Chapter 9 Mother's day

Jake's POV

It was Mother's day, and the kids and I were cooking a wonderful breakfast for Izzy which was waffles, raspberries, and bacon. I was mixing the waffle batter while Baby Jasmine was eating some raspberries from her bowl.

As I placed the waffles into the waffle maker, it only took like 15-30 minutes to cook and be done. Once the waffles, and bacon were finished, I placed them on a heart shaped plate with the bacon on the side and a cup of orange juice. Oh yeah and a vase with a red rose inside.

"Daddy, it's Mother's Day. Not Valentine's Day." Princess told me.

"I wanted to make this nice, and fancy." I complained.

"Ugh, you do complain." Baby Jay exclaimed.

"Happy Mother's Day Mommy!" Princess said as I came up last with the tray that had Izzy's breakfast.

"Aww, this is so sweet of you guys, thanks!" Izzy thanked us.

"Wait, there's more." Cubby exclaimed as the kids went up first to give Izzy her Mother's Day gift.

Princess's POV

"For my Mother's Day gift, I got you followers." I told her as Mommy took them.

"They smell delightful, thank you so much Princess." Mommy thanked me.

"You're welcome!" I exclaimed.

Baby Jay's POV

ASs I was up next, I placed a bowl of mud pie on her bed.

"Wow, you made me a mud pie, who gave you that idea?" Mama asked.

"Dada!" I answered.

"Hehe, you know kids today. They say the weirdest things." Dada told her.

"You and I are going to have a talk later on tonight." Mama said as dada gulped.

"Ooh, Jake's in trouble." Uncle guppy sakd as we all nodded.

Baby Jasmine's POV

"Here you go Mama, a toy bunny." I exclaimed.

"Aww it's so cute and adorable." Mama said.

""It's a pink toy bunny." Dada explained.

"Oh, I'll name her cornica Junior the bunny." Mama said.

"Oh so you name your toy bunny, but not your childhood teddy bear that Peter Pan got you for your birthday?" Dada asked.

Izzy's POV

"I couldn't think of a name for him." I told him.

"Okay my turn! Here you go Izzy, I made you a scrapbook." Cubby exclaimed as he placed the book on my bed.

"Cubby, it's beautiful thank you." I thanked him.

"No, Izzy, thank you for treating me like I'm your son. I love you." Cubby exclaimed as I was not crying while hugging all my kids.

"Jake, come over here." I called as he joined in on our family hug.

"Hry, let me take a picture of you and the kids Iz." Jake suggested.

As Jake took a polaroid picture of me and the kids, we looked so cute and adorable together.

"We look so cute and adorable together!" I told the kids.

"Izzy, the kids look so cute and adorable. As for my girlfriend, you look hot in this polaroid picture." Jake exclaimed.

"Jake, not in front of the kids." I told him while blushing.

"Hey at least Jake didn't say anything worse, like the word ugly." Cubby said as I hit his head.

"I heard that, Cubby." I exclaimed.

"Coconuts, we're both in trouble now." Jake said.

"No, you guys aren't in trouble. It's Mother's Day. I'm letting you guys off the hook." I told the boys.

"Oh thank goodness." Both Cubby and Jake exclaimed.

Jake's POV

As the kids and I were making Mother's Day cupcakes for Izzy, baby Jay was licking the spoon that had frosting on it.

"Haha, Baby Jay if you keep licking the frosting, there won't be any frosting left to put on the cupcakes." I told him.

"Oh, sowwy, dada." Baby Jay apologized.

"It's okay." I answered as the cupcakes were done and decorated with pink frosting. Or what's left of it. But I took the liberty of making more.

"Hey, Jake, those cupcakes look delicious." Izzy said aa the kids smiled.

"The kids and I baked cupcakes for you Izzy." I said.

"Aww, who has the best boyfriend and the best kids?" Izzy wanted to know.

"You!" The kids and I exclaimed.

Izzy's POV

As I looked around The hideout, it was decorated with Mother's Day decorations like helium balloons that had the one mom on it and streamers hanging.

"This is so beautiful I love the decorations guys!" I said with delight.

"You're welcome Iz, we just want to make you happy on Mother's Day." Jake exclaimed as I kissed him.

"Hey, wait Jake, where is my gift?" I asked.

"Wait a minute Izzy I have your gift it's right here." Jake said as he pulled out an envelope with my name on the back.

"Jake, what's this?" I exclaimed.

"It's an all day spa day ticket that I got you for Mother's Day." Jake explained.

"Aww, Jake thanks!" I thanked him.

"Hey whatever floats your boat, my love." Jake answered.

Once I walked inside Princess's bedroom, she was playing with her toys.

"How would you like it if Mommy did your hair, so it could look like mine?" I asked.

"Okay, Mommy!" Princess answered as she went to sit on the chair as I got started.

While I was doing my daughter's hair, Jake came in with the camera and took another polaroid picture. This time of me doing Princess's hair. Once I was done, Jake smiled at her.

"Now you look just like Mommy." Jake told our daughter.

"Thanks daddy." Princess thanked me.

"I'm going to take the kids out to the field on Neverland." I told him.

"Okay, Cubby and I will join you girls for the picnic later on." Jake said as I hugged him.

Jake's POV

"Have fun!" I told them as our daughter Princess, our son Baby Jay and our other daughter baby Jasmine left with their mother.

As I went into the living I saw Cubby watching the Simpsons, on Disney plus.

"Oh good, my favorite show that's not Peppa pig." I said as Cubby glared at me.

"Sorry." I apologized.

"No harm done, Jake." Cubby said.

"Hey, we better meet the girls for her Mother's day picnic." I told him as he turned off the TV and off we went to the field and caught up with the kids and Izzy.

"Hey!" We both said.

"Oh good you guys are just in time for the picnic." Izzy told us as Cubby and I say down and started to eat the foods.

Baby Jay's POV

As my baby sister and I crawled over to our mama, dada looked at us.

"Hey, no, no. Off my girlfriend." Dada told us as we got off mama.

"Sorry dada." Baby Jasmine apologized.

Izzy's POV

"Hey, Mommy, can we go pick flowers in the field?" Princess asked.

"Of course." I answered as we got up and left the boys with baby Jay and baby Jasmine.

"Whoa wait a minute, you're leaving us with these two?" Jake started to complain.

"Jake, don't be a baby. That goes for you as well Cubby. Anyway, bye bye." I told them as we were out of sight, out of mind.
