Chapter 11 April Fool's Day

Jake's POV

It was April fool's day, in the hideout and I started my prank on Izzy. As I went into the kitchen I took out a bag of cabbages and placed them on sticks like cake pops. Once I was finished, I hid under the table as I was gearing Izzy's foot steps coming this way.

Izzy's POV

Oh goodie, cake pops!' I said with glee as I took a bite. But something was odd about these cake pops. They seemed different and a bit green to me and crunchy.

"Huh?" I questioned as I stuck out my tongue.

"Yuck, cabbages?" I asked.

"April fool's Izzy!" Jake said as I saw him run off. But I just continued to eat the cabbage anyway.

Izzy's POV

Once I was done eating cabbage on a stick, it was my turn to prank the boys. I took an old donut box from another cupboard and instead of putting donuts inside, I placed vegetables instead.

"Oh boys Krispy donuts, are served." I told both Cubby Jake and Baby Jay as he opened the box and they were both disappointed.

"April fools." I exclaimed.

"You said there were donuts in here. These are vegetables mama." Baby Jay said.

"I'm digging in." Cubby said as he was trying to grab an apple.

"Cubby please don't fall for it, she's trying to make us eat healthy." Jake said as they both ran away.

But as for my boyfriend, Jake took a carrot and ate it then left.

"Really, Jake?" I asked.

"Ugh." I exclaimed to myself.

Jake's POV

My next April fool's prank for Izzy was to scare her with a scary monster in the mirror long as she was doing her makeup. Once I heard footsteps coming from the stairs I ran into the kitchen.

Izzy's POV

Once it was time for me to do my makeup, I turned on my mirror lamp. As I saw none other than a monster.

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!" I screamed as I ran into the kitchen and smacked Jake across his face.

"You'll be sleeping in the guest room tonight Jake." I exclaimed.

"But I'll be lonely." Jake complained.

"Too bad." I said as I then left.

Princess's POV

As I was putting goggly eyes on everything, in the fridge, my family came over and saw it.

"What in the world?* They all exclaimed

"April fools!" I told them as they all started laughing.

Cubby's POV

As I was putting fake spiders in every lamp, Izzy came walking over and screaming while making duct tape look like toilet paper, making me throw up by pouring cream paint on the floor.

But unfortunately as Jake came over, he was mad.

"April fools?" I asked.

"Go to your room!" Jake yelled.

Jake's POV

As I got into my car, I thought Izzy was falling out of the car making me stop and look around then I realize that it was just a picture of Izzy looking like she was holding on for dear life.

"Wow my girlfriend scared the world out of me." I exclaimed..

Anyway, for my next prank, I grabbed two Oreos but instead of having it with cream, I took out pink toothpaste and placed it on instead. Once Izzy took a bite out of the Oreo she looked into it.

"Toothpaste?" Izzy questioned.

"April fools, hahaha!" I told her while laughing.

"Haha very funny Jake. But you're still not sleeping with me tonight." Izzy exclaimed.

For my next prank, this one's for the kids actually, I took a big ball of grapes and empty candy wrappers and wrapped the grapes inside making them look like Easter eggs. As I found a pretty basket I pushed them inside and walked into the living room as I saw them watching TV and it was none other than Peppa pig which I hate.

"Hey kids since it's almost Eastern I got candies for you want some?" I asked the kids as they just ran to me and took the "candy" out of the basket.

Princess was the first one to open hers.

"Father, this is a grape. They're all grapes." Princess told me as baby Jay and Jasmine nodded their heads.

"They're colorful, and delicious. Oh yeah you three kids have been pranked happy April fool's Day." I told them as I left.

Jake's POV

As I decided to play a little prank on cubby, I went to the kitchen and melted three boxes of chocolate in the microwave. Once they were all melted I went into the bathroom and spread it on the toilet paper making it look like I stained the toilet paper with poop.

"Cubby, there's something wrong with the toilet paper." I yelled across the hallway.

"What is it Jake? Oh my God what is that?" Cubby asked.

"Well after I was done using the bathroom, I kind of went overboard and used and well my hands are covered with it." I explained.

"Jake, that's really disgusting and unsanitary. Please do something." Cubby said as he was holding his nose.

"April fool's. Calm down buddy, it's just chocolate. Hahahaha." I told him while laughing.

"That was an awesome prank of Jake, you really got me but seriously please go wash your hands." Cubby said.

"Okay, "Izzy." I teased.

"I am not a girl! Goodbye Jake." Cubby exclaimed as he left while I washed my hands really well with soap.

Cubby's POV

As nobody was looking, I took out the picture of red juice from out of the fridge and it went into the living room. Once I poured all the liquids onto the carpet, I also added fake blood all over my face.

