if understanding what he said -or perhaps the tone was not to her liking- Honour's optics filled with liquid and her face twisted before she started crying loudly in protest.

"Shhh...shhh... Here's carrier, sweetspaark, shhh..." Megatron tried to feed her only for her to refuse again and scratch his hand away while crying.

Valour covered his receptors as his little sister's cries intensified in volume and flinched as she screeched.

"Here... Let me try," Optimus tried while taking her up and offering her his tube... Only to be rejected as well.

All the presents seemed worried, except an annoyed Megatron and a cold looking Alpha Trion who was not moved in the least by her tears.

"Come on... You fed from me last time... What's wrong now?" Once again tried Optimus as his receptors ringed making him flinch.

Just as Megatron seemed ready to react -negatively- Ultra Magnus then took her from Optimus and placed her on the elder's chest.

"What-?!" The other tried as Honour started groping around between sobs and tears for his tube.

"Open, Trion," Was everything the autobot commander said.

"No! This is for Aurora, besides, you're teaching her if she cries loud enough she will get what she wants!" Protested the other.

"That's right!" Exclaimed Megatron going for his daughter but as he tried to take her, she attached herself to Alpha Trion's armour and whimpered when her carrier tried to pull her, pulling his sire in-law towards him as well. "Honour! Let go of your grandsire! If you're hungry, I'll feed you."

"Bah!" Was her negative answer before she let out a loud, piercing scream that made them all cover their audios.

"Sire, please, grandsire, please," Valour tried covering his audios as tears also escaped his optics as they started hurting.

Then she calmed...

...because the ancient mech obliged... Again. And his annoyed face said what he was thinking.

Megatron growled in annoyance. Everything was perfect until that old fossil appeared again.

Slowly, Honour calmed and her tears dried.

"I think you had enough, you and your creators must go, now," Said Alpha Trion trying to remove his tube from her mouth, but she was biting it so there was no way he could take it from her until she was done. "You..." He threatened.

"It's okay, Trion, besides, its not the first time you fed her and still have plenty for Aurora later," Said the Magnus caressing her head to calm her more.

"Is that so? She's making a habit of it! Besides, she's also giving a bad example to the other sparklings!" Exclaimed the other to the brim of fury.

The Magnus sighed. "Well... At least it calms her."

Megatron frowned at that and Optimus lifted an optic ridge.

But before anyone could voice anything, to Megatron's disgrace...

"That is very Megatron-like." A feminine voice said instead.

Everyone turned to see Windblade there with a smirk and Megatron groaned.

"Where are you going all so well dressed and polished that I wasn't invited?" She added admiring them and noticing how tense Valour was. "Aww, relax sweetspark, is just wax." And with that passed him a little bag filled with little disposable polishing cloths.

His optics widened in delight and he exclaimed "Thanks!" with a big grin.

She expected an answer to her question, and once again, to Megatron's disgrace, Valour answered her:

"We're going to Prima's temple to pray."

"Oh!" She said excitedly and Megatron fought hard to not facepalm himself. He was sure she would want to join. "I'll love to go too, but, I have to look after Starling, he needs me."

"Starling?" Asked the sparkling.

"Starscream, dear. His mate's carrying several sparklings now and I must made sure they come safely without absorbing their creator's lives, but instead love," She answered seriously but with a kind smile.

"Oh. Okay, perhaps next time you can come," He invited her to his sire's horror.

"I'll be delighted to join you next time," She said before reaching down for him and kissed his forehead.

Turning around, she devised Honour who continued suckling contentedly. "That's enough, baby, if you get more you may get sleepy," She added by caressing her winged back.

The femmling sparkling whined but obeyed the older femme and allowed her to take her from Alpha Trion who almost sighed in relief.

"You're so cute... But so much like your carrier," The seeker femme started lifting her up and looking into the other's optics. "But more from your grandsire can heal that."

"What?!" This time Megatron couldn't help but bark as he snatched his daughter away from the older femme. He then growled at her not wishing to say anything because everything he said will be used against him.

Alpha Trion froze as the others just stilled trying to understand what she meant by it... However the elder knew. He'd seen his granddaughter change her habit and behaviour since she fed from him... So it was more than a theory.

Windblade only smirked at the Emperor and said: "Forget what I said, Megsyling... But don't forget you were exactly the same with your carrier."

Said that, and with the blink of a blue optic, she practically floated away leaving the present bots in silence...

...except for Honour who now singed and cuddled happily her carrier.

Seeing how much Megatron was scowling, Optimus sighed and touched his arm.

"We'll sort it out later," he said soothingly, wishing Honour wasn't so...addicted to his Sire's fuel.

Grumpily, Megatron nodded his agreement. Trying to improve the mood, Ultra Magnus asked.

"Optimus, what have you been up to in that old guest room?"

