Chapter 3 Negotiation
Sun start peeking through the drape of the room window, yawning Naruto taking off his blanket getting up from the comfort of his bed. With a simple wave of his hand, Naruto opened up the window drapes. But unfortunately for Naruto not long after him open the windows drapes, a scream reverberated through the room. Naruto recognize it voice as his new snake/lady companion, Naruto lazily look at his caged companion.
'What a troublesome woman' Naruto could not help but remembered the word of his once long friend,
"What is it?" Naruto sleepily ask,
"YOU ARE NAKED! WHY ARE YOU NAKED?!" Nagini scream or in her case hissing,
Naruto then look down at his buck naked body, then look back at Nagini,
"Lady please, by merlin beard stop yelling! Other people in the inn could heard you"
After Naruto reprimand her, all Naruto could hear is Nagini stuttering about something hanging and something about basilisk or dragon,
"Nagini, its normal sometimes for people to sleep naked after all babies is born unto this world without wearing a clothes"
"Could you please cover yourself first?"
Nagini cut Naruto short before he could try to start lecturing her about his naked circumstances,
"I just more comfortable sleep naked that's all" Naruto grudgingly wear his bathrobe,
Naruto then hear a tapping from outside his window and noticing that there is two owl patiently waiting. Naruto realize, that the owl must be sent to deliver a letters for him last night and already waiting so long for him. Naruto then walking out to the window and opened it, the owl the n drop the letter before flying away.
"Could you release me from this cage?!" Nagini then ask Naruto,
"How about NO! Because if I do that then Einstein would get afraid and would try to run away" Naruto held up his hand before him continuing his words, "Moreover, like most bird, he would fly around while dropping shit when get spook"
The said Einstein starting to make noise, as if he disagreeing with Naruto statement. Einstein is Naruto newly purchased Eurasian eagle-owl, which he acquire in Eeylops Owl Emporium.
"Are you going to renegade on your promise?" Nagini said fear evident in her voice,
"I'm Naruto, I would never break my promise, especially to the one I consider my friend" regret start to appear in Naruto face remembering people in Konoha,
"Thank you then for helping me" Nagini felt relief while Naruto just nodding towards her,
Naruto start to open his letter, while taking a water from the pitcher into his cup. While taking a drink, Naruto start to sort his letter. There is two letter arrive this morning for him, one carries Gringotts Bank sigil while Naruto does not know the other one. The Gringotts Bank send him a bank notice, along with his newly incoming transfer from Swiss Dwarven Bank.
'What is this? A personal letter!?' Naruto though when he look at the last paper that come from Gringotts.
There is invitation by Black family account manager, that being forwarded by Ricbert to Naruto. Ricbert in his letter told Naruto about Black family situation right now, and what could they gain from Naruto. Long story short, Black family is under dire financial crisis.
Based from what Ricbert managed to pick-up from his talk with Black account manager, that Black family is interested in having alliance with the emerging Peverell family lord.
'So the sigil on this letter is belong to Black family' Naruto look at the letter front and back so quickly so many times,
Naruto recognize that the parchment used as a letter, is created from some magical animal skin and contain some value to it.
'So fancy' Naruto thought while opening the black family letter.
Naruto could not help but open his eyes wide, when he opening the letter. For the letter is an invitation, for bride auction held by Black family. Naruto is not surprise, because bride auction use to be used to elevated family position since ancient roman times.
'Or in this case raising money' But Naruto perplexed, because he suddenly been invited into open auction.
When thinking about Black family, Naruto could not help but thinking back at his time in Ollivander store. Naruto mind start to wander, remembering the beautiful lady carrying her nieces. Naruto then look at the invitation letter once again, when he decided that he would be present at the auction.
Sometimes later from Naruto room, there would be loud hissing from Nagini due Naruto once again decided to go buck naked before he goes into the bathroom. After finish taking a bath, Naruto then once again dressed up and walking into the backdoor of Leaky Cauldron.
Once again Naruto facing the wall that serve as an entrance to Diagon Alley, remembering the sequence Naruto then tapping the wall while channeling his magic. Naruto destination is Ollivander store because wand is needed in Great Britain, as its serve a function as identification measure in some cases.
