It was time for the Mark of Mastery, and everyone was silent, They knew to some extent how things were supposed to go, Master Erquas would give a speech, Master Xehanort would watch them like a hawk, and Sora would cheer everyone as she sat down on one of the three thrones.
However that wasn't what was happening, Erquas gave no speeches about their accomplishments, no smile, One of the biggest moments of Terra, and Aqua's history felt like more than a simple fight with their friend, Xehanort was grinning, but more ominously, and Master Erquas had a look of fear and disappointment on his face. They knew they were ready and strong enough to make an impact on their teacher, if fighting Hunters, Huntresses, and countless Grimm was anything, fighting Ven didn't seem that bad to the married couple. So why did it feel like everyone was hiding something from them?
"Welcome, students of the Land of Departure, I know what you're all thinking, Where's the grand speech, I felt it was a little redundant for this generation of students to listen to me boast about their accomplishments, their successes, failures, the reason for them being here, this year is pointless. I and Master Xehanort have decided to get to the point, Terra, Aqua, and Ventus, you are all powerful keyblade wielders in your way, whether by channeling the powers of light and darkness or with the use of semblances and technological advances. So I ask you to step into the center of the arena, and prove to us that you are worthy of the title of Master?" Erquas declared as the three students stepped into the center, the first person to summon their keyblade was Terra, summoning his chaos rippers, letting the long swords touch the ground with a thud at their weight.
"I won't go easy on you, just cause you're my wife!" Terra declared, looking at Aqua, as she pulled out her shield, letting it expand in her left hand, while she held her keyblade, Enlightened Dewdrops. Aqua held the longboard sword-like keyblade with ease, as the duo waited on Ventus to summon his keyblade for the clash to begin, and the start of a new era of keyblade masters to rein over the worlds.
"I wouldn't have it any other way, so you'd better bring it, or else I'll surpass you in no time babe." Aqua let out, smirking at her husband, Aqua quickly looked over to see Ven, he was silent, motionless, and wide open. Aqua and Terra decided in unison that they'd knock Ven out first, if he wasn't gonna try, no point in him being there. Terra's keyblades grind against the castle floor, swinging wide and heavy, his oversized keyblades inches away from connecting with Ventus.
"I'm not going down that early, so you'd better get ready, Terra, Aqua! Cause I'm here to win, and become a keyblade master!" Ventus declared as he summoned Wayward Wind, and Missing Ache, back flipping away from Terra's swings and moving towards Aqua's area, She took a swing at him with her shield, but Ven was faster, using a thunder spell to try and stun the woman after her swing missed him. Aqua stood tall and firm, tanking the spell with her aura, and superior physical form, causing Ven to back off for a moment, and think of a plan.
This wasn't like those cops in Dark Daybreak, or the normal Daybreak Town with its keyblade kids, where there was a level of power that he could deal with, this universe was shown to the teen that people were getting stronger and staying within the same range. He didn't wanna have to reveal his trump cards just yet, but Ven had a quick thought if he could get Terra and Aqua to attack each other, weaken their Auras, and let Terra go nuts, he'd have a chance at winning, so the best bet was getting Aqua's attention, so Terra would focus on her more.
Ven rushed at the muscle-bound mother, tossing Wayward Wind at her, as she moved her shield in front of his keyblade path like he knew she would. As Ven's key touched her shield, a jolt of lightning exploded from his keyblade, Ven grinned gaining more distance at Aqua, as he unwrapped more piano wire from the hilt of his keyblade, preparing to bound Aqua's arms, so she couldn't fight back, and then he'd assault her with magic. After all, once a keyblade user loses the ability to move their arms it's over, Ven learned that the hard way when commander Ava fought him in an attempt to steal a shotgun.
Quickly Ven twirled the reminding keyblade in his hand, sending his wires, all over the place, ready for Aqua to charge at him, only for the taller woman to look at him, readying her right leg, as Ven looked at her, quickly realizing what she was gonna do, but it was too late to dodge.
"My turn!" Aqua said as she channeled her semblance into her right leg, as the muscles from her arms shifted down to her legs, making her bottom half grew, to accommodate the newfound strength even to her legs, leaving her arms looking like a normal human woman's arms on top of a bulky woman. Ven was in shock at what Aqua's semblance could do, as the blue-haired woman kicked his keyblade back at him with enough force to send the weapon back at him like it was a beam of light. The attack hit his stomach and sent Ven flying over towards Terra, as Aqua quickly reformed her body back into his strong state of being.
