"Alright everyone, I hope you enjoyed the episode, but before we continue, I'll be moving some things around."
[ The seating changed, now with the riders all in a corner area along with Dagur and Heather; who was sitting next to next to Astrid(on right) and Dagur in front of Hiccup, otherwise the seating was the same.[Also, the Riders family's were moved closer to them, and the Dragons]
"And with that done, time to watch"
[A Viking merchant hauls up his boat in the shore.]
[He grabs two items and walks ashore, but stops when a rumbling sound is heard and he looks around until he gets pulled down under the sand and it pans up showing the beach empty like nothing happened.]
[It then switches to show a familiar round object with cravings on it being held by someone.]
Astrid smiled as she saw the necklace, "I know what day this is." She nudged her boyfriend, who just smiled fondly at her.
Snotlout gagged as he looked at the two, "Ew, Hiccstrid." Heather quickly shut him up, not wanting to ruin her friend's moment.
"Ah. Just like I remember."
"Hey, whatcha got there?"
He pushes Snotlout away,"Ah- Uh. Nothing."
"Uh, if it's nothing, then give me it. Hookfang and I are making a ceremonial bust of yours truly and we need all the junk metal we can melt down."
"What? This isn't junk. It's my betrothal gift to Astrid. It means we'll be together forever."
"Forever? Well, not if you give her that rusty old piece of..."
"Snotlout!" Astrid jumped up from her seat, ready to beat him up, but Hiccup stopped her.
Hiccup rolls his eyes at Snotlout,Who decided to perk some ideas at him."Hey! You know what would be a great idea?"
Hiccup and Toothless both walk away as Snotlout continues talking."A decorative battering ram. Oh! How about a shiny new ball and chain? Wait! A bludgeon with her initials!"
Hiccup walks out, closing the door in Snotlout's face."OW!"
"Ah, Astrid."(Peeks inside Astrid's hut)
Astrid seems frustrated and slightly panicking, she paces up and down the floor."Fishlegs, unless this has to do with Hiccup's betrothal gift, the one I haven't gotten him yet, the one I have no clue where to start."
"You don't need to get me anything Astrid." He told her reassuringly.
Astrid sighed. "I know, I just...I wanted it to be special."
He smiled at her sweetly and said, "Well, I certainly made it a special day." She laughed a little at his comment; it certainly had been a memorable day.
"The ceremonial betrothal gift must be exchanged six moon cycles from the first announcement of a Couple's... Well..."
"Betrothal?"
"Yes! Ah, look at me! I'm a wreck. You'd think I was the one 48 hours away from complete disaster, but it's you– "Astrid stops him covering his mouth with her hand.
Fishlegs licks her hand. "Ew! What is wrong with you?!"
Meatlug looked away; the others groaned in disgust.
[Astrid knocks him to the ground and sits on top of Fishlegs]
"Astrid, wait. I can help. Okay. Who knows Hiccup better than I do?"
Astrid glares at him, "Me."
Toothless huffed in annoyance; there were plenty of things he knew about Hiccup that the blonde girl did not.
"Good point. Then you know what an amazing gift-giver he is."
Astrid sighed, "Yes. That's the problem. Hiccup is not your ordinary Viking. He has a Night Fury. He can fly with a suit made of yak hides. He has a sword that ignites on command. And he's going to be the next Chief of Berk..."
"I never really thought about it like that." Hiccup said a sense of realization hitting him.
"Wow. Well, when you put it like that, you really are completely-- " But he gets cut off by Hiccup, who seems worried.
"Hey, guys, I just got a T-Mail from Trader Johann, and it didn't sound good."
[Inside the Clubhouse]
"All it says is that he needs our help and to come quickly." Hiccup began to explain.
Snotlout jumped in,"And you immediately wrote him back a big, old, "No, thank you," I assume."
"Why would I do that?" Hiccup asked
"That guy is bad luck, Hiccup. The last time we got a T-mail from old TJ, we almost got eaten by an island of very angry and very wild dragons." Snotlout said annoyed.
