Yeah...i got nothing
As all the students stood looking around at each other, they were waiting for someone to once again break the silence.
"We're not really going to listen to that thing...are we?" Lindsay said, finally breaking the silence
"Of course not." Courtney said with an eyeroll. "As if we're going to kill each other.
The group stopped due to a chuckle being heard, and turned to see Alejandro as the source of it. "How can you guys say that for certain?"
"The hell are you talking about man?" Duncan asked in an annoyed tone.
"Let's think about this logically. On the surface we're all saying that of course no one is going to murder, but how do you know one of us isn't planning one right now?"
"There's no way someone would do such a thing." Gwen snapped at him.
"Would you bet your life on it?" Alejandro said, with a smile on his face, causing Gwen to take a step back. "We're all strangers here, well for the most part." He said giving a glance over to Amy and Samey, "To say it's impossible for one of us to murder another is well...rather naïve no?"
As much as we hated to admit it, Alejandro was right. And Mike was more or less thinking the exact same thing.
"Oh, and one more thing!" Monokuma said over the intercom as it went off. "Be sure to check your pockets for your student handbooks!"
"My pockets...?" Mike said to himself as he began to filter through his left and right. Eventually he pulled out some sort of small electronic card that opened up as he touched it. On it it had a few tabs, one labelled 'Students', one labelled 'Map' and one labelled 'Rules'. There was another one on it, but at this moment in time it just had a question mark and was blacked out.
Mike started filtering through it, on the students list it had all twenty-five students with some brief information about them, such as their talent, height, place of birth, weight, likes and dislikes. He clicked on his and it had about what he expected. Height, six foot two, born in Vancouver, and 130lbs. Still as underweight as always...
"Hey Mike, did you happen to find out your talent?" Dawn said, walking up to me.
Mike facepalmed at the fact he didn't even think to check, but then he saw where his ultimate was meant to be...it was blank. "It's not there." He sighed, showing Dawn exactly what he had to see. "How about yours?"
"Still nothing." The small blonde responded.
"Hey guys," The group turned to Trent, who was looking at his student handbook. "Have you seen the page of rules?."
Mike took out his section labelled rules, and was surprised by it. "There's quite a lot of them..." Cody commented.
Rule #1 - Students may only reside within the school
Rule #2 - "Nighttime" is from 10pm to 7am, some areas will be off limit.
Rule #3 - Sleeping anywhere other then the dormitory is forbidden, and will result in a punishment.
Rule #4 - Violence against Monokuma is strictly forbidden, and will result in a punishment.
Rule #5 - Anyone will kills a student and gets away with it will earn the right to 'graduate'
Rule #6 - Additional rules can be added at anytime.
"He's really not messing around is he?" Duncan scoffed.
"So it seems we need to finally get a grasp on the situation at hand." Alejandro commented, taking the spotlight once again. "This game is real, whether we want to accept it or not."
"As much as it sucks I guess he's right." Shawn added. "So now what do we do?"
"What do you mean what do we do? Isn't it obvious? We find a way out of this stupid place." Jo said, giving Shawn a look like he's an idiot.
"Wouldn't that be kind of pointless though? I mean I doubt anyone would set up something this elaborate to just somehow end up handing us the way out." Noah spoke up for the first time.
"Doesn't mean there's no harm in trying, I'd rather do that then just mope around anyway." Bridgette stated.
"Don't worry troops, the most important thing here is to to work together, if we give into the headmasters demands, we'll surely fail." Brick beamed.
"Such a boy scout, even now." Duncan chuckled.
"He's right! Now is more important to remain optimistic then ever!" Ella cheered.
Mike looked around as hopeful faces began to rally, he knows he should be with them but, he couldn't do it. Sure in a time like this, being positive and working together is the best idea, but at the end of the day he knew the truth. This was a group of strangers, being told they were trapped and they'd need to commit an inhumane crime to escape. On the surface sure, you'd assume no one would ever do it...but Alejandro's words wouldn't leave his mind. Ultimately, we can't say it for certain. And Mike knew he wasn't the only one who thought that way.
"I just...can't believe this is happening..." Cameron groaned, as Mike turned over to the short boy next to him.
Cameron - Super High School Level Scholar
"Oh, you've been rather quiet." Mike said to him.
Cameron snapped out of it and looked up at the taller student.
"Oh it's just hard, I can't accept this." The short black boy added.
Mike felt bad for the little guy, and it kind of made him feel better to see people as scared as he was.
"Hey, you wanna go tour the academy with me? I'd rather do it with someone then go by myself." Mike suggested.
"Really? You want to tour with me? Do you even trust me?"
"Yeah, honestly, you kinda remind me of someone." Mike said rubbing the back of his head.
"Oh, well sure then." Cameron said, smiling for the first time.
"Hey, do you guys mind if I join you?" Trent said as went to join them. "I'd probably like to get my bearings as well."

