Chapter 16: The Nostalgia.
Scene: Marketplace
POV: Shino Asada
We see Asada leaving her school campus and going to the marketplace to pick up basic needs and ingredients.
(Endou's friend): Asadaaa, Shino Asadaaa!
You're that little boyfriend of yours not with you today?
What did he dump you or something?
(Sinon): It's none of your business if I'm dating him or not and for the record I plan on meeting up with him later today.
(Endou's friend 2): Yeah yeah, like anyone would date a girl like you, heh.
(Sinon): What do you want anyway?
(Endou's friend): Endou wants to speak with you so just come with us quietly and don't make a fuss, ok?
Asada just looks at the 2 girls uninterested, but decides to go along with it, just to entertain them.
We see Endou's friends approach Asada who seems unphased by them.
Scene Change: City Alleyway
We see Endou sitting down on a bench eating a sucker waiting until she hears 3 sets of footsteps approaching and looks in that direction.
She sees her 2 friends as well as Asada coming towards her until stopping.
(Endou): I need a favor.
We sort of went overtime again at Karaoke and now we don't have enough cash for the train home.
We're gonna need about 10, we'll pay you back though.
(Asada): Ten thousand for one train ride home sounds like a lot don't ya think?
(Endou): Well yeah, there's 3 of us so of course it's gonna cost more than a regular ride.
(Asada): Well you're out of luck because I don't have 10 thousand on me right now, no sane person would, so you're gonna have to find some other way.
(Endou): Really now, you don't have it with you, then just go withdraw it if you don't have it.
A moment of Silence ensues as Endou continues to eat her sucker.
(Asada): No, I don't owe you anything Endou and I'm sure as hell not responsible for your bad money management.
(Endou): Huh?
(Asada): You heard me, I said no, I'm not giving you guys any money.
Asada turns to leave, shocking the two at her bold stature as well as making Endou put on a scowl.
(Endou): You bitch, we'll do this the hard way then.
Endou snaps her sucker off the stick and stands up.
(Asada): Get out of the way, you're gonna make me late.
(Endou): What, your little handsome friend waiting on you.
Asada turns around as Endou does a finger gun gesture with an evil smirk.
(Endou): Bang!
Asada gives no reaction toward Endou confusing her as she continues with her madness.
(Endou): Poor Asada!
Ya know how I told you my big brother has a butt load of model guns.
I think I'll bring one to our next meeting.
I know you like guns, especially pistols!
(Endou's friend): Uh oh, someone might hurl!
(Endou's friend 2): Remember when she blew chunks in class that one time, god that stank like ass for days, weeks even.

You and your friends are sick, picking on an innocent teenage girl just because you don't get your way, you're pathetic.

(Asada): That was self defense, I only did what I had to or he would have done the same exact thing to me.

Endou goes in to slap Asada, but her hand could make it half way, it gets caught by a familiar face.
(Naruto): Hey now, don't you think you've done enough, Endou.
(Endou): Tch, you!
(Asada): Na-Naruto!?
(Naruto): Hey there Asada, how's it going, did ya miss me?
(Endou): You, bastard, who do you think you are!?
Endou rips her arm out of Naruto's really light grasp.
(Naruto): Shouldn't I be asking you that question, you're about to assault and rob a Teenage girl because she said no to you.
(Endou): As far as I'm concerned she's getting what she deserves!
(Endou's friend 2): Yeah, you tell him Endou!
(Endou's friend): As far as we're concerned we're just dishing out Justice.
(Naruto): Justice?
You call this Justice!?
You're nothing but a trio of psychopathic bullies!

The only justice that will ensure you is going to juvie if you don't leave this instant!
(Endou): Well what are you gonna do, hurt us, we're girls so you can't hit us!
Suddenly, another familiar voice calls out.
(Shinkawa): Officer, that girl is getting mugged in the alley, hurry!
Endou's friend group snarls as they run off with Endou kicking a bucket with full strength at Asada that doesn't even get more than half way.
(Endou): Bitch!
Shinkawa arrives on the scene to see Asada and Naruto standing there with smiles on their faces.
(Naruto): You ok, Asada?
(Shinkawa): Did they hurt you at all?
(Asada): Yeah I'm fine, thanks to you, Naruto, Shinkawa.
(Naruto): Isn't this Nostalgic.
Hearing this Asada smiles remembering their first encounter, while Shinkawa on the other hand is internally cursing and plotting a way to kill Naruto through the Death Gun method, but on the outside giving a fake smile.
Scene Change: Cafe In The City
POV: Naruto Hozuki
We see Asada blow on a steaming cup of tea and taking a sip with Naruto sitting at her side and Shinkawa across from them.
(Shinkawa): So, I heard what happened the other day, you went on quite the rampage Asada, and Naruto had quite a flashy entrance or so I've heard.
(Naruto): The rumors are true, I was as flashy as can be!
But Asada was the real winner in all of that, I mean I only used the strategy she had come up with.
(Asada): Yeah but for a strategy it was a fail, I mean we started the opp with 6 + 1 invisible helper and lost 4 men in the end.
(Naruto): Come on Asada, you're pushing yourself too much, in my book it was everything but a fail, it was a total win.
Asada just pulls Naruto's ear making him squeal in pain.
(Asada): Quiet you, if that's the outcome of an ambush we set up, it's not much of a win, I mean sure you did amazing deflecting, even though you didn't really need it that's to your water body.
(Naruto): Yeah I mean sure I could just stood there and tanked it with almost zero damage, but where's the fun in that, If I just rely on my water body most the time my technique will get sloppy and when I face a opponent who can just take it away from me with an EMP, I'd be screwed.
(Asada): I guess that's true, but still you at least have a constant shield protecting you thanks to your weird genetics.
(Naruto): Just because I was good doesn't mean you were any less cool, I mean you were the one who killed him after all.
(Shinkawa): Yeah, you were pretty rad Asada, you know that Behemoth guy with the Minigun, he was kind of a legend in the game cause he never brought it in a squad fight before.
(Asada): Yeah?
I had no idea he was that good.
I never really saw his rankings in BOB.
(Naruto): Probably because the guy tried to hide his status most of the time to avoid detection with that Minigun.
(Shinkawa): Yeah, his days were pretty numbered, I mean no matter how powerful a Minigun is, carrying over five pounds of Ammo pushes you the weight limit, so you can't run.
And since BOB's a solo encounter battle he was easy pickings for a sniper like you.
As for Naruto, I have no clue how he'd do since he's mostly keeping himself under the radar where nobody can see his skill level.
(Naruto): That's cause I like to play smart, the more your opponent doesn't know the better of a chance you have to win, that's why he did so well against us in that ambush cause we had no idea what he was carrying.
He's easy pickings for me though, I can just deflect or even just walk through all of his attacks as long as he doesn't use an EMP I'd be just fine walking through him, but luckily I don't need to rely on that tactic.
(Shinkawa): Even so, with that gun he's pretty much invincible as long as he's with a good squad.
The Minigun should be banned.
(Asada): If we're talking about banning weapons don't forget some people think my hecate's a cheat too, as its owner I have to admit, using it does have its own special problems, not to mention Naruto's double bladed photon sword, it's a cheat in itself.
(Naruto): Huh!?
What do you mean it's a cheat!?
I don't see the issue with it.
(Asada): Well, if you wanna get technical, your photon sword is a special kind even for double bladed ones, for one it takes two photon swords to make just one double bladed photon sword and even then you have one that can split into two different photon swords, not counting extra attachments it's a op weapon off the bat as it only takes up the primary weapon slot leaving you an open slot for a gun, but thanks to your weird genetics you don't need a gun when you can just shoot water bullets, leaving you a free slot left, and what do you do with it, use a knife.
(Naruto): Hey what's wrong with a knife!?
(Asada): Everything, nobody uses knives!