"Ouch, that hurt, it felt like Aced, punched me in the face!" Ven whispered, as he held his stomach in pain, getting up shaking in pain, as he held Missing Ache, quickly casting cure, as warmth entered his body, letting pain vanish.
"Looks like I'll have to rethink my plans then?" Ven said, thinking out loud, as he looked at Aqua flexing her body at Sora, It was funny, and kinda attractive to say the least, however Ven had to keep his head in the game, Master Xehanort still needed him to do his job, as he rushed towards Terra, ready to fight the tall man once again.
"Darkness" Terra screamed, As the battleground began getting darker, Terra cast a powerful bind spell attempting to shut off everyone's field of view, Ven smirked, as was born in the darkness, molded by it, the darkness helped him become the person he was today. It was a good plan by Terra, but sadly that also made Ven unblockable for a time, and let Terra, and Aqua feel helpless till he was forced to surrender, and then the muscle-bound keyblade users would fall.
Terra, charged inside the dark cloud, swinging his chaos rippers rapidly, making sure to hit Ven, no matter what. Only for a clunking sound to be heard, deep within the darkness, as Terra felt something block one of his keyblades, and something cold hit his chest, his aura protecting him, but the cold feeling still lingering in the back of his mind, he didn't know what was in the smoke with them or how it got into the room, but he had to stop it, he had to worn the others.
"Aqua, Ven! Somethings inside the, hey?" Terra said, getting cut off as the figure ran at him with his right arm coming at the taller man, forcing Terra to block the attack with an earth spell tearing up part of the floor in the process. The figure violently slashed and swung its arm rapidly at Terra, only for it to stop momentarily and look for anything to give him an opening to attack, casting a series of thunder spells, with one managing to hit the figure in the chest, as it screamed and thrashed around violently.
"It hurts, it hurts! Kill me!" The figure wailed as he launched a water spell, all over the place, sending water all over the arena, hitting Aqua's shield, Ven's arms, and Terra's legs in the process, alerting the keyblade mom to Terra's general location.
Aqua couldn't see a thing, as the smoke loomed over the place, thankfully raised her shield, and pulled out a large shell from her pocket, Placing it into the chamber, thanking that water spell for giving her an idea as she opened up her weapon, she'd take out the darkness, and hopefully weaken some of Terra's aura, and defeat Ven in the process with a rocket, plus Sora needed to see her look cool even more.
"Thanks for the hint! Now Eat This!" Aqua yelled, firing the large rocket into the smoke, It exploded causing the dark cloud to go away in a blast of fire and light, revealing Ventus, who was out cold, and Terra who was holding onto his chest, his aura was low, due to the blast, but Terra wasn't looking at her, which made Aqua look at what her husband was looking at, it was a boy, but he looked so wrong.

Sora was thrilled seeing the fight go on, Dad was showing off how strong he was, Mom pulled out her rocket launcher and fired it, looking like a total badass, and Uncle Ven was cool, he looked so serious as he tried to fight off her parents. Granted Sora accepted the cloud of darkness from her father, but it was rational to use a wide-ranging magic spell to weaken Mom and Ven. However, the smile she held quickly vanished, as the smoke was blown away by her mom's rocket, revealing a teenager, who didn't look ok.
"Master Eraqus, what's that boy doing on the battlefield, where did he come from?" Sora wondered about asking the master, as his eyes were in shock at the fact the boy came without anyone noticing him, sure the dark cloud was covering everything. But with all the people in the room, surely someone would have felt a different darkness in the room unless the monster had no darkness to begin with?
"You there, boy! What are you doing here, and how did you get into the Land of Departure?" Xehanort spoke up, looking at the boy. Once he stood up, it was clear he wasn't human, he was more like a monster than an actual person. He was wearing a pair of red shorts, a damaged black t-shirt, a torn purple jacket, and spiky brown hair, but the thing that made everyone's skin crawl was the things that made the creature look abnormal. His left arm was split in two, forming two different arms that looked more like claws, his right arm held a keyblade that looked like it was rammed into his broken arm, and he had tentacles all over his body, wrapped around his arms and right leg.
The boy didn't speak, only cried, and laughed in agony, as he looked around, smelling everything in the room, stopping to look at the little blue-haired girl in the room.
