Author's Note

"Heeeey, it's been a little bit. My parents had the virus, I went back to work and struggled with that, I got a laptop for the first time. Lots of stuff happened. So, I'm kinda thinking of either ending this story soon or starting up a new one as I kinda like the idea of doing some one shots." Sighs "Also, I apologize for the lack of quicker updates. A lot in life is changing. That means delays. This isn't the longest chapter but none the less. I hope you enjoy!"

As the sun rose early in the morning, so too did the residents of the Midoriya Household. Izuku and Mina were checking and rechecking their bags, making sure they didn't forget anything. Eri simply enjoyed breakfast with Inko and All Might.

Izuku put all his stuff next to the door of his room "All set."

Mina looked at the dining table for a moment then decided to ask Izuku a question he wasn't prepared for. "Hey, your mom and All Might seem pretty close. Do you think they'll start dating?"

Izuku had to mentally calm himself so no one would hear him freakout. "M-Mina?! What are you talking about?"

Mina crossed her arms and chuckled "There is NO way you're THAT dense. You don't see how close they are?"

Izuku sighed "I mean... I do but... I just thought mom wanted a friend... But I guess it makes sense. All Might once told me he never wanted to have a relationship with someone because he was worried, they might get targeted."

Mina frowned "Well that's no fun..."

"I mean... Dad hasn't really come back since I was five so... I don't blame mom for looking..." Izuku flatly said.

Mina quickly hugged him from behind "Hey! No more mopey Midori! Today is gonna be great! We're gonna get to see our friends again and move into a house! It's gonna be awesome!"

Izuku couldn't help but smile, he quickly turned around and lifted her slightly into a hug "Thanks Mina... You're the best."

Mina smiled and ruffled his hair "I know. Now put me down and we can get going!"

The couple shared a quick laugh and after some breakfast, they got Eri dressed and ready to go.

All Might stood at the door "Thank you for your hospitality, Inko. We all truly appreciate it."

Inko waved it off "Oh please, it's the least I can do!"

All Might looked to the kids "I'll be in the car waiting for you guys. Don't take too long."

Izuku nodded and once All Might left, he gave his mom a big hug "It was great to see you again, Mom. Stay safe, okay?"

Inko hugged back "Of course sweetie. You'll always have a place here, both in this home and in my heart."

Once they separated Mina gave her a hug "Thanks for everything, Mrs. Midoriya!"

Inko chuckled "I told you, just call me Inko... But thank you too sweetie. Keep Izuku safe!"

Mina nodded "Promise!"

The final one to approach was Eri, who raised her arms up to Inko, asking to be picked up. Inko picked up Eri who then leaned into a cuddle hug and gently pat Inko's back. "Thank you for everything. I'm gonna miss you Grandma."

Inko nearly shattered and shed a few tears of joy as she relished hugging Eri. "I'm gonna miss you too, Eri."

After they're touching goodbye, they started packing all their stuff and Eri's new stuff in All Might's car. After a quick double check, they were off to U.A.

At the 1A dormitories

There was a quiet excitement in the air. Everyone was awaiting the return of their classmates and their practically adopted daughter.

Jirou was currently slicing up some apple slices that she would give to Eri later.

Yaoyarozu was working on a 'secret project' in her room, so the girls said.

Todoroki was simply sitting on the porch outside, enjoying the nice breeze and measuring his breaths.

The door to the dorms opened and a figure walked out, taking in the breeze for themselves before letting out a sigh.

"... I'm surprised your up so early, Bakugo" Todoroki stated.

Bakugo rubbed a bit of the tiredness from his eyes "Whatever... I couldn't exactly sleep great, Icyho-I... Todoroki"

"It's fine. Don't force it..." Todoroki said flatly.

Bakugo took a deep breath "So..." The two shared a long awkward silence. "... What do you think of this mushy crap from Deku and Mina"?

"It's harmless. I see no faults in their relationship yet. I do believe it's very fragile though" Todoroki said while staring into the distance.

Bakugo huffed "Well I think they should wait... Focus on being heroes first... Mushy is long down the road."

Todoroki gave a light chuckle "It's okay to be jealous."

"I'm not jealous" Bakugo retorted, Todoroki raised an eyebrow. "Okay maybe a little! ... I'm mostly angry that they're not taking their training seriously. Those two aren't here to play house."

