An: Hello Everyone.
I am sure most of you are suprised to hear from me again. Well, no, I am not dead, given up on writing, became homeless (yet), or became a serial killer. No, life has been topsy turvy in the last few moments of these past few years.
Lost a relationship (to an arranged marriage)
Lost my job
Lost to depression for awhile
And lost alot of friends (they are alive, just left me).
So in my bygone moments away from here, I just wanted to finish the Final Outline that I had promised, and also explain how things were suppossed to go for the percieved Story Arcs that I had planned.
So I am truly sorry for seemingly abandoning all of you, the people that got me excited about life, instead of everyone else out there.
Well here it is:
Ch. 55 - Within the ending Era
- Basically Crusch and Capella learn that in the preceeding years since the Forgotten Crisis, many anime characters have been getting swapped in the DC Universe, while once in a while other characters have been randomly getting teleported into other Anime worlds, only to be kicked out after a small period of time.
- They meet Domon and Rei Kashu (Mobile Fighter G Gundman, with the Burning Gundam), Aisha ClanClan (Outlaw Star), Mami Tomoue (Puella Magi Madoka Magica), Seiichiro Sano (Law of Ueki), Sephiria Arks (Black Cat), Golden Bat, Unico, and Jin Kanzaki (Zetman).
- Even though they try to convince them for aid, they all refuse as they've been trying more to work with the DC Characters to find a way home. And it is secretly revealed that Domon, Unico, and Golden Bat could all detect that Crusch had nefarious schemes in mind.
- It is then shown that Crusch is actually able to also not convince the remainign DC heroes to help her universe, as they have been dealing with powerful anime villains combined with their own problems to actually help.
- However the Green Lantern Corps, offers aid, sending Arisia Rrab as scout to find out what is going on this world, even hoping their Green Lantern John Stewart may be there. (It is actually revealed he ended up in the Sailor Moon Universe). It is also revealed that Wonder Woman is in Boku No Hero Academia, Red Hood is One Piece, Animal Man is in SpyxFamily, Booster Gold and Skit are in Patlabor, Etrigan is Cowboy Bebop, and Superman is in Blend S.
- Arisia muses to herself how the world she is in strange and almost broken, relenting that the dimensional fissure they are suffering from is constantly open, meaning it has to be shut at both sides. Just then a group of Red Lanterns catch her, and a confused battle ensues. Jolokia captures her and she is interrogated, with Beatrice hypnotizing her into telling the truth.
- With the knowledge that Crusch may be priming the Green Lanterns to launch an attack, Subaru deduces a preemptive strike against the Green Lanterns. Genua, Beatrice, and Reinhard are chosen to launch the attack.
Ch 56. - Emerald
- Genau, Beatrice, and Reinhard sneak into the other universe using magic to mask their presence. And while they are able to make it through relatively well, Crusch, using a cursed ring finds them out and a battle ensues.
- Meanwhile Subaru gives a speech about an impending war against the heretic Green Lanterns, and to prepare for all out war, in which he calls the final war for their world. This musters up the populace to prepare for conflict. That night, Emilia sneaks into his room and begs him to be careful, and in the heat of an argument they make love.
- Ram and Jolokia await news...also mentioning that two others were sent to perform other tasks as well.
- Wilhelm and Nijino have been tasked with informing the Sinestro Corps of their eventual attack on the home base of the Lantern Corps, intriguing Sinestro.
- Reinhard actually does well against many Green Lanterns, and several Lanterns are teleported away by Beatrice. Thus it is up to Genau to do his duty, leading to a battle against Tomar-Re. He tackles his body near the core battery, eventually snapping his head off. His ring flies off, but Genau places the mana bomb near the Battery. It also being filled with a defective specialty ring that Ovidius tried to create (his own version of a Grey Ring), it results in an explosion that slightly breaks it, but not fully.
- The Guardians as well as Earth's Green Lanterns; Guy Gardner, Kyle Rayner, Simon Baz, and Jessica Cruz. They are suddenly attacked by the invading Sinestro Corps, who ambush the entire planet.
- Meanwhile, Subaru continues to interrogate Arisa, who eventually breaks free of her constraints and tries to escape. Only to end up face to face with Emilia and Petra.