"You are mine, I will have you, tasty, tasty moral!" The boy said, walking towards Sora, making everyone rush over to the girl. Ready to fight the monstrous teen without a second thought, Erquas summons his keyblade, and Xehanort raises his hand ready to cast a spell.
"Riku, Kairi, help me, I'm scared! It hurts, it hurts! Oh, Riku, I found you!" The boy whined and screamed as he rushed over to the group, and a creepy laugh could be heard ominously behind them. Erquas and Xehanort quickly turned around noticing a man with his eyes and mouth pried open, medical gear and strapping littered his face and body, he was wearing a tattled doctor's coat and had a stick that had electricity jolting out of the tip.
"No, Sora you can't eat the tasty morsel not yet, they have suffered enough!" The Doctor told the bioweapon, as sparks flew from his fingers hitting the teen, Sora screamed as his body was being assaulted by electricity, it was like Hollow Bastion all over again, Why was it always him, Why did he have to feel this pain? The doctor let out a sinister laugh that made everyone look at him in fear, everyone but Aqua.
Her eyes widened as she saw that man, the man who helped destroy her life, and send the peaceful land of Radiant Garden into despair, being under King Ansem's rule. The doctor had somehow returned after her parents and the mysterious girl named Liliana who fought the doctor back into the gateway into the multiverse. Aqua quickly raised her shield against the Doctor, She wouldn't let this monster ruin her life again, she had gotten stronger for a reason, and she would protect her family from any form of harm, whether they were friends or foes.
"What a cute little daughter you have there! It's funny the last time I killed a kid, he was just a simple boy with no problems in the world, well until I killed him with his sword, and made his aftermath a living hell. I wonder what I should do to your little girl, Aqua?" The Doctor wondered, looking at the group, letting the fear and anger linger just a little more, as the monstrous Sora got up off the ground.
He started running towards Ven, wanting to consume the teen's flesh and let his blood run down, savoring every last ounce of his suffering. Sora screamed, as his keyblade nearly made contact with Ven, only for Ven to be much faster, and level-headed than the monster.
"Too slow, Time Splicer!" Ven declared, as the flow of time stopped around Ven and the monstrous Sora, For a second, Ven quickly slashed at the teen's chest, stomach, and legs in rapid succession. A second later time returned to normal, as Sora started to spray blood everywhere, his body spasmed in pain, and something did make Ven wanna puke his guts out. Sora's face opened up revealing a large, massive tentacle that moved around, its mouth moving, as it looked at Ven. The tentacle quickly returned to Sora's head, Sora quickly grabbed his keyblade with one of the clawed hands, and the next word he spoke made Ven run back over to Erquas in fear.

"Curaga!" Sora screamed, as the cuts and wounds Ven had just delivered to the teen had instantly healed. The teen didn't wanna die again, he had died once on that accursed ship, and he needed to keep feasting, just like that fat woman in Wonderland, or that boy in the whale, Why did he not wanna die? He was a fucking monster that was killing and eating people, working for monsters, sure he hated Riku and maybe hated Kairi and those agents. But why couldn't he think straight, everything was so out of control after he was infected with the T-Abyss virus from that monster?
"So painful! Why? Why?" Sora let out, running after the group again, As he looked at the pretty blue-haired girl, the tasty moral reminded him of the woman in the hollow bastion, she had this pretty dress and crown on her head, and she looked like a princess, but nowhere near as pretty as the purple-haired man, the one in the cold place, the man screamed about his son, his wife, he was so tasty.
"Terra, you stay with Sora, I'm gonna deal with his insane henchmen over here?" Aqua let out running after the monstrous teen blocking their keyblade, with her shield, as She raised her keyblade and sent the teen flying with a large blizzard spell. Instantly the teen was frozen in a block of ice, whining in pain, as the cold was overwhelming them.
"So cold; pain, I'm scared! Momma, I will make somebody pay!" Sora moaned, as his head jolted into the ice, with one of his clawed hands, flailing around wildly, Aqua walked away from the teen, grabbed another shell from her ammo belt, and loaded it into her weapon, raising the weapon at the Doctor.
"Get away from his daughter, get away from my husband, and teachers before I blow the ever living fuck out of you!" Aqua yelled threatening the Doctor, only for the man to laugh, that laugh just made Aqua even more pissed, he wouldn't show any fear, he was truly a monster, and oh how she hated monsters almost as much as the cruel humans who hurt her people on Remeant if the Doctor expected her to run away like a little girl waiting for someone to save her again, he was dead wrong.
