The moon was full on a clear night, devoid of stars. It cast its luminous glow upon a vast expanse of forest that adorned the plains of the land. Delicate snowflakes gracefully descended from the heavens, twirling amidst the gentle currents of air. These snowflakes leisurely descended to the ground, adorning the earth's surface with a tender white carpet that starkly contrasted the previous somber gray that enveloped the landscape. The lifeless trees of the forest stood out more prominently than usual, their once vibrant leaves now cloaked in frost. They mirrored the pale moonlight, resembling glistening silver. The moon's radiance illuminated the surrounding area, evoking an eerie ambiance.

The snowy forest appeared to be devoid of any signs of life, as not a single animal could be observed meandering about. Even the birds refrained from soaring through the branches, leaving the trees to stand tall and dignified in their silence. The trees remained motionless, as if frozen in their positions, spanning hundreds of feet around. A gentle breeze occasionally rustled through the branches, but apart from that, an eerie stillness prevailed. Only the wind's soft melody could be discerned, harmonizing with the tranquil dance of the snowflakes in the night sky.

The absence of any other living beings in the forest only served to confirm her solitude.

In the snow canopy, far away from the comforts of home, a lone black-cloaked woman walked through the forest. Glancing about every few moments before stepping off the beaten path to proceed walking on. She took note of her surroundings, looking for any possible threats or problems. She scanned each tree branch before continuing along.

The woman was attired in a corset-style leather armor of a pristine white hue, complemented by a skirt and stockings of the same shade. Additionally, she donned a black cloak, securely fastened around her neck, and combat boots adorned with gray laces. Her attire revealed a considerable amount of cleavage, which can be attributed, in part, to the ample size of her bosom.

Her forearms bear silver armored gauntlets that protrude outwards and black fingerless gloves. Furthermore, a belt, affixed at an angle around her hips, featured pockets on its sides. Her countenance remained concealed beneath the shadows cast by her black hoodie. Lastly, she possessed long and slender legs that gracefully culminated in wide hips.

The woman proceeded slowly through the forest until she entered a wide snow-filled field. She looked around in all directions, finding endless snow and unsurprisingly a group of Beowolves about ten feet away. The Beowolves gathered together and stared at her coldly. The young girl stood perfectly still, assessing the situation.

The Alpha Beowolf growled deeply, baring its fangs. Slowly it began moving forwards again. The other pack members began following suit, and soon they were approaching from all sides.

Slowly, the Alpha Beowolf crept closer, its mouth widening into a feral grin. Drips of saliva flecking from its maw. At that point, the other pack members formed a circle around the young girl. With a growl, the Alpha and its pack members shot forth and leaped into the air, adamant to rip her apart.

Only for the creatures to be left bewildered when they grabbed none but air.

The woman had disappeared from where she stood instantly. All that could be found of her were fluttering black petals. The wolves stare dumbfoundedly, twitching their heads left and right, trying to find their prey. Then suddenly one wolf noticed the fallen petals near its foot. It looked up.

The woman hovered high in the air with her torso twisted around facing the Beowolves below. Her arms spread wide and her black cape fluttered in the wind. The hood of her cloak fell back, exposing a Beowulf mask. She was born on the night of winter, much like her sister. She trained to be a battle hardened warrior of the night, and her name was Winter Rose.

Using the momentum, Winter reached down the grip of Fury and rolled around midair. The hybrid-weapon mechanically transformed by extension before she aimed and fired. The Alpha Beowolf's head exploded as its legs trembled. Its body fell lifelessly to the snow below.

Upon landing another Beowolf crawled towards her and pounced. Winter casually jumped over said wolf and pumped a round onto the Beowolf's back then straightened herself to cock the chamber back. Another round shoots through the barrel of furry, piercing through a Beowolf's hip. Ripping chunks off of said hip, the beast fell to the ground as life withered away.

Winter landed on her back, rolled up on one knee, switched to her second weapon, Chaos, and aimed it towards the closest pack member. Buck shells filled the twin chamber with a satisfying pop as Winter fired multiple rounds into each target. Black dust sprayed in all directions. The other wolves howled and continued to circulate around the Winter.

Winter reloaded the shotgun again and pulled the trigger repeatedly. Each shot caused a blackened hole in a wolf's chest. Another wolf lunged at her, teeth snapping aggressively and its eyes blazing with hatred. But Winter anticipated this. Winter sidestepped to avoid the bite, and rushed her knee upwards. Driving said knee into the wolf's chin, sending the creature toppling backwards thirty feet in the air. The wolf landed roughly on its back, grunting, and went limp.

Another wolf tried lunging at her from behind, but Winter jumped into the air, landing behind the wolf. She grabbed the wolf and threw it against a nearby tree. It crashed onto the bark hard and slumped to the ground lifeless, twitching occasionally.

She got back onto her feet, raised her arm and began spinning Chaos. The hybrid-weapon shifted and extended.

Transforming into its first configuration, the sounds of the turning gears in her weapon proved louder than the Beowolves' howls, which were cut short as Winter swung away at the Grimm, slicing them to ribbons and sending pieces flying.

Winter held an intimidating double blade in her hand.

Winter charged forward with her double blade, slashing at the incoming wolves who attempted to encircle her. Her movements quick yet agile, Winter effortlessly dodged each incoming attack and acrobatically maneuvered between the attacks of other wolves, slashing one after the next. She moved swiftly and gracefully, and the pack members had no time to react. The wolves' bodies fell dead to the snow, their bodies disintegrating across the white blanket.

Winter stepped aside as a wolf lunged at her, twirling her double blade above her head. She brought her blade downward and decapitated the wolf effortlessly with two fluid chops. The beast's body crumpled to the ground and Winter quickly turned to face the next threat.

The next wolf managed to reach Winter and lunge for her waist. Winter easily avoided the swipe and spun away. With a flick of her wrist, her sword shot out a jet of green flame. The flame pierced the wolf's shoulder, burning through the flesh and eliciting a loud wail of pain as the flames singed its flesh. As soon as the wolf's guard was drop, Winter swiftly dispatched it. The remaining pack members froze in place; their fear apparent from the way they trembled.

Winter reached for her mask, pulling it down. Her countenance became clearer, revealing a fair complexion and bright silver eyes. Her highlighted black and red hair framed her porcelain face, accentuating a pair of high cheekbones. She glared at her assailants angrily.

A dark aura emanated around Winter, manifesting as faint mist, emitting from her body, gradually spreading around her in a circular fashion. The surrounding wolves backed away, trembling uncontrollably. As their fur stood on edge, they started to flee in fright. The cloud dispersed and dissipated into nothingness without a trace. The wolves fled into the trees, disappearing into the forest.

Winter shook her head and adjusted her mask back to her face. She rolled her body around, the cape of her cloak billowing out behind her. She slowly advanced forward as the wind picked up. She jumped in the air and her whole being transformed into black rosé petals. They whirled around with her, creating swirling patterns of black swirls in the air.

The black rose petals ascended higher to the sky before disappearing above the clouds.

A/N: And that young readers was my introduction to my OC, Winter Rose, big sister of Summer Rose, and Aunty of Ruby Rose. I'm not gonna say too much about her because I'll be working on an upcoming story that will involve her but I hope you enjoy this little one shot trailer. With that, I'll be taking my leave, have a nice day!