(Naruto): Uh…..
Naruto just sighs and accepts defeat with a downcasted expression.
(Naruto): Fair enough.
But having a water body and water bullets and issues, I have to refill on water a lot.
Naruto then takes a drink of his water bottle he had on him whilst Shinkawa just sighs.
(Shinkawa): Wish I had problems like that, so, what are you guys's plans for the next BOB?
(Asada): I'm definitely entering, I did my homework and have most of the info of the top 20 players from the last one, and I've got my Hecate now, with her in my hands I'm sure I can kill the higher ranks.
(Asada): If I can take out all my enemies and prove I'm the strongest, I'll be able to show I'm worthy of him…..
(Naruto): Heh, won't be easy winning Asada, you'll have to get through me first.
(Shinkawa): Man, Asada, you're amazing, having that awesome gun is one thing, but you were also smart enough to put your points into strength stat so you could use it.
Not to mention Naruto has his stats all figured out already on top of having great genetic abilities and OP weapons, man I'm the one who got you guys into GGO, but I've been left behind
(Asada): That is so not true, in the last qualifier, you made it all the way to the semi finals, remember?
(Naruto): She's got a point, making it that far proves you're a skilled player man, if you weren't you would have been wiped out long before that.
(Shinkawa): Ugh, whatever, an AGI build only gets you so far in GGO, a good gun helps too.
I spent points on the wrong stat.
(Asada): Don't get so down about that stuff, sign up for BOB and see what happens
(Shinkawa): Eh, no point, I'd just die.
(Naruto): You will with that attitude.
(Shinkawa): Shut up Naruto.
(Asada): Hm, hey how are your studies coming along, you still wanna be a doctor?
(Shinkawa): Yeah, it is the family business, I promised my dad I'd go to med school so it's a done deal.

(Naruto): If you ask me you should do what you want, the family's Legacy doesn't always have to fall on the youngest, I would know that best out of anyone…..
Asada just looks at Naruto with a sad smile and puts her right hand on his left hand with the action comforting him unknown to Shinkawa as Naruto puts on a sad smile of his own.
(Shinkawa): Pfft, what would you know about a family business, you're just a nobody who got lucky with genetics, you're nothing special, if anything your genetic powers should have been someone superior to you like me or Shouichi!
(Asada): Well what about cram school and the GED, are those going ok?
(Shinkawa): Oh, yeah, it's going great, I'm maintaining the same rank I had when I was at school.
Staying sharp mam, locked and loaded!
Shinkawa just gives a salute gesture as Naruto just laughs at it.
(Asada): Roger that.
The three just share a laugh before going back to talking.
(Asada): The reason I asked is cause you're always online when I log on, that's why I was a little worried, if you're online that much when do you study?
(Shinkawa): I do most of my studying during the day and I take lots of breaks too.
(Naruto): Like full dive breaks or just regular breaks?
(Shinkawa): Mostly full dive breaks with a few regulars here and there just to see what the internet is ranting about.
(Asada): You must be making tons of cash if you're diving all the time like that.
(Shinkawa): I'm not making that much, sololining is impossible for AGI builds these days….
(Naruto): That's why you shouldn't have listened to XeXeed, the guy was a real pain in the ass.
(Shinkawa): You got that right, I fell for his trick like a dog on a leash….
(Asada): Oh, well you're doing great if you're earning enough for the connection fee.
Asada looks at the time to see that it it's 6:05 (yes that's the exact time I'm watching it as I write this for the most accurate script to both the characters and dialogue)
(Asada): Uh oh, it's late, sorry guys, I have to get going now.
(Shinkawa): Oh ok, Hey uh-are you still making dinner for yourself?
I'd love to try more of your cooking someday.
(Asada): Oh sure, ok….it's just, I think I need to get better at it first.
(Naruto): He's not wrong, you're a pretty damn good cook at least in my opinion anyway.
Asada blushes at this comment that doesn't go unnoticed from Shinkawa.
(Asada): You-You really think so?
(Naruto): Yeah, your cooking is great!
(Asada): Thanks for the tea you guys and thanks, I mean thank you, for saving me, you both we're pretty cool.
(Shinkawa): I wish I could always be there to protect you….
Hey uh- if you want I can walk you home everyday, I mean if you want.
(Asada): Oh no no that's ok Shinkawa, I'll be fine, besides Naruto already does that anyway most of the time.
(Shinkawa): Oh…..
(Naruto): Speaking of walking home, are you ready to go?
(Asada): Yup!
(Naruto): Good, then onward!
Asada just giggles at Naruto's antics as they both leave the cafe and a shaking Shinkawa.
(Shinkawa): What!?