"Guess it wasn't bad luck after all," said Snotlout.
"Okay. Tell you what, Snotlout, you can stay here. ". Hiccup walks to Toothless to get his satchel.
"By myself? No, thank you. I'm just saying, this sucks."
"Hey, Astrid, can I talk to you for a second?"
Astrid gets nervous,and backs away."Oh. Uh, better wait on that. Don't want to leave Trader Johann hanging." She says as she goes to Stormfly and climbs up.
"Oh, wow! I thought Astrid wasn't afraid of anything," Snotlout says mockingly before getting hit over the head by Heather.
"Huh?" Hiccup says confused.
[Astrid flies off with Stormfly in the background.]
"Uh, what-what's happening?" Hiccup say as he looks at Fishlegs.
"Don't ask me. She's your betrothed."
[It then shows them flying, with Hiccup trying to catch up with Astrid, who keeps flying away]
"Astrid! Astrid! Astrid, will you just keep Stormfly steady for a minute?" Hiccup is struggling to catch up with Stormfly.
"Sorry. She's feisty today." Astrid says trying to make stormfly fly away.
"Must be the excitement to see Trader Johann. She really likes him." She says, Stormfly chirps in surprise at her, then flys away.
The gang also shared surprised looks
"She really... What? Since when? Astrid!" Hiccup confused,looks at Fishlegs for some answers. But he just shrugs innocently.
[It then shows the gang walking around in the Northern Markets]
[Stormfly sees a wagon full of ripe apples and eats it all in one bite]
I don't know why but I love that scene.
Snotlout groans,"Ugh! Didn't this stink-hole used to be way more crowded?"
Tuff answers him "Oh, yeah. Definitely."We would have been robbed at least three times by now. I miss that charm."
[At Trader Johann's Stall]
"Everything from glass trinkets to golden chalices, vanished. And the traders? Gone without a trace." Johann says dramatically.
"You seem to be okay, Johann. Has anything of yours been taken?" Hiccup asked
"Master Hiccup, leave it to you to find the silver lining in a dark, mysterious cloud."
"Yeah, maybe they just packed their stuff up and left. You didn't tell them any of your boring stories, did you, Johann?" Snotlout crosses arms.
"I assure you, my tales of adventure and revelry are the preeminent part of any weary traveler's day."
"Case solved. Anyone wanna race me to the Edge?" Snotlout says jokingly
Fishlegs chimes in,"Uh, guys, I don't think this about Johann."
"Okay, Fishlegs. What is it about?" Hiccup questions.
"The Curse of Tears."Fishlegs says but the Tuffnut starts crying at the word "tears".
"It's that word. Makes him open up like a water spout. Ever since we were kids."
Some of the people laughed at the strange predicament, but The Twins weren't amused.
Snotlout gets an idea"Oh, what word? "Tears"?" Tuffnut again bursts out crying at hearing the word tears.
"Oh,Really!?" Ruffnut glares at Snotlout.
"Sorry. Jeez, Louise..." Snotlout smirks" Tears." Tuffnut cries again.
Ruffnut went to smack snotlout, when Tuff stopped her. Then proceeded to join her in beating up smotlout.
Hiccup sighs,"Fishlegs, can you explain?"
"As I was saying, if the Curse of T-- "Ruffnut glares at him if ever he says the word." ... If the curse of you-know-what is real, and I am not saying it is, many traders and valuables have fallen victim to it and vanished, never to be heard from again." Fishlegs explained
"Well, I like a good mystery as well as anyone, but I promised Hookfang we could roll in some Yak dung back home."So you" He says pointing to Fishlegs,"can keep your curse. And you!" He points to Tuffnut"Tears. " Tuffnut again starts crying.
"Hang on. We at least need to check this out." Hiccup sighs,"All right, lets split up and look around. Look for any signs of a struggle."
"You're a mood killer, Hiccup you know that." Snotlout told him.
"Yes Snotlout ,I'm aware; you only tell me it daily." Hiccup replies.