"How precious, you think pointing a rocket at me, is gonna make me scared, sorry Miss Amazon, but I'm not here to fight you just yet, I just wanted to see what the new batch of Keyblade warriors were like compared to all the others, and I must say, before I railroaded your day, it was a nice show." The Doctor said, as his stick began to glow blue, as he disappeared, and reappeared right behind the ooze sora.
"What" Erquas said, turning to see the Doctor standing over by the teen, The Doctor laughed, raising his stick, and smashing the large thing of ice, breaking Sora out of his frozen prison.
"I guess Aqua never told you, I am quite the Doctor, but I guess the madness was just too much for her little mind to understand?" The Doctor said slyly, pointing to his mind, then proceeded to summon a portal of darkness, grabbing one of Ooze Sora's hands and violently tossing the undead monster into the portal.
"Enjoy your lives, while you can, as the next time I return people will die, and I'll make sure you die screaming as your daughter watches." Herman declared, walking through the portal, and closing it instantly. Aqua and Terra quickly ran over to Sora, to check on their daughter, Thankfully she was okay, and in awe at how her parents were so far. Ven just looked at the portal, The Doctor had returned, with that freak of his, which meant the same thing would happen in Daybreak Town, everyone would die, and that woman was in this universe after him again.

Erquas and Xehanort could only look at each other, the plan was going to have to alter their plans to work around that madman's schemes, They would have their perfect universe, and nothing would stop them. The only thing they could agree on was to let the students become Masters and see what comes next. As much as Eraquas wished for his son's death. The young adult was so strong, that with Aqua by his side, they could do some good for the universe, at least until they returned to Remeant probably leaving this madness behind them, and Erquas shouldn't blame them. If he still had Urd by his side, then the aging master would have done anything for their happiness.
"Everyone gathered around, Given the recent event, thankfully no one was truly injured, and while the Mark of Mastery was cut quite short. Me and Master Xehanort have decided to make all three of you Keyblade Masters!" Erquas declared making the three warriors react to his words differently. Terra and Aqua kissed while holding Sora in their arms, the dream they worked hard on was finally real, now they'd be able to be on Remeant, right their wrongs, and truly be free of the master's gaze. Ven simply gave a fake grin that looked so real and honest it was scary to the Master.
"I have something to add, it'll only take a moment of your time!" Xehanort spoke up, as he looked over at the newest batch of Keyblade Master's, grinning at how the information he held would make their journey quite an interesting one.
"We have decided to close down the Land of Departure until the issue of that Doctor is over with!" Xehanort said as everyone but Ventus looked at the man with a look of understanding.
"You're closing this place down? Masters tell me why!" Ventus said, balling his fist, sure he wanted his life to be over quicker, but the original plan was to keep the place open in case they needed a cover story, and part of him grew attached to the old castle.
"Boy, this place is no longer a safe haven for keyblade masters, Besides, we aren't training any more students after this! If you wanna run the castle be my guest, I doubt the Kizuna family wants to be here any longer, let alone teach somebody at the moment. So me, and Erquas have decided you all have till tomorrow morning to pack and leave. Ven if you want to stay, let us know, and we'll chat! Xehanort declared, walking away with a hand behind his back, as Erquas followed.
Terra, Aqua, and Sora just stood in the throne room, they still couldn't believe it, they just looked at each other, and Sora, grinning, knowing that tomorrow would be a new day, and they'd need to prepare for the trip back to Remeant, and see what their next move would be.

Deep within a dark room, The doctor stood against a large round table, as other figures began appearing, the Doctor looked around, First was Ooze Sora, Secondly was a teenager with messy brown hair, and Third was a girl dressed in a cop outfit wearing a fox mask, Lastly was a girl with dark Auburn colored hair, she was standing on top of a towering mech suit.
"Everyone, it's time for us to add to our little team, soon The multiverse will be ours, and you will have what you desire, so go forth, and bring us more people, more victims, and give every single form, and offspring of Sora, hell!" The Doctor known as Herman Carter, and Riku said, laughing loudly as the figures, disappeared in portals of Darkness.
Author notes: Yeah so if Terra's semblance is power and control of Darkness, I thought my not make Aqua's semblance be about defense while letting her and Terra go beyond human limits, as long as she has an aura or control over self. So she's weak to thunder magic that's powerful, the one ven used was a basic thunder.
