A few moments later, Wrecker and Rex popped their heads through the door, followed by Obi-Wan and Ahsoka. I looked away, embarrassed, not wanting them to know that I was crying. Rue looked at our friends and gave them a small smile that faded into a frown, telling them that I wasn't gonna be okay, but I needed them. Wrecker walked in slowly and sat on the other side of me as I rested my head on his shoulder. In that small moment, I closed my eyes and pictured what it would be like without Order 66, how Obi-wan, Ahsoka, Rex, Rue, and Wrecker wouldn't be that close. In a way, it was like we had to thank Order 66 for bringing us closer together. I opened my eyes and smiled looking around at everyone. "Our lives will never be the same, but we can make the best of it. We're going to win this, no matter how long it takes. Jedi or not, we will fight for what's right and stand up against the wrong. We're a team, we're a family, we're gonna win this." They nodded and smiled. "But-" I continued. "In order to win, we have to train harder and work faster. Now I might not be able to fight for a few months, but that won't stop me. I can train with the prosthetic and as soon as I get the okay that I can fight, I will be back out there with y'all, but until then, I can still help plan, okay?" Obi-Wan nodded while everyone else still thought about the plan. Rue looked up and smiled. "Okay then, but we have a lot of work to do."
