Chapters had been long lately, I tried to get them under 7000, but that is how they came out, so I try to keep them under this time, more or less. The mission in Otsuki was divided into three chapters. I fixed the continuity. This chapter will be a two-parter.

Chapter Summary:

The evil scientists make preparations for their evening event Phineas has to hide the fact he was using movie makeup to hide his bandages by making it look like his fur as if he wasn't wounded from his last mission by using it in a play idea, he has to squeeze in going with Perry and Sheila to the Japanese Botanical Garden where Laim McCracken and the remaining Automaton Brother, Hari teams up for revenge.

Previously…

The Flynn-Fletchers made preparations for their trip to Japan, unbeknownst to them, Phineas and Perry had a mission there… Valiant had learned the Leader's special attack, Zetsu Tenrou Battouga from Tenken, and how to keep himself under control. He used it to defeat the Automaton Brothers and made the attack on his own. Meanwhile, Alpheus had made Shadow one of the top Generals, as they waited for Locogisu to pick up Echo and Hawk. Thanks to Ace as an informant, Ohu's army goes to Tokyo to await to cut off Echo's and Hawk's capturers, so they can rescue them. While they wait, top agents are coming their way.

Chapter 8:Steel Hearted Vengeance Part 1 of 2…

Phineas's POV:

I looked out the window and saw Tokyo flying over the city, I saw Mt. Fuji in the distance, as we descended the captain announced, "Ladies and gentlemen, we will be touching down in Toyko in a moment, please remember your belongings and enjoy your stay in Japan.", after going through the airport security, and taking the bus, we arrive at a top Tokyo hotel with a garden. As we walked out of the bus some hotel staff greeted us, "Konnichiwa." We greeted back, and as we walked, I chittered "You know Ferb, this is the second time we've been in Tokyo, but the first time we didn't get the chance to do many things, you know we were traveling the globe in 25 hours.", Ferb nodded replying "Just think all the things we could.", wearing animal translator earpiece we've made a last summer and gave to a Japanese company and then got it from their modified version from their website while dad was getting the tickets and special slips for me, mom did not believe that the original version works and, instead the company got it to work. Candace seemed a bit annoyed about that.

Isabella walking beside us said excitedly "I've been reading up the whole bear incidents in Japan, so, I'm excited to skills with my marionette skills to portray the antagonist of the play, Akakabuto.", Buford looking at his bear custom and lamenting, "We're doing puppets?" putting it down, "I was hoping playing that role.", Baljeet walking by replied, "You could do the voice.", Buford stared ahead for a moment and then replied, "Alright." Hearing our conversation, Mom said, "Oh kids, that's cute. I'm excited, that they let you do a little play based on obscure history." Putting her arms over dad continues, "As for me and your dad, we will be checking out the Oedo Antique Market." Dad turned to her and added, "It opens near the Tokyo Station twice a month, with stalls selling wonderful antique and vintage wares. Hundreds of stallholders set up shop to sell their one-of-a-kind objects." Candace leans to Mom replying, "Oh, getting back to the play that they are planning…" pointing to Ferb and I, "… it's not going to be little, it's going to be big, you'll see." She stood up straight and continued, "Well, you won't see, you'll miss it, like all other things they've done…" taking the yukata the staff is offering the guest, "…Dōmo arigatōgozaimas… it'll disappear before you see it.", as we did the same as we walk to the entrance, Candace then said, "Besides, I will be relaxing.", and she slouch over "And taking a break from trying to bust Phineas and Ferb." We all looked at her, she stood up and looked at us back, "What?!" Candace gestured her hands at us, palm up, "It's hard work.", Baljeet pointed at her and replied, "I thought, you've been doing that." She turned to Baljeet saying, "Sometimes, they do two projects in one day, like the day they made the Genetic Chamber 2.0, they also made a food-based waterpark." Mom, put her hands on her chin, "Oh, yeah…" slyly pointing at Candace, resting her elbow on her other hand, "…Jenney tried showing me that…" Candace waved her hands slightly, "Exactly, Stacy told me that she saw an army of dogs eat it like they hadn't eaten anything in 14 years.".

We then walked into the building Mom said, "Come on kids, let's check the gift shop while your dad checks us in." Dad handed over special papers for me from a website, Booking Airlines Hotels Service BAHS secretly by OWCA to the manager, the same website where he got the tickets, so the staff would grant me the same privilege as a human guest. Of course, my circumstances made international news.