"Jake! Izzy! Come quick!" I yelled as they came running.

"Are you okay……? OMG, what happened to you?" Izzy asked while Jake examined my face.

"I don't know, I was playing with some sharp objects, and I accidentally cut myself with them. Look at me I'm bleeding! I also threw up blood on the carpet as well, look!" I talked about you best friends as they looked.

"It's okay Cubby, Izzy and I will take it to a hospital." Jake told me.

"Okay. I have two things to see you two." I said.

"What is it? And make it quick cause you're bleeding." Izzy said.

"All right, the two words that I'm going to say to the two of you are…. April fools!" I exclaimed as I got pushed onto Jake's bed.

"That wasn't funny. Good prank, but it wasn't funny. You almost made me grab my keys." Jake screamed.

"You almost made me tell the doctors to give you stitches once we got to the hospital." Izzy also screamed.

"What do you have to say to yourself Cubby?" Both Jake and Izzy asked with their arms crossed.

"Uh, I won't do it again?" I questioned.

"Wrong. Go clean up yourself, and then get the carpet stain remover so you can go clean up the carpet." Jake said as I left.

Izzy's POV

"Oh no Jake, your bladder is leaking." I exclaimed as I started my prank.

"Well don't just stand there Izzy, take me to the hospital." Jake commanded as I immediately took him to the hospital.

Once we enter the hospital, the doctors immediately came over to Jake placed him on the gurney, and took him away.

Jake's POV

"Alright Jake, tell us what's going on?" One of the doctors asked.

"Well, my bladder started to get uncomfortable." I told them.

"Don't worry Jake, we have the best team here in the hospital, we will take care of you." The doctors exclaimed as I nodded.

Izzy's POV

As I was in the waiting room cracking up, I couldn't believe that Jake was falling for this prank.

"Yes doctors yes, do some examples on Jake. Because this is what he gets for scaring me with that monster in my mirror." I said to myself.

Doctor's POV

Once we place to Jake onto the exam table, we started to take off his clothes and do some exams on him to make sure that there's nothing wrong with his bladder.

"Okay Jake, I'm going to take a little microscope and put it inside it to make sure there's nothing wrong inside you might feel a little bit of pain." I told him.

"Actually Jake, we're going to put you to sleep with an anesthesia mask." The nurse exclaimed as she placed a mask on Jake making him go night night.

Once Jake was asleep we placed a microscope camera inside his router to make sure there's nothing's going wrong.

"Is there anything wrong in there?" One of the nurses asked.

"No, Jake's fine." I told her.

"Once I took the microscope out, and placed it on the tray Jake woke up.

"What happened? The last thing I remember was being put to sleep." Jake wanted to know as his girlfriend Izzy came in.

"Oh just a little payback and something I like to call April fool's Jake." Izzy exclaimed as we all laughed.

Izzy's POV

"You see Jake, it's not funny when someone does their makeup and you scare me with a monster that's on my lamp mirror now, is it?" I asked.

"Okay, okay I'm sorry I should have never done that. I've learned my lesson." Jake cried.

"Hmm, doctor can you please turn Jake over and give him a spanking?" I exclaimed.

"Oh I'm sorry we don't do that any more. Ooh, about what we can do is put Jake in a grown up timeout chair for 30 minutes." The nurse suggested.

"Make it 24 hours!" I told her.

"Hell no, I am not going on a grown up timeout chair." Jake refused.

"Oh dear, because I was actually going to have you sleep with me again. But since you're refusing to go on the Time out chair for 24 hours, I guess I'm going to have to have the kids and Cubby sleep with me, while you sleep in the guest room Jake." I told him.

"I'll sit in the grown-up timeout chair for 24 hours. Who's going to watch me?" Jake asked.

"Your girlfriend of course." The doctor exclaimed.

"Her?! But she doesn't even work here." Jake told them.

"Oh, stop whining and go sit on the timeout chair mister.* I told him to sit down on the chair for 24 hours.

"I hate this punishment!" Jake complained.

"Quit complaining Jake. If you hadn't scared me with the monster, then you wouldn't be in this mess." I reminded him.

"Now so, sit there while I read this book." I said as I got comfortable on the couch and started to read a magazine.

Cubby's POV

As it was after 12pm, I played a good prank on both Jake Izzy, and the kids. Once I saw a sharpie on the table I grabbed another sharpie that was out of ink and switched them.

"Jake, Izzy, Princess Baby Jay and Baby Jasmine come quick, the sharpie is out of ink." I told them.

"Knock it off Cubby, April fool's day is over." They all said.

"I swear I could have sworn I heard baby Jay say my name correctly." I thought.