When Naruto finally arrive at his destination, he then entering the Ollivander wand store but he sees no one around. Naruto then start ringing the counter bell, and patiently waiting for Ollivander to come. Naruto start to look around, before Ollivander finally came out looking disheveled.
"Ah Mr. Peverell, what do I own the pleasure?" Naruto look to Ollivander that look very tired,
"I'm in need of wand Mr. Ollivander, I know that I asked for personalize wand hadn't finish yet. Could you please do something with my old wand so at least I could use it" Naruto then pull out his old wand and give it to Ollivander,
"Excuse me to ask Mister Peverell, but why the hurry?" Ollivander raise his eyebrow confuse,
"There is gathering that I must attend" Naruto give Ollivander his best 'forgive me' look,
Suddenly Ollivander smile widely at Naruto, before he hurriedly walking away into the back of his store. Ollivander return sometimes latter while running, with a box in his hands.
"I rarely found a wand core that could match a supreme core because of that, I have been working overnight finishing this wand" Ollivander patting at the box "Consider yourself lucky Mr. Peverell, because I finally finished this wand exactly right this morning"
Naruto notice the happy looks Ollivander have and the joy contain in his voice. Based on their first meetings Naruto could deduce that Ollivander is a scholar that studies heavily into wand lore, based on their conversation together. Ollivander obsession into studying wand making is borderline fanaticism just like Orochimaru with jutsu, even then both of them have different moral guideline.
"It's not every day I could just finally found a match for another supreme core for a wand, but unfortunately like most supreme core that I found. It would be a disservice of me if I covet it, while the core owner clearly choosing you to have it."
Ollivander then take out a wand from the box and put it on his hand, offer it for Naruto to take it from his hands,
"Elder 15 inches, I already tested the type of tree that could channelling this type of core and your magic compatibility and none match it more better like elder"
When Naruto take the wand from Ollivander hands, the air around the room changes, there is subtlety as if all the time in the world stop momentarily. Before finally the air become dreaded hot and suffocating, before it returns to normal.
"Interesting…rather than the wand chosen their owner, it looks like this wand exist solely for you" Ollivander scratch his chin.
"I create those wand using five pieces of elder tree and those five bumps in those wands inspire by the same wand that already exist that I have been used as a model, it used to magnify the flow of magic deliver from the core".
Ollivander explaining about his wand, when he sees Naruto inspect the thickness of his wand and firmness of it. Naruto nodding, seems satisfied by the wand that been created by Ollivander.
"How much is it then Sir?" Naruto ask Ollivander,
"It would be ten galleon, Mister Peverell" Ollivander smilingly reply at Naruto,
Naruto then take out ten galleon as payment for Ollivander, before finally get out of Ollivander store. Naruto then walking into the direction of Gringotts Bank, his purpose is to gathering info and money in preparation of participate in the auction held by the Black family.
So that day Naruto once again sitting at Ricbert office, Naruto asking Ricbert co-operation into helping him with schedule meeting with Alphard Black before his participation in the auction. Entering Gringotts Bank Naruto directly walking into Ricbert new office, because his new position as new manager account for Naruto his been gifted with new office in Gringotts.
"Nice to meet you again mister Peverell"
'I wish' Naruto silently thought,
"Nice to see you too Ricbert"
"What do I own the pleasure of meeting you today?" Ricbert look at Naruto directly,
"Actually I just send a letter from Black family head, I presume you knew?!" Naruto hardened his look,
"Indeed I am mister Peverell, as I already I mentioned to you before that my new position as your new account manager is making sure you've get your position acknowledge by other houses. So when Black account manager came to me, asking to make contact with you, I agree to relay the interest of black family head of meeting you.
After all it would be beneficial in the long run for Peverell family to bond with Black family compare into other family, they are…"
At this point Ricbert start to scratch his chin, loss at words he want to utter before snapping his finger
"What you human said as honest. Yes…honest, much more honest compare to other pure-blood family. We need their voice into making sure that, you've granted seats in Wizengamot"
"But doesn't you told me before that they in verge of bankruptcy?" Naruto curiously ask,
"Bankrupt? Yes, Weak? No, they are holding most power and voice in there and you would need their support, luckily they are in dire situation and they are desperate so we could take this as our advantage.