- Genau ends up helping Arkilo in fighting many of the Green Lanterns but spots Capella, ending up in a battle with her. This ends in his victory after he eats off her groin, and shoots a spike constructs through the gaping hole and through her head.
- He is then blasted from behind, slicing off his ear, and blasts a hole through his head. Revealing Crusch Karsten now has a Green Lantern Ring, and when she sees another fly by her, uses the power of the ring to capture it. And now has two rings, signifying that she is craving the power and releshing in the fact many Lanterns will die and provide her with it.
Ch. 57. - Cancer Called War
- Sinsetro continues his battle with the Guardians but is quickly being overwhelmed by their sheer power.
- Wilhelm and Nijino hurry back to the fissure sensing something may have gone wrong, but soon find themselves being followed by other Green Lanterns, lead by Kilowog. They make it to the Re:Zero Universe and fidn themselves surrounded by Red Lanterns.
- Several weapons and artillery are used to attack the Green Lanterns, with dead bodies falling out of the sky, Red Lanterns chasing after Green Lantern rings to capture them before they find a host. Frederica locks into a battle with Salaak, Bulldozer ends up fighting Ch'p, and Linnea takes on G'nort. Wilhelm honorably takes on Kilowog, as the battle escalates involving the entire world.
- Frederica ends up killing Salaak, using constructs to cut his hands off before biting his head into mulch. Bulldozer is killed by Ch'P, but is avenged by Attero who vomits napalm blood on him. Linnea is nearly killed by G'Nort, but is sniped by Moussaka, saving her. Wilhelm locks into a battle with Kilowog.
- Bodies crash onto the ground, streaks of clouds giving way in the madness. Arissa does battle with Emilia and Petra in the tower...resulting in Petra being accidentally stabbed in the neck by a spike consstruct by Arissa. Emilia in a fit of rage, unleashed her full power against Arissa, causing an ice flower to burst out of her mouth, making half her body pop into bloody chunks. Petra asks Emilia to tell Subaru he loves her, and dies in her arms.
- Petra's ring flies away and through the vast lands, in fact many of these rings land in the hands of people recognizable to many other timelines, but not this one. Tanza, Madelyn Eschart (she never became a Divine General in this timeline), Medium O' Connel, Mizelda Shudrak, Weitz Rogen, Colette, and many others, gained their rings and flew off to participate in the war.
- Sinestro finally called forth a trump card, as he saw a single ring fly off and into the hands of an unwilling recipient. Due to his newfound reputation of being nothing but a living weapon to benefit Emilia and Subaru...Reinhard Van Astrea becomes a Yellow Lantern, his eyes turn yellow and black much like many other members. He relents his fate, but surmises his duty as a weapon for the protection of Lugnica, charging forward in his yellow/black version of his uniform, he dashes forward and beheads one of the Guardians.
- Meanwhile Arkilo summons forth his new trainees, two wanderers and new secret weapons for the Sinestro Corps! Hakumen No Mono (Ushio & Tora) and Hisoka Morow (Hunter x Hunter), who launch themselves into the mix.
- Many Green Lanterns charge forward, as they others head to the fissure.
- The Justice League are keen on helping the Lantern Corps, but Earth is suddenly invaded by Frieza and his army, Kaguya (Naruto), Titans (Attack on Titan), Admiral Perry and his own army (Space Dandy), and several others; as well as Mongol arriving with Battleworld. It becomes an explosive mess that even the Anime characters that also arrived participate in.
- Earth is unable to help as the two universe lock themselves in a massive war, one in which Crusch sneaks back to her world, armed with EIGHT Green Power Rings.
Chapter 58. - To You, The One Who Started It All
- Subaru now is participating in the war, locking battle with several Green Lanterns, before he is given is own one-on-one fight with Jessica Cruz.
- Simon Baz decides to battle Moussaka, which sadly results in the Red Lantern's death.
- Emilia rushes out of the tower and sees Exogenesis members once again launching an attack to the Tower, trying to take advantage of the situation, being led by Volcanica. Forcing Puck to finally break his contract to face the Great Dragon in a head-to-head battle.