"So if we check the map, seems the only things on this floor are the cafeteria, the dorms, the trash room, the laundry place, the gym and a few classrooms." Cameron said checking the map on the student handbook as they left the gym.
"What about an entrance?" Trent asked, before noticing the looks the pair gave them. "Not like I'm expecting an exit! I just want to see what it looks like." He added.
As we headed into the cafeteria, we ran into DJ, Ella and Sky
"Oh, hey guys." Trent greeted.
"Hello fellow classmates!" Ella gleefully replied.
"Not much, just figured we'd check out what the food situation is like." Mike shrugged.
"Well, it's actually pretty surprising. The kitchen is full of fresh food." DJ added.
"Seriously?" Cameron said, he seemed slightly surprised.
"Yeah, Monokuma even came when we were checking it out." Sky said.
"You guys saw the bear?" Trent responded, pretty shocked.
"He told us the food is replenished daily by him, so we don't need to worry about it running out." DJ informed.
"Well...that's good I guess?" Mike was rather uncaring, he was half expecting it and half not expecting it.

Mike's group decided to get a closer look at the bedrooms, entering Mike's room. It was pretty much the same as it was when he was half awake, except this time there was box on his nightstand with a note attached.
'Dear students, every bedroom comes with a bathroom, however only the girls bathrooms are capable of locking. Boys get a toolkit, and women get a sewing kit'
Mike stopped reading the note and opened the box, which contained a very sharp knife, he shuddered at the thought of it, as did Cameron and Trent.
Trent picked up the note in the box, and read it aloud. "P.S, happy killing..." He sighed as he crumpled it and threw it in Mike's bin.
"Just as I was starting to forget about it..." Cameron mumbled.
Mike sighed, and went to go use the bathroom, before he realised the knob wasn't working. "That's weird...my door isn't turning?"
"Allow me to explain!" Monokuma suddenly appeared in the room, startling all three of the boys.
"Stop doing that!" Mike exclaimed at him.
"Aw, you think I'd listen to you Mike?" The bear chuckled, before walking over the door. "Basically, your door is fucked. If you want to open it, you gotta lift up the knob, then turn it."
Mike followed the instructions, and just like that he heard the click. "Huh, any reason why?" Mike asked.
"Call it unluckiness, or maybe not, who knows." Monokuma left opened ended, before walking out of the room.
"Wait, how come he just walked out this time?" Trent asked, but was given no answer.

Eventually all the students met in the cafeteria. It had been the second day since they were trapped here, and they were doing a briefing.
"So, does anyone have any relevant information?" She asked, taking the lead chair.
"Well, we checked the entrance." Cody started, motioning over to Noah and Scott.
"Locked up, as expected." Noah continued. "Even had some machine guns aimed at the top, probably if anyone tries anything."
"Damn bear thought of everything." Scott finished.
"We came here, and the food supply is fine." DJ continued, as he sat with Sky and Ella.
"Laundry room is as you'd expect troops." Brick added, "Washing machines, dryers, hangers. Pretty ordinary."
"Same with the bathrooms and the garbage room." Duncan began, "Other than the crappy smells." He said with a small grin.
"So...there really is no way out?" Lindsay whimpered.
She was met with a silence by the group, Mike figured the reality was now finally setting in.
"Well duh! You think I'd set something like this up with an escape at the ready? Today's youth are so naïve." Monokuma said, as he popped out of nowhere, scaring DJ and Ella who was closest to where he appeared from.
"It's not exactly like your plan is working anyway." Jo hissed. "Other than leaving I have no reason to want to kill anyone here."
"Oh..." Monokuma stated, before breaking out into a laugh. "I'm such a stupid bear! Of course!" He said in between chuckles.
"I don't like where this is going..." Dave said, rather scared.
"Oh trust me, you wont." Monokuma darkly replied, before leaving once more.

A few hours passed, it was around 8:00PM, nearing nighttime. Mike was in his room, when he heard the intercom go off. "Will all students please head to the gymnasium for an announcement, and be quick you bastards!"
Mike sighed before making his way there. He was one of the first ones in as slowly everyone made their way in and soon waited for Monokuma.
"So, what do you think it'll be about?" Sammy asked, but was met with no answer. Everyone was rightfully on edge, Mike thought.
Soon Monokuma appeared. "Good, everyone's here, so without further ado, allow me to present the first ever motive!"
"M-motive?" Heather was rather taken aback.
"Well, you guys said it yourselves right? I thought escape was a good enough prize, but it seems you kids need a further...incentive." The bear said, before clapping his hands.
Soon a table appeared, containing twenty five envelopes. "Take the ones with your name on it, and that's my cue to exit." The bear chuckled, before falling behind the podium, presumably disappearing from sight again.
Mike picked up his envelope, he hesitated slightly but then opened it up. It was a photo, a photo of a woman. He turned it over and saw in writing. "Kill, or see what happens to her." It read.
Mike was confused. He had no idea who the woman in his photo was. Was this really his motive? A reason for him to kill? He looked around, and saw more shocked and terrified faces.
"Theres...no way..." Trent exclaimed.
"Where did he get these!?" Cody questioned.
"I gotta get out of here..." Cameron whispered, which only Mike heard as he ran out.
"Wait, Cam!" Mike called out, but was stopped by Alejandro.
"Let him go. Right now, I think everyone needs to be alone."
Mike wanted to protest, but as he saw everyone's faces, he knew Al was right. Mike nodded, and walked out the gym himself.

