SAKURA'S POV

After traveling all day, we decided collectively to halt our travels for the night and prepare to set up camp. Man did we have our work cut out for us. We needed to build a fire, do a perimeter sweep, and start setting up the tents in our agreed formation. The sun was setting quickly, and it was getting colder the closer we came to the border towards the Land of Iron. We had a total of only 4 tents and 13 of us. After discussion we decided everyone would sleep in their assigned team tent and 3 people would stand watch at a time switching out in 3 shifts. However, there were many complaints about the sleeping situation. "That's not fair!" Ino yelled, "If I want to sleep in the same tent as my boyfriend then dammit I will." Before she stood up crossing her arms over her chest. I chuckled to myself before realizing I would probably feel the same way if I weren't as lucky as I was to have Sasuke on my team. It gave me the perfect excuse to get to be close to him for the night without turning any heads. "Yeah, and some of us don't want to hear or experience that trauma, thank you very much." Chouji said with a disgusted tone. Tenten didn't hold back her laughter while nodding her head. "Yeah, keep laughing sister, you wouldn't think it was so funny if you and Neji weren't on the same team." Ino yelled loudly over to TenTen. She quit laughing instantly and her face began to get red. My eyes grew wide, TenTen had just confessed to us the other morning that she and Neji had started spending time alone together. That was out of line even for Ino. "If it's going to be this big of a drag, everyone just sleeps where you want then." Shikamaru complained in his unenthused voice. Damn, this might change things a little bit. What if the dynamics switched up too much and I wasn't able to secure a spot in the same tent with Sasuke...?

I sighed to myself looking down at my half ate plate of food. "Hey Sakura-Chan!" Naruto said, tapping me on my shoulder. "What's up baka?" I joked smiling over at him. "So... I already asked teme here and he said he didn't care, didn't you Sasuke? I just thought I would ask you as well though... would you mind if Hinata bunked with us?" He asked hands folded in the begging position with his bottom lip pouting out. "Hn, correction. I said I don't care as long as you don't keep us up all night with any funny business or acting like a pervert." Sasuke explained, rolling his eyes. "Yeah, sure thing! So, what do ya say Sakura-Chan?" Naruto agreed excitedly, turning back to face me again. Wait so they did plan on keeping us all together still? "I thought everyone was just sleeping wherever they wanted?" I asked, looking at Naruto confused. He gave me a dumbstruck face while looking at me as if I grew 3 heads. "Well yeah duh, why wouldn't we all want to stick together? We're family? Of course, we'd all choose to stay together. You say I am the dense one..." Naruto laughed, rubbing the back of his head. I glanced up at Sasuke and he just had his eyebrow raised at me. Maybe I was thinking too hard about this. I do have the tendency to overthink a tad bit. "Uh yeah, sure. I don't mind Naruto! Hinata is welcome anytime! But what about Sai? He's Team 7 too." I questioned glancing over to where Sai stood talking with Ino. "Well Sai has other plans tonight!" Naruto chuckled following my gaze. They wouldn't dare do something with this many shinobi ears present... would they? I watched them for a second as Ino leaned over whispering in Sai's ear and he smiled before taking her hand and walking deeper into the woods. Oh Kami, Ino-Pig, that's nasty! I'm all for getting affection when you can but I don't think I could manage being so... so... bold while this many people were around.

Most everyone had headed off to bed and the fire burned low illuminating the small surrounding area. TenTen, Neji, and Rock Lee decided to be first on look out while Temari, Shikamaru, and Chouji took the second shift. Me, Sasuke, and Naruto agreed to take the last shift and be the ones to get everyone up. Something tells me that Naruto wouldn't be awake enough when it came time for our turn. Sasuke wanted to take his nightly walk while Naruto, Hinata, and I sat around the fire chit chatting. I excused myself from the warmth of the fire to go pee. Hinata offered to come keep but I assured her I would be fine. I made sure the coast was clear and relieved myself. I pulled my hand cleanser out of my thigh pouch and rubbed it on my hands. I started to walk back while looking down to place my cleanser back and someone came up behind me, covering my mouth. I tried to scream but it was muffled by a palm. I heard Sasuke's chuckle and turned around wide eyed seeing it was him. "You ass! You nearly gave me a heart attack!" I groaned, smacking him on the arm. My pulse was hammering, and I watched as he smirked, grabbing my hand. He kept my hand in his as he pulled me further down into the woods and backed me against a tree. If my heart wasn't racing before it definitely was now. Sasuke leaned down slowly placing his lips against mine and my body relaxed at his touch. It wasn't like our usual kisses full of need and want. This one felt different. It was slow and sweet. He pulled back, placing his forehead on mine and closing his eyes. "Let's go to bed." He whispered.