"Oh, I've been renovating it for myself," his son answered casually. "That'll be my room from now on."

"What about your old room?" Valour asked curiously.

"I...suddenly decided I wanted a different one," Optimus said delicately as Megatron scowled and his creators blushed.

"It was those seeker sparklings fault," Alpha Trion declared defensively. "They were jumping all over my berth and I didn't have...time to deal with them."

"Is that why they got spanked?" his grandson asked. "Slipstream told me they were naughty and TC wanted to be first born."

"They were exceedingly naughty," his grandfather grumbled as his mate tried not so smile. He'd been amused at the story of the old mech being pelted with paint balls, especially as his mate had taken it completely stoically. He could understand why his mate had punished them but it was still an amusing story.

"I doubt they'll go into your room again," Optimus said diplomatically while Megatron privately thought that once they'd forgotten about their punishment, they would.

"If they do, they will quickly regret it," his Sire stated sternly as Ultra Magnus now said.

"We all know that Trion. Now, why don't we let them get on with their trip?"

Giving them a very warm look, he said. "You all look wonderful, enjoy yourselves today."

"We will grandpa," Valour assured him with a big grin.

"Perhaps you can tell us all about it over dinner?" he now suggested, feeling that a nice sit down with all the family was due.

"We'd love to," Optimus said with a smile.

They said their goodbyes and soon were on the shuttle, although Megatron was still brooding furiously. Optimus couldn't help but think that actually made him look more handsome in a way, dressed in all his finery and yet with the brooding look on his face, exuding a powerful aura. It would make a perfect portrait for any artiest to tackle if only Megatron could hold that pose long enough. As Valour eagerly peered out a window as they flew, Megatron said darkly.

"I'm not having Honour refusing to feed from us, she needs to be weaned off that old fossil."

"I know love," Optimus sighed, he didn't like Honour not feeding from them either. "Perhaps we should seek advice about this, her grandfather isn't always going to be around even if we approved."

"Why does she like Grandfather's fuel so much?" Valour questioned, glancing around at them.

"Who knows," Megatron complained, thinking fondly about how she used to only feed from him. Well, he had no problem with her feeding from Optimus, that he was happy to encourage, what infuriated him was how she refused to feed from anyone but that damn old fossil.

"Maybe you could bottle feed her?" suggested Valour. "Mama once had this patient and his sparkling would only feed from his creators but he couldn't feed him because of his condition. And since the father couldn't be there, he sent some of his fuel to be fed to her."

Both Megatron and Optimus stared at their son in amazement.

"Did that really happen?" Optimus questioned and Valour nodded. "Uh huh."

"That could work," his carrier mused. "If we had some of Sire's fuel, we could use it as a bribe to get her to feed from us. Once she did so, she'd get some as a treat."

Megatron grimaced, he still didn't like the idea of his daughter feeding from Alpha Trion at all but what choice did they have?

"Do you really think he'll agree to that?" he asked.

"If it stops her from always latching onto him and drinking her fill, I believe so," Optimus nodded. "We'll put it to him at dinner time."

His mate suddenly snorted.

"No doubt he'll give us the minimum amount and go on about how no one else can have it," he scoffed.

Optimus chuckled, reaching to lightly stroke Honour's head, she was much more relaxed and content simply to lie in her carrier's arms. Valour glanced at the little score she'd left on his Sire's hand and brought out a polishing cloth. He reached over and carefully buffed it away until the hand looked perfect. Megatron blinked before smiling.

"Thank you my son," he said, managing to crack a smile.

"These are good," Valour said happily. "She's a nice lady, Windblade."

"Hmm," Megatron sighed.

Optimus smiled. Perhaps he should invite her some tea and have a talk about his mate.

...

As the royal family went to the temple, Solar and Aurora were together on the big berth with his creators and siblings... All of them were asleep except for the youngest.

"Hungry?" Asked the baby shuttle to his friend and she nodded. "Try carrier's, is nice."

"I dunno... Carrier may get upset," She hesitated knowing very well that Alpha Trion would not take kindly if she fed from another that wasn't himself. He hadn't even allowed her to feed from her sire, not even once.

"He's not here, besides Honour must have taken her fill by now," The other insisted.

Aurora still hesitated. What she dreaded the most is hurting her carrier's feelings since he was very...overprotective of her.

...but her friend also insisted.

Well, what evil can cause if she just drinks a few drops?

So, following her friend's lead, she took Starscream's tube in her mouth and startled suckling...

Suddenly her whole body rattled, she shivered and her optics brightened powerfully.

"You okay?" Asked her Solar a little worried noticing her change.

Her only answer was a loud screech of happiness before rolling all over the berth laughing and giggling like mad.

"Aurora? Tried now really worried the other as she wasn't answering.

