Chapter 10 First day of Spring
Izzy's POV
As I was the first one waking up to the first day of spring, I was very happy and excited. While I was getting ready for the day and the hideout was ready for spring, the weather started to feel lovely and sunny at the same time.
Princess's POV
As I came downstairs, I went over to mommy and gave her a hug.
"Hi, Princess, happy first day of spring!" Mommy said as I giggled and smiled.
So, Mommy, what are we planning to do today?" I asked.
"Well, we are going to Neverland, so we can walk through the fields." Mommy explained.
"Ooh, yay!" I said excitedly as we both saw Daddy Uncle Cubby, baby Jasmine and baby Jay come downstairs.
"Hey, happy first day of spring my love!" Daddy told her as he kissed her on the lips.
"Aww adorable." I complemented.
"Dada can we go now?* Baby Jay exclaimed.
"Sure." Daddy said as we left the hideout and went to Neverland so we can walk through the field.
Izzy's POV
As the family and I were walking through the fields, I saw some flowers as I picked them.
"Hey, Jake, aren't these flowers beautiful?" I asked.
"Yeah, they are." Jake said.
"You didn't even look." I exclaimed.
"I don't need to look, I can smell them here." Jake told me.
"Oh, okay then." I answered.
"Just admire the scenery, isn't it beautiful?" Cubby wanted to know.
"Yep!" We all answered while having a picnic as we were enjoying the first day of spring.
Princess's POV
As my parents and Uncle cubby were enjoying their food, I was in the middle of making a daisy chain for baby Jasmine. Once I was done I placed it on her head.
"There you go baby Jasmine, now you look adorable" I told her.
"Ooh, hehe, daisy chain, from Princess yay!" Baby Jasmine cheered with excitement.
Izzy's POV
Once I started loving seeing all of the flowers bloom and blossom everywhere they were surrounding me.
"Guys, I think the flowers are blooming around me everywhere." I told them.
"Oh come on Izzy, that's probably in your imagination it's not happening for real." Jake said as he was right.
"Oh, thank goodness." I said with releaf.
Princess's POV
After having our picnic, we continued our walk. As we then spotted a rabbit in the bushes. Once we spotted a rabbit in the bushes, we then took some pictures after walking through the forest. That's when we all started to walk through an enchanted garden when Mommy spotted a swing.
"Ahhh, hey Jake look at the swing come on push me." Mommy told him.
"Izzy, you're 16 and about to be 17 next month. So, no I'm not going to push you on the swing." Daddy refuses to push mommy on the swing.
"Please, please push me on the swing please I haven't done this in a long time pretty please." Mommy pleaded with her baby eyes.
"Ugh, fine I'll push you on the swing." Daddy cave in.
"Yay! I love you." Mommy exclaimed as she got on the swing.
Izzy's POV
As Jake was pushing me on the swing I was enjoying it. But for my boyfriend and not really.
"Jake, what's the matter?" I asked.
"This is just too weird pushing my 16 year old girlfriend on the swing isn't that a little bit oh I don't know, childish?" Jake exclaimed.
"No, and I'm not getting off the swing if that's what you're saying." I told him.
"You're going to have to come off that swing sooner or later." Jake told me.
After about, maybe 10 minutes of me and Jake arguing, I finally got off the swing and we continued our walk.
Once we saw a little baby duckling in the field our daughter Princess wanted to take them home.
"Mommy can I please take these cute baby ducklings home?" Princess asked.
"I'm sorry Princess but these cute little ducklings need to stay home with their mom. Just like how you three need to stay home with us. I mean imagine if it was the other way around if a baby Dutchman came over and asked it to Mommy if he or she can take you guys home we wouldn't like it at all we would be upset and sad that you guys will be gone." I explained.
"Yeah we would miss you guys a lot.* Jake pointed out.
"You're right these little ducklings deserve to be outside then inside besides I wouldn't know anything about taking care of baby ducklings." Princess understood.
"That's our girl." Both Jake and I said at the same time.
Baby Jay's POV
As I started to think one of the ducklings would like my Daffy duck toys, one of them grabbed my Debbie duck toy by the beach and wouldn't let go.
"Hey, no grabby, Daffy duck mine!" I told him as we both started to play tug of war with it.
"Quack (mine)."
"Mine!" I repeated.
"Quack (mine)."
"No, mine." I said as the duck won.
"Daffy duck toy? Whaaaaaa!* I started to cry.
"Hey it's okay, baby Jay calm down, we'll get you a new one." Dada told me as mama gave me a hug.
"Otay, dada." I answered.
Izzy's POV
As I was enjoying the sunshine, I decided to place the little ducklings in a basket along with the flowers I picked. That's when we all saw butterflies flying around us and one butterfly and baby Jasmine well one other butterfly fell on Princess's little hands.
"Oh this is so cute, let's take a picture of this." I said as I got out my polaroid camera and took a picture of this moment of our kids.
But sadly once the day started to end on the first day of spring we stayed on the field and watched the sunset while sitting around the flowers and ducklings.