Lawrence's POV:

My son Phineas, picked an excellent location for our vacation destination. I greeted the manager behind the receptionist's desk, "Kon'nichiwa, sensei. Watashinonamaeha Lawrance." Handing Phineas's papers I got from same the BAHS website with both hands, the manager took it as we bowed, he replied, "Oh, I'm multilingual, so, it's fine discussing in English. Makes it easier talking to many guests from all around the world.", I smiled that he wishes to accommodate guests like this, "Oh, remarkable. Well, we're the Flynn-Flecher family." Holding up the number of fingers according to the stay, "Two adults, three children…" picking up Perry's cage, "and pet our platypus, Perry." The manager replied, "Very well, sensei. Word does go around, I heard about an American boy turning into a badger, but he'll be treated as any other guest. Why don't you join your family while I get the bellhop to attain to your bags?", I walked off replying, "Wonderful…", but I almost forgot the proper etiquette in Japan, saying "Dōmo arigatōgozaimas.".

Perry's POV:

As Lawrence walks off and the manager was one on the phone saying, "Herupu desuku, desuku ni dekimasu ka, kazoku no kaban ya kamonohashi made berubōi o yonde moraemasu ka?" (Helpdesk, can we desk, can we get a bellhop to the family's bags and platypus?), I snuck out of my pet cage and made my way to where my family was as I heard him ask, "Oh, hey. Where's Perry." Candace looking at Japanese lotions, and Phineas and Ferb are looking at some science kits, Ferb wearing an animal translator, as Phineas picks up a gadget kit and chittered, "Hey, Ferb. Check this kit out, the back of the box shows the gadget, making all sort of sounds, imitate them, heck this came be useful for our play.", Candace was behind them pointing at the box, "That seems a bit normal for you too." Phineas and Ferb looked at her, as Ferb, "It would except…" Candace finished what he was going to say, "Modify the design?" They nodded, and she stood straight up, "Like, I say, I'm on vacation from busting you two, so I will leave it up to the manager." After Candace walked off, I walked near Phineas and hid behind the stand, getting his attention, "Psst, Phineas…" he turned to me, "We have a mission briefing with three superiors."

We walked to a Japanese waterfall fountain divided into three slabs on the wall, meeting Sheila. We greeted each other, and Phineas chittered, "Oh, hey Sheila.". She greeted back "Kon'nichiwa, Perry, and Phineas." And then images appear on each on the waterfall slab, CSM Weaver in the middle, Major Monogram on the right, and Captain Daisuke Fujiwara, a Japanese man in his late twenties, wearing a captain uniform on the left, the newest Superior who joined in a sense after the Werewolf Fiasco, simply referred to as Daisuke by his friends. Command Sargent Major Weaver began, "Kon'nichiwa, Agent P, Agent P the 2nd, and Agent S. I see that Agent P the 2nd convinced your family to take your vacation to Tokyo." Monogram added, "And the timing of Agent S's host family's family reunion worked out for us for this." Weaver then clear his throat, "Sorry, frog in my throat. Anyways, I know I already brief you on this mission, however, Captain Fufiwara's intern… I'll let him tell you." The Captain turned to him saying, "Arigatō, Weaver." Daisuke turned to us and said, "As Weaver was going to say, my intern that those a evil robot dog, about the size of a Doberman wondering about the botanical garden you at rendezvousing with… my long time friends. Be on a look out for that robot dog and try not to engage with it." Weaver added, "Remember, get the rest of the details from Agent J." Then we heard, Carl and Max unison say, "Sir.", Weaver and Monogram looked to the side at their respective interns, Monogram sighed, "Agent S, I promise Carl that you get him one of the Daruma Dolls, he thinks it'll improve motivation post-graduation in his career goals. You know, those dolls that you paint in one eye for a goal, then the other once you achieve said goal" Weaver added, "I also promised Max that you, Agent P the 2nd will get him a Maneki Neko cat figure with the moving paws for his dashboard. He thinks it'll be…" quoting with his fingers, "…neat." Then Daisuke turned around and called to his intern, "If you want, I could get Agent TK to get you… Oh he said, he's good." Then the three saluted as do we as waterfall fountains became clear as their images melted away with the waterfall fountain flowing down the slabs as Monogram says, "And remember to stop and smell the roses." Before we headed out, Phineas brought the Maneki Neko figure, and Sheila brought the Daruma Doll.