"Oh dear!" Windblade entered the chamber and noticed the overenergized femmling.

Oddly enough no one from the recharging bots were awakening from all the scandal.

"What have you done?" The seeker femme tried worriedly taking -or trying to- the little femme who continued rolling and squeaking like mad.

"Nuthing," Tried Solar. "Just offered her some of carrier's fuel."

"You did what?!" Exclaimed the older femme. "And here I thought YOU from all bots would know that seeker fuel is only for fliers! Now she will be like this for the next hours or so until she burns all that energy and when she does..." She trailed off.

"Whut...?" Tried Solar with wide optics.

"She will be in a hell of a pain," Was the answer that made the other gasp, cover his mouth and look in worry at his rolling friend.

"Aurora... Aurora... Sorry..." He now started crying.

"Aurora?" Suddenly entered the mech no one expected -or wishes to- see.. Alpha Trion.

He sighed and tried to catch his hyperactive daughter before asking furiously. "What happened here?!"

"It seems little Aurora was hungry and she served herself some of Starscream's fuel," Offered Windblade seeing how suddenly her cousin grow livid.

"She did what?!" He roared finally catching her wiggling and giggling form. "I've taught her to NEVER drink from another! And first chance she gets, she drinks from a flier?!"

Windblade only shrugged and he looked down with flaming optics towards Solar.

"I bet it was YOUR idea! I knew you were a bad influence for her, now I'm sure you are!" He scowled holding her. "I forbid you from seeing her again! You're a menace for her!"

Solar's optics widened in horror and he shook his head; but Alpha Trion was decided and walked away with his daughter.

"Nu, please dun't!" He tried but the ancient mech already left. His friend's giggles and squeaks could be heard in the distance...

...and now he cried brokenly.

"Aww baby," Windblade said taking him up. "Next time when you invite your girlfriend for a meal, make sure she's taking something her body can take." The other only cried on her chest. "Aww, don't worry, give Trion some time, he won't be able to separate her from you forever."

"Aurora..." Cried the other brokenly as lady Windblade tried to calm him.

Hours later however Aurora cried brokenly in pain, her whole body hurt and particularly her head which felt as if it was going to split.

"Shh... Baby, shhh... Carrier is here..." Tried Alpha Trion getting even more worried by the second as he waited for the right medic to arrive since the painkillers she was given were useless.

"What happened?!" Suddenly entered Ratchet noticing how loud the councilmech's daughter cried and how flushed her face was.

"Sire, nothing works, we've tried everything!" Tried Red Alert who was worried as never. It was the first time she got a sparkling with a hangover...and a newborn practically.

"I know! She needs silence and darkness. Have you ever given something to her?" He tried to his daughter.

"Yes, but nothing seems to work, not even the stabilizers for her tanks, she continues purging," Answered the femme.

"We have to warm her body and keep her in a dark and silent place, to give her something to stabilize her symptoms a little... Perhaps some little of Starscream's fuel so the pain would stop. I think she's in abstinence."

"What?!" Barked the eldest.

"Do you want her to heal or not?! You can scowl her later when she's better!" Roared at him Ratchet.

So Alpha Trion had to oblige, and sometime later his daughter's cries turned into whimpers and sobs as she calmed a little.

"Remember now," her carrier told her sternly. "Only feed from me, my fuel is good for you, seeker fuel is bad!"

She just let out a little whimper, she hadn't known that drinking Starscream's fuel would make her feel this way. He sighed before raising her up and gently rubbing her back.

"There, there, everything will be alright," he said gently. "You're my precious sparkling Aurora, I only have your best interests at Spark."

"Mmm," she mumbled in agreement.

"I missed out on your brother's development," he continued with another heavy sigh. He did understand a little better why Ultra Magnus hadn't told him, he was young and scared but he couldn't help but regret what had happened. "The same is not going to happen with you, I will provide you with everything you need to grow into a lady."

He hesitated before adding.

"And your Sire...he's also going to be there, protecting you and giving you love."

This made her chirp in happiness, she liked the idea of her creators always being there for her a lot. Cuddling into the warm, comforting armour of her carrier, she began to purr, indicating that she was feeling better. Ratchet, along with his daughter smiled, Alpha Trion must be rather old fashioned in his views and demeanour but it was clear he dearly loved Aurora. He'd changed for the better ever since Optimus and Valour's origins had been discovered, he worked with the other creator of his children to give them everything he could.

"I'll stay with her until she sleeps," murmured Alpha Trion. "Would you mind dimming the lights?"

"Of course," Red Alert said warmly, gently leading her Sire away to give them some peace and quiet.

Alpha Trion relaxed back against the berth, content to remain there until his daughter was relaxed, free of pain and asleep.

...