- Subaru continues his brutal fight with Jessica, as she calls him a tyrant who started the war, but he declares that they allowed themselves to be swept in by Crusch and by default he declares them enemies.
- Crusch finally arrives back to her world and begins to use her sheer willpower to overpower several Red Lanterns, but clashes with Ram and Nijino.
- Jolokia delcares for several Red Lanterns to begin defending themselves, only to see Mogo on the other side of the Fissure, the planet preparing to charge a blast at their world.
- Reinhard sees this, and rushes off, preparing with all his might, combining his Sword and his newfound Lantern powers to actually stab into Mogo and kill him, destroying the planet. Pieces of his body crashing into the planet, forcing the Guardians to begin blocking the oncoming metorites. Leaving them open to getting killed by Sinestro, Hakumen No Mono, and Hisoka.
- Puck contends with many of the enemies, but sees an orange light desend from the portal.
- It is revealed that Wilhelm and Nijino convinced Larfleeze to participate, knowing that Exogenesis would potentially try to take advantage of the chaos, resulting in the Orange Lantern agreeing in exchange for riches, and a dragon.
- Larfleeze begins to battle Volcanica.
- Ram is battling Crusch, and Nijino is tackled away by Simon Baz, with Attero and him being split up by other Green Lanterns. Simon continues to fight Nijino, but ends up being killed. Nijino wishes she could see Subaru again, hoping he brings peace to the world. She declares her love for all of them, seeing a faint memory of her Lantern Corps. The ring flies off her finger and her corpse smashes to the ground below. Frederica in return battles Simon Baz, and tears him in half, terfully saying goodbye to Nijino.
- Ram continues her battle, but hears a shriek, and hurries to find the source, finding it to be coming from all the way in the Tower.
- Mimi and Jolokia try battling Crusch, but are overwhelmed by her. Eventually Crusch crashes Mimi into the pavement below and uses constructs to smash her face open, releashing in the disfiguring meat pile she made, whil Mimi clings to life with only one working eye and her mouth hole being wide open. Mimi actually launches a construct attack on her, injuring her, with Crusch repsonding by vaporizing her with the ring. Her last memories were of how much fun she had with her new family.
- Genau, still somehow alive arrives and does battle against Crusch, screeching and crying at the deaths of Nijino and Mimi, priomising to kill every last Green Lantern in existence.
- Puck realzing that the battle might not end unless the Green Lanterns are taken care of, flies off to the fissure. Emilia distruaght, holds onto Rem's pendant as she hurries away weeping at what she thingks Puck is going to do.
- Puck reaches into outer space, where all the madness is unfolding on the Green Lantern home base. Seeing the large battery, he weeps as he crashes into it, the resulting explosion killing himself and destroying the battery core.
- Many Green Lanterns panic, as many of them had not recharged their batteries, with some of them running out of energy at the worst time, resulting in their deaths.
- Kyle Rayner, mistaking the situation, rushes in and save Crusch against Genau. She in turn hurries off to take on the others. Kyle activates his White Ring, becoming a White Lantern. Genau furious over all of this rushes to battle him.
- Wilhlem wins the duel, but loses an arm in killing Kilowog.
- Crusch makes it to the tower, and shoots a blast at Emilia, it misses but smashes the gemstone that houses Rem's soul, thus making her soul leave the mortal realm. All Emilia hears before her soul is dissipated is how much she loves Subaru, and hopes Emilia takes care of him.
- Before Emilia could stop crying, Crusch arrives ready to behead her.
Ch. 59 - To End It All
- Ram arrives and saves Emilia, but is completely soul broken by the sight of the gemstone being destroyed. This launches her into a rage and begins an incredibly brutal battle with Crusch Karsten.
- Volcanica is finally killed, making him into a construct for Larfleeze.
- The Green Lanterns try in vain to rebound but with the Battery Core destroyed, all the Guardians killed, and Mogo destroyed, they realize they cannot replenish their dwindling forces. Some of the Lanterns try to get it under control, but begin losing more fighters.
- Guy Gardner tries to help Kyle Rayner against Genau, only to be attacked by Attero and Jolokia. Eventually he is overwhelmed by not only them, but Tanza who finally finishes him off, by prying open his mouth and forcing him to swallow her napalm blood.