Timeskip: Few Hours Of Walking Later
Scene Change: Asada's apartment complex
We see Asada heading up a flight of stairs with Naruto who is carrying a white bag filled with Asada's groceries.
They walk up to an apartment door with a keypad on the side as Asada enters a code into the pad as well as unlocking the door locks with a key as she opens the door and the 2 walk inside closing the door behind them.
(Asada): What a day…..
(Naruto): You sure you're ok Asada?
(Asada): Yeah I'm fine, just exhausted from all of what's happened ya know?
(Naruto): Yeah, I know what you mean.
Keeping our relationship a secret is hard ya know.
(Asada): Yeah, but you wanted it to be a surprise when we finally revealed it so that's on you, heh.
(Naruto): Well I've gotta get home, I'll see you tomorrow Asada.
Before Asada could say anything, Naruto grabbed chin and pulled her into a kiss that deepened when she blushed and accepted it.
(Asada): See ya, Naruto…..
Naruto just winks as he opens Asada's apartment door and leaves as Asada watches him do incredible parkour-like feats down the apartment building like a Shinobi in the night until he's out of her sight causing her to smile and blush closing the door before undressing down to just her white school shirt and the panties she was wearing in the day.
Asada dawns a serious look as she looks over to her black dresser drawer remembering the ambush with Kisame deflecting the bullets with the skill of Darth maul spinning his double bladed Photon sword, then remembering how she killed the Behemoth Minigunner, how Naruto caught her princess style, then finally the kiss they just shared moments ago…..
(Asada): I can do this…..
Asada walks over to the drawer with new found resolve and pulls it out seeing the model gun and remembering her last attempt at it a year ago being a failure.
She picks it up with no reaction and looks at it and starts to tear up seeing how she shows no reaction to holding a gun.
(Asada): Back then that day at the bank, that little boy who I shot with the man I killed, was Naruto Hozuki….
I didn't know it at the time and still didn't know, until the day I asked Naruto that question.
That was the day I fell in love with him….
Flashback: One year ago, January 27th.
Scene Change: Asada and Naruto's Meetup Spot.
We see Asada running toward the meetup place Naruto and Asada had agreed to be at, she had been running late by 15 minutes due to not being ready, fortunately for her Naruto was willing to wait on her.
As Asada gets closer and closer she sees a figure start to appear in her sight, a figure she is most happy to see as it is Naruto Hozuki.
(Asada): Hey Naruto, I'm finally here, sorry for being so late!
(Naruto): Oh hey Asada, nah you're fine I only got here 15 minutes ago.
So, what do you wanna do?
We can get some coffee if you want.
(Asada): Sure!
Scene Change: Cafe
We see Asada sitting at a table across from Naruto as he smiles in her direction and she looks at him with a slight blush before frowning, making him get a questioning look.
(Naruto): What's with the sad look, if it was because you made me wait I really don't mind waiting for you.
(Asada): No no it's nothing like that!
I was just wondering about something…..
(Naruto): What's on your mind?
(Asada): Wha-why don't you look at me the way the others look at me?…..
(Naruto): What do you mean, look at you the way others look at you?
(Asada): Well, you heard what Endou said when we met…..