Todoroki nodded "True... However, I have faith in Midoriya. Considering he's changed my outlook on bleak scenarios before. I have no reason to doubt him. You seem to forget, not too long ago most of the class was too nervous to think of asking Midoriya to stop training... she was the only one brave enough to step in. "

Bakugo looked uncaring "Whatever..." He then returned inside for breakfast.

Meanwhile at the gates of U.A.

The gang was getting their stuff out of All Might's car and carried it to the path of the 1A dorms... Then they saw it.

A separate sidewalk trailed off the path from the 1A dorms to a delightful looking house. Izuku and Mina stood in awe of it while Eri waited for them to enter before she did.

Once they got in. They really appreciated how nice everything looked. The inside of the house contained three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, a spacious kitchen and even a basement. The materials the school used were anything between polished, sanded wood and shining marble. They had a tv, fridge, stove, washer, drier, you name it!

It felt very homey and when they went to the rooms, they noticed that the master bedroom had most of their stuff in it. The set their things down on the bed and went to check out the house more.

They checked out the backyard and saw a little playground for Eri! It had a slide, swing set, sandbox and a child's mountain climbing section.

Izuku and Mina played with Eri for a bit before they were visited by Principal Nezu and Mr. Aizawa

"So! I trust everything is to your liking?" Nezu chuckled.

Izuku and Mina bowed in respect. "Of course! Thank you so much!"

"It's everything we could have hoped for and more!" Izuku smiled wide.

Mina put an arm around Izuku and smiled at them "Seriously! Thank you guys so much!"

Eri took a break from playing and went over to the adults "Thank you very much" she said as polite as she could.

Nezu smiled wider than usual "Think nothing of it! This place was made for you, Eri! We hope you enjoy it to the fullest!"

Eri smiled and nodded "I will!" She then ran off to the playground again.

Aizawa stepped towards the two students "Now listen. We installed security in most rooms except the bedrooms. So, make sure Eri is 100% safe and so help me if you two start advancing your relationship quickly, I will bludgeon and expel you. Are we clear?"

Mina and Izuku blushed hard but nodded "Y-Yes sir!"

"Good. Your classmates were looking to visit you guys soon. I know some wanted to check out the house, so you better get ready" Aizawa said carelessly.

Izuku and Mina snapped to attention and went to grab Eri so they can monitor her while they organize their stuff.

Nezu looked to Aizawa as they left "This is quite exhilarating!"

Aizawa sighed "... I'm going back to bed."

Inside the house

After about an hour of organization, Izuku and Mina were sitting on the couch in the living room with Eri laying down across both teens having her head in Mina's lap. The stuff they haven't organized was stuff that was still in their old rooms, but they were taking a moment to soak in the environment.

"I can't believe we have a house" Mina muttered.

Izuku took a deep breath "It's so nice... I almost can't believe it."

Mina leaned her head on Izuku's shoulder "Believe it, Green Bean. We got a house AND a kid. Gotta say, I'm wondering where my ring is right now"

Izuku flushed a deep red "R-Ring?!"

Mina kissed his cheek "Gosh your so Midorable, when you blush. I love it~"

Izuku trued to embarrassingly change the subject "H-Hey uh... Later tonight... Do you want to... Um..."

Mina felt her cheeks heat up "W-Well yeah sure... I would love that~"

"What are you talking about?" Asked the newly awoken Eri.

Both Mina and Izuku panicked and quickly turned away "EEE!"

"N-Nothing Eri! It's nothing bad or anything. Let's just focus on mentally preparing for the class to come over" Mina waved it off, Izuku remained silent, but Eri looked a bit uncomfortable at the thought of having so many people over.

Izuku looked to Eri and noticed her gut reaction to being around people. 'Mentally...' that word rang in Izuku's head as he looked into Eri's crimson eyes. She was clearly nervous to be around so many people, which is understandable, but they had no intention to harm her. Maybe now that they've got living arrangements set up, it was time to go for the *real* problem at hand.

"Hey... Eri?" She looked at him curiously "How would you feel about... going to see a therapist?"

Mina was a bit surprised, Eri however was suddenly scared.

"W-Why? What's that?" Eri asked.

Mina turned to Izuku "Where did this idea come from?"

Izuku stared at them for a moment "I... I don't want Eri to live in fear forever, the thing she's worried about constantly, is people, right? Well... Maybe we can do something about that."