Mike sat up in his room, staring up at the picture. The situation didn't make sense, but before Mike could really analyse it, he got a knock on the door.
"C-Cameron?" Mike was surprised to see the boy at his door, looking as though he had been crying.
"Hey Mike...is it alright if I stay here tonight?" He asked.
"Well..." Mike didn't want to admit it, but he was sceptical." He trusted Cameron more than anyone else here, but that wasn't a very high bar. But he knew of his condition, and said an answer he would probably regret.
"Yeah buddy, come on in." Mike told him as he closed the door behind him.
The two just sat in silence, Cameron on Mike's bed and Mike by his desk.
"So you want to talk about what you got in your envelope?" Mike finally broke the silence.
"This game...Mike, can you promise me something?" Cameron said, turning to Mike and looking him in the eyes.
Mike was slightly startled by this, it was the first time Cameron had shown any resolve in the past two days.
"Sure Cameron." Mike didn't know why, but he felt like he had to do it.
"Promise me you won't fall to it."
"It?"
"The despair. No matter what happens, find a way to win."
Mike didn't know what to say, but suddenly he felt a ping in his pocket. He pulled out his student handbook, and saw he had a message from Dawn.
'Meet me in the laundry room, we need to talk'
He didn't want to leave Cameron alone, but he felt this was important. After all, Dawn was the only one who didn't have a talent like him, and she was the only one who wasn't taken aback by the motive as well.
"Cameron, I need to meet someone quickly. Can we continue this when I'm back.
The boy nodded, and Mike closed the door.
He made his way to the laundry room, where he found Dawn inside, a few of the machines going.
"You're doing laundry at this hour?" Mike questioned.
"No, it's to intentionally make it loud." Dawn responded.
"Wait, why would you do that?"
"Have you noticed anything different about this room?" Dawn asked him.
Mike raised an eyebrow, before looking around. And then he realised it. "Wait...are there no cameras in this room?"
"Precisely. I have no clue as to why, but just in case there's wiretaps I took an extra precaution." Dawn reasoned.
Mike was surprised, Dawn's level of intuition was high, higher then he expected.
"So what did you want to discuss?" Mike asked, getting to the point.
"The motive." Dawn pulled out her envelope, and handed it over to Mike.
"You sure it's okay for me to just open it?" Dawn nodded, and Mike proceeded. Dawn's motive...was blank? "What the...this doesn't make any sense?"
"I noticed how you also had no reaction when you got yours, I assumed maybe yours was also blank?"
"No...mine had a picture of a woman, and a threat on the back. But the weird thing is, I don't recognise who the girl is."
"Strange...we're both the only people with no talents, and motives that don't make any sense. Once is a coincidence but twice..."
"Is suspicion." Mike finished. They mulled it over for a few minutes more, before Mike's eyes widened.
"Oh, I left Cameron in my room alone." He facepalmed. "Sorry Dawn, do you mind if we continue this tomorrow? I need to go see him."
Dawn nodded, and Mike left the laundry room, but as he made his way back he was stopped by Monokuma.
"What are you doing out this late? Do I need to punish you?" The bear asked.
"Woah, easy! I was just...doing some late night laundry." Mike said motioning over to the room. "Plus, only the trash room and the kitchen area are off limits at night."
"Hmm, you're a smart man, but not smart enough. You and Dawn doing laundry at the same time? I know you're growing kids but I hope you're keep your bodily urges to yourself!"
Gross, gross on so many levels. "Yeah, if you're done can I go?"
"Yeah yeah, scram." Monokuma said.
Mike began to walk off, before Monokuma called out. "Oh and Mike, stay out of trouble." The bear's eye flashed red, before he disappeared. Mike gulped, before heading back to his room. When he went to use his student handbook to open the door, he realised...it was open.
"What the..." The boy said to himself, as he pushed the door open. His room...was a total mess. And there was no sight of Cameron. "Cameron? Are you in here?" He said, the slight fear in his voice evident. He noticed the bathroom door, the lock undone and the door ajar. He gulped before he opened it, and witnessed it. The sight that made him wish he never left. The sight that made him wish he stayed by his friend's side.
It was Cameron. The Super High School Level Scholar, was on the ceiling, his body beaten, with a knife in his chest. It took Mike a moment to realise he was even screaming, before he passed out from the sight.
And that's chapter 2 done! So the first victim is Cameron. I think it was a bit obvious, but it was kind of meant to be. So who killed him? What's going on with Mike and Dawn, and who do you think is the mastermind so far?
That's all for now, next update will be done after I update Total Drama All Stars Redone and Randomized Drama Island now that my resit exams are over.