After all Black family head see us more favorable, more trustworthy compared to the other Great Britain noble family."
Naruto start to feel a headache coming toward the ends of this conversation,
"What do the Black family asking for the payment then?"
Hearing this Ricbert start to smile, showing his toothy grin,
"As a payment the Black family ask for certain thing"
Ribert then give Naruto a parchment contain things that Black family been ask from him, making Naruto sombre after reading it line by line while Ricbert smile grew every second.

Alphard preparing his family for their afternoon guest, because Alphard invited the newly Lord of House Peverell. The news already arrive into the ministry about House Peverell new Lord, because their family account manager already asking for Lord Peverell seat at the Ministry.
A big roar happened at the Ministry that day after the letter arrived from Gringotts Bank, for the Peverell family account manager Ricbert asking not only for Peverell family seat but also Sayre and Gamp family seat. For that names is a names of once big famous ancient family even in the Great Britain, especially Gamp family in the Ministry of Magic.
For that reason the new Lord's has been sought out by most pure-blood purist, after all a person could only claim the house they are descendant from; if their magic strong enough for them to be claim the family house name.
Specifically in this case their blood must be pure enough so they could claim their ancestry, after all a person could only claim ancestry from specific houses if their magic strong enough or undiluted, for the blood test showed them that result.
Their magic must be strong enough to claim that they are inherently blood related, and they are many case in Great Britain that a person could not claim they descendant from a famous witches or wizards. Like Smith and Gaunt family, their blood diluted enough for their ancestral ancient magic to recognize them as descendant of Helga Hufflepuff and Salazar Slytherin.
"My Lord Black, the guest already arrived waiting for you"
Not long after Kreacher the house elf came into his office, awaken Alphard from his musings
"Inform the others that our guess already arrive, especially Walburga and tell the children to behave well" Alphard ordering Kreacher,
"At once Lord Black" Kreacher nodding and disappear when he snapping his fingers,
'Negotiations begun now, the future of Black family is depend on the results of this negotiations'
Alphard drown in his worry towards Black family unknown future, and could only hope for the best.

Naruto first impression when he entered Grimmauld Place is that this family in decline because like most magic family house, Grimmauld Place is been maintained with the magic of the family who inhabited it. Still Naruto could not help but notice, a certain thing has been out of touch or been missing entirely, because the most part of the house been empty without something to adorned it.
Naruto been invited to dinner into Grimmauld Place by the head of Black family, Alphard Black; if he interest to be involve in the auction presented by Black family as one of participant in the auction. Before finally Kreacher break their chat, by announce them that the dinner is ready.
Naruto enjoy dinner in Black family house, after; all his journey Naruto found that nothing beats magical food. Either in their way of preparing and contain the essence of the food itself is top notch, especially one whom created with magical ingredient. The difference in husbandry of Muggle world with Wizarding world is a big factor, making Naruto half-abandoned ordinary people food.
While eating Naruto, Alphard and Walburga making fake pleasantries with each other, Naruto first impression of this family overall is quite good.
"Do you enjoy the food Lord Peverell?" Alphard look at Naruto curiously,
"Yes, this the food is really good Lord Black and once again thank you for inviting me for dinner." Naruto smiled,
"We glad you enjoying your dinner Lord Peverell." Walburga add.
"Walburga is right, Lord we glad you accepted our invitation." Alphard nodding,
"Girls go to your room." Walburga ordering Bellatrix and her sisters to go
Bellatrix goes with a scowl on her face before throw her napkin into the table, while Andromeda bow her head while taking little Narcissa away.
"I'm sorry for my niece attitude My Lord." Walburga apologetically bowed towards Naruto while Alphard also look regretful,
"It's alright My Lady, after all she is still a child." Naruto smilingly eased them,
Alphard unconsciously release his relief sigh, Naruto attitude assure them that is no offense been done.
"My Lord Peverell, may we talk privately in my studying room." Alphard asking Naruto to follow him,
Naruto then started to standing and walking together with Alphard Black into his studying room, along the way the emptiness of the hallway that void of household stuff only making Naruto surer about the predicament of Black family.