"There it is!" Valour exclaimed excitedly, pointing up at the magnificent temple, located on a small hill above them, accessed by a wide set of stairs.

Megatron looked up with interest at the traditional looking building. Unlike a lot of structures in Iacon, this one was a bit squarer with a huge roof that took up a good third of the overall building but it still looked good. The tiled roof was red while the walls below it a dark sandstone colour that allowed a quiet, majestic feel. Either side of the stairs at the very top, he could make out two burners wafting smoke high into the air, something that reminded him of temples on organic worlds.

"Hmm, so this is it?" Megatron mused as Honour gazed up, a bunched up bit of veil in her hand.

"Yes, this is it," Optimus replied, rather amused. "We'd better make a start."

"I would have thought that bots further along would tire going up all these stairs," Megatron couldn't help but say as they began the climb, Optimus carrying Valour.

"From what I remember, putting the effort into getting up there shows your dedication and commitment," Optimus explained, there were only a few others on the staircase, some going up and others descending. Those ascending looked nervous but excited while those going down had rather serene expressions, making the little family quite hopeful.

"It certainly would have been dedication for Starscream to make his way up here when he was carrying those seekerlets or that shuttle," Megatron stated, he wasn't experiencing any difficulties but his poor friend would have.

"You're right about that," agreed Optimus, holding Valour tightly as it was getting rather steep.

"Need a hand, my love?" Megatron offered a little teasingly.

"I'm fine," his mate chuckled. "I'll just keep close to you."

"Good," Megatron said proudly, understanding that his mate wanted to do this climb on his own but still wanted to be near Megatron just in case he stumbled.

"We're almost there," Valour said, glancing back down the stairs to see how far they'd gone. "Ooh, we're really high."

"We are indeed," his father agreed, also looking down. He was interested to note that the city of Praxus barely touched the area surrounding the temple, this place really was important to the citizens of Praxus and Cybertron.

"Here we are," Optimus declared as they stepped onto the platform upon which the Temple of Prima was situated.

"This is great," Valour giggled, as he was finally allowed down. Honour of course, remained in her carrier arms but she also seemed rather excited. She was leaning as far as Megatron would allow her, trying to take everything in.

"Come on, let's get inside," Optimus encouraged, taking his son's hand and carefully leading him to the large doors.

There was a priest waiting serenely who bowed as they approached and with a smile, carefully pushed opened the doors so that they could enter. He didn't say a single word but he did bow respectfully and the two adults inclined their heads in return. Entering, they found a vast entrance hall beautifully decorated with large tapestries depicting Prima and various carrying bots. In the centre, there was a large simple fountain gargling away, illuminated with blue lights that sent dancing shadows over the walls and floor. The lighting in the room was low but it was still possible to make out most details.

"Wow," Valour gasped, his steps echoing in the large room.

"I'm glad you like it young mech," a voice said and they turned to see an old femme step out of the shadows.

"Welcome," she greeted with a warm smile. "What beautiful sparklings you have."

"Thank you," Optimus acknowledged, giving Valour's arm a little squeeze.

"I take it you are expecting another?" she continued, examining Optimus's form.

"Ahem, it is I who is carrying," Megatron stated, trying not to sound stiff about it. Bots still acted surprised that he, the Emperor, had not only carried Honour but was now expecting more. Instead of his queen.

"Oh," she said, looking at him more closely before nodding. "Yes, I can see that. Another beautiful one, no doubt about that."

This settled Megatron and he smiled. Optimus noticed that she still shot him a rather furtive glance but dismissed it.

"Sire's having twins," Valour piped up. "I hope they're Mechs."

She chuckled lightly at that. "Ah, is that why you're here little one?"

"Yeah, I wanna ask for brothers," he said proudly.

"And we wish to ask that our sparklings are healthy," Optimus added gently, causing Valour to nod in agreement.

"Well, this is a good place for that," she said kindly. "Why don't I take you to the incense room, you can all light a candle to begin."

"Thank you," Valour said politely, remembering what his grandfather had taught him about manners.

Since the femme was only wearing a medallion on a chain, Optimus couldn't help but say. "I hope we're not overdressed."

"Oh no dears, you look perfect," she assured him. "This is what I liked to wear, it symbolises my service to the Temple and the people of Cybertron."

They were led along a corridor and into a room with a table that stood underneath a skyline, meaning the air was fresh but there was still a lingering scent in the air. One wall had long tube with waxy blocks protruding from them, all a plain white colour. Another wall contained boxes of thin rusty looking sticks and Valour couldn't help but wonder what they were. The femme gestured to the blocks and said.

"Those are the candles, if you select one, they can be placed on the table in the centre. Then you pick your own unique incense sticks to place within your candle and then we shall light them up."

"What happens then?" Valour questioned, eager to pick his own stick.

