"Umm, Rex," Cody spoke up, testing the waters to see if he should bring up a new subject or not. "If you don't mind me asking, who is the leader of the Rebellion and who found out first?" I didn't know how to answer that first question, but then again he hadn't asked me. I was puzzled, thinking perhaps we should have a leader, clearly we couldn't work together very well, after all, we were clones, we thrived in order and assignment. I knew one thing though, I loved hearing the word Rebellion, it felt right in the form of wrong. Like we could fight the law and injustice at the same time. As for the second question, there was a clear answer even though the question wasn't directly clear, with a dominant subject, we all knew what thing he was talking about. No one wanted to say it though. "We don't really have a leader, it was Rebel's idea to start a Rebellion and she and Rue found out first." Rex told him hesitantly, figuring we should have a leader. He also avoided the two dreaded words but boldly said Rebellion, like he could fight off the whole galaxy with just one word. I heard Rebel's heels clicking again as she came to join us, looking a little disappointed no one had followed her, which made me smile and suppress a laugh. She wasn't looking at me though, her attention was on Wrecker, her eyes squinted at him. Rex finally looked up to her, ready to pounce again if need be. "Well, if they are the founders, shouldn't they be the leaders?" Fives asked, never afraid to speak his mind. I stood up straight, watching my brother with a superior look on my face, knowing that would aggravate him. "Just because the Jedi hold the protection of Coruscant doesn't mean people from the lower levels view them as their leader." Rebel illustrated that we couldn't demand subordination just because by coincidence we'd discovered this plot as she remained humble. "Wait, how do you know that?" Fives questioned, naive to the ways of the underworld. Rebel's eye twitched, exasperated with the bombarding investigations of our new recruits. "How about we go inside where it's safe instead of standing outside like sitting ducks?" She asked in hyperbole form. I walked inside following the others, confused as to where she'd heard that phrase and why she was using it so much all of a sudden. She'd definitely spent too much time with Pouch I thought to myself realizing where it most likely came from.