Asada just looks at Naruto with a heavy blush hearing him call her cute and at his soothing sweet words as her heart beats start to get to a faster pace.
(Naruto): Hey, Asada….
(Asada): Yeah…?
(Naruto): Do you mind if I ask what happened?
I just want to know, because your background reminds me of something that happened a long time ago…..
(Asada): No, I don't mind at all, in fact it's probably better that I tell you.
When I was young my dad had died in a car crash and my mom and I went to live with my grandparents, and it was a peaceful place until one day that peace was shattered.
One day we went to the bank and a man walked in pushing my mom over and onto the ground.
He put a bag on the counter and started a robbery…
He killed the first bank attendant via gunshot because he had pressed the alarm and threatened to kill my mom, that was when I reacted and bit his hand making drop his gun, I picked it up and when he tried to take from me he almost got it until a boy with white hair put him in a choke hold and told me to just shoot him and I shot him and in turn killing the boy, I had been in so much shock my memory went blank, after that I can't remember much until I woke up against the wall and seeing the man dead with more gun shot wounds 2 to be more exact one was on his right side of his chest and the other was in his forehead, the man had a look of fear, but from what I was told I had shot him dead in self defense while the boy with white hair was taken out of the place by an old man who was his guardian, they said he was most likely dead…..
Asada starts to tear up,
(Asada): And ever since then I've been scared of guns and anything related to it…..
(Naruto): Asada…..
(Asada): You must think I'm crazy, and that I'm a murderer….
(Naruto): Asada!
Hearing this Asada looks up to see Naruto who has a shocked look in his eyes, to Asada's confusion she sees no hate, only envy and sorrow.
(Asada): Ye-yeah…?
(Naruto): I don't hate you, in fact, I'm sorry…..
(Asada): For what, you didn't do anything….
(Naruto): Yes, yes I did….
Your story is the exact one that was made up to cover the truth behind that Incident….
Hearing this widens the girl's eyes in confusion.
(Asada): Wha-what do you mean!?
(Naruto): That little boy you're talking about didn't die…..
(Asada): Wha-what!?
Ho-How do you know that!?
(Naruto): Because that little boy is me….
Naruto gives the teary eyed Asada a warm sad smile that makes her go wide seeing the nearly Identical resemblance once the memory comes back to her.
(Asada): Yo-Your…..!
(Naruto): The little boy who saved you from death…..
(Asada): Wha-what do you mean!?
(Naruto): Back then when you shot that guy, I was perfectly fine while the man had a hole in his stomach, it wasn't a killing wound though, but you blacked out from the shock.
The man managed to get a hold of himself and went to grab the gun and was going to shoot you dead, I couldn't just stand there and let you die….
Had I not shot him myself with a new technique I used out of the adrenaline, he would have killed you and your mother…..
Asada then realizes what Naruto is talking about remembering a week ago what he said at the cafe they went to after they met.
(Asada): The water gun technique….
(Naruto): Yeah…..
Asada, I'm sorry, you didn't kill that man, I did, if I could I would have taken the blame back then, but the Government had found out about my existence.
I was taken out of the building by my Grandpa who tried to hide me from the world, but when that incident happened, I was found out and the government searched for me, they sent one of there agents, his name was Seijiro Kikuoka, he apparently was a old friend of my father when he was alive, my father and my whole entire family line worked for the government, they were the governments finest assassins, until one day when me and Kazuto were born, my father had died in a car crash along with my mother who had died from childbirth, my brother was sent to Aunt to live a peaceful life while my Grandpa took me in, trained me in the art of killing in order to be the families next heir to the Assassins, but he couldn't bring himself to do it, so he trained me in those arts so I could protect myself….
When Kikuoka had found us he said that we weren't in any trouble because it was self defense and the fact that the man I had killed was guilty of Murder, that's why he was so desperate to get his hands on cash….
The records of the incident were staged to make it look like I was almost never present and the footage was erased along with the witnesses being paid to tell a different story, even your mother who was broken couldn't do anything to stop it.
So there you have it, I'm the cause of all your suffering, If you hate me I understand, I don't deserve forgiveness….
Asada gets up from her chair and walks over to Naruto, who was prepared to get slapped, but to his surprise Asada hugs him.
(Naruto): Asada what are you-
(Asada): Naruto, you aren't to blame for my suffering and I don't hate you, far from it, if anything I should be thanking you….
You saved my life, you risked everything including your own safety and reputation, I live to see today, because of you and for that I am eternally grateful.
Asada looks at Naruto with a teary smile as Naruto does the same.
Flashback End
(Asada): That day, I fell in love with Naruto Hozuki, and sure enough 1 week later we started dating in secret, well kind of anyway, it's a secret from Shinkawa but Naruto's friends don't know cause he hasn't said anything.
Asada starts crying in joy as her fear of guns is finally starting to fade and only remnants of it appear in slight hesitance, now the only fear she has left is losing Naruto, the person that gives her strength.
Asada puts the gun back in the drawer while taking a deep breath and looking in the mirror with a smile.
(Asada): I finally did it, I'm free, all thanks to you, Naruto….
Scene Change: ALO Hunting Fields
POV: Kirito
(Asuna): Wait what!?
You're kidding you're quitting ALO!?
(Kirito): N-No, I'll just be gone for a couple of days, I'll convert back after that.
(Asuna): But, why?
(Kirito): Actually it's complicated, there's this other virtual MMO that I need to check out.
(Asuna): Need to huh?
You've done this before and just used new accounts, why not for this one too?
I mean if you convert your items will be reset.
Why would you wanna do that?
(Kirito): Well it's like both a favor, from that guy from the government and for my own interest.
(Asuna): Mr. Kikuoka?

Kirito looks at Asuna with a serious face.

Hearing that makes Asuna widen her eyes.

(Asuna): I guess even if I could convince you to say no you couldn't say no to Mr. Kikuoka.
I don't know what it is about that man, but there's a part of me that still has a hard time trusting him
(Kirito): Yeah, I'm not too sure I can trust him either, but for some reason Naruto seems to trust him with his life.
(Asuna): Just get back as soon as you can, this is our home, and it's not the same without you, and it hasn't been the same ever since Naruto left…..
(Kirito): Don't worry, I'll be back in ALO before you know it, and maybe I'll be bringing Naruto in tow, I'll just dive in Gun Gale Online for a couple days, see what's going on, and that's that.
Scene Change: Toritsu Central Hospital
POV: Kazuto Kirigaya
We see Kazuto walking down a hallway to his designated area deep in thought.
(Kazuto): I'm 99 percent sure that the Death Gun story is a hoax, probably someone trolling.
You can't kill someone in the real world from the virtual anymore, I know that's impossible….
But there's still that one percent chance it could be true, that's why I'm here….
Kazuto knocks on the door and opens the door announcing his presence.
(Kazuto): Hello, anyone here?
(Nurse): Yup!
What's going on, Kirigaya?
(Naruto): Yo, what's up Kazuto, you're just on time.
(Kazuto): Mrs. Aki, it's nice to see you again.
Mrs. Aki walks around and touches Kirito all around, feeling his body, checking for the muscles.
(Kazuto): HOLY-!
(Mrs. Aki): Woah, you finally got some meat on ya, you could use some filling out though, you sure you're eating right?
(Kazuto): Yeah, I'm eating I'm eating!

Kazuto looks over to Naruto who just shrugs.
(Mrs. Aki): Your friend in the suit and glasses told me about you boys' mission, he said something about you going into a virtual network and doing some reconnaissance or something, I can't believe he'd ask you boys, I mean you boys have only been back for a year.
Anyway, he found out I was the one in charge of both your rehab's, so he asked me to keep an eye on your monitors while you dive, they took me off my normal shift and everything, the head nurse wasn't happy, but what can she do about it, if the government wants something, there gonna get it, well I guess all three of us are back together again, huh.
Mrs. Aki holds an arm out which Kazuto shakes hesitantly.
(Kazuto): Uh, yeah, thanks for being here.
Um, so it's just us 3 today, no Kikuoka?
(Mrs. Aki): Mhm, he asked me to give you both a message though.
Mrs. Aki pulls 2 slips of folded paper out of her breast pocket and hands them to Kazuto and Naruto which they imagine in Kikuoka's
(Kikuoka): Both of you Email your reports to me at the usual address, your fee and expenses will be paid when you finish your mission, so please don't forget to send me an invoice, PS Kirito. Just because you're alone with a pretty nurse, you're still on the clock, try to keep those hormones of yours under control.
Kazuto crumples his note into a ball and puts it in his pocket while Naruto just starts laughing out loud, making Kazuto get an eye twitch.
(Kazuto): Uh, If it's ok we'd like to connect to the network now
(Mrs. Aki): Yeah, sure!
It's all set up!
Mrs. Aki walks over to the machine and grabs electrodes.
(Mrs. Aki): Ok hot stuff, Strip!
(Naruto and Kazuto): Wha-Why!?
(Naruto): What do we have to strip for!?
(Mrs. Aki): For the electrodes!