"Astrid, you can team up with me. What better place to find a gift for the Viking who has everything?" Fishlegs whispers trying not to catch Hiccups attention.
Ruffnut bumps into there conversation,"Great idea, Fishlegs. Shopping can be so relaxing."
Tuffnut sniffs trying not to cry,"Therapeutic, even."
[The Gang are looking around, wandering the Northern Markets]
A bender holds up a spear showing it to the four. "This spear is barbed to the top! So while the head will slide into the victim, pulling it out is a different story." He chuckles evilly.
"And a story I, for one, would love to hear. Chapter and verse, please." Tuffnut asks.
"Hiccup with a spear. Really?" Astrid stares at Tuffnut.
Stoick and a few others laughed at this, trying to imagine Hiccup with a spear.
"How about something portable?" Fishlegs asked the merchant
"Hmm. Maybe this axe? Made from the neck bone of a dragon-"
Hiccup face palmed.
Both Astrid and Fishlegs glare at him."Right. I suppose dragon bone is a no-go.
"Not cool." They all start to walk away.
"Oh- Ooh! I do now carry a wide array of items. This decorative dish, for example." Astrid glares at him, shaking her head.
"Uh, how about a real working ball and chain?" He holds up a ball and chain.
Tuffnut laughs. "Hiccup can take off his leg. You really think that's gonna hold him?"
"All right, all right!"
The merchant looks through his stuff and takes out some sort of paper, rolling it out."I was reserving this for my most special customer but..."
"Um, a map? He wants me to get Hiccup a map?" Astrid says unamused.
Ooh, but it's so much more than just a map. It is told that whoever can decipher it, can find their way to the Treasure of Tears. The merchant tells them.
"What a strange coincidence." Heather said.
"Curse of Tears, Treasure of Tears! Makes sense they'd go together." Fishlegs says.
"For the love of Thor! Have you no soul?! Look at this poor man."
"No, and no. Ugh, Treasure Map." Astrid scoffs
[It then shows Hiccup and Snotlout wandering the Northern Markets]
"The first thing we have to figure out, is there really a curse? And, if there is, where did it start? Whose curse is it? Are you even listening to me?" He says to Snotlout.
"Snotlout, where did you get that?" He sees Snotlout holding his betrothal gift for Astrid.
"Snotlout! Oh, You better not have lost it!" Astrid exclaimed.
"Bet you he loses it, bro" Ruffnut tells her brother, who quickly accepts the bet.
Snotlout teases Hiccup. "Your saddlebag. You should be more careful around here."
Hiccup sigh's, as Snotlout continues."You know what this thing needs?" He walks to a nearby stall.
"To be out of your grubby hands?" Hiccup follows him.
Ruff laughs at Hiccup."Ooooo, Hiccups sassy!"
"It needs a chain! Then at least Astrid can wear the stupid thing. Otherwise, it's just an anchor for a very tiny boat."
Snotlout puts the carved stone on a string, taking the shape of a necklace. "See. Looks nice, right?"
"Would you give me that?", Snotlout laughs, enjoying at Hiccup when a thief snatched the betrothal gift from Snotlout's hands, catching him by surprise, Hiccup glares at Snotlout.
Snotlout shrinks down."I'm guessing you want that back." The thief runs through under a bridge with Hiccup, Snotlout and Toothless chasing after him.
Astrid shot up in her chair,"Snotlout! Really!?"
"I was right! Take that bro!" Ruff rubbed her win in his face.
"Catch, Amos!" Berthal tosses the betrothal gift to Amos.
"Amos?"Hiccup glares, remembering the name. Amos runs past two other traders.
"Do you know him son?" Stoick asked Hiccup. He was somewhat intrigued to who Amos was, as was everyone else in the Hall.
"oh-h.. umm, i-it's a funny st-tory.. y-yea" Hiccup stuttered.
"Are you okay?" Astrid asked him, noticing how he was stuttering.
"Oh yea, yea-a" He answered her back.
