"Sunny we have arrived." Cannonbeemon said huffing as everyone got out of the giant ship and she turned back into Fanbeemon.
"Oh you guys are back, welcome!" Imperialdramon shouted as Blaze looked at him with wide eyes.
"What type of dragon is that?" Blaze as the dragonets let out a small laugh.
"That's no dragon Blaze that is a Digimon. Imperialdramon to be exact." Starflight said as Starshot had gone into a cave above Stonemovers old cave.
"Ok we have been here long enough time to go!" Starshot shouted with a purple arm chasing him out of the cave.
"Positron Laser!" Imperialdramon shouted, shooting the arm back into the portal it came out of.
"Starshot you ok?" Glory asked, grabbing the injured nightwing.
"I should be fine, just my wing is a little torn." he said as Imperialdramon started to move towards them.
"Hey I can carry you guys over to the sandwing kingdom if Fanbeemon is too tired." Imperialdramon said looming over the dragonets and even blaze.
"Are you sure you can take all of us?" Clay asked to the disappointment of everyone.
"Clay you can carry me on your back and fly normally he can do it." Starflight said as they got on Imperialdramon and took off.
"Hey Imperialdramon we have to go pick up some other dragons before something big goes down." Sunny said as they changed course to the battle currently going on near Blisters palace with Burn even being there as this was meant to be a final push.
"Let's not do anything rash." Imperialdramon said as Sunny jumped from the room like space on his back.
After reaching the battle field all the digimon except for Betamon had digivolved to protect the dragonets from the dragons around them. "We need to find a way to send a message to the Blister and Burn." Starflight said as Starshot shot an idea to him.
"I'll go get the one that was allied with the Nightwings and Starflight come with me so Andromon or Guardromon could hold her down so she does not try to kill her sisters." Starshot suggested as Starflight nodded and they took off.
"Me and Clay should stay here and protect Blaze from hostels." Glory said as The group split.
"Guess that leaves us just right, Sunny." Tsunami said as they took off to the camp with Sunny not too far behind.
"Let the Nightings through." A sandwing guard had said as the prince had moved through the crowd.
"Queen Burn I have come to talk about the future of the nightwings." Starshot said with Starflight looking surprised at the revelation that he was the previous queen's son.
"Fine, what do you want to talk about nightwing?" Burn said as she was planning the attack.
"I want you to come help the nightwing army take out the rainwing oppressors, and for that we can grant you temporary control of the nighting tribe and its abilities and partnerships." Starshot said with Burn looking more intrigued.
"You mean those monsters your father wouldn't let us have, we are intrigued now little prince." Burn said with a smile on her face. "Call off the attack we will resume once the nightings have provided us with back up." Burn calls to her army as they start to pack up and slowly move out of range of Blisters main force.
Meanwhile with Sunny and Tsunami the battle that Waspmon was fighting in had been bad enough for even the highly disadvantaged Seadramon to make an appearance.
"Water Breath!" Seadramon said, covering the sandwings in a wave that pushed them aside. "Now the path is clear!"
"Turbo Stinger!" Waspmon called out as the shot rang out knocking the guard out cold. "Sunny grab the princess and meet me outside. I'll transport her over to the site." Waspmon called smashing through a wall to turn into Cannonbeemon to transport the angry sandwing queen.
"Queen Blister, it's time you come with us, we have to have a few words." Tsunami said with Seadramon charging an ice blast in her mouth.
"For what purpose should I go with you? Burn's army is about to go on the attack plus I don't need some dragonets bossing me around." Blister said before taking notice of the queen part of the sentence. "Wait, you have chosen me to be queen of the sandwings? Then I shall join you for the announcement to the kingdom."
"Thank the moons." Sunny said relaxing and having the Blister follow her out to Cannonbeemon. "I thought we would have to start a big fight but let's get this to the entire content."
"Thank you little sanding for picking me. I know I was your favorite." Blister said forgetting about putting sunny in a cage for being small.
"No problem, could you please stay in this room for us? We have to launch at high speeds and this room is the safest in the whole flying palace." Sunny said, trying to explain putting someone in a cage and Cannonbeemon.