Valiant's POV:

Our army had made our to Itabashi, the Akasuka Botanical Garden in Tokyo. Somewhere we are supposed to wait for three agents, and Jeremy will inform them all we know about SICO. Their superiors believe their lines aren't secured enough to rely upon one of those giant screens I saw Jeremy use to contact Command Sergeant Major Weaver. From what Ace told us, my father, and Hawk are going to be taken to a stadium in Tokyo, when they come near, we plan to rescue them with the agents' help. As we lay waiting for the three, resting next to Jeremy, I turned to him curious about his fellow agents, I asked, "So, Jeremy…" he turned to me, "So who are the top three agents we're meeting?", Jeremy smile with admiration and answered, "First there is Agent P, is name is Perry, he's platypus." I looked at him like he just spoke gibberish, tilted my head, and asked, "What's a platypus… is that an animal, or some sort of dog breed?" Jeremy chuckled a bit, putting his left foreleg over the other, replying, "Oh, certainly the first one, not the second." He looked over at the fields, seeing various flower gardens on one side, a bamboo forest on the other, some woodlands here and there, seeing many bodies of water, rivers, ponds, and lakes as he continues, "A platypus is like a beaver duck, duckbill and webfeet, and flat tail, usually brown fur." Jeremy turned back to me, "But he has teal fur. As for how he's like, brave, courageous, selfless… valiant. He's an excellent fighter, fierce, cunning, and good with a grappling hook… in fact, he trained me when I was training to be an agent. He's kind, even to his Nemesis." I stood up, and turned completely to face him, wagging my tail, amazed with what I was told about Perry, "He sounds amazing, I want to meet him." Kage came into the conversation adding, "Perry is a good ally to Ohu as are the agents of OWCA. He was an excellent fighter when we faced the Werewolves."

Jeremy stood up and barked, "So is Sheila, she's the great-granddaughter of John, whose trait passed on to her. She is also brave, determined, and has a good heart, compassionate for others." Jeremy walked back to the woodlands behind us, "And then there's Phineas... Despite being the newest recruit, he made his way to high ranking. Locogisu is his nemesis, but not the level of frenemy with him as Perry is with Doofensmirtz." The dogs looked at each other, as Hacker barked, "Understandable, especially what he did with Kaiju sending him to Gajou.", Jeremy turned around and barked, "Locogisu nearly made a Kaiju-like army, but Phineas thwarted that plan." Thinking back at Kaiju, fighting him, how much we had lost trying to save Gajou from him, and to think Locogisu nearly made an army of that, I could only muster, "Thank goodness, he was able to stop that." Jeremy nodded as our army muttered about what could have happened, Jeremy continued, "Thanks to his mission and reporting what happened, I was able to come and make as much progress as we did on this journey."I sat back down, learning that a new agent was able to stop a travesty like that had gotten me more curious, Jeremy replied, "Phineas is a creative, smart, and inventive kid with an enduring optimism, and unless in extremely rare circumstances almost always have an ever-cheerful demeanor." I turned back to the overlook of the garden. I barked "He stopped Locogisu from making an army of Kaijus… sounds like he's very brave."

Jeremy came up to me as he looked over the garden as well replying, "He is… not the first time he saved many lives. Even before he was an agent, the first time one of his friends, Baljeet, tried to eliminate the earth's atmosphere, his group of other friends stopped him by distracting him while his other friend removed the cerebral stimulatory hat, revering him back to normal." Kevin came up to us, while Jeremy was on my right, Kevin was on my left, turning to him, and asked the thing I was thinking, "Guess they aren't friends anymore?" Jeremy turned to him and replied, "Oh, no. They are still friends, it was the helmet that made him go off the rails… but Baljeet still ended up on OWCA's watchlist after that.", Strider joins in with us on the overlook, barking, "I could imagine, especially attempting to zap our atmosphere away…" turning to Jeremy, "…What were the other times?" Jeremy turned to Strider and answered, "There are three out of the four other times I'll let Perry explain since he was with Phineas and Ferb at the time. One more I will tell you is that he and his brother, Ferb, and without knowing it, also Perry saved Earth from having a new ice age, which was the freak winter last summer I was about to tell you before Argus attacked Kofu." Weed came up and joined with us, "The freak winter… You mean, Phineas stopped that… how?" Jeremy goes on to explain.

