"That's it, slide the plate over and no one gets hurt." Paul said, as Electivire had electricity arcing from his tendrils pointing at both Ash in the cave.
"You can't be serious about giving him this?" Seer Ash asked.
"Do you have a better option, Torterra is too big to fight in here without hurting us, and I'm guessing that Greninja was taken out from that Electivire." Trap Ash said, kicking the Fist Plate over to Paul.
"Smart choice." Paul said, reaching for the plate.
"Infernape now!" Trap Ash called off.
Infernape engulfed himself in flames before rushing into Electivire, knocking the large electric type away.
"He has some issues with my Paul's Electivire." Trap Ash said. "Now Infernape use Mach Punch!"
"Electivire use Thunder Punch!"
The two Pokemon collided their fists as Seer Ash leapt at the fist plate and Paul.
"Electivire use Thunder!"
Electivire sent out bolts of electricity at Infernape as he stumbled around from the energy.
"Not good." Seer Ash said, watching as Infernape fell to the ground.
"Hold on!" Trap Ash called out, creating an aura bubble pulsing from him to push Paul and Electivire away.
"Ash!" Seer Ash exclaimed, rushing to his side.
"I'm fine, just that took a lot out of me." Trap Ash said. "He's here."
"Who's here, and what is that?!" Seer Ash asked, seeing the black blobs absorbing Infernape and Greninja. "Wait are those the Dark One's Orbs?"
"Close but not quite." Trap Ash said. "Alright Tobias I'm ready to talk."
"I'd prefer if you were ready to listen." Tobias said, as a black blob absorbed the two Ash and their Pikachu.
Near the top of the mountain
"Passimian will you stop running!" Ark exclaimed. "Where are you even going?" Ark said, before chasing after his Pokemon again.
"Ark, wait up!" Pokemon Master Ash said, catching his breath. "How are they so much faster than me?"
A few minutes later Pokemon master Ash came to a fork in the road.
"Great, we lost another one, I don't think they'll keep tolerating me at this rate." Pokemon Master Ash said.
"GRUMPY!" Ark shouted.
"Ark, where are you?" Pokemon Master Ash said, looking around.
"Over here!" Ark shouted.
"This isn't the time for games Ark, we need to stick together!" Pokemon Master Ash said.
"I'm not, just turn towards the arena!" Ark shouted.
"Fine, what is it you…". Pokemon Master Ash paused, seeing Incineroar stuck rolling around on something ball like. "What in the?"
"Rotom says." Ark says rolling past on his hands. "That they resemble." Ark continues now back on his feet. "Electrode!" Ark finishes, now holding up Passimian and Incineroar.
"How are you doing that?" Pokemon Master Ash questioned.
"I'm doing." Ark said now rolling on two Electrode. "Everything I can." Ark continued now on Incineroar's shoulders. "To survive!" Ark plead, being bounced across the opening.
"Are you okay?" Pokemon Master Ash said.
"Fine, but we're kind of stuck, there are a lot of Electrode in here." Ark said, spinning on one in place.
"Have you tried attacking them?" Pokemon Master Ash asked.
"NOOO!" Rotomdex exclaimed. "If you attack them with Ark, Passimian and Incineroar still on them, they might explode with the Electrode!"
"Well why are they even in there?!" Pokemon Master Ash exclaimed.
"Passimian raced in to roll one around, and well now they're all kind of stuck." Rotomdex said.
"Hey Grumpy!" Ark called out, running backwards on an Electrode. "And Rotom!" Ark said, passing by again.
"What's up?" Pokemon Master Ash said, trying to figure out a plan.
"Incineroar." Ark said, passing by again. "Is missing!" Ark said, with Passimian rolling on an Electrode with his hands while Ark was standing on his feet.
"What do you mean missing?" Pokemon Master Ash asked in confusion.
"He's just gone." Ark said, doing a Hopak as he rolled by on an Electrode again.
"Well he can't have just disappeared, where is he?!" Pokemon Master Ash asked.
"I don't know, but wherever he is, Passimian is gone too." Ark said, rolling around with the other Electrode chasing him.
"Ark!" Pokemon Master Ash exclaimed, as a black blob absorbed the alolan trainer in an instant.
"We've gotta get out of here!" Pokemon Master Ash said, rushing off, only for him, both Pikachu, Rotomdex and the Growlithe to all get absorbed by another black blob.
Elsewhere
"Great, and no one is answering." Coordinator Ash said, sighing as he looked at his Pokenav. "Though it's also possible that I'm not even sending out a signal, there probably aren't satélites yet."
"Snea." Sneasel said.
"Yes I know you want to spend time with her but we're looking for the others right now, so just go back into your ball." Coordinator Ash said, returning his ice type Sneasel. "Come on I know you went this way, Skirt, so where are you guys?"
"Vire!" A large Electivire roared, it's eyes red and electricity sparking from his fur.
"Cran!" Craniados yelled, rushing at the large electric type, slamming his head into it.
"Cranidos, don't just run into a fight. Pikachu help out with Iron Tail!"
Pikachu and Cranidos slammed into Electivire before being tossed aside by it's tendrils.
"Okay, maybe Typhlosion?" Coordinator Ash said worriedly, grabbing a Pokeball. As black blob encroached on him, absorbing him as two grabbed Pikachu and Cranidos.
"What is going on with these pains today, how do they keep disappearing!" Paul exclaimed, sliding down the side of the mountain ass another Ash disappeared.
Elsewhere in a canyon in the mountains
"Alright, now it's time to talk." Tobias said, sitting in front of a fire as all the Ashs stared at him.