"So, uh who is he H?" Tuff asked.
"Oh, uh he is uh-h.. he was one of..the bounty hunters, the ones that kidnapped me.." He said it quietly but the others still heard.
The gang was certainly surprised at finding this while the rest of the Hall was somewhat angered at finding this out.
Hiccup then gasps, "Look!" Hiccup points as the medallion is passed between for people.
"Where'd he go?" Hiccup says frustrated.
"Ah! I don't know! I lost track of who we were chasing. Agh, I hate being confused!" Snotlout says.
Hiccup is on Toothless' back,"Really? I figured you'd be used to it by now."
"Oh, more sassy Hiccup" Tuffnut said amused.
"Heard that. Hookfang!" Snotlout shouts.
[The two scan the island looking for Amos.]
"There!" Hiccup says finally finding Amos, and seeing him taking off with the medallion.
[The two follow him through a forest, Hiccup and Toothless dodge a branch]
"Hah" Snotlout says dodging the same branch with a cocky attitude.
Snotlout then proceeded to get hit with a different branch,"Help! The Curse of Tears is real!" Hiccup rolls his eyes at Snotlout and keeps flying.
[ The two then come out at a beach and follow some footprints]
"Uh. The footprints just stop. I mean, he couldn't have just disappeared." Hiccup says confused.
"Woah. That's creepy" Ruffnut said.
Snotlout smirks making ghost sounds,"Well, maybe it's the Curse of Tears. Ooh! Scary."
Hiccup notices some blue rocks, picking one up examining it,"Never seen anything like this..."
"Me neither." Snotlout says also examining the rock curiously.
[ Suddenly a tail is wrapped around Snotlouts waist pulling him into the sand, he screams alerting Hiccup
"NO!" Hiccup yells reaching to get Snotlout, the dragon quickly follow with Toothless grabbing onto Hiccups metal leg.
"Toothless! Hang on, bud!" Hiccup yells as he and Snotlout get pulled further but then his metal leg pop off making Toothless resurface.
[Hiccup and Snotlouts face flashed in and out as they got pulled further down. Then a dragon pops onto screen before it fades to black.]
[The screen reshows with hiccup laying unconscious before getting up dazedly]
"Where are we?" Hiccup said getting up slowly still dazed.
"Who cares? Look around you. Gold, silver, silver, gold. How I love thee to caress and to hold..." He screams after grabbing a hand of a skeleton.
"That's a lot of Treasure" Heather said
"Whoa. Aww, man. What is with these bones? They're ruining my treasure pleasure." Snotlout said annoyed kicking at some bones.
"Snotlout, it's not your treasure. And from the looks of things, having it didn't help these guys much. We need to worry less about this junk, and figure a way out of here or all the treasure in the world won't help us. Okay, first things first. I need something to replace my leg."
Snotlout smirks, "Oh, a leg, you say? I have just the thing." He then pushes him to the ground.
"Snotlout, what are you..." Hiccup asks him, as Snotlout grabs some items from the side.
"Shush, you! There." Snotlout finishs what he was doing.
"Trust me. He won't miss it. Thank you, dead body." He says waving to the side.
There were some questionable glances sent Snotlout's way.
"I guess I can live with that. Now, we need a plan before that sand thing comes back."
" Hmm. This stuff is everywhere." Hiccup says looking at a strange blue gladly like object.
Snotlout"No kidding. Look."
"And voila! You, my good fellow, are the model of a modern Viking gentleman." Tuffnut said tossing him a bulgen
"Every Viking leader needs a formal attire. Am I right? Am I right!?" Ruff said shouting at Fishlegs.
"Yes!" He said hitting himself on the head accidentally.
"Indubitably"
Astrid shook her head "no".
"Her fashion sense is dreadful."
Astrid said, "Your fashion sense is dreadful."
"Uh, just dreadful."
"Scarfexit."
"Time is wasting."