"Alright then just tell me when we are taking off." Blister said walking into the trap.
"Cannonbeemon lockdown cell 537!" Sunny shouted as a blue cover closed the cell.
"What are you doing!" Blister shouted trying to blast through the weave with her fire.
"Sorry but I like to keep oddities in my room." Sunny said with a smile walking away with Tsunami behind her. "Pft Ha that's what she gets for putting me in that damn cage."
"Sunny reminds me to never piss you off." Tsunami says as Cannonbeemon had started back to the site where Glory and Clay were waiting for them.
Once all the teams had gotten back, and the princesses in order with Blister being muzzled with vines from Floramon due to her almost attacking Burn before negotiations could start. "Listin we have something that has come up to solve the war for succession. The Eye of Onyx has been found to solve this exact problem." Sunny said, holding the eye. "Hold the eye in your hand and it will show you who is to become queen." Sunny said, placing it in front of the princesses with Blister grabbing it first.
"Will I become queen?" She asked as the stone played out a message.
"Hi I'm — Welcome to the new sandwing kingdom!" A voice called out as Blister fell to her knees and the message changed. "No. No. Nooo!" A voice yelled as she sat there not moving, eyes open but pitch black.
"I guess I'm next. I will be the next queen." Burn said as the rock lit up once more.
"Oh god please no not-." The rock went silent as both bodys of Blister and Burn disappeared into the rock.
"Wh-what the hell is that thing?!" Blaze said, trying to keep it away from her.
"If you don't hold it then you must abdicate the throne to the true sandwing queen." Starshot said as a portal unknowingly opened behind them.
"I will just get that thing aw-" She was cut off by the pain of her tail being sliced off by a gray claw attached to a purple arm.
"DORU Din." Could be heard as a shock of lightning hit Blaze electrocuting her to death then dragging her body into the portal and into the jaws of DEX. "Master Starshot, good to see you once again but time for you to die!" DEX shouted.
"Never not with my friends here we will stop you now into the digivice!" Starshot shouted as the pitch black digivice in hand and a beam of light absorbing DexDORUgoramon yelled out in pain. "Now in the portal before he breaks out!" Starshot yells as the dragonets jump in the portal to emerge in the air ith Starshot throwing his digivice away as far as he can. "Once he comes out we have to learn how to stop him as soon as possible before he digivolves once more."
"How are we supposed to do that?" Clay asked as they found a cave to hide out in for a bit.
"Leave that to us." A voice calls out as a certain blue dragon and its tamer.
"Dion, good to see you." Clay says going to pat him on the back before stopping because of how small he was.
"Don't forget us now Glory." Mimi said with Palmon beside her. "Wait, is that Starshot!" Mimi shouted as 8 lights lit up in the cave as the digidestined all went into champion level.
"Yeah, there was a reason for him acting the way he did. I'll let him explain why." Glory said as Starshot moved to the front.
"Look I know what I have done and I'm sorry I just wanted Dex to get as strong as he could so my parents wouldn't call him a failed experiment. To my parents his death meant nothing more than just calling it a fail for nothing. Dorumon has been with me since I was born. It was like losing a brother, then I got a message in my digivice it said. 'revive me.' so I did as it was told to help DEX win battles and eat digicores. I'm sorry if I caused any troubles among your group, just please help me get my brother back." Starshot said as Matt spoke up.
"Look I know how you feel I almost lost T.K." He said looking down at his brother. "Luckily I had my friends to help get him back.
"Starshot, we will help you get your brother back." Tai said as the rest of the group nodded.
"Sure, why not we have nothing better to do right, Commandramon?" Dion said with his Commandramon loading his M16.
"Ay sir!" Commandramon said putting the safety on his gun.
"Hey Starshot, do you know of a way to kill him?" Izzy said as Starshot looked to the ground.
"If he evolves again then not even all the megas we could have could take him down." Starshot said as Matt and Tai smiled.
"What about an ultra level? Tai asked as Starshot started thinking. "Maybe that might work!"
"Well then it sounds like a good plan." A voice called from outside the cave. If you could only execute it." The voice called out now with a metal arm reaching in the cave.