Kazuto and Naruto instinctually grab their junk out of embarrassment.

Mrs. Aki just makes a disappointed face with a disappointed tone.

Kazuto and Naruto just sigh in relief hearing this as they do so and let her put the electrodes on their bodies.
(Mrs. Aki): There, you're good to go.
(Kazuto): Well here we go, wish us luck, I don't see this taking us more than 4 or 5 hours.
(Mrs. Aki): You got it!
And don't you boys worry about your bodies while you're gone, I'll keep a close eye on it.
Mrs. Aki just winks at Kazuto and Naruto with a smile making them sweat drop.
(Kazuto and Naruto): Thanks I feel better already….
Kazuto and Naruto lay down in their respective beds with the Amusphere Rig on their heads as they see Mrs. Aki wave good luck one last time before they say.

Scene Change: Asada's Apartment

We see Asada talking on the phone with her Grandparents in her apartment while walking around until sitting down on her bed.
(Asada): Yeah, I'm doing great, I'm used to the school now and have me some friends too.

I've actually gotten over my panic attacks this past year because of one of my friends, I can bring him over sometime.

Asada sighs and leans back on her back, dropping her phone on it as she ends the call with her Grandparents.
(Asada): Ever since that day, whenever I saw a gun I freaked out, if I saw a picture of one, or saw one on TV, I was guaranteed a panic attack, I came to Tokyo for Highschool thinking if I got far enough away from home, it had helped, but it didn't, at least not until I had met him…..

I had gotten stronger ever since I met him, I got even stronger once I started dating him even, but one day Shinkawa told me about Gun Gale Online, I thought it could work as a kind of therapy for me, and in a way it worked, as Sinon, when I'm holding a gun or when someones drawing down on me, I could handle it, Sinon was strong and I envied that, when I convinced Naruto to try Gun Gale Online, Sinon got stronger, I was convinced that we we're different people, but when I talked to Naruto about it, he told me that whether I was Shino Asada or Sinon, I was still the same girl he was in love with because in his heart, they are one in the same….
I've gotten over my fears, but when I look at Naruto something feels off, like he's holding something back, like there's something he's afraid of saying….

POV: Kisame
Kisame wakes up in the last place he was in, which is the townsquare of GGO, where he finds Sinon waiting for him with a smile on her face.
(Kisame): Hey Sinon, what's up!
(Sinon): Nothing much, I just logged on a few minutes ago and decided to wait for you.
Kisame walks up to her and when no ones looking kisses her on the cheek making her blush.
(Kisame): Well come on, we better get going or the B.O.B will start without us!
(Sinon): Yeah you're right, it's better to get there early than wait till the last minute.
Kisame and Sinon decide to head out and on their path they get called out to by a "girl" with long black hair that has a sort of purple tint to it as well as purple eyes wearing the beginner clothes of GGO.
POV: Kirito
(Kirito): Uh, excuse me, could you tell me where-
The girl looks over to the guy in black with a cool looking black mask and red eyes, which unknown to Kirito is Kisame, who is also wearing a black jacket and black jeans as well as a black shoulder scarf, he then looks at the girl with blue hair wearing a white long scarf, gray jeans and a greenish tan jacket.
(Kirito): Uh oh, they think I'm hitting on her
(Sinon): Yeah what?
(Kisame): Did you need something?
Sinon sizes up Kirito to see the beginner outfit.
(Sinon): Your first time in the game huh?
(Kisame): That's gotta suck big time
(Kirito): Oh my god, they think I'm a girl!
(Sinon): Where do you wanna go?
(Kisame): Is there some place you're looking for in particular?
(Kirito): I uh-I uh-uh heh heh.
Kirito internally groans and sweats internally but on the outside puts on a girly act by putting a hand on his left cheek.
(Kirito): Yes, it's my first time, I'm looking for a place to buy a cheap gun.
Oh and I also need to find out where the Governor's Office is, heh.
(Sinon): Oh, sure, we can show you.
(Kisame): But Sinon!
(Sinon): No but's we're gonna help the noobie out.
(Kirito): It's not cool, but I'll let her keep thinking I'm a girl for a while.
Kirito catches up to the two as they go up an escalator.
(Sinon): By the way, why do you wanna go to the Governor's Office?
(Kirito): Uh, I wanted to sign myself up for an event called Bullet of Bullets