"Listen, I think we just have to face to the facts, Fishlegs. There's nothing I can get Hiccup Haddock that he doesn't have, doesn't want, or doesn't need. I'm useless." Astrid said sadly.
"Your not useless, mi'lady" Hiccup told her quietly.
She smiled at him
Toothless and Hookfang fly over, worried,"What is it? What's going on , boy?" Fishlegs says trying to calm Hookfang.
Astrid pets Toothless's head,"It's Hiccup. I knew it. Something must have happened to him and Snotlout."
[It shows Hiccup and Snotlout scaling a wall before Snotlout lose grip and causes them both to fall. Hiccup is falls on the ground while Snotlouts falls onto a clump of the blue crystal glass, shattering it.]
"Ow. If you break this stuff, it's really sharp. Ow, ow, ow." Snotlout says taking a piece of glass out of his finger.
"Then don't break it." Hiccup says sarcastically.
Snotlout is not amused with Hiccup,"Literally just for that. But thank you."
"Oh, wait what?" Tuffnut said confused.
Snotlouts was done with Tuffnut little thing "Tuff, I've said "Thank you" before.
"Oh, wait what?" Tuffnut said confused.
Snotlout just rolled his eyes and continued on.
A noise is heard and Snotlout hides behind Hiccup"Oh, no. It's back. It's gonna turn us into old dusty bones."
"Would you stop whining and get ready to shoot?" Hiccup said grabbing a crossbow and tossing one to Snotlout
Tuff and Ruff gasped dramatically," Hiccup. Shooting a Dragon! I can't believe you H"
Hiccup sighed. "I wouldn't kill a dragon, Maybe to scare it off."
"You!" Snotlout said annoyed, lowering his weapon.
"But, I would have totally shot him." Hiccup said.
Dagur shed a Tear, " My little Brothers all grown up"
"Put those things down. Now! If we have any chance of getting out of this place, we all need to work together." Hiccup said sternly.
" Ugrh. Together." Amos groaned.
Hiccup notices the medallion on Amos's belt,"And I'll take that, thank you very much."
The Twins look under a rock, "Hiccup!"
"Why would I be under a rock?"
"Welll you technically were underground.." Ruffnut said as Tuffnut added to her statement," and rocks are in the ground.."
Hiccup face-palmed as did many others.
"What is it, Toothless? I don't understand. Where are they?" Astrid crosses her arms worried.
"Astrid." Fishlegs says holding Hiccups leg.Astrid gasps at seeing Hiccup's leg.
"Woo-hoo! I'll take that. Wow! What? It's mine. Hiccup willed it to me. He said if anything ever happened to him, the leg was to be bequeathed to one Tuffnut LaVerne Thorston." Tuffnut says. Astrid angered takes the leg from him.
"Oh, you want this? You want it? Oh, I'll give it to you. Come on. Say it. Say you want it. Say it. Or should I say it? Tears! Tears, tears, tears,..." Astrid exclaimed.
"Ah! No, no, no!" Tuffnut starts crying again.
"What's wrong with you? It's not his fault Hiccup's gone. Why do you have to be so mean? Look at him! He's just a baby" Ruffnut says going to her brother.
"I'm sorry, Tuff. I-I don't know what came over me. I think I'm just..." Astrid says apologetically.
"You leave him be! Hey. What do you say we look at our new map, bro? Would that make you feel better?" Ruffnut tells him taking out a map.
"Wait. What map?" Fishlegs asked.
Ruffnut shows the map from earlier,"You bought that?" Astrid said.
"It's not like we had a choice. It's got two words we love beyond... Well, words. "Treasure" and uh, you know.." She said pointing to her brother.
Fishlegs grabs the blue rocks from earlier holding it,"Astrid, I hate to admit it but these rocks look a lot like..."
"Don't say it." Ruffnut says.
[Fishlegs acts out and mouths the word tears but Tuffnut understands it and starts crying again]
"Oh, come on! I didn't even say it." Fishlegs says annoyed.
"Well, I'm out of ideas. Might as well give this thing a shot." Astrid says grabbing the map from Ruffnut.