"You settle with your family, and think about your wish for your family," she said with a smile, gesturing to a corner with comfortable pillows were located, perfect for sitting down on and relaxing.

"Ooh," he said excitedly. "Daddy, Sire, can we start, please?"

"Yes but why don't you do this with your sister?" suggested Optimus and when his son nodded, handed him the little femling. She snuggled into him, purring loudly and he smiled. It was nice when his sister was in a friendly mood, he just hoped that his new siblings liked him. He saw his creators moved over to the blocks of wax and he quickly followed as well.

"So, which one my sweet," Megatron asked as his mate examined them.

"Hmm...I think I'll take this one," Optimus decided, carefully taking a middle sized block.

"You wanna grab one?" Valour asked Honour and she eagerly grabbed a small one and tried to stick it in her mouth.

"No, no, we're gonna melt those," Valour said kindly, gently taking her hand. "I'll chose one and then we can pick a couple of sticks."

She pouted slightly but accepted what he was doing. He quickly picked a small one as well and hurried over to the sticks, suddenly realising that they were all scented. Breathing in, he let out a little sigh, they smelled so good. Honour perked up and started trying to seize one, wanting to smell them some more.

"There's so many," Valour said in amazement.

He finally grabbed a couple as Honour picked a handful of them in her little hand.

Then he was following his creators again as Honour waved happily what she got.

"Good, now place them onto the altar, state your purpose and turn them on," The nice lady said.

They nodded and followed her instructions...

...however Honour seemed reluctant in releasing her piece of candle and incense sticks.

"Come on lil sis," Tried Valour placing his hand in front of hers so she would release them, but so far she was refusing. "Is to pray."

"Hm!" Was her answer and he sighed.

"Its okay sweety, perhaps she's not ready to set her intentions still," The femme said with a smile at the mechling and the -fist-full-of-sticks and candle- femmling.

"Perhaps," Valour considered that now. She was too young to understand this.

"Shall we, then," The lady motioned and he nodded watching his creators already praying.

He nodded and followed her instructions and started praying.

Honour, even when watching her big brother's doings, she was not in the least interested in following his example, only watch him and continue shaking her new 'toys'.

"Please Prima, tell Primus I want brothers, please... And please make them like me," He prayed and the priest chuckled at his innocent plea.

...

Later they were descending the stairs in a much calm aura and mood... And in content silence.

Except perhaps for Honour who continued singing and waving her little hands full of candle and sticks.

Optimus and Megatron cuddled in the ship in silence as they returned to his creators' estate. Somehow they found themselves unable to speak, just snuggle in each other's arms.

Valour instead found himself asleep not later after as his sister examined her new treasures, smelled them, but somehow couldn't find herself able to stick them into her mouth... It was odd.

"I love you," Megatron said softly to the mech on his lap.

"I love you too," The other answered seconds before they all fell asleep...

...except for Honour who seemed more interested in the windows now making her wing nubs shake and tickle.

One day she would soar those skies.

She gasped in awe at the altitude and desire to simply jump and feel the air in her wing nubs... But so far now was trapped...

Perhaps later then she can jump around... After she catches her grandsire again and feeds from him again.

She hummed in delight at the idea; and if he refused, she could either cry or appeal at her aunt's decision to give her his tube. She always did.

She liked Aurora, she's a good femme and always shares her fuel with her... And likes to cuddle Solar.

She liked to cuddle Knockout too... But the way her aunt cuddled the big mechling was... Strange, different, to put it in a way, as if there was something else there.

"Bah!" She sighed leaving behind those thoughts. If her aunt wanted to cuddle Solar as she distracts her carrier, so be it... She would be glad to take as much from her grandsire as she can...

...and perhaps more.

She contemplated how she could sneak up on her grandsire, he tended to make a big fuss when she fed from him. Although it was very funny, it could get very tiresome when she just wanted some of his delicious fuel. Why did he have to be so silly about it?

"Nnn," she mumbled to herself, seeing that they were approaching her grandparents estate. She glanced back at her creators and brother, they were still sleeping soundly. Snuggling back into her brothers arms, she imagined what it would be like to fly, the seekerlets always looked like they were having fun when they flew.

The ship arrived and a moment after, the door whoosed open and there was her grandfather.

"Asleep," Ultra Magnus chuckled, smiling fondly at the sight of his son, son-in-law and grandson sleeping soundly.

"Ah, except for you," he added, seeing Honour blinking bright optics at him. "Did you have a good time, little one?"

"Yeh," she agreed, lifting up her arms and he kindly did as she asked, settling him against his chest.

"So, what's that you've got?" he asked, seeing the incense sticks and candles she was holding.

The little femme beamed before waving them under his nose so he could smell them and he almost coughed at the strong smell but instead laughed.