(Sinon): Ok, but, you just started playing today right?
(Kirito): Yes.
(Kisame): Pfft, your toast then little lady.
(Sinon): Yeah, I don't know, your stats may not be high enough for that?
(Kirito): Oh, well I converted, so all my skills have been transferred from another game.
(Sinon): If you say so…..
So anyway, you picked a heck of a game to play, it's all grimey and stinks of Oil.
(Kisame): I asked if you wanted me to fix that, but you said no and that it ruins the atmosphere of the game.
(Sinon): Because it's true!
(Kirito): Well, I've only played fantasy games up to now.
They're fun, but I thought I'd try a cyber game for once.
(Kisame): I feel that, the last fantasy game I played was Alfheim which was pretty fun, but compared to Gun Gale Online, it's a walk in the park, I love the challenge of this game much more.
(Kirito): I was also interested in seeing what gun battles were like.
(Sinon): Really?
It takes guts to want to start with B.O.B right off the bat like that.
Lets hook you up with a gun then, I know this great market where me and him got most of our gear, it's down here.
Scene Change: GGO Market.
We see Sinon and Kisame walking side by side wishing they could walk hand in hand in public while Kirito just trails behind them in wonder.
(Kirito): Wow, this place looks like it has everything.
(Sinon): Yeah well the two types of weapons mostly used in GGO are Octogonal Guns and Live Ammo Guns.
An Octogonal Gun's lighter and more accurate but it has its drawbacks, if your opponent equips their defense shield, it only does half the damage.
For a one on one tourney like B.O.B a live ammo gun's the best bet.
(Kirito): Oh, ok.
(Kisame): Ya know some people would probably disagree with that statement.
(Sinon): You mean you, yeah I know, heh.
Alright, let's start with your stats, highest one's first.
(Kirito): Um, I guess my strengths the highest and my speed after that.
(Sinon): You're an STR-AGI type, huh?
(Kisame): Hey maybe they can-
(Sinon): Nope, I'm gonna stop you right there, just cause they're the same build as you doesn't mean they have to be as weird as you or share the same weaponry choice as you.
Kisame just gets a depressed stature as a rain cloud forms above his head, whilst Kirito just laughs at the guy's expense.
(Sinon): Anyway, you got two main choices for your main weapon, either a heavy assault rifle or a large caliber machine gun, whichever one you choose, you're also gonna need a handgun for a backup weapon.
(Kisame): Uh, hey Sinon, didn't she say she just converted?
(Sinon): Oh, that's right, do you have any credits?
(Kirito): Yeah, I should.
Lets see, it says I have 1000 credits.
(Sinon): Everybody gets that when they start.
(Kirito): Oh, heh heh.
(Kisame): I didn't have that much when I started, I had around 100000 credits.
(Sinon): Yeah, but you're a special case so that doesn't count.
Hm, if that's all you have, the most you can afford is gonna be a small ray gun.
And for a live ammo gun 1000 won't even get you a used revolver.
Listen, if you want he could loan you the money to buy a gun.
(Kisame): Huh, why me!?
(Sinon): Cause you're loaded, duh.
(Kisame): Fair enough…..
Kisame just sighs in defeat while Kirito just waves his arms back in fourth.
(Kirito): That's really sweet of you, but I couldn't, uh, I know, does this game have anything in it, where a new player like me could go earn some money?
(Sinon): Well, I don't recommend them, but there are casinos and gambling games, like that one.
Sinon points to a sign that says Let's Challenge, with a blonde haired blue eyed bearded cowboy face and thumbs up.
(Cowboy Bot): Hey, Chicken, come on!
(Kirito): How do you play it?
(Sinon): You enter through that gate and go down the alley dodging the NPC's bullets.
(Kisame): The whole idea of the game is to get as close to him without getting shot, if you can touch him, you win all the cash everyones sunk into it since the last time it was beat.
(Kisame): You mean since the last time I beat it?
(Sinon): Yeah yeah keep bragging.
(Kirito): You mean all of it!?
(Sinon): 300 thou in change.
(Kirito): Now that is a heck of a lot of money.
(Sinon): Well the only one to have ever beaten it was him, but that was when the game first came out so he only got about 10 thou in change from it.
Once you get 8 meters away from the Gunslinger, he switches to this wicked fast quickdraw mode, by the time you see the bullet lines, it's too late.
(Kirito): The bullet lines?
(Sinon): Look, another sucker is stepping up to add to the jackpot!
(Army dude's friend): Today's the day man!
(Army dude's friend 2): Yeah, you got this!
(Army dude): Here goes nothing!
The Army guy slams his hand on the hand scanner and starts the challenge that plays a flute wild west song.
(Gunslinger): I'm gonna blast you from here to the moon ya varment!
A crowd gathers around to watch the gambler play as the Army guy starts running once the time hits 0 and the Go text appears.
The Army dude starts running as he stops for a second and does a weird looking pose position.
(Kirito): Why's he doing that?
Gunshots then fly past him through his way avoiding him as the Army guy continues to run.
(Kirito): Was that the bullet line?
(Sinon): Yup, it's a defensive system assist, we all have it, except for a sniper's first shot, bullet prediction lines always show up in the target's field of vision.
(Gunslinger): I'll kill ya!
(Army dude): Whatever!
The army dude ducks as he keeps running after the bullets fly past him.
(Gunslinger): You loser!
The army dude dodges but one of the bullets hits the ground near his feet, causing him to fall over as the Gunslinger grins and shoots him in the chest.
(Gunslinger): Game over hoss!
(Sinon): See, that alley is so narrow you can't move too far to either side and you're forced to charge the Gunslinger straight on.
That's about as far as anyone normal has gotten.
(Kisame): Hey are you tryna say I'm not normal!?
(Sinon): That's exactly what I'm saying.
Sinon leans into Kisame's ear and whispers.
(Sinon): But you're still a great boyfriend though, so it's ok to be a little weird.
Hearing this makes the masked man blush under the mask, not going unnoticed by Kirito.
(Kirito): Oh, I get it, if I wait to see the bullet lines it'll be too late.
Kirito starts to walk in the direction of the touchpad and goes to press the hand pad.
(Sinon): Hey, where ya going!?
(Kisame): Let her do it, I have a feeling something interesting is gonna happen.
Kirito presses the hand pad as the countdown starts and he gets ready to dash and when the timer hits 0 and the go mark appears the gate opens causing him to dash straight for the Gunslinger.
(Gunslinger): I'll kill ya!
Red bullet lines appear from the end of the revolver's barrel as one aims at Kirito's face.
Kirito dodges out of the way as the bullets miss him as Kirito keeps running while swerving side to side confusing the Gunslinger a little.
(Gunslinger): You loser!
The Gunslinger fires his gun more as Kirito dodges out of the way and passes a purple line on the ground indicating the 10 meter mark.
(Sinon): You're kidding!
(Kisame): See, interesting how events play out isn't it?
(Sinon): Uh huh!
Kirito continues to dodge the Gunslingers bullets as he continues to fire his revolver only to miss Kirito over and over again, burning through his ammo.
The Gunslinger loads its final set of bullets and aims at Kirito.
(Gunslinger): I'll blast ya to hell!
The gunslinger fires its last set of bullets at Kirito only to miss when he does a slide to dodge.
(Kirito): Looks like someones out of bullets!
Kirito widens his eyes but regains his composure as he jumps narrowly dodging the Gunslingers last attack being a lightning fast blue laser spray of bullets.
Kirito touches the Gunslinger, effectively beating the gambling game and leaving the crowd in silence.
(Gunslinger): No!
The 300 thousand credits fall out of the Gunslinger game awarding Kirito with a claim button which he quickly claims, making the cash disappear and for the Gunslinger to be back in place spinning his revolver.
(Gunslinger): Hey chicken, come on!
The shocked Sinon and grinning masked Kisame walk up to Kirito.
(Sinon): Oh my god I've never seen reflexes like that, at least not from anyone that is normal!
Kisame just gets a twitch mark on his forehead at the normal comment.
(Sinon): I mean at the end, you dodged his lasers from about two meters away!
At that range the time between you seeing the bullet lines and shots fired, well that's it, there shouldn't have been any time between em!
(Kirito): Oh, uh um, really?
Sinon just nods while Kisame just sighs and rolls his eyes at his secret girlfriend's surprise.
(Kirito): Well since it's a game of dodging bullets, I just predicted the bullet lines, ya know, predict the predictions.
(Sinon): Yo-You predicted the predictions!?
(Gunslinger): Huh!?
Timeskip - 20 minutes later
POV: Kisame
(Kirito): I'm confused about the specs for this assault rifle, I mean this things ginormous, so why's the caliber of the bullets it fires smaller than a submachine gun's?
(Sinon): I'm confused how someone like you can dodge bullets like a ghost and not know that.
You converted from another game, what'd you play before this one?
(Kirito): Nothing special, just one of those typical fantasy games is all.
(Sinon): Hm, yeah, so you said.
Well during the B.O.B prelims, I'll get an idea of what you can really do.
As for the assault rifle, you wanna know why it uses a small caliber?
(Kirito): Sure!
(Sinon): It all goes back to the M16 from the US, they designed it for precision and penetrative power, but using a fast small caliber round-
Kirito just sighs at the complicated gun lecture.
(Kisame): There she goes again, going on about guns in a lecture.
(Kirito): Is she always like that?
(Kisame): Yeah, but you get used to it.
Sinon just looks back with a smile.
(Sinon): You don't need to know that stuff though.
Now that you got 300K you can buy pretty much whatever gun you want.
It all comes down to what you want and what you think'll work best for you

