Hello,

I apologise for the tardiness of the chapter, grad school has got me quite busy but here's your new chapter. I don't know if I'll be able to post the next chapter following the schedule but I'll try my best. Also I wasn't going to address this but it seems necessary. This fandom is so old that it's rare to write something that hasn't been written before, therefore this fic is a mix of every element of magical theory I've read... as well as names. I can promise you this isn't the first fic where Harry's first name is Charlus and it won't be the last. Honestly it's one of the quirky things you find in the fandom, and changing Harry's name is inconsequential considering everything else I've changed... so far. I digress, I love Poseidon's scene and the new characters that appear in this chapter.

Hope you like this chapter,

Liria

"How are you finding having older brother duties, Ronald?" Poseidon's playful tone made Ron recognize exactly where he was. Everything around him was light blue, it made him feel more relaxed. The auburn haired was sure Lord Poseidon wouldn't hurt him, even if it only was because of Harry's prophecy.

"I still don't see the problem, I love Harry and Hermione. I would take any pain if it meant keeping them safe."

"Wise last words boy, are you sure about that? What will you do when they aren't your only family to protect?" The Lord of the Seas' eyes darkened into an almost black shade.

"I made a vow to them, I'll always prioritise them with my life and magic. If I ever do get married and have children, I know I'll survive only if I have Harry and Hermione by my side. I'll do anything to keep them safe." Ron tried to explain.

The blue eyed entity sighed, "I know, child, this is why I have summoned you." Poseidon smirked observing the wizard. "Do not mind the ruckus at the top of the bank, remain at the office until you've finished your business. And to test your words, I will be sending you two new allies. You will encounter them as you are about to exit the bank, invite them to lunch with your siblings and uncles. And believe me Ronald, they will be the most useful of allies you will ever have."

Ron didn't like the god's smirk. He wasn't naive enough to think Lord Poseidon was helping them for the good of humanity, it was after all a very boring existence being able to live until the end of time. Therefore, these two new allies were going to be a source of entertainment for the Lord of the Earth and Sea. "So mote it be, Lord Poseidon. Is there anything else I should know before I go back?" Ron masked his expression observing his Patron, turning off his feelings and thoughts so he could be of the best servitude just like he always did with his mum.

"I see you have yet to understand our relationship, Ronald Billius Potter-Granger. I am a god not a mortal with insignificant authority, do not treat me with such detachment. I am your patron, your mentor, your god, and your father. I know what your heart is aching for before you even feel it. There will not be a day on this earth where you do not belong to me. You are an extension of me, everything you are, I am. Everything you think and feel runs through my veins. Do not poison us with the venom of your ancestors, the hauntings of the insecurities they tattooed in your mind and most important of all, do not doubt my decision of choosing you ever again." Poseidon's voice echoed through the abyss, so much so that Ron could feel the vibration of the god's voice in his chest, but that was the least of his concerns.

This entity, this God, just said he belonged to him. Ron never really paid any attention to his mother's teachings about the gods, they always felt so far away. Ron, the sixth son of a seven children family, always felt he was the afterthought. If even his own siblings and parents forgot about him, why would a god give a damn about him?

"Ronald, just like you made a vow to your siblings that night; I made a vow to you. I chose you, I chose to guide you and be your Patron. Just like Zeus chose Charlus and Hades chose Hermione. Neither of you needs us, you would have found your way without us but we decided to guide you. I decided to help you."

"Ron, come on! We don't want to find what new and ingenious idea Mia has thought of to wake us up." Harry shaking him with force started the oldest of the boys. His conversation with Lord Poseidon had left him beat. The siblings figured out soon after the Encounter with the Olympians that being summoned in their sleep didn't mean they slept the night, if anything their bodies were more tired than having pulled an all-nighter.

"It'll be fine, Mione can't aguamenti us here, Harry. Gimme twenty minutes!" The auburn haired boy pulled his duvet up and used the pillow on his left to cover his face, trying to hide from all sources of light.

"Um Ron… we aren't at the Burrow. This is literally Hermione's home turf." Harry whispered, staying still, his years at the Dursley's household had taught him to always be careful in the mornings.

The tallest of the two whimpered and grunted before taking off the duvet and glared at his younger brother, "I want you to know, I resent having to wake up at seven in the bloody morning for a run."

"Ron, you were the one who encouraged Mia's idea of going on runs."

"It's for training purposes! But that doesn't mean it had to be at seven in the blasted morning! It could have literally been at seven in the evening."