"Nothing but dead ends. I don't think we're getting outta here anytime soon." Hiccup says looking around.
"Wowww Hiccup. And you tell us to think positive." Snotlout said.
"Great. I'm finally rich, and I don't even get to enjoy my vast fortune. Thanks to Amos deLamest over here." Snotlout said pointing to Amos.
"If you hadn't chased me, we wouldn't be down here in the first place." Amos said.
"What? If you hadn't stolen from me, we wouldn't have had to chase you." Hiccup said angrily.
"Well, I guess we can call it even." Amos said
"No, we can't. That's not even kind of even." Hiccup said still mad.
"Anrgy Hiccup" Tuffnut said jokingly.
Snotlout notices the dragon probably looking for them,"Guys, guys. You might wanna save this discussion for later."
"Okay, nobody... "Amos runs off,"Amos, no!"
"Seriously, why do you care so much cuz." Snotlout asked.
[Amos runs catching the dragons attention. It fires at Amos, but Hiccup pushes him out of the way. And the blast is reflected towards Snotlout who grabs a shield just in time. The blast hardened around the shield.]
"It thinks you're trying to steal it's treasure. Don't move." Hiccup says to Amos.
Another blast of fire comes at Hiccup and Amos, "Okay, now move! Run! Oh. Take cover!"
[Snotlout is slammed aside by the dragons tail, falling on a crossbow causing it to fire at the ceiling. A beam of light shines onto the dragon cause it to go hide.]
Snotlout held the crossbow up,"Huh. Did you guys see that?"
"It's the light. It can't be in direct sunlight." Hiccup said looking up at the roof.
"Maybe that's why he patched the holes in the roof." Amos said.
"Maybe." Hiccup said.
"No Thank you. Nice going, Snotlout? Nothing?" Snotlout said.
"Oh, shut up, Snotlout." Amos told him. Snotlout looked disappointed.
Everyone laughed a little at Snotlouts misery, leaving him to suffer in his own embarrassment.
"All right, look, Astrid. We'll give up the..." Tuffnut said.
"The what?" Astrid snapped back.
"You know. The -- T-Tuh, those we can live without. The treasure? That's gotta be ours. We earned that treasure. I earned that treasure." Tuffnut said.
"If this works, you can have all the treasure you want. But if it doesn't, you know what's coming." Astrid said unchanging.
"Uh, what do you say we stray from going down that dark road again, Astrid?" Ruffnut said worriedly.
"Yeah. I'm not sure I have any... Well, you know, left to cry." Tuffnut says.
Astrid looked at the map,"Hmm. Do you see that? Hiccup."
"Astrid!" Fishlegs shouted running after her, the twins shrug and run also.
"We're gonna die." Snotlout mumbled.
Toothless is faintly heard from above,"Shh. Do you hear that? It came from outside." Hiccup says.
"Oh, maybe you won't be there to long,son." Stoick said.
"Come on, boy. If this map is real, we need to get there soon." Astrid said picking up the pace.
"Alright, lift me up. If someone's out there, we need to make sure they can see us." Hiccup said as Snotlout and Amos lift him up.
"Is he in there?" Fishlegs said as Astrid looked into a hole.
"Is anyone out there?" Smotlout asked.
Hiccup and Astrid both look together. "No."
"What! He's right there!?" Heather said to Astrid.
Everyone seemed in some sort of disbelief. Especially Astrid, Hiccup could sense Astrid's growing worry and held her hand tightly.
"Looks like we're not the only ones who got fooled by this map." Astrid said holding the map.
"Looks like we're on our own." Hiccup said to the others.
"You know, staring at that thing isn't gonna suddenly help us get out of here." Snotlout told Hiccup, who was staring at hole.
"Hey, you have a better idea for whenever that sand-busting thing comes back?" Hiccup snapped back.
"Sandbuster. That's a good name. I was just trying to help." Snotlout said.