Perry's POV:

As Sheila, Perry, and I made our way to the garden, walking through the bamboo nature trail, I noticed Phineas in deep thought, knowing that he was contemplating how to squeeze in a mission and the play project in one day before the LOVEMUFFIN Pageant of Evil starts tonight. Phineas was using the play as a cover for the practical effects of the fake fur over his bandage. Of course, he made it harder for himself, but I can't think of any other reason why he brought the kit with him. I put my paw on his shoulder and chittered, "Don't stress over it, it will be just a simple intel for tonight's mission, which starts 30 minutes after your play concludes. Just have fun with your play and you'll do fine at the mission after.", he looked at me and chittered, "Thanks, Perry. But Ferb and I got the scheduling all organized." Oh, he did, of course, he did, they are good at these things, "It's afterward, I'm worrying about, what if the mission goes horribly wrong, and Locogisu does win and OWCA and Ohu have to pass through the deadline before I am a parament Badger, not anthropomorphic one Marty at least…" I held him by both shoulders and affirmed, "Calm down, Phineas, you'll be human again. Besides, I'm sure the mission here won't veer off into a whole larger journey than we expect." I let him go, and Sheila barked, "I feel that stopping Locogisu, and accomplishing the rescue will cause whatever the hidden threat is to crumble.", Phineas calmed a bit, but was still concerned asking, "Sheila, what if Gajou is in danger again…?" I quickly answered, "Then all of the OWCA agents will go in and help them save their home by lunchtime tomorrow." Walking out of the bamboo and walking on the trail next to the bodies of water, Phineas chittered, "Thanks, pal. Thanks, Sheila. I'm now confident tonight's mission will go off without a hitch." We continue to walk to the rendezvous point.

Valiant's POV:

Jeremy just finished the story of how OWCA was once brought down by a group called LOVEMUFFIN, a name no one expects from an evil group, a group who tore earth away from the sun with ridiculous demands to the world leaders by Doofensmirtz's inator. Monogram was fired, his intern Carl didn't do a good job operating the division, the disorganization allowed their enemies to bring down the Agency, agents got captured, and without OWCA, LOVEMUFFIN was able to temporarily take over. And how Doofensmirtz saw this going too far helped Perry stop the device, while Phineas and his friends used giant rocket engines to move the plant into the correct spot, at the time neither didn't know they were playing tag-a-war with Earth. My great-grandfather after learning barked, "Next time when your agency is in a similar situation, send a few agents our way, and we'll come to your aid." I turned to Jeremy and Tenken, "OWCA agents are our allies. After all… we got to help each other when situations gets too big for the other to handle on their own." Jeremy nodded.

Phineas… Jeremy once mentioned him before when Rocket talked about he, before meeting my great-grandfather the first time, was dragged from the past to a few days ago, saying that Phineas makes many huge projects with his brother Ferb and how said projects disappear before their mother sees them, like Rocket's past self as well that of others eating one of those projects, wondering if it's the same Phineas, I asked, "Phineas… is he the same Phineas you mentioned during Rocket's retelling of his experience being taken to another point of time?" Jeremy nodded and replied, "He was human who did all of that last summer. And this summer got turned into a badger, became an agent of OWCA." Gure remarked, "Heh, sounds like SICO's own actions bit them in the rear." Jeremy turned to him and replied, "I'm not entirely sure that was SICO that time. It's more of Doofenshmirtz's stray beam from his inators." Kyoushiro sat up barking, "Wouldn't be surprising if he had actually got the designs from SICO, though." I looked down and saw a weird creature, with a flat beaver tail, teal fur, and a duckbill in a distance below us, walking with a Gerbersian Wolfhound and badger, Jeremy barked, "There they are. Perry, Sheila, and Phineas. Oh, he has grown a bit, normally it would be good... however for Phineas…" Jeremy trailed off a bit, I couldn't catch what he was saying. He turned to me, and I barked, "We both meet up and inform them about SICO and then we'll continue to the stadium." I turned to my pack, and ordered, "You'll wait for us at the woodlands nearest to the city.", Kevin looked at me with concern and barked, "Valiant are you sure?" I nodded and barked, "This is a safe place to be, it'll be fine." Kyoushiro came up to me and barked, "I'm going with you just in case." Jermey barked, "We'll just need one extra, with us.", I turned to them and before Kevin or Dein or Gure, great-grandfather barked, "He gave the order… he'll be fine." The army nodded and went to the woodlands, before leaving with the rest Kevin looked over his shoulder and barked, "Okay, Valiant. Just be careful." I replied, "Don't worry, I'm sure it will be fine." Kevin nodded and left with the others, waiting for us at the end of the Botanical Garden as we, Jermey, Kyoushiro, and I went down to meet up with Perry, Sheila, and Phineas the Badger.