I walked back up towards camp and Sasuke followed behind. Hinata and Naruto were still sitting by the fire, whispering and giggling to each other. It made my heart feel such happiness to see Naruto so in love. He has always given his whole life dedicating it to anyone who needed a friend, and it was nice to see him finally get to be the one who was happy for once. I remembered the years of heartache and pain he used to suffer alone before graduating the academy. Naruto truly is my very best friend, and he deserved the world. I was glad Hinata was the one who was willing to give it to him too. They both turned as they saw me emerge. Hinata straightened up leaning away from Naruto some. I chuckled. "Don't quit flirting on my behalf." I joked, smiling back at both of them. "Sakura-Chan there you are! I was about to come looking for you!" Naruto chuckled looking embarrassed. I rolled my eyes still smiling at him "Yeah yeah Naruto..." I said, still smiling. Sasuke emerged from the woods a few moments later. "We all need to go to bed. It's late and we have the 3rd shift." He stated walking to the tent. "But teme! I'm not tired yet." Naruto whined. "Too bad, you won't wake up in time if you don't go now." Sasuke said, unzipping the tent and climbing in. Naruto rolled his eyes and flipped the bird behind his back. "Do it again and you'll need another prosthetic arm." Sasuke growled. Naruto's face paled and he chuckled nervously while standing up. Hinata and I just looked at each other before laughing and following Sasuke into the tent. The air was still chilly as we all climbed into our sleeping bags. Teeth were heard chattering all about. "You know, Master Jiraiya told me if I was ever in this situation that we should all take off our clothes and bundle up together to get warm!" Naruto said seriously. I leaned over and smacked him on the head. "OW!" He yelped. "Don't be such a perv Naruto!" I yelled. "What? I was just stating facts!" He whined. "Tch. I'd rather die of frostbite than ever see your baby carrot." Sasuke growled. "Hey teme! Shut up! I do not have a baby carrot as a dick, it's actually well above average!" Naruto yelled back. Gross. "Shut up Naruto I don't want to hear that!" I screamed holding back some vomit at the thought.

"Sasuke, you're probably just jealous because I am packing and you're not!" Naruto said aggressively. Sasuke sat up and threw his shoe hitting Naruto below the belt. Naruto hunched forward holding his junk with a gasp. "Shut the hell up Naruto, anyone can tell that's a lie." Sasuke sneered. Hinata was watching this all unfold with wide eyes and visibly uncomfortable. This was just an average night on any mission back in the genin days. I rolled my eyes sitting up. "Both of you enough! Or else I'll make sure neither of you can open your mouths to complain about the other's penis again." I growled looking between the two of them. "He started it Sakura-Chan!" Naruto complained. Sasuke started to open his mouth to reply before I raised my fists to the both of them. "I don't care who started it, I am finishing it! Naruto, don't be such a pervert!" I yelled, making Sasuke snickered towards Naruto before I turned to him. "And you! Sasuke, you don't insult another man's junk! Especially not in front of his girlfriend!" I said firmly, giving him the evil eye. "Now everyone, go to bed!" I leaned back rolling away from both of them. "Thank kami!" Everyone screamed in unison from their tents. Naruto and Sasuke both flopped back with a huff. It began to grow quiet through the campsite finally and the only sounds that could be heard were the wild blowing through the trees and the campfire crackle occasionally. I started to drift off still aggravated before I felt Sasuke wrap his arm around my waist and pull me closer towards him.

