And it was a very heavy first day, even with everything they did just to adapt, they didn't even reach the level of what it was like when they put on a new tunic, but they were already feeling the weight that was the tenth tunic, putting the training even so at the limits of what they could endure, many times fainting from feeling bad while training, which they were drinking soups to recover time and time, showing the dedication they had to go defeat the boss.

Wow, seriously, I never imagined that I would be here leaving my body so detonated, but look, I managed to be like when you put a new tunic, if all this needed three days I imagine that we will take the same amount that when it is the training on ice to at least get used to the level of the tunic so, well anyway I am already happy to have achieved.
I see that Hellene even started to meditate, she is really in another level, I still stay in the physical training, I feel that there is still a lot to get close to what I want to be, I could not even adapt to feel as if I was moving normally.

The last day was coming to an end, this was just to fit the tunic, which the girls just got to the level of what it was like to put on a new tunic from how serious and impactful the whole thing is, which was really a huge change, but soon the serious phase of the training was coming and the girls were already getting apprehensive and anxious for it all, already getting an excitement, at the same time worried if they're really going to get far.
The girls could barely stand on the small poles for almost an hour, still suffering a lot with the weight, because they had already managed to pass this part of the training before and were well known, but with the tunic everything is heavier and harder to move, this only at the beginning of the first heavy training of the first day. Arriving at the maximum that day for the half of the way, even Hellene was having difficulties to get some advance.
In the training involving combat it was a complete sweep on the part of Laura and Chariot, which were really pushing the limit of the girls that many times fainted in the middle of the fight, but they were already showing in those three hours that they were beginning to have a little, even if a little more movement, even Hellene
suffered to give blows, having a very reduced mobility, what Laura was always dodging with closed eyes and with the hands in the backs.
In bodybuilding, there wasn't much different, only that the girls were suffering to lift little weight, even 1kg was challenging, not even in the first of the first training the things were like that, the tunic really left the girls in the minimum capacity and they were suffering a lot to get to increase the weight, and Hellene was the only one to get at least with 10 kg, even so suffering, but in the end of this bodybuilding still had advances, since many potions always help.

The first day of heavy training went by and they still had a long way to go, a good 3 weeks of training still ahead of them, what can they do, still plenty of time to get used to the tunic and even master it, they might even have a chance to defeat Holbrook, that was the biggest hope of the whole group at the time.