"Please take a seat Lord Peverell" Naruto then took a seat right in-front Alphard,
"I already read your invitation for the bride auction my Lord, and I must admit that interested into participate inside it" Naruto opening the conversation,
"I am glad that you are interested my Lord, but actually I inviting you here to discuss other matters"
"What is it Lord Black?"
Alphard then leaning forwards from the table,
"I know your aim for your family seat at Wizengamot, and we are ready to back up your claim for Peverell, Sayre ad Gamp family seat. In exchange for you to take my sister Walburga and my niece Bellatrix hand in marriage"
Hearing Alphard words, Walburga could not help but blush a little embarrassed due to her difference in age with the man whom been asked to marry her. Naruto look at Alphard confuse as to why his been offered, this disproportion deal.
Noticing Naruto confusion, Alphard start to explain it to Naruto,
"As you know Bellatrix is still really young right now to be married, much less carry a child. In the other side, my family need a new family house to protect them in case something happening to me and while Walburga is much older than my Lord Peverell.
I assure you that Walburga still in child bearing age and I hope that latter, either child born Walburga or Bellatrix would become Black family Lord. This means Black family will cancel for the bride auction and point my Lord Peverell as a winner.
Then as per agreement my Lord Peverell will settle Black family debt, as a payment; Black family would give the rights for Andromeda and Narcissa future bride auction in the hands of Lord Peverell as a Black family protector until new born Black Lord old enough to take the Lord position.
Naturally when you are agree with this propositions, then we would be considered as allies and I would make sure that your family seat in Wizengamot secure."
Alphard look at Naruto seriously, while Naruto shock by Alphard propositions.
"Could you give time, to think it through Lord Black?"
Alphard smiled widely, as if he satisfied hearing Naruto reply,
"Of course Lord Peverell, I expecting good news before the hearing at ministry" Alphard shake Naruto hand,
'In other words two days before the hearing at the ministry, he expecting me to reach the conclusion' Naruto look at Alphard who smiling brilliantly at him,
"Of course Lord Black, I would owl you after I decide it" Naruto give his reply,
Meanwhile in the Black sister's room, Bellatrix, Andromeda and Narcissa is curiously spying from the second floor window into the street.
"What do you think about the new Lord?" Bellatrix look at her sister,
"Well I think he kind enough, considering he pays for our wands before in Ollivander's" Andromeda said looking Alphard talking with Lord Peverell,
"Also looking at his clothes and the souvenirs he send us as a gifts, he is quite well off"
Andromeda add while looking at Narcissa that devouring high end chocolate deliver by Lord Peverell,
"Just hope that Lord Peverell is as well of as we would think"
Bellatrix look at her youngest sister Narcissa, even though she is still young; she used to be spoil by their parents when their family could still claim as the most influencing and richest family in the Great Britain. Narcissa could not understand the hardships their family going through, in her feeble young mind nothing is change.

Charlus and Dorea Potter is so desperate right at the moment, they already confirm it with their own Grigotts Bank account manager; that they have a great grandson at least. By Grigotts Bank teller conformation, the reason their great grandson could only detected by them is because that person try to make his first account at Grigotts.
While the others information is rather keep cover-up by someone, so they could not digging the info about their great grandson because everyone keeping a tight lipped. So Charlus came to Black family house that night, for asking an information about their great grandson and his identity.
Imagine their surprise when they found out that Alphard has been invited a man for dinner with Black family, they found out who Alphard have been invited is none other than a young man they meet at Madam Malkin clothing store. Charlus and Dorea hurriedly walk through to their direction, but before they could reach them, the blond young man suddenly leave.
Alphard shockingly surprised when Charlus and Dorea suddenly appear in-front of him, luckily Lord Peverell already leave right after they arrive. Alphard knew that he could not lie and withholding information about Lord Peverell any longer, because in the end he would need Charlus voice in the council as representative of opposite voice in the Wizengamot council.
Bracing himself to what would have come, Alphard decided to tell them the truth about a young named Naruto Peverell.

Taking long to write this chapter, because my mind in the other places and so I could not focus finishing this story. That is why this story is quite short, only 3300 words more or less. With troubles in my real life right now, I couldn't sure that I could finishing tthis story right I intended to do.