"I'm sorry." He whispered in my ear very quietly. I felt the annoyance slip away like water down a creek. I slowly turned to face him while snaking my arms around him, placing my head on his chest and sighing contently, letting him know that all was forgiven. Sasuke's body just being close to mine sent a heat through it that warmed me better than any fire ever could. He lightly pressed his lips against the top of my head, and I finally fully drifted to sleep. I awoke to Shikamaru tapping on my shoulder and giving me an amused look. I looked around confused for a moment before realizing why. Sasuke and I were all tangled up together with our sleeping bags linked up. I smiled bashfully before sticking my finger to my lips. He smirked back before exiting the tent. I leaned over pressing a kiss to Sasuke's lips and his arms tightened around me and he pecked me back and slowly peeked open his eyes once I pulled away. He sighed before we untangled ourselves and he pulled his cloak on. I tapped on Naruto's shoulder trying to wake him while Sasuke slipped on his shoes and leaned over flicking Naruto on the head. Naruto didn't budge in the slightest and continued snoring away cuddled up next to Hinata. I looked over to Sasuke and he just rolled his eyes. "Told you he wouldn't get up." He whispered before climbing out of the tent. I pulled my shoes and cloak on and followed suit. We should be fine keeping just the two of us as lookouts. I guess Naruto could sleep a little while longer. I grumbled, walking over to the fire and attempting to warm my hands. Sasuke noticed and formed his one handed jutsu sign before blowing more life into the dying fire. The flames grew healthy and toasty, I smiled happily up at him. "Arigato Sasuke-Kun." I grinned. He nodded back to me looking so sleepy. Shikamaru, Temari, and Chouji had already retreated back to their tents. That left Sasuke and I alone. I checked my watch, and it was 4:05 AM. We planned to get going around 9 and everyone said the wakeup call would be at 7. "Want to do a perimeter sweep?" I asked Sasuke. He nodded, still looking half-asleep. I chuckled and smiled mischievously at him. I took off not even a second later. Sasuke caught up in no time even with a few seconds head start and being half asleep.

We swept the whole area twice making certain there were no signs of any treats or people being nearby. I reached over grabbing Sasuke's hand in mine as we walked around trying to keep warm. I slowly rubbed circles on the back of his rough hand. It was freezing out and he still felt so warm. "How do you stay so warm?" I thought aloud. Sasuke looked at me confused. "Your body always feels warm, I like it. It makes me feel warm too." I smiled shyly. He smiled smally at me and chuckled, shaking his head. "I am actually freezing." Sasuke chuckled slightly at me. His laugh sounded like wind chimes to me. It was like hearing the sweetest sound. I don't know why but it made me feel bold that I was able to see this side of him. So, I pushed my luck. This was either going to go well, or backfire completely. "I can think of a few ways to warm you up..." I trailed off staring up at him with an innocent look. He stopped dead in his tracks. "How's that?" He raised his eyebrow at me. Okay time to put on my big girl pants. I took a deep breath and smiled at him. "Want me to show you?" I questioned with a quiet voice. Sasuke paused for a second blinking, when he opened them his sharingan was activated. I gasped. He scanned the area for another few moments before blinking once more, returning his visible eye back to onyx. "Hn." he nodded. That was all I needed before pushing him up against the closest tree.