Liam McCracken's POV:

Watching them through my binoculars, as the army left the leader. From the looks of it, the young Akita believed to be safe here. However, I was commissioned to hunt them, but they called off the hunt… like that ever stopped me. As they left the three dogs behind, I said to myself, "Yeah, that's right. Split up, dogs… separate yourselves from your pack leader." And I moved to focus on that Platypus, "Egg-laying semi-aquatic mammals." He is the one I almost hunted down before Doc brought the Dolsons over and messed up the hunt. But this time, I will make him a trophy, along with the badger boy, and those four dogs, especially the blue akita. I heard metal clanking behind me. Walking up to me, stopping beside me, I looked from my binoculars to the robotic Doberman, "Oh hey… Hari, don't worry, we both have our revenge…" I focus on the blue dog as it meets with and communicates with the filthy platypus, the badger boy, and the Gerbersian Wolfhound, "…our Steel Hearted Vengeance…" I heard his head turning to me from the whining of his robot neck, I turned to him asking, "…what?" and then looked back into my binoculars, and focused on the platypus, again.

Ferb's POV:

I was writing the script for the historical play when I noticed that Phineas was still not back. Usually, we work on projects together, but he doesn't usually leave us hanging like this, especially on his ideas, except to get supplies. I got up and made my way to where Isabella and the fireside girls were working on the play costumes for the protagonists of the play, I peer in with my expression knowing what I think, since we got the animal translator with us, we can communicate like we did before Phineas got turned into a badger and lost his human dialect, "Oh, Phineas said or chittered… he mentioned that he's asking around about more info about the bear attacks from years ago, to make the play accurate to the events. I even got the Daisuke custom ready, I made the call with the guy himself, and he said he's excited to see a play based on an obscure history… he'd like to play the part of his grandpa." I nodded and got back to script writing. I then looked around and asked, "Hey, where's Perry?"

Phineas's POV:

After meeting introducing ourselves, and getting to know each other, we were filled in about what happened up to this point, including the times we saved Danville from the second dimension invasion, stopping Super-Super Big Doctor last summer, heck the oldest Kishu among our group said that he remembering seeing the holographic Summer Around the World concert my friends and I did last summer, they confused at first, but then realize it was a holographic projection, and they enjoyed, freak winter aside, they even liked Irving's bit. The young Akita said that Jeremy already told him about how the freak winter was resolved, Perry said that it was because of Doofensmirtz. I learned that my friends and I were playing tug-of-war with Earth with LOVEMUFFIN.

Then we got back to talking about our journey, those who we lost, and the ups and downs up to this point, and this summer I got turned into a badger, and everything leading to this moment, including my play idea as a cover my I'm using movie makeup to cover my bandage with fake fur, Valiant then barks, "Okay, Phineas, once your event at the stadium concludes, meet us at the back parking lot. Together, we will stop Locogisu's vehicle, get my father and Hawk freed." before we finished our strategy on thwarting SICO's plans, a boomerang came out of left field shooting ropes tying the six of us to an arbor. I and the dogs are struggling to get out, Kyoushiro barking, "What is this?!"

Then we saw approaching us a heavy-built man with thick brown hair and a mustache wearing a black sleeveless shirt with thick shoulder pads, a heavy hunter's jacket, fingerless gloves and pants, and a belt with a boomerang buckle. He also has a duckbill snorkel mask around his neck. Perry chattered, "You?!" as the man grabbed his boomerang and it returned to him, folding it and putting it in his jacket pocket, "We meet again, Perry." We all turned from the man to Perry, and I asked him, "You know him?" Perry nodded and chittered, "Yes, yes I do. He's the Platypus Hunter: Laim O'Cracken… Doofensmirtz once hired to capture me, but instead went rouge and tied to hunt both of us to make us into trophies." I gulped thinking about becoming a trophy, Kyoushiro barked, "Wait! He tried to make a human a trophy." Valiant turned from Perry to Liam and growled, "That is sick!" Liam leaning on the tree said, "Semi-Aquatic Egg laying mammals. I can't stand the sight of them, especially you Perry." Liam jumped from the small raised ground, "You got lucky last time, but this time, the doc is not around to save ya…" he turned to the dogs, "As for the four of yous, I was commissioned to hunt stray dogs." And walked closer to us, "Despite the hunt being called off… I'm off the clock… besides, I am not the only one looking for revenge."

Then we heard a machinal walking sound, metal clanking on the stone walkway, and saw a robotic Doberman barking, "Hello, Valiant… seems like just last night you killed my brother, Kinzoku." Jeremy growled at the robot, "You didn't learn from time, Hari?" The robot named Hari growled, "You didn't think you would get away with it, do ya." Oh, villains like guys always play the victims when they get their comeuppance, Kyoushiro growled this sentiment, "You are the ones who were causing trouble in Otsuki, don't blame us when consequences come to haunt you!" Valiant growled, "And I was defending my friends. I did what was needed to save them from you." Liam cut in, "I have no idea what you are saying, but this much I do know…" narrowing his eyes, "…You cross us, even if we tried to kill you, then you will face our Steel Hearted Vengeance." We gave him a look showing we were not impressed with that pun, Liam turned to Hari who gave him the same look, "What?"