"It's a good choice," he chuckled, giving her a little kiss. "You know Princess, I visited that temple when I was expecting Optimus? I was feeling a little desperate, I hadn't told your grandsire about the fact I was carrying him and I didn't know what to do for the best."

He sighed, the visit had helped calm him and afterwards, he'd made the decision to let Ratchet adopt him but still remain a part of his son's life. There was a lot he'd missed but at least he had been there, seeing that his son was growing up happy and loved. Now, he had a daughter, beautiful grandchildren and a son whose life he was a very firm part of.

"Are you looking forward to your new siblings?" he asked her but she didn't seem interested, the young sparkling was looking around, apparently searching for something.

"Wanting Trion?" he asked and when she looked up eagerly, laughed.

"I'm afraid he's busy," he told her and she pouted furiously. "In a meeting but he'll be back later. What is it about his fuel that you like so much?"

She merely smiled at him. He gave her another kiss before pondering what to do with the sleeping Mechs. Since Megatron was carrying, it was probably best he gets lots of rest whenever possible so he thought it best not to wake him. Optimus too probably deserved some uninterrupted recharge so he decided that he would carry them one by one to a comfortable spot in the garden where they could continue to sleep.

"Little one, will you hold onto my shoulder?" he asked and with a nod, she climbed up and happily perched on his left shoulder.

Smiling, he went to pick up his son first, pausing as Megatron made a noise of unconscious displeasure. With a small chuckle, Ultra Magnus quickly carried his son in before returning for his son-in-law who was holding Valour in his arms. It took a bit more effort but he did manage to lift up the large, heavy Decepticon and take him to where his beloved mate was, placing them side by side. Instantly, the two turned and embraced each other, snuggling close together. It was a perfect moment and Ultra Magnus could not resist capturing the moment, although he was sure he'd always remember it even without a picture.

He left a small note and lifted up Valour, sure that the little Mechling wouldn't sleep as long as his creators would.

"Your brother really loves you," he informed Honour, still clinging to his shoulder. "At least there isn't a huge age difference between you, Optimus could easily be Aurora's father."

"O-Ra?" Honour asked, perking up at the sound of her aunt. Maybe her grandfather was taking her to see Aurora and where Aurora was, her carrier would not be far behind.

"Yes, sweetie, Aurora," Ultra Magnus agreed, pleased she could almost say his daughter's name. It was good that the two sparklings got on together, they would make wonderful friends when they were a little bit older. "Would you like to see her?"

She nodded eagerly, that sounded just fine to her. He smiled and after checking the sleeping couple were okay, took his two grandchildren away.

"She's asleep, had some little issues this morning when consuming fuel that was not suited for her, so I ask you to be gentle with her."

Honour only looked up at him and smiled.

However, to her disappointment, Alpha Trion was nowhere near and only her aunt lay sleeping in her beautifully ornamented crib.

The princess growled and the Magnus understood. "Sorry to disappoint, but Trion will be returning later, you can stay with Aurora if you wish."

The femmling considered it and in the end was placed next her aunt and cuddled her. Ultra Magnus chuckled as his daughter purred in content and decided to leave the two alone.

Hours later however, Honour started growing restless; she wanted her grandsire's fuel and wanted it now! But the mech was nowhere near!

"Bah!" She huffed climbing her way out of the crib and escaped the room. It was late in the night and no one was about, so she crawled around alone looking for the old mech... or her sire. She really started to get hungry.

Sitting on her rear in the middle of a big hall, she started whimpering in frustration at not achieving her goals and now earned an empty tank; tears started escaping her big blue optics as her sorrow and loneliness added themselves to the list of frustrations.

A shadow then engulfed her whole frame, but she was too busy with her misery to notice until the owner lifted her up. She gasped in surprise.

"And what are you doing here?" Asked Blackwing at the whimpering princess; however her tanks answered him. "You're hungry. And I've not seen your creators around... so, where did you came from?"

"O-ra?" She whimpered her answer and the mech frowned in confusion.

He sighed and started walking away with her; he'd better get her creators to feed her soon or she might start crying and causing everyone to awake just like his stupid nephew did the last day in their own state.

He growled when remembering that as every sparkling woke up and started crying like they were ring bells! At least here there was some peace, especially with the entirety of Skyfire's creations sleeping along with their creators.

Honour's tanks rumbled harder and she gasped before another whimper escaped her vocalizers; it felt bad to have an empty tummy.

The black shuttle growled again and settled her better on his arms as he reached the gardens and sat onto a big couch before releasing and offering her his own feeding tube..

...he'd never carried or sired in his long life, but he'd looked after many of his nephews who orphaned from their carriers or both their creators, so he knew he could still feed a sparkling... even if the last one he'd fed was Angelwings and that was a long, long, long, long time ago.

