RonaldM40196867: Probably.
lixiaofossil: Makes you think if us humans are smarter than aliens.
estaciojohnrafael: You'll see lol.
Here's chapter 30 everybody.
Chapter 30: International Code.
At the airbase located at the abandoned Stonehenge Turret Network at the Hattie Desert, a group of IUN pilots and officers, including the famous AWACS Sky-Eye, were trying to figure out the alien situation and casualty reports. One IUN pilot was placing a map of Usea on a table.
"Command has attempted to compile a list of casualties and losses, but information is sketchy at best." Sky-Eye said.
"Well, we know we've lost the Erusean contingent in the Whiskey Corridor. There's a strong possibility there may be more reinforcements hiding in the Lambert Mountains." a IUN pilot said.
Suddenly, an officer of the Bulgurdarest military was talking to the IUN pilots, but was speaking in his native language.
"What the hell's he saying?" the IUN pilot asked.
"It seems they're getting a signal. Old Morse code." Sky-Eye said.
The IUN pilots followed the Bulgurdarest officer while other IUN pilots, and even other Osean pilots that are part of the IUN peacekeeping forces, looked on and gathered. The Bulgurdarest officer then explains to Sky-Eye before he picks up the message.
"It's from the Oseans. They want to organize a counteroffensive." Sky-Eye said.
"It's about bloody time. What do they plan to do?" the IUN pilot asked.
"There's another message. It says 'Sky-Eye, alive and well. Those invaders are about to see what happens when they encounter the Ribbon'. I see that Mobius 1 made it out." Sky-Eye said.
At the Cruik Fortress in the Union of Yuktobanian Republics, pilots and officers of the Yuke Air Force have also received a Morse code message from the Oseans at Area 95.
"They claim to be able to bring down their shields." a Yuke pilot said.
"When do they want to attack?" another Yuke pilot asked.
At the Avalon Dam in Belka, pilots of the legendary Belkan Air Force also get the message from the Oseans.
"The Oseans are organizing a counteroffensive." a Belkan pilot said.
"Should we even trust them?" another Belkan pilot asked.
"We should forget our nation's past differences with Osea. What are they planning to do?" another Belkan pilot asked.
At a mountainous region in Estovakia, Estovakian Air Force pilots were receiving the morse code message from Osea.
"They're planning to bring down their shields." one Estovakian pilot said.
"I hope this is true. When will the attack start?" another Estovakian pilot asked.
At a flat region at the border of Ustio and Sapin, Ustian Air Force and Sapin Air Force pilots have gathered in refuge to hide from the alien invaders. They were looking at maps and getting joint intel as they could when they got a message from Osea.
"A counteroffensive is in the works by the Oseans." a Ustian pilot said.
"What are they planning to do?" a Sapinish pilot said.
At the Federal Republic of Aurelia at Aubrey Air Force Base, the young rookie radio operator Eugene Solano, better known by his callsign Crux, was discussing with many Aurelian Air Force pilots, including two relatively experienced squadron leaders known as Gryphus 1 and Falco 1.
"One spaceship is on track to cross the border to Aurelia within the next two hours. Intel says Griswall will be a potential target." Eugene said.
"Could be the case with other capitals like Alendai now that some of the invaders are moving towards the south." Falco 1 said.
"There's no way we'll be assembled to save Griswall as long as the invaders has those shields that we've heard about." Gryphus 1 said.
Suddenly, one of Gryphus 1's wingmen, a AAF Second Lieutenant named Rick, better known as Gryphus 2, approached the group.
"Sir, we just got a Morse code message." Rick said.
"From who?" Eugene said.
"I don't know. Roy wanted me to come get you." Rick said.
Rick, Eugene, Gryphus 1 and Falco 1 went to the intelligence room where they found Gryphus 3, a pilot named Roy, with the Morse code operators.
"Got them like you ask." Rick said.
"Crux, we got a Morse code message. I don't know how to read it, but know that you can." Roy said.
Eugene then reads the Morse code message.
"It's from the Oseans. They are organizing a counteroffensive against the invaders and say they can disable their shields." Eugene said in surprise.