"Ronald, you know the reason we walk in the morning is to have the rest of the day free, besides seven is when dinner's ready and abuela would never forgive us if we ate the meals she took her time cooking cold. On another note, I'm glad you're awake, I was wondering what was taking you so long. Now change! The sooner we start, the sooner we'll get breakfast." Hermione chirped. Ron never truly understood how she could be a morning person, considering Hermione was the most irritable of the three when woken up.

"Yeah, yeah. Just let my brain catch up, wll you? We can't all be early birds like you 'mione." said Ron, giving up on getting a few more minutes of sleep. Harry was right, he didn't want Hermione's latina wrath this early in the morning.

"Good, see you downstairs. Come on, we want to be finishing breakfast by the time Sirius and Remus come get us." with those words she left.

Ron turned to look at their younger brother smiling, "Well, at least she has sorted out her priorities."

"That will be all Lord Potter, Hermione Jean and Ronald Billius are now wards of House Potter." the Potter's account manager stated with finality.

Zeus had explained previously that with the blessing of Hekate and their patron's involvement (talk about divine intervention) no one beside whoever they told would know about the existence of the new House of Potter-Granger. Therefore, even though Harry was already Ron and Hermione's magical guardian, being the only one of the three that was magically of age, they had to make arrangements in case anyone like Rita Skeeter finds out Harry is their magical guardian.

For Hermione was easy, she wasn't part of a house before the ritual, just a vassal vow was enough. Meaning in the eyes of pureblood society, Hermione is a member of the Most Ancient and Noble House of Potter. Ron on the other hand wasn't as simple, he belonged to House Weasley thus they needed his dad to give up his guardianship. That's when Sirius came in, he spoke to Mr. Weasley to hand over Ron's guardianship as an alliance and peace treaty between House Black and House Weasley. Since Authur's mother, Cedrella Black, had left the family to marry his father, Septimus Weasley. After assuring Mr. Weasley that Ron would still be living and be a part of the Weasley household he accepted the alliance.

"We are grateful for your assistance today, Gornuk. Please contact Mr. Lupin for all matters of the estate and business ventures." Harry said confidently, standing up and walking with his family to the door. Now that the cover up and protection of his siblings was secure he felt more confident with the new political climate in wixen Britain. "Have a good day, may your vaults grow as the bodies of your enemies wither before you."

"Good day Lord Potter. May the head of your enemy lay beneath your feet." Gornuk said before closing the door.

"Well at least the Goblin Nation acknowledges that Riddle is back." whispered Hermione, still a little miffed with the Ministry trying to play a game of "peek a boo" with the leader of a terrorist group.

"Mia, you shouldn't speak like that in the middle of Gringotts. Remember we have to keep our heads down." Ron whispered just loud enough for both of his siblings to hear.

"Mione isn't wrong though, the ministry is playing with fire hoping they won't burn the house down."

"More like, hoping they won't get caught lighting the house down." Hermione scoffed, no one could convince her that the ministry was far too rotten to be salvageable.

"Bloody Merlin, this must be a sick joke." Both Harry and Hermione stopped in their tracks to see what made their brother curse. It wasn't out of the norm for Ron to curse like a sailor but the way his voice sounded almost breathless and his hands clenching so tightly you couldn't even see his freckles made them concerned for him.

And sure enough, before them about to exit the bank were Narcissa Malfoy née Black and Draco Malfoy. After the ritual Malfoy wasn't directly antagonising towards them, the siblings hadn't put much thought on it back then since they were exploring their new bond between each other and their patrons. Lady Malfoy looked as perfect as they remember, not a hair out of place, her piercing grey eyes, just like her cousin and son, could never hide the warmth she felt for the members of her original House.

"Cissy, you look as beautiful as ever. What a fine day to be illuminated by your presence." Sirius hadn't skipped a beat, his cheery tone letting the siblings know that he was genuine.

"Siri, I'm surprised to see you here. I had thought you were on holiday considering you haven't summoned me to the ancestral home." Lady Malfoy's voice sounded chastising, questioning the new Lord of her House as to why he hadn't followed the protocol of summoning all members of the House to discuss new loyalties and treaties. Yet, her eyes were unmistakably light and there was a hint of affection in them. Sirius smiled widened.

"You are indeed correct, I was on Holiday until a few days ago. I was just about to write you a letter when I got to the manor to arrange a meeting but since you are here, you and your son should join us for lunch, it will be a great time to catch up."

As a daughter of House Black Narcissa caught easily enough her cousin's schemes. Being Lady Malfoy entailed she couldn't approach the patriarch of her previous house without being approached by him first. Specially when she wasn't sure if he would accept her knowing that Lucius is a death eater of the inner circle and Voldemort's resurrection. The blonde-haired woman hid her smile knowing that her cousin is the way out of that manor and said, "It would be our pleasure, Lord Black."