Sinon and Kisame look at what Kirito is pointing at which makes Kisame get stars in his eyes and makes Sinon roll hers.
(Sinon): Oh, those are photon swords.
(Kirito): Photon Swords?
I think I've heard of those somewhere.
Kirito gets a flashback to when Naruto was talking about wielding a photon sword in GGO.
(Sinon): It's a beam of light that's a wave in a particle, Photon sword's the official name, but people call them Laserblades, Beamsabers, and something else I can't remember.
(Kisame): Cough, Lightsaber, Cough.
(Sinon): Yeah that…..
(Kirito): Oh cool, you can use a sword here?
(Sinon): Yeah, if you want but, nobody really uses them.
(Kisame): I use them, in fact I think It's the best weapon in the game In my humble opinion.
(Sinon): Yeah but you're just weird.
(Kirito): Why don't they?
(Sinon): Well I mean, because!
You can't use it unless you're close to your target.
And if you're crazy enough to get that close, you'll get shot full of holes.
(Kirito): So basically it's good as long as you get close enough.
(Sinon): Yeah I guess, but even with your skill at dodging, if there's a full auto gun firing ye-

(Kisame): Yes!
I'm finally not alone in this cruel world!
Kirito clicks buy, causing a robot to come dashing towards Kirito.
(Bot): Welcome player!
A handprint scanner icon pops up to confirm and Kirito does so to Kisame's excitement and Sinon's sweat dropped expression.
(Kirito): Thank you!
(Bot): Thank you for your purchase!
(Sinon): Oh well, I guess when it comes to combat everyones got their own style, you're the first person I've seen besides him use one of those.
(Kirito): The way I see it, if this place sells something, it must be ok for battle, even this.
Kirito flips the switch as a purple beam of light appears causing Kirito to woah in aw while Kisame gives an approving nod, Kirito then gets in a combat stance that Kisame recognizes but can't quite put a finger on where he has seen it.
(Sinon): She looks like she knows what she's doing.
Kirito performs a skill that Kisame also recognizes, but just can't remember where for some reason (*Cough* plot *Cough*).
(Sinon): Wow!
Those are your fantasy game skills?

(Kirito): I know a couple of moves!

Kirito does a sheathing motion that goes unnoticed by Kisame but confuses Sinon.
Noticing the mistake, Kirito quickly looks at the saber and flips the switch, disigniting the blade.
(Sinon): Well looks like you're dead set on that for your main weapon as much as I hate to see another photon follower.
I can't deny the damage it can deal, but you should still have a submachine gun or a handgun in your inventory too.
It'll distract your enemy so you could get closer.
(Kirito): Oh, ok.
(Sinon): How much do you have left?
(Kirito): About a 150K.
(Sinon): Woah those photon thingies are expensive.
That reminds me how did you manage to even get your hands on your Photon sword?
They don't exactly sell double bladed ones.
(Kisame): Hm?
Oh well that's easy I just made my own from materials I got and got lucky with a rare photon crystal color that dropped from a monster.
It costed a butt load of cash to put together, but it was worth it!
(Sinon): Eh, I'd say otherwise but we're never gonna agree on that so why bother.
Anyway, you got a 150K huh?
You still need to get protective gear and a weapon with some kind of ammo for it.
What's cheap, but good?
(Kirito): I'll trust your judgment on that.
(Sinon): For B.O.B a Live Ammo Weapon's your best bet, if I were you, I'd go for accuracy over stopping power.