- Kyle Rayner fends off all the Lanterns, and is horrified to see an onslaught of reinforcements of Red Lanterns led by Atrocitus to begin breaching into the world.
- Subaru senses all the death around him, begins to cry out his friends names as he begins to gain the upper hand...and then senses the death of Rem, spiraling him into a unflinching rage, screaming and cursing them for trying to take away everything from him, the peace he worked so hard for. He ultimately scalps Jessica, and bites her throat open, before using the pain she is experiencing to stab her through the stomach. He then begins to stab her repeatedly as she mutters her final words...calling him a monster.
- Subaru, now fully driven insane, rushes back to the Tower, hoping to save at least Emilia. Beatrice realizing the situation orders Reinhard to fall back, to let the planet fall to the Sinsetro Corps so they could help Suabru and the others. They hurry and make it in, with Beatrice crying out when she senses the people who are now dead.
- Reinhard charges in and actually begins to battle Kyle Rayner, along with Beatrice.
- Ram continues to battle with Crusch, even as she loses parts of her body in the maelstrom of death. Eventually, Ram falls to what's left to her knees, begging to avenge her sister, or to at least hear her again. Crusch obliges and creates a flintlock construct, firing her it into her head, killing her.
- Emilia hurries into the Tower, hoping to at least the baby Rem and Ram, completely in a frezny of sadness and determination. But as she gets to the room, Cursch crashes through a wall, welcoming her.
- Subaru hurries and as he passes, he sees Ram's dead body, beginning to make him have his tears now drenched in bloody tears.
- He is able to make it through the same wall, tackling Crusch as she fires a shot. When he looks up, he sees Emilia calling out his name, with a hole on the side of her face, before falling back onto the floor.
- Subaru begins to finally lose his mind, as he screams an unholy yell of despairing defiance, before roaring Crusch's name. The spirit of the Red Lantern Corps, THE BUTCHER, then accepts his rage and fuses with him, but warns that the damage from this would be irreversible. Subaru decalres his desire for this power, and The Butcher obliges. Subaru grows horns, fangs, his face burns, and his eyes become completely glowing red. He grows sharp claws, and sprouts hoofs instead of feet, he even grows a spiky bull tail. He becomes Rage incarnate. Beatrice is able to make it inside, and begins to try and save Emilia, sensing there is still life in her.
- Crusch and Subaru begin their final clash.
Ch. 61 - I Hate You
- Subaru and Crusch Karsten fight brutally through the Tower, resulting in so many injuries to each other, one would wonder how either of them are alive.
- Eventually, Reinhard with Beatrice off to assist Emilia, still battles Kyle Rayner, eventually, Kyle gets a response about the situation. And he uses his ring to free all the remaining rings and retreates back into his own universe trying to save as many Lanterns as possible, escaping. The Sinestro Corps announce their victory.
- An injured Genau, barely holding onto life makes it with many other Red Lanterns to the Tower, as they see Beatrice trying to save Emilia. All of them wondering where Subaru is.
- Subaru tackles Crusch through the portal, sending them spiraling through many worlds.
- Subaru and Crusch temporarily battle in the world of Invincible.
- Subaru and Crusch become live action as they fight in the middle of the Banshee, Pennsylvania (Banshee show), before their destructive battle sends them into another world.
- They fight in the middle of the a space battle (Space Runaway Ideon), they even take on the animation style of the time.
- They crash through the Thomas The Tank Engine world, being toys that barely move.
- They then smash through the ending of Beauty and the Beast, all the characters shocked by the hideosuly brutal spectacle, with Belle being more horrified by the insane and jubious bloodlusted expressions on the their faces. They soon leave the ruined party.
- Finally they crash land into the world of Rem IF, where the entire Natsuki Clan, with Halibel and Zarestia, watch along with a crowd in horror at the brutal battle. Rem tried to stop it, but became horrified by the appearance of Subaru, combined with his organ starting slip out of a cut in his stomach. Subaru could cover his son and daugther's eyes at the sight of Green Lantern Crusch, who had an eyes porturding out of it's socket, and torn cheeks and a clearly barely hanging on arm. Subaru and Crusch continued their fight in the sky, before being sent off back to their main world. Leaving behind the horrified family, the same family that met when they got lost in their world, stunned in how much changed in less than a week (by their perspective).