Mina thought about it for a moment then looked to Eri. She looked confused and a bit frightened. "... Let's talk about this later. In the meantime, let's try and enjoy today. We have school tomorrow."

Izuku agreed with her, Eri felt a little nervous but with what they were talking about, it sounded okay, so she didn't fight it for now.

A startling knock was heard at the door. Mina figured it was only a matter of time and got up and answered it "Hello?"

"Hiiii!" Most of class 1A greeted.

Mina chuckled and quickly let them in "Hey guys! We missed you!"

Kirishima came in "Hi Mina! Been doing good?"

Mina nodded "Yeah! Great even!"

Ochako, Yaoyorozu and Jirou went to Eri and started playing with her. Eri was fine with the girls, but she still got nervous if other classmates approached.

Shoji approached Izuku "So Midoriya? How was your trip home?"

Izuku smiled "Well, it was really nice. My mom always helps me feel more relaxed."

Shoji nodded "I understand... I hate to impose but... Can I ask for some advice?"

Izuku nodded "Of course. Would you rather talk in private?" Shoji nodded and Izuku and Shoji found a less occupied room in the house to speak.

Meanwhile, Mina was catching up with Toru, Kirishima, Sero and Kaminari. "You guys should have seen it. It was such a cute moment!"

Kaminari shrugged "Well... Glad you guys are both happy..."

Sero put a hand on Kaminari's shoulder "C'mon, man. Just be happy for them."

Kirishima was in near tears "I can only imagine how nervous Midoriya was, but he STILL told you how he felt! So manly!"

Toru squealed and hugged Mina "EEEEE Congrats girl~!"

Mina chuckled and hugged her back "Thanks guys! I appreciate your support."

Eri however was currently floating due to Uraraka's quirk and giggled as she spun around slowly "Weeeeeeee"

Uraraka and the girls smiled upon the innocent unicorn as Uraraka gently let her down and turned off her quirk.

"Did you see that, Big sis!? She made me fly!" Eri yelled in delight.

Jirou chuckled "Float, but sure heh. Oh! I've got a surprise for you" she pulled out a bag of apple slices much to Eri's delight.

"Thank you!" Eri said as she took the bag and began to eat some in her blissful state.

Jirou couldn't help but laugh "What do you like about apples so much, Eri?"

Eri looked at Jirou "They're soft, yummy and red! I like red almost as much as green!"

Jirou pets her head "Always back to Deku with you, eh squirt?"

Eri gave a light chuckle in response.

The front door suddenly opened, and everyone looked to see none other than Katsuki Bakugo at the entrance, looking determined and serious.

Izuku, Mina and Eri didn't take their eyes off of him. Eri however started getting scared of him, she was slowly getting Chisaki flashbacks with that look Bakugo gave. Mina and Izuku quickly noticed this and ran to her side as she was on the verge of tears.

Bakugo entered and headed straight for Mina, who quickly brought her guard up. A light grunt escaped Bakugo's throat as he tried to force out an apology.

'Just say it! Get it over with!' he shook his head lightly 'No... You know what you did was wrong... But damn did it feel good! Wait, but!' As Bakugo fought with his conscience, he began grunting louder and louder until he finally snapped back to reality and saw the quivering child before him.

Death glares were shot his way. A few classmates were trying to be hopeful and offer support, but Bakugo wasn't making it easy.

"Get out"

Simple words, said in a venomous tone. The class was a bit shocked to hear those words leave Izuku's lips, but Bakugo seemed to get the message and turned the other way to leave immediately.

The class couldn't even comprehend what was going on, but Mina and Izuku were doing their best to calm Eri down. She was currently being carried by Izuku as she shed tears into his shoulder, saying "Don't let him get me" in a dry, cracking voice.

Mina looked to the rest of the class and gave them a signal basically saying to leave, she did promise them they'd visit the dorms later though.

Once the class was gone, Mina returned to Izuku and Eri only to find her gripping tightly onto Deku's shirt as he gently stroked her back while they sat on the couch. Mina softly pet Eri's hair as Eri whimpered.

Mina fought the urge to sigh "I think we need to go to Bakugo later... Without Eri"

Izuku silently nodded in agreement as Eri, tired from her remembrance of a traumatic experience, slowly fell asleep.