Liam redirects his attention to us, "Well, anyway, Platypuses are vile creatures, not to be trusted, the only mammals with poisonous ankle barbs." Liam narrowed his eyes as Kyoushiro turned to him, "And they were great help against the Werewolves." Liam put one leg on a rock, gesturing to a spike on his boots saying, "I have my own poisonous ankle barbs." He looked up from the barbs back to us and continued, "I have something else I have up my sleeves…" standing up "…I would like you dogs and badger to meet..." opening his jacket revealing a stash of boomerangs, "…the ladies. Perry sure is well acquainted with them." We all narrow our eyes, as he starts to point at each boomerang, "This one is Nancy, Barbera, Jill, Lura, Anne, Tracy 1, Tracy 2, Troan, 41, 52, Stacy, Panavise, Jaharrison…" as Liam introducing his… ladies… we all look at him as if he's insane, Valiant barked, "There's something clearly wrong with him…" Hari turned to us and barked, "In all fairness, Valiant, the Coronel had not said anything about, you know, naming his boomerangs…" turning back to look at Liam, "Even I find that a little creepy."

Ferb's POV:

We got the costumes ready and the stage ready for the play, even Daisuke Fujiwara, who would play the role of his grandpa, but still no sign of Phineas, he's late, I'm sure he won't miss his own play, it was his idea. We still had until 6:30 pm I came into the dressing room, Phineas had the role of Daisuke's dog, Gin, and Thomas had the role of Young Daisuke. I came into the dressing room, our friends were in the dog costumes, think Cats, but with dogs, that's what the costumes look like, and saw Daisuke, wearing a face mask, with fake wrinkles, fake gray beard, and mustache, we have got the movie makeup kit for practical effects of his scars, wearing winter jacket and hate as we are going to use snow machines, Daisuke said looking in the mirror, "Wow, you kids are good at this, I look just like him." Rubbing the fake scars, "Even the scars." Daisuke turned to me, and saw my expression reading my question, "I haven't seen Phineas, but I'm sure your… brother will be back." That I don't doubt, but still it is a bit concerning, him not being here, other than being a badger, he's been acting differently, despite trying to do our projects.

Daisuke got from the seat and saw the marionette of Akakabuto, "Excellent attention to detail, the resemblance is uncanny." He turned to me pointing looking impressed, "I see you even had photos and sketches for reference." He sees my thankful expression, I do try to gather images from the historical records at the Tokyo libraries… It would be better if Phineas gets done with whatever he is doing.

Somewhere in the Southern Alps…

Rodney's POV:

Jikken, Locogisu's experiment was driving us, Diminutive, Heisuke, and myself… and Doofensmirtz to Tokyo for the location of the Second Annual LOVEMUFFIN Pageant of Evil. But it would have been quicker if we got off at the Tokyo Airport with the other members and before any else asked Diminutive asked Locogisu, "Why did he get off that airport? Why not get off at the Tokyo Airport?", he looked the other way and Jekkin replied "Okay, we just wanted to do a little evil road trip with our fellow contestants, right pa?" and Locogisu added "…Yeah.. and don't call me that.", However, as I look on GPS on the dashboard, I noticed that it had a side stop. Why? What is he up to? I asked Heisuke "Hey, Locogisu, why are we taking the side route?" Looking at the dirt road as the wheels throw up dirt. Heisuke answered, "Remember that call you got from the Coronel?" I rolled my eyes as I remembered that prank call from a growly grabbled and distorted voice.

Flashback

After I completed my latest Inizer with my camera set-up, I stood admiring my latest creation, it will be much better than Doofus Warts… Ha, Doofus Warts. That was a good one, despite almost going the way of the dodo. I know I agreed with him not to speak, but I didn't say anything about thinking about it. From that moment, I added that to my list of insults for Doofensmirtz.

Just then Kat the Cat, my main nemesis, when there isn't a substitute, came into my lair and got caught in a roll chair trap as I looked the other way around. I turned to him and greeted him, "Ah, Kat the Cat, welcome." And turned around on my own, "Thanks for coming…" My chair continued to spin and I waited as I came back around, I continued, "…to my Music video…" my chair didn't stop, so I waited, and I came back around "…session, behold…", I got fed up with it continuous spinning and I stood up and walk to my Inizer. Directed my nemesis to it, "Behold, the Musical-Video-Mind-Control-Inizer." I walked up to him and announced "With this, I will go live on the internet, and activate it." And turn around, with me throwing my hands in the air like the world emperor I will become, "And it will…" Before I finished, it just disappeared. I exclaimed "What!" and I turned around with Kat the Cat standing on my Teleport-To-A-Random-Place-To-A-Random-Time-Inizer, waving I yelled, "Hey, that was for next week!" As Kat the Cat pressed the self-destruct button and jumped off and flew away on his hover-cycle. "Curse, you-", before I finished my phone rang.