My mouth danced with his and shortly after my tongue slipped past his lips. My hands yanked at his hair and then ever so slowly slid down his chest to his waist band. He stopped kissing me back and pulled away. "Sakura." Sasuke growled, pulling my hands away. I moved my mouth to his neck and his head tipped back moments later. "Please." I mumbled against the hollow of his neck. A low groan slipped out his mouth, but he shook his head. "Why...not?" I asked in between kisses. "Someone could catch us." He hummed, still clearly starting to give in. My mouth went to his base under his ear before nipping at the lobe. Another groan poured out. "Not if you keep watch. But... if you don't want to, I understand." I whispered into his ear. His battle was clearly lost as he hesitantly nodded for me to continue. I smiled up at him before planting another kiss on his mouth and fumbling with his pants before grabbing his large member that was standing at full attention. I slowly sank to my knees and kept my eyes on him. They were glowing bright red and purple swirling around. I finally looked down, coming face to face with his oversized erection. I gulped due to the intimidating size. Naruto had never been more wrong about something. Sure, I had seen plenty of men's parts before but only professionally as a doctor. This however was by far the largest I have ever seen. Come on Sakura, you can do this. It shouldn't be too scary. Go big or go home, right? I might actually be good. I'll never know until I try. I just needed guidance, I thought looking back up at him as I wet my lips and began to put it in my mouth. His eyes rolled back as I closed my mouth, giving it a hard suck. I did the motion a few more times and he growled putting his hand to the back of my head weaving his fingers through my hair.

I think that means it feels nice. I continued bobbing my head up and down while repeating the sucking motion. Sasuke's hips gently thrusted along shoving his thickness deeper into my mouth. I felt dampness form quickly between my legs and my core ached to be touched by him, but I squeezed my legs tighter. Right now, I just wanted to pay Sasuke-Kun back for the way he made me feel yesterday morning. After a few more thrusts Sasuke tried to pull back away from me, and I knew that meant he was reaching his climax. I gripped his hip tight not allowing him to pull away and kept bobbing as I felt his erection twitch and release a warm substance into my mouth. Sasuke grunted my name loudly and held my head in place. I drained every last drop before pulling my face away wiping my mouth. Sasuke's head was slumped back against the tree and his legs looked close to buckling. I smirked up at him and he stared down at me with his eyes glazed over with lust before he closed them once more deactivating his sharingan.

I pulled his pants back up over his hips and as I started to stand up, I heard someone call over to us. "Sasuke? Sakura?" It was Naruto. Shit. I had to act fast as I grabbed my thigh pouch emptying its contents on the ground in front of me, just as Naruto came into view. "What are you guys doing down here?" Naruto questioned giving us an uncomfortable look due to our positions. Sasuke looked like a deer in the headlights. I guess he still hadn't fully recovered. "We were... trying to see who could check the perimeter fastest and clumsy me tripped over my own feet making my pouch fly off and spill all over! I was just picking it up." I laughed gathering my items, sticking them back in my pouch and fastening it to my thigh. "I thought I heard teme cry your name...?" Naruto said not fully convinced. "Because I saw her fall you dobe." Sasuke finally said, sounding annoyed. Naruto looked between us suspiciously still. "Naruto you're not trying to make me out to be a pervert, are you?" I growled feigning anger holding up a fist. "No! No! NO! Certainly not Sakura-Chan! Never would I ever make you out like that!" He yelled nervously waving his hands in front of his face. I dropped my fist and smiled. "Good!" I smiled. He chuckled still looking scared before we started walking back to camp, Sasuke trailing behind with a smug smile on his lips. The three of us made our way to the fire where Hinata sat. The sun had started to creep its way out over the horizon. I checked my clock again and it was 6:45. Damn that was close. I sighed contently, sending a smile in Sasuke's direction which he secretly returned. I had to hold back a giggle.

I went back into the tent to change and freshen up putting on a clean uniform. I climbed out and grabbed my container of water to brush my teeth with. Sasuke, Naruto, and Hinata all did the same. Once we were finished, we began to wake everyone up or more like Naruto did trying to tell us about the crazy dream he had last night at max volume. Little by little everyone was climbing out and changing/freshening up. We packed up the gear and shoveled down breakfast before getting ready to head out. Everyone surprisingly looked and felt well rested and was ready to take on the day. Even Shikamaru seemed upbeat today. Must be something in the forest air I chuckled to myself as we bounded through the forest. We had made good time the previous day and covered a lot of ground already. The group decided that since we were ahead of schedule, we would stay at the inn near the border tonight and tomorrow morning hit the hot springs before we caught our bus. The thought of the hot water made my legs move faster as I continued racing through the forest nearing the inn.