- The two made back to their world crashing into the castle, the very place they first met in the beginning. Both Lanterns continued to fight with all their might, before Subaru shot out a massive torrent of Napalm Blood out of his mouth, melting off one of her hands combined with the wekeaned rings.
- Subaru then chopped off her arm, releasing the rings to fly around madly, before falling to the ground with no energy left in them. Subaru then began to attack a depowered Crusch, attacking every chance he could covering the throne room in blood.
- Finally, he punched her through the heart, snarling and foaming as steaming blood stained down his girsly face. Crusch with her life fading, declares her anger towards Natsuki Subaru and the madness he brought to her world, the cruel fates he passed on throughout the entire world... before declaring, "I hate you." Then she falls off her hand, and dies on the ground.
- Subaru roared as he choked himself, despair and anger flaming all around himself, The Butcher left his body, and the injuries were beginning to take hold of him. He then collapsed on the ground, his head next to Crusch's feet, he looked out the window, looking out the window, watching as the fissure began to shut. Revealing that Larlfleeze closed it on one side while Reinhard did the other side. His ring ran out of power and fell off his finger, making him forced to hop on a nearby cloud to stand.
- The Red Lantern Corps lead by Atrocitus made their way away from the Sinestro Corps, not wanting to spark their rivalry in lew of the victory they both shared. Though it is ininuated that soon a power struggle would insue between the Corps with the Green Lantern's being diminished to almost nothing.
- Subaru awoke in the Tower, with many of the Red Lanterns looking over him. He tried to get out of bed, but they resisted it. When he looked over, the bed beside him laid Genau who was being healed by many mages with grisly injuries.
- Subaru called for Beatrice, he asked her if they won, she says yes. Then he asks who is not with them anymore, to which she lists off...Nijino, Rem, Ram, Mimi, Bulldozer, Moussaka, and many others. He begins to weep at the confirmed deaths he had to suffer. Then he asked for Emilia...as Betrice answered, he was then asked what they would do now.
- He screamed in terror, the signal of ten years passing.
Ch.62 - Happy End
- Ten Years after the War of Light, much of the world is beginning to rebuild. Kararagi is striving by as they make the most of their healing nation. Vollachia is annointed a brand new ruler...a revived Vincent Vollachia, who also snuck in by a dimensional fissure, and plots against the Red Lanterns in secret.
- Elsa is now a member of protectorate group that hunts down rebels should they sprout out, and contend with any VISITORS that may intrude on their way of life. She is already confirmed to have killed Setsuna Kiryu (Kengan Ashura), Hit Girl (Kick Ass), and Fahkumram (Tekken) in her missions, and is currently hunting down someone who has arrived...calling himself Raoh (Fist of the North Star).
- Other VISITORS have indoctrinated themselves in their new world, such Juri (Street Fighter),Yūkyūzan Anji (Rurouni Kenshin), and Mugen (Samurai Champloo).
- Lugnica has prospered since then with many people building shrines and monuments to the Red Lanterns, and a memorial to the Royal Selection, another for The World War, and a humongous shrine roughly the size of two football fields commemorating the War of Light.
- Reinhard now works as singular watchdog, making sure should any visitors may overwhelm the Red Lanterns he can appear to aid them...much to his depression over the actions he has caused. He has a child with Mizelda, a girl named Elizabeth Van Astrea, though the two are not married.
- Crusch Karsten's legacy is tarnished, and she is referred to as the Sin Archbishop of Pride, who summoned the Green Lanterns to destroy the world.
- Beatrice works to constantly survey the portal that leads to the other universe a connectionary way to constantly connect to the Red Lantern Battery. However due to them allying with Sinestro, Atrocitus warns them of ever contacting him again, due to his hatred of Sinestro, but still accepts them as Red Lanterns. It is also revealed The Flash and Dr. Fate were busy searching for the origin point of the Crossing Effect, and returned to discover what had happened, both lamenting the fate of that Subaru. Yet they agree interefering more could cause more devastation, especially since the Crossing Effect is spreading more and more rapidly, and they need to stop it before all reality breaks...