(Kisame): Interesting, the FN Five Seven huh?
(Kirito): What's Five Seven?
(Sinon): The bullet caliber, 5.7 millimeters.
They're smaller than the 9 mil parabellum bullets, but they still pack a punch!
They're similar in shape to rifle bullets so they got the edge in both precision and stopping power.
(Kirito): Huh….
(Kisame): Uh…..
(Sinon): Hey are you guys even listening?
(Kisame): No, not really, I was too caught up in another follower of the photon swords…..
(Kirito): Huh, oh, yeah, I guess I'll buy that one then, is that it or do I need anything else?
(Sinon): Yeah you do, you're gonna need a holster, some extra mags and protective gear and you should also get yourself a defense field, and range time.
(Kirito): What's that?
(Kisame): Some one on one time with the firing range, it's actually pretty fun ya know.
(Kirito): Firing range?
(Kisame): You're serious, you really don't know what that is!?
(Kirito): Nope, never heard of it.
(Sinon): You've never fired a gun before have you?
(Kirito): Uh uh, never, the only person in my family that has even touched on that subject is my brother.
(Sinon): Well let's change that, it will be pretty handy to know your stuff!
Timeskip - 20 minutes later
Scene Change: Firing Range
We see people firing guns at targets whilst Kirito, Sinon, and Kisame walk down the range, Kirito annoyed at all the loud noises.
(Sinon): If you buy a gun from the shop you can test it here!
Kirito and Sinon walk up to a Firing slot while Kisame sits back and watches.
(Sinon): Know how to hold it?
(Kirito): I guess….
Kirito holds the gun up and aims it while closing one eye.
(Kirito): It's lighter than I thought….
(Sinon): That's cause that models made of reinforced plastic, the recoil isn't too bad on it.
(Kisame): You say that about every gun, yet they always go flying back from it at first!
(Sinon): Oh shut up!
Anyway, you should grip it with both hands and keep your left eye open.
(Kirito): Oh, ok…
Kirito aims the gun at the target while seeing a green circle going back and forth on his screen, confusing him.
(Sinon): So right now you should be seeing a green circle in your field of vision.
(Kirito): Is it supposed to be shrinking and expanding like that?
(Sinon): Yup, it's called the bullet circle, your offensive assist system, your bullets will hit the target at random inside the circle.
(Kirito): How do I boost my accuracy?
(Sinon): I guess the easiest way is to get closer to your target.
(Kirito): What else?
(Sinon): Try to stay calm, the faster your heart beats, the more the circle expands.
(Kirito): This is harder than I thought….
(Kisame): That's because it's a gun, not our fault you chose Gun Gale Online first!
(Sinon): Would it kill you to at least say something positive!?
(Kisame): Yes!
Kirito aims the gun and as his heart beats pace slows down the circle starts to shrink.
Kirito, taking this opportunity, shoots the gun but gets shocked by the gun's recoil not expecting it to be so powerful of a knock back.
After regaining his bearings Kirito looks at the gun in shock whilst Kisame laughs, irritating Sinon at his lucky guess.
(Kisame): Called it!
(Sinon): Whatever!
Sinon, sighing at Kisame's antics, just lets out a laugh and a small blush whilst going to press a button on the side wall, making the target come closer to reveal that Kirito missed.
(Kirito): No way, I missed?
(Sinon): What'd you expect?
It's your first time!
(Kisame): Don't take it too bad, most of the time you'll just be using your photon sword anyway, so either way if you miss or don't miss, you'll be fine!
Timeskip - 15 minutes of practice later
Scene Change: Outside The GGO Market
We see Kirito bowing to Sinon and Kisame, not knowing their names yet but still showing his gratitude.
(Kirito): Thank you both for going out of your way for me, I appreciate it
(Sinon): Mm mn, I was happy to help, there aren't many girl players here, we weren't doing anything, so it was a good way to kill some time before the prelims.
(Kisame): Speak for yourself, we were on our way to get there early, remember?
(Sinon): Yeah, but she was new and I felt bad.
(Kirito): Wait!
You're both gonna compete in B.O.B too?
(Sinon): Uh huh!
Like he said we were on our way to sign up early before-
Kisame just nudges Sinon softly, getting her attention, confusing the girl as he points to the time, making her freak out.
(Sinon): Oh my god!
They're closing soon….
(Kirito): Wait really, im sorry, it's my fault we're late
(Kirito): Shit!
What about Naruto, has he already signed up!?
If he isn't there and we don't make it I'm gonna kill him, he was the one supposed to be teaching me, not these guys!
(Sinon): No it's ours for not keeping track of the time!
(Kisame): Well, what are you two doing don't just stand there, let's book it!

Kirito, Kisame, and Sinon start running straight for the B.O.B preliminary sign ups.
(Kirito): We're never gonna make it!

(Sinon): I wish!
That only happens when you respawn at a revival point after you die!
(Kisame): Man this sucks!
We can't even kill ourselves to get there cause the HP drain negation this town has!
(Sinon): That and the Governor's office is at least three kilometers away, it's gonna take us 5 minutes to sign up, so we have to get there in three!
Kirito and Kisame start to look around and see a sign that says "Rent a Buggy" and with great speed Kisame picks Sinon up piggy back style and dashes for the buggies, making the girl blush at the forward action Kisame took whilst Kirito just follows behind.
(Sinon): Wha-What are you doing!?
(Kisame): Hang on!
We might still have a chance!
Kisame places the blushing Sinon onto the Buggy whilst Kirito gets on the back beside her, leaving Kisame in the drivers spot putting his hand on the pay button, confirming the rental bike.
(Kisame): Hang on you 2, cause we're going on a joy ride!
Sinon screams at the speed and jump shortcut Kisame took and latches on to said boy with a blush and a big smile while laughing.
(Sinon): I never knew you could drive one of these, why didn't you say anything!?
(Kisame): You never asked!
Kisame looks forward, dodging an incoming truck and zooming past it making Sinon scream in fear whilst clinging closer to Kisame.
Kirito who's hanging on with ease sees the close bond between the two, smiling as the unnamed pair to his knowledge reminds him of his own relationship with Asuna.
(Kisame): You ok?
Sinon just laughs and leans back a bit, letting the wind flow on her face and through her hair.
(Sinon): Yeah I'm fine, this is amazing!
Go on punch it, I wanna see how fast we can go!
(Kisame): Well ok if you say so!

Hey guys Gold here, so I've seen a review saying they like the story, but it was morso cut and pasted from SAO, but it was still enjoyable and fun to read which is good cause that's what I was hoping for is that it was fun to read, but what I don't understand is the cut and pasted part, yes its the SAO story, but its not just cut and pasted or at least not intended to be, yes the script is more accurate to the anime, but that's how it was supposed to be also in Season 3 the events will be way different from the original, you might not think so at first, but with ideas I have in mind, it will 1 hundred percent be worth checking out, stay tuned, leave reviews on what you thought I want criticism, and have a great rest of your day/night!