I picked up the phone, "Greetings, I'm Aloyse Everheart Elizabeth Otto…" I was cut off by a growly grabbled and distorted voice saying "Greetings, Rodney, I have a proposal." I narrowed my eyes, Oh come on I didn't even say my full name before being called that, "If you and three other scientists meet up with my agents and take the two prisoners to your upcoming little pageant, and have them witness one of you, preferably…" I didn't catch what he muttered, he properly didn't want me to hear that part, not that I cared, as I was losing interest in whatever he was saying, "… then you will be top four generals under one of my agents, with an hierarchy by the order of placement from the winner to the forth place… Providing one of you doesn't get disqualified. In which case there will be three generals, bumping up one of my agents' general, Otto, to fill that spot." I rolled my eyes, masking my annoyance as I asked "Who is this?" and the voice replied, "Just call me the Colonel." Before I reply any further, the "Colonel" hangs up the phone, is he still using a landline? I rolled my eyes and knowing this was a prank call, I turned to my side… "Is that chair still spinning?"

End flashback…

I said "I remember that prank call from Colonel Contraction", he gave me a side glare, Locogisu turned to me to add details "He is not to be confused with Colonel Contraction, he and the one I am referring to are two separate individuals.", oh, so that is why we're going to detour, and it was not a prank call, after all. And then the car stopped and I turned to my left and saw… It is that shack on the top of the hill, the same one Doof and I were sent to along with the dog army we retrieved with my Historical-Army-Retrieve-Inizer, where we had a close call, a very close call with that dog army's real leader, Hougen. I still can't believe an OWCA agent has an ancestor like that guy. I remember the look he gave us, Doof was right, for once, when he said that the leader of that army was not happy…

Kyoushiro's POV:

And I thought it couldn't get any weirder than animals standing, running, and using gears, but things have gotten stranger and stranger ever since we started working as allies with OWCA, they are good friends… but I can only take so much weirdness, and now this hunter Liam tried us up in an arbor, and starting to introducing us to his boomerang, "Jenny… oh this shinny girl was given to me by Hari…" There's something wrong with this man. I turned to see the agents, Sheila, Jeremy, and Phineas throwing off their hats, grabbing them, Liam before giving us the shiny one's name saying, "I call her…", and pulling out scissors and cutting us free, and Liam saw us free, "What the blazes… again?!" I have my smug face, Valiant barked turning to the agents, "You guys are good." Liam exclaimed, "Those hats dun't make yous special, you're still platypus loving dogs and platypus respectfully." I barked, "What are you going to do about it?" Valiant barked, "Perry beat you once, and now there's six of us!", Perry and Phineas chittered, "You may as well give up." Liam stomped up to us, pointing his weapon at us, and retorted, "This time you'll eat your words…" he stepped back, "…or those…" and pointed his boomerang at us again, "…noises. You, your hats, and your collars are going to make a fine addition to my trophy room."

Jeremy, Perry, and Phineas got into their agent fight stance, and so did Valiant, I kept on my four legs in my fight position and snarled, "Oh, no. That's not going to happen." Hari got into him, Liam turned to the robot dog and said, "Watch this, Hari…" As he threw his boomerang at us, we dodged out of the way, as it came back around, it fired ropes at us and turned into handcuffs for those trained as agents and neck cuffs for me, because I did learn the skills like they did, we are all connected in a chain gang fashion at the same time another Boomerang was toss and pulled Jeremy's, Phineas', and Sheila's fedora off and brought them to the hunter, he put them into his jacket. Liam turned to Hari, petted him, and praised, "That was a nice gift Hari…" as he caught the boomerang that was properly from the Coronel, looking at the new weapon "…such a girl…" back at Hari, "…and a good or bad boy, such as bad, bad boy." Hari wagged his robotic tail and panting enjoying the praise, Liam cleared his throat before turning to us, "I'll give you a 60-second head start before the hunt commences…" Jeremy turned to Valiant and barked, "Valiant, we can't fight right now, we must run and figure out a strategy." Jeremy and Perry dragged us. Are we seriously running from this fight?!