- Genau is alive, but has prostehtic legs, no left ear, and a massive scar on the left side of his face.
- Wilhelm also has a prosthetic arm, he does not live with Thearesia, though they have a more amicable relationship. She herself wanders the world from time to time, doing charitable work for many of the downtrodden.
- Frederica is also the instructor of her dojo, and has a son named Tybalt, the father being Reinhard, though she has no romantic feelings for him, and solely wanted an heir.
- The main Red Lantern Corps are: Natsuki Subaru, Genau, Wiilhelm, Linnea, Jolokia, Frederica, and Tanza.
- Emilia is alive...but the process of saving her without a high ranking water user, left her with a massive scar and broken mind set, barely able to do anything on her own. Horribly...she was impregnated by Suabru during that night before the war, and gave birth to a girl named Natsuki Amelia, though that further traumatized her. The only people that seem to get a reaction out of her are Subaru and Genau, who smiles with an emptiness that Subaru always regrets.
- Amelia has grown up with Kaya (Ram), and Maya (Rem), Genau choosing those names to not replace those two in their hearts. All three believe Subaru is their father, though of course, only Amelia actually is. In this environment, Amelia is the spontaneous bubbly one, Kaya is the sharp and calm leader, and Maya is the kind hearted aloof one.
- Subaru is alive, but covered in scars, wearing a mask around half of his face, doing his best to hide the burned sections of his face, and the fangs that have replaced his teeth. He also hallucinates many of enemies in secret sessions for himself; Petelgeuse, Garfiel, Priscilla, Rosenrot, Crusch Karsten, and Jessica Cruz. Each giving him directions and motives he can use to further his goals of protecting the world.
- It is also hideoulsy revealed...Rem is there, having been kidnapped from the timeline where she was meant to be erased by the White Whale, and serves as Subaru and Emilia's aid. While still slightly angry about the whole ordeal, she loves Subaru too much to tell him so, and plans to reveal her pregnancy with his baby. Though she fears the lack of love he exhibits is a sign of both the trauma and the influence of the ring that haunt him.
- Memory Eater Subaru is jailed for the rest of his life going insane.
- Felt is revealed to have been teleported into another universe, and has yet to return, though it is stated she should come back in a few days (It is mentioned she is in the universe of OldBoy).
- Beatrice reveals to Genau that Subaru has some reservations about it...but has some plans to kidnap Ram and Petra from the timeline in which the Witch Cult attacked, Ovidius and his brother when they first went to the Tower, Mimi and her siblings before they met Ricardo, and Nijino when she was sold as a slave.
- However...it is more disgustingly revealed...THERE IS ANOTHER EMILIA THERE, the mind broken Emilia from the timeline in which Subaru died from his injuries against the Sizable Hare is there, helping everyone out as an aid, and stand in for Emilia for the throne. She is also one of Subaru's consorts, gushing endlessly how she will eventually give Subaru lots of babies, the sight of which unerves the others.
- Beatrice eerily informs them, that they have been tasked instead to prepare to send Genau, Subaru, and Emilia (the insane one) to head to save Ram and Petra.
- Subaru finishes his meeting with his delusions as he sees his Red Lanterns fly off into space. He then flies off to meet the others in the Tower, as he sees the blood rivers, amalgamated gigantic vines and stones all around. He enters and is informed by a newly arrived Beatrice that their suspicions of newly formed planets with life have been detected. With that, Subaru gives the go ahead to begin his invasion of other planets, to spread their influence around the newly expanding timeline they live in.
- Beatrice whispers something into his ear, to which he relents and tells her to meet him in his room. Genua sighs at the prospect of more kids running around, but Subaru claims he needs heirs to be around in case anything happens to him.
- He promises to build a new order, make his timeline untouchable by anyone, or anything. Until he finally achieves...A HAPPY END.
THE END.
So yup a happy ending for everyone! This story was meant to have a far darker ending than the Batman X Re:Zero story I did a while back, so that is how it goes. Later on I will update another chapter detailing what my plans were for the rest of the planned Crossing Effect storyline.
Hope you all enjoyed, if not, very sorry, I am very rusty on my memories of how this was suppossed to go.