At first, Honour refused the offered tube, but another rumble from her tanks make her reconsider his offer, so, sniffing at the tube, and with a hesitant look, she opened her mouth and-

"No! Stop! Blackwing, stop!" Yelled a running Alpha Trion that reached them in time and took her from his arms, leaving the giant mech surprised. "I'll feed her if she's so desperate, but don't feed sparklings that are not shuttles or seekers! I've already have that experience with my daughter," He added releasing his tube for her who immediately drink from it in a happy way as her wish come true.

Blackwing frowned. "I know that, Alpha Trion, but she's an aerial, just like her carrier, she can take my fuel just as any other."

"I don't want to take any more risks, what happened to Aurora this morning almost killed her, I want to avoid any possible situation like that. I'll feed her if I must!"

The other just kept his frowning expression and observed how the princess fed from her grandsire happily. He knew Megatron was an aerial with seeker code, so that means his daughter follows his code. Alpha Trion was being paranoid...but he knew better than to speak out loud about it. Besides Windblade told him she'd fed both Starscream and Megatron when they were newborns due to their creators' extensive activities.

Well, if in the end the councilmech wished to get himself stuck with his granddaughter, who was he to deny him?

...

Sometime later...

Skyfire walked the long and not so expanse hallways of the stockades; his bump in which his sparklings rested was more visible now to those who knew him well.

The day had come, and the Emperor prepared himself in another room for Skyfall's public execution, he would be the one who sees the bastard's life ended in front of the optics of every inhabitant of his empire; he'll be set as an example for every tyrant who dared to follow his example or was a threat to his reign.

The young carrying shuttle continued with his walking through the prison since he asked one last audience with his grandsire, the one who started all of this and the one who murdered several of his unborn siblings.

But also... He needed to know why he did it.

He reached his destiny, the guards checked him and scanned him even for the smallest thing in his subspace and then nodded for him to pass. The door opened and the cell illuminated.

And there was Skyfall... on his knees, chained to the floor and ceiling, his once proud wings were lowered in a way that their tips touched the floor; he lifted up his head at the sound of soft pedes entering... and was surprised to see there his grandson, his disgraceful grandson, the one who mated with a mech and kept his spawns alive, those filthy spawns alive!

Skyfire could practically hear his grandsire's thoughts, most of them were directed towards his family, and so, he sighed looking down at him in pity.

"Grandsire..." He tried, but the older mech's growl made him stop and flinch. Even chained and on his knees, Skyfall was still terrifying for him.

"So, you came," The old shuttle said with a deep scowl and a nasty tone. "I've heard your cousin Angelwings did something right for once... a shuttle sparkling in his first time, and a femmling at that," He smirked dangerously. "She would have brought hope to the family, but her sire bonded her mother! He's as much a disgrace as you are! You, and the rest of the weak fraggers I've protected over the millenniums!"

"Grandsire... I-" The young mech tried again, but his once patriarch was not done.

"Quiet!" He exclaimed; hadn't roared, hadn't screeched or screamed, but his voice boomed through his cell and paralysed Skyfire. "You too, you piece of disgrace! Bonding yourself with another mech! A seeker whore! Should I had the chance, I would have killed him!"

Skyfire gasped in shock, his spark clenching in terror... just as his creations' who hugged his in support and for support as well. He tried sending them waves of love and care, but the fear to this monster, that was rooted in his spark was hard to get rid of.

He knew, and perhaps it was pure luck that his grandsire couldn't kill Starscream, he's practically the seeker prince; his murderer would have meant another war, especially since he was too close to Megatron, the Decepticon Emperor and his almost brother... and Skyfall couldn't afford that especially with the one-sided bond between the Emperor and Optimus at that time that barely held the peace between their politicians.

Trying to forget what the other said, he continued, "Grandsire, I-" or tried as the other interrupted him.

"Silence! You glitch!" Exclaimed in that diabolic tone his once leader.

"I'm carrying!" He finally decided to shout it out in the other's face as he wasn't going to let him go or stop his hate ramblings and accusations.

...that worked to make the other quiet for once.

Tense seconds passed as his grandsire's wide blue optics stared at him in shock, not believing a word the other said.

"T-there are five s-shuttles...the other... I don't know still what it is...but is presumed to be a seeker... g-grandsire?" He stuttered touching his middle that just now the elder noticed that possessed a little but growing bump. "S-six...s-six s-sp-sparklings...grandsire... I-"

"You...you couldn't...you glitched bad example of a-fragged-glitch-!" He started roaring interrupting his grandson but his voice was suddenly cut just as his rising anger.

The bot was livid, out from himself... and then started convulsing, his optics rolling backwards as foam escaped his wide open mouth.

"Grandsire?!" Skyfire tried in horror at the sight. But then one thing screamed in his head...or perhaps was his own vocalizer?