"Oh, you couldn't have gotten sucked down with you dragons, could ya? Could've flown right out of here. But no!" Amos complained to the pair.
"What's this guys problem?" Ruffnut said.
"Why do you even talk?" Snotlout asked him.
"It's how I voice my displeasure. And I'm gonna die with freedom just beyond that hole." Amos replied.
Hiccups eyes widened, a sense of realization hit him,"The hole. Yes. That's our way out."
Amos chuckle at his idea,"Oh. How do you plan on getting to it?"
"Yeah, I mean, the idiot does have a point. We can't even reach it." Snotlout said somewhat agreeing with him.
Hiccup motioned to the stuff around them,"Then we'll bring it to us. You two start stacking this junk. Build a tower, as high as it'll go."
"It'll never reach, and it'll never hold." Amos replied.
"Oh, just do it." Hiccup ordered
"And what are you gonna do?" Snotlout asked him.
"Build a cage, to trap the Sandbuster when he comes back." He said picking up some planks.
Amos elbowed Snotlout and pointed to Hiccup,"I don't know. Just do what he says. He's always right, so there's really no point."
Hiccup heard Snotlout,"What was that, Snotlout?"
Snotlout began"You're like a ray of light. Lighting my way. Super-shiny. Never mind."
Hiccup ignored his comment,"Yeah, yeah. Uh-huh."
The Hall had lightened up from the otherwise sober mood. It was a nice change of atmosphere.
Fishlegs walked over to Astrid,who was sitting over the cliff looking at the map,"He's out there, Astrid. Somewhere. And we're gonna find him. Meatlug and I won't stop looking until we do. Right, girl?" Fishlegs told Astrid.
Ruffnut is standing over her brother,"Bro, it's like tear. It's spelled the same way. Tear, Tear, no?" Tuffnut starts crying,"Okay. All right. calm down."
Astrid stared harder at the map noticing something,"Wait a minute..Fishlegs, what do you see here?"
"A good reason to throw the twins into our volcano?" He retorted.

"No. Look. This helmet in the corner, it looks just like that mountain peak over there." Astrid said pointing to the map.
"Astrid, I know you want this to--"
"And these axes right here? They line up, too. These are all landmarks. All around us. When you line up the map, look what happens. Come on. We're going to get Hiccup." She says.
"You don't really think this thing is gonna hold?" Amos asked.
"As long as we get Hiccup to climb it. It'll hold his scrawny butt, no problem." Snotlout said.
"Snotlout!" Hiccup exclaimed.
"I thought you said you were building a cage." Snotlout asked.
Hiccup tied some rope around a crate,"Yes, Snotlout. I did."
"Okay, don't take this the wrong way, but don't cages have, I don't know, locks, bars, and walls?!" Snotlout retorted, making some motions with his hands.
"Where's the cage?" Tuffnut asked confused.
Hiccup took a step back,"Trust me. This is going to work. Now, let's get up that tower. Did you make sure it was sturdy?"
"Snotlout said..." Amos said but was stopped by Snotlout.
"It's fine, it's fine, it's fine." Snotlout glared at Amos.
[Hiccup starts climbing the tower with it swaying. He glared at Snotlout who smiled nervously, when the Sandbusted comes out of nowhere.]
"Sandbuster, Sandbuster!" Snotlout shouts pushing Amos at the Sandbuster.
[Hiccup jumps on a board launching a rock at the ceiling, he sees it working and keeps going jump on the other boards.]
Hiccup landed perfectly with the Sandbuster trapped in a cage,"Ha-ha. Ha-ha. See? Cage."
"It's a very interesting contraction Hiccup Haddock, Well done." Mala said kindly.
"You wasn't lying. He is always right." Amos said amazed.
"Shut up, Amos." Snotlout growled.
"Now, for our exit." Hiccup said as they climbed up the tower.
[The dragon started shooting at the holes patching them back up, when he finally patched the holes he went after the tower hitting it."
"No, No!" Hiccup shouted as the tower fell down.