We are chained together, with Jeremy at the front, Perry, Phineas, Sheila, Valiant, and myself. I barked at Jeremy, "Are you serious Jeremy?! We got to fight back." I reluctantly follow, mostly so I don't get choked, Sheila replied, "As Jeremy said, we aren't fleeing, we need a good spot to strategize." Valiant looked over at Phineas and barked at Perry asking, "Perry, you fought him before?" As we jumped over logs, ran through the woods, and passed a stone archway, Perry replied to our leader, "Once we made a fair distance Doofensmirtz and I set up traps for Liam, and we almost got an upper hand, but his giant boomerang came back, I got was knock down and well, Doofenshmirtz saved me from getting killed." Phineas chattered, "So, you almost lost to him." Hearing the concern in his voice, Perry looked ahead, as we ran then Jeremy interrupted us, he quickly said, "Look out…!" We almost ran into the false ground as we stopped, like the one Argus once set for Valiant, the ten-foot wide almost missable trap. The agents and Valiant stopped, but the momentum caused me to slide onto it, it gave way, and I was ironically saved by the restraint. As I gagged, Valiant cried, "Kyoushiro." I gagged, "I'm okay… p-pull me u-up." The five did and Phineas chittered as we started to run again, "Dude are you okay?!" I looked at Phineas replying, "Yeah, badger kid, I'm okay." Liam threw a boomerang at a tree, causing a huge hole in it as it timbered towards us, we ran out of the way. Trying to get a good distance from the crazy hunter but Hari is tailing after us.

Candace's POV:

I was relaxing at the spa, and then I heard Isabella's voice saying, "Um, Candace?" I turn to Isabella "Yeah? She continued to trildled her fingers, eyes to the side, "Have you seen Phineas?" I sat up curious, replying my hands on the cot, "I thought he was with you, working on your play, it is his idea." She looked up at me with worry in her face, "I know. This isn't like him, he told us. He was going to get local knowledge of the history of the bear incident. He should be back by now." Now I am concerned, standing up, putting my vacation from busting on hold, "Okay, let's go ask around." I saw Ferb and asked him "Isn't Phineas being a different recently?" Ferb stared with his classic expression replying, "Well, he's been more tired lately, like he was doing something late at night." I sighed, gesturing for him to help us find Phineas, as we asked around to see if other people had seen Phineas. I came into the room where his other friends were practicing their role in the play, asking Buford if he had seen Phineas, he replied, "Well, maybe he's asking the local dogs about what they know about the bear incidents, that way we make the play more um…" Baljeet added as we looked at him, "Accurate?" Buford nodded, "Yes, accurate to history." Ferb replied, sounding worried, "Even if that's the case, he should be back by now." Isabella added, "Yeah, I hope he didn't get caught up with things I heard are going around." I turned to her and asked, "What things?"

Akasuka Botanical Garden

Perry's POV:

Where I am, running from Liam once again, chained up with Phineas, Jeremy, Sheila, Echo's son, and Kyoushiro. We've lost Liam and Hari, we ran up near the ravine, I chittered "Guys, we should jump into there." We stopped and the dogs and Phineas looked at the ravine, Valiant looked back at me and barked, "Good idea." Jeremy nodded and we jumped into the water and began to dive underwater, I noticed that the makeup Phineas used to cover his bandage washed off, and the pieces of the fake fur floated, revealing his bandages. And just like last time, Liam swam to pursue us, but with Hari who's apparently waterproof, I saw him pulling a boomerang and throwing it at us, I swam closer to the ground, using my beak to locate a stone slab and deflected it back. We tried to swim to the surface, but Hari bit Phinea's injured leg, and Liam, grabbed my tail tightly, I again slashed his shoulders with my barbs and Valiant tried to make a spinning attack, but it was limited due to the chains and being underwater, we twisted around, but his hit was enough to knock off Hari from Phineas, ribbing his bandages off, revealing the scars he had received from the animatronics at the pizzeria.

We resurfaced and Valiant noticed the scars on Phineas' leg, barking with concern, "Phineas your leg.", I saw the waterfall Sheila and I chittered, "Waterfall.", I heard Kyoushiro cursed, Phineas chittered, "Language bro.", we tried to swim, no dragging like with Doofensmirtz last time, but despite our combined effort fight the current, Sheila barked "It is too strong!" as it pulled us over the waterfall, falling towards the river below us, just like last time.

Upcoming Chapter:

After falling into the river below, Perry tells his fellow captives how he and Doofensmirtz dealt with Liam the last time. They've set up a trap for him. They also need to deal with Hari.

Phineas has an explanation concerning his scar. He needs to figure out how to tell how he got them without blowing his cover. The play will still be held despite this.