Help!

He dropped to his knees, trying to calm his grandfather who seemed to have enraged himself to the point where he was having a seizure.

"Why is it so bad for us to bond?" Skyfire asked desperately, cradling the older shuttle's face.

"Uck...gli...uck...," was all Skyfall could manage.

Skyfire shook his head helplessly before calling out. "Help me someone, he's having a fit!"

Turning back to Skyfall, he asked in a quiet but clear voice. "Please, why did you kill my brothers? They were no threat to you? Why did you kill any grounder sparkling?"

Skyfall didn't seem capable of answering so Skyfire wiping away some of the foam coming out of his mouth, hoping that someone would come soon. He couldn't believe what was happening, was his carrying so shocking? It was dangerous and his grandsire had certainly been angry but to actually suffer a seizure was hard to comprehend. A moment later, the cell was opened and some guards burst in, stopping in shock at what was happening.

"What did you do?" one of them demanded of Skyfire.

"I just told him I am carrying...he...he didn't take it well," the young shuttle said miserably. "Please, can you do something?"

The guards glanced at each other, before the oldest one barked out an order to call a medic. They knew the Emperor wanted to send a message and he couldn't do that if the condemned perished beforehand. Two more of the guards came forward and released Skyfall from his bonds while the others had their weapons ready, in case this was a trick. However, Skyfall made no movement to try and escape, he could barely control his limbs which jerked furiously about. Skyfire cradled his large body, still trying to calm him down.

"Red Alert wouldn't have survived if she hadn't bonded Angel," Skyfire said quietly. "She is worth more than a breeder, my mother, they all are. Why did you treat them so badly?"

Still, he received no coherent answer.

"There's nothing wrong with Mechs carrying," his grandson continued. "Even if it's dangerous for me, it can still be done. Starscream has given me ten beautiful sparklings, now I will return the favour."

"And the Emperor carries again," a young guard couldn't help but muse.

For a moment, Skyfall seemed to freeze and Skyfire almost thought that he was over his fit. And then he started to shake and gargle worse than ever.

"Lightspeed," an older guard snapped, whacking the back of the unfortunate Mech's head.

"I'm sorry Ironside," the young Mech apologised, trying not to look cowed.

"Never mind," the old guard groused as Skyfire tried to keep the panic down as much as possible.

"Is the medic not coming?" he choked out to the guards, feeling his sparklings warming his fluttering spark.

"He will be here momentarily," he was told and all he could do was hope that was true.

"Just hold on grandsire," he said gently, wishing he'd taken someone else with him, like his uncle but he had wanted to do this on his own.

A few moments later, the medic did indeed arrive and set to work on the suffering shuttle.

"He's having a severe spark attack," the stockades medic informed them all, a grim expression on his face. "It's not good."

"Lord Megatron will not be pleased," Ironside stated.

"I realise that and I will do my best but it is almost pointless," the medic replied. "Saving a condemned bot, rather ironic, don't you think?"

"Please try," Skyfire begged.

The medic sighed heavily but continued his work. Eventually, Skyfall was no long foaming or shaking violently but he was growing weaker by the moment.

"Why did you do it?" Skyfire pleaded, wishing to know. "Killing those sparklings, never letting us bond...why?"

"Why?" growled Skyfall in a hoarse voice. "You little fool...don't you realise we are the last family of shuttles?"

He started coughing horribly, his wings spasaming, making Skyfire wince. Finally, he composed himself and ground out.

"All the others...every single one of them...died out...stupid...so stupid..."

Everyone listened as he described how shuttles had married non shuttles, the end result was their line died out. And how bonded shuttles tended to not survive the loss of their bondmate and how he'd discovered that grounder femmes made perfect breeders for shuttles. What a shame it had taken so long to produce a female shuttle and now she would be squandered now that he wasn't there.

"But why kill the grounder sparklings?" Skyfire asked once more.

"Isn't it obvious?" his grandsire sneered, a little bit of life force trickling from his mouth. "If those femmes were focusing on those useless spawns, then...they couldn't be...producing...sparklings... Had to...preserve...converse the...family...our line...pure..."

"Oh grandsire," Skyfire said miserably. "How could your spark have been filled with so much hate?"

But there was no reply, Skyfall made a gargling, choking sound, his body shuddering before going still. His cold blue eyes dimmed until all light was gone and his body darkened. The feared patriarch of the shuttles was dead.

Skyfire bit his lip before pulling the body closer and crying. For the hate this Mech had held, for how his sons and grandsons had been darkened, for the things he'd done because of his upbringing, for his mother and other femmes suffering but especially for all the innocent little sparklings killed without mercy. He cried for it all, as the medic and guards watched silently.

Although the young guard couldn't help but whisper to his mentor.

"Who will tell Lord Megatron?"