They fell down hard, as Hiccup fell the medallion fell out also and it rolled under the dragon."Hey, don't you touch that. It is a gift."
"Oh, yeah, I'm sure he really cares about that." Snotlout retorted.
Snotlout noticed a sword inside a crate he grabs it but the weight causes him to fall down. "Snotlout! Gotcha! Ha! Hiccup!"
"Calling for your 'Hero' Snotlout?" Tuffnut said.
"Whaaaat. No, of course not." Snotlout replied.
[Hiccup noticed a ray of light behind the dragon, he runs at the dragon and slides under it grabbing the medallion.]
"Hiccup, what are you..." Snotlout said shocked watching him.
"Yes!" Hiccup says as he reflects the light from the medallion hitting the dragon.
"...doing? Nice job!" Snotlout said as the sword causing him to fall over again.
"You guys run. I'll keep it busy." Hiccup said, trying to keep the dragon distracted.
"Right. Sounds good to me." Amos said trying to leave.
Snotlout grabbed Amos by the ear,"Stand down, Amos delamest. We're not going anywhere without that guy. Got it?" He said pointing towards Hiccup.
"Aww, you do care." Ruffnut said.
"Then we're all gonna die where we stand!" Amos exclaimed.
[ Then the roof explodes sending glass flying, as the rest of the riders fly in with Astrid on Toothless, as they fired at the Sandbuster.]
Hiccup smiled at his friends,"You were saying? Woo-hoo!" Astrid files towards Hiccup as he jumps on and fly away.
"I must say, Master Hiccup, you and your team always seem to right the wrongs in this mad, mad world. With the vicious Sandbuster beach closed to incoming traffic, the flow of commerce can, once again, commence. And, speaking of commerce, Master Snotlout, I've been admiring your bejeweled weapon. Simply dazzling." Johann said
"Save it, Johann. It's not for sale." Snotlout said.
Ruffnut keeps trying to help her brother,"Just start with the T. A little t... Just a T... Oh. Okay, okay."
"And with that, I bid you adieu." Johann says as he walks off.
"Astrid..." Hiccup began.
Astrid coiled up, feeling ashamed for how she acted.
Astrids eyes widened in fear, as she tried to get away,"Um, I need to check on Stormfly."
"No, no, you don't." Hiccup said grabbing her arm.
"I don't?" Astrid said.
"No. You need to stand right here and take this in." Hiccup told her letting go of her arm.
"This was my father's bethrothal gift to my mother, and he gave it to me, to give to you. Astrid, you're a part of our family. You always have been and I hope you always will be." Hiccup said putting the necklace on her.
Astrid sighed, making Hiccup nervous."Okay. If you don't like it --"
"OooOoooO Hiccstrid Drama." Tuffnut said.
Astrid smiled softly,"Hiccup, I... It's beautiful. It's perfect. It's just... I didn't get you a gift. I don't know what to get, or..."
"But you did. Astrid, you got me the greatest gift in the world. You, You, just being here with me. It's the only gift I need." Hiccup said pulling her close.
It was the couples best moment,although it felt weird having everyone watching. But it did bring back some happy moments of the day.
Of course the Hall was more the ecstatic with getting to actually see what happened. With all the busyness the couple snuck a quick kiss.
"On guard!" Snotlout said as he accidentally throw the sword towards Hiccstrid.
"Hey, watch it! Wait a minute." Hiccup said pulling Astrid to the side before looking at the sword closely.
"SNOTLOUT!" Was the reaction of most.
"What is it?" Astrid asked Hiccup.
"I thought I recognized that sword. That's not just any old sword. That's..." Hiccup said but was cut off by Astrid.
"Viggo's. But if his sword is here..." Astrid said worried.
"Who brought it here?" Hiccup said.
I lost motivation towards the end, I know their are plenty of mistakes but I tried to rush it.That is all I hope you enjoyed, although I won't be making more of these for a while because they take lots of time. So I'm going to working on others things and with school starting I probably won't post a lot. Maybe just once or twice a month if that.
