We approached the sight of our previous landing and saw scattered troopers and supplies. "What in the blazes happened?!" I exclaimed in shock and disbelief, I didn't think the Count was one to be so reckless, Maul or Grievous maybe, but not Dooku. I thought he was more of a politician, still a Sith Lord nonetheless. "It looks like an ambush." Rebel said quietly, still shaken up from her last encounter. "It was probably Dooku." General Skywalker said, clenching his fist. "We have to get them back." I said looking at Boomer, one of my best men, who'd been killed by the Count. It was now personal, the fight to stop Dooku, we could not allow him to get away. I heard Rebel gasp, her eyes on the ground. She stepped forward and crouched down in front of half of a helmet, looking odd in shape, but familiar. She took off her helmet and picked up the cracked one in front of her. When she stood up I could tell whose helmet she clutched in her hands. "They...took...Wrecker." she shuttered and I went to her side, looking carefully for the other half. I picked it up and hugged her. "I want to-" her voice trailed off as she mumbled and looked at the ground. "We'll find him." I told her before she could boil over with rage. She raised her head slightly and huffed furiously. I thought of a plan, quicker than I had ever before. I thought if we could send a signal from their base they'd think it was the droids and send help. "We already know where their base is…" I turned around to direct my speech to the general but he'd disappeared with his padawan. I looked over to General Kenobi, thinking he wouldn't like my plan, but he was focused on Skywalker and Tano. "We should probably go make sure they don't get killed." He said with worry showing only in his eyes.