"That's great! When do we attack?" Gryphus 1 said.
"I'll get more info as much as I can. In the meantime, get the pilots prepared for the upcoming briefing. Gryphus 1. Sir. You have much potential so your squadron will be the lead squadron for this upcoming mission." Eugene said.
"Yes, sir." Gryphus 1 said.
At an air force base in the Democratic Republic of Leasath, many Leasathian pilots and crew were doing business while also learning any information on the alien invaders. Among them is the crew members of the large airborne fortresses Gandr and Gleipnir, which are sitting at the tarmac, and the experienced pilots of Chimera Squadron and Alect Squadron. Suddenly, a LAF captain named Frank Burlington came with a message.
"Intel just came with a Morse code message from the Osean Federation. The attack will begin in 5 hours!" Frank said.
At the Campagna Airport in Vitoze at Khesed Island of the Republic of Emmeria, the Emmerian military were taking refuge there, like they did during the start of the Emmeria-Estovakia War back in 2015. Among them is the famous AWACS Ghost Eye, who is the Garuda Team's AWACS during the war, and the Garuda Team's intel officer. The two men were conducting their business until a Emmerian Air Force officer approached them.
"Sir, we got a message from the Oseans." the officer said.
"What does it say?" Ghost Eye asked.
"I don't know, as it's in Morse code." the officer replied.
"Let me see." the intel officer said.
The intel officer read the message before understanding what it said.
"The Oseans has a plan to knock out their shields. They're planning a counteroffensive as we speak." the intel officer said.
"That's great news." Ghost Eye said.
"There's another small message. It says 'Hey, Ghost Eye, while Shamrock, the others and I are about to face the invaders in Osea, the invaders are about to see what happens when they dance with the angels in Emmerian skies. For Emmeria! For the world!'" the intel officer said, gaining a chuckle from Ghost Eye.
"Talisman. He and the others are alive." Ghost Eye said.
At the base of the International Space Elevator at the city of Selatapura, IUN forces, Osean forces, some Erusean forces and Princess Rosa Cossette D'Elise of the Kingdom of Erusea were trying to organize after the alien invasion while trying to take care of the Usean refugees that have been affected by last year's war and now the invasion.
"Your Highness, more refugees are arriving faster than before. This could pose a problem should those invaders target this place next." an Erusean officer said.
"Evacuations might also be necessary as there's no room for the underground tunnels and bunkers." a IUN officer said.
"There's not much to say due to this unfortunate situation. I'm trying to learn anything from intelligence from both Osea, Erusea and the IUN but with command in shambles from the invasion, there's not much we can do." Rosa said.
Suddenly, an Osean officer approached the group.
"Your Highness. Our team just received a Morse code message from our compatriots back in my home country. Osea is planning a counteroffensive and has figured out a way to disable their shields. The attack should begin in around 5 hours." an Osean officer said.
"Commander." Rosa said.
"Yes, Your Highness." an Erusean commander said.
"Prepare the pilots. They will takeoff in 5 hours." Rosa ordered.
"Yes, Your Highness." the Erusean commander said.
Back at Area 95, Wilford was looking at all the Morse code messengers.
"We have confirmed reports of combat-ready divisions in Anea, Usea, South Osea and Verusa." Shepherd said.
"That's impressive, considering it's all being done with, uh..." Wilford said.
"Morse code." Shepherd said.
"Are the forces here?" Wilford asked.
"We have sufficient aircraft for the battle plan, and we do have the Osean pilots from Redmill, including Three Strikes and the LRSSG, as well as the foreign pilots that were invited to that Memorial Day ceremony at Redmill, but..." Shepherd said.
"But what, General?" Wilford asked.
"Pilots are coming up short." Shepherd replied.
"Well, then find 'em." Wilford ordered.
And that's the end of the chapter. Yep, I was gonna include other characters like Gryphus 1. Since it takes place in 2020, gotta be up to date. Well, plans for a counteroffensive has began. What will happen next? Stay tuned to find out. Please review. :)
