Even though she waited for me, once I was down she went to the cafeteria faster than I could keep up with. She sat down at our normal table and barely had to glare at the clones already there before us to get them to leave. "What's with cranky?" Rex whispered from behind me. I flashed an angry glance over my shoulder. "Don't." I sat beside her quietly, trying not to stir up anything, while Rex took the seat in front of me, looking apologetic. Wrecker came by the table quieter than I'd ever heard and Rebel shot her hand out to pause him. Rex knew that since I'd told him not to start anything it probably involved Wrecker, that was practically the only reason she got upset so he tensed up thinking he'd have to spring into action again like with the last fight. She tugged on his arm to make him bend down and she whispered something I couldn't hear and didn't try to. Whatever it was, it made Wrecker happy, he lifted her up, hugging her and swinging back and forth. Then, he finally set her down gently and patted her head. She stood frozen in her place looking like a stick. "Y'all okay?" Rex asked, breaking Rebel's spell and making her sit down. "Rebel, you only start fights or, well, have a staring contest with him when something is bothering you and Rue, you were up all last night." He said, continuing to prove his theory that something was up. I looked at him with a smile, he knew us too well then looked at Rebel who seemed worried which made me worry. I looked back at Rex to respond but he was looking over our heads at something behind us, something concerning it seemed from the look on his face. I followed his gaze to Palpatine who was looming over us ominously.
