Izuku opened his eyes to see Eri softly snoring in their bed. However, Mina seemed to have already been up. She wasn't in the bed and the door was open. He tried to carefully get out of bed so Eri could continue to sleep. Unfortunately, she was a light sleeper, the slightest nudge made her stir and open her eyes.
"Daddy?" She said in a groggy tone.
Izuku felt bad waking her up, but it was probably for the best. They'd have to get ready soon. "Morning, Eri. Sleep well?"
Eri sat up and rubbed her eyes while nodding, then yawned while saying "Yeah~" Eri then lifted her arms so he could pick her up.
Izuku chuckled and gave in to her cuteness, picking her up and walking down the stairs with both still in their pajamas.
Izuku heard sizzling and the sound of clanking pans. He went to the kitchen to see Mina, still in her pj's, making breakfast!
Bacon, eggs, toast and orange juice graced the dining table as Mina turned to her family. "Morning guys!"
Izuku was in shock, it all looked so good! The smell of food reached Eri's nose, waking her up almost immediately. She looked at the table in shock and awe.
"Woooow. It all looks so yummy!" Eri smiled.
"I didn't know you could make all this stuff!" Izuku said in disbelief.
"There's lots you don't know about me, Izu baby~" Mina stuck her tongue out playfully.
Mina had just put all the pans in the sink and put a freshly sliced apple on Eri's plate.
This made Eri launch out of Izuku's arms and rush to her plate waiting for them to sit. Mina and Izuku slowly sat down with Izuku still thinking this was a dream.
After a quick prayer they dug in with Eri noticing something different right away. She looked at her apple slices weirdly.
"What's wrong, sweetie?" Mina asked.
"This apple," Eri began "It's not too sweet... But it's very juicy."
Mina chuckled "Ohhhh that's because these are different apples."
"Different apples?" Eri tilted her head.
Mina nodded "Yup! The apples we had before were called honey crisp apples, these ones are called red delicious."
Eri looked like her world was blown away "I didn't know there were different kinds of apples. How many are there?"
Mina thought for a moment "Uhhh maybe like, 10? 15? Somewhere around that number"
Eri gasped "So many..." She stood on her chair "I want to try them all!"
Mina made finger guns "You got it girl~!" Mina looked to Izuku who was still in awe while eating. "What's up, Izu?"
"Just appreciating how amazing my girlfriend is." He said between bites.
Mina flushed lightly and giggled "Thanks babe! But trust me. We *will* be trading off."
Izuku gulped "I don't know if I can top this but... I'll try."
The group shared a laugh as they ate and got ready for school.
Meanwhile...
Jirou just got dressed for school and picked up her bag "Good. I got everything" she left the room and made her way downstairs. Upon arrival she saw most of the class was up and talking. She did her best not to get noticed and got outside safely.
Jirou sighed in relief until she was tapped on the shoulder. "EH?!" she flipped out only to see Tokoyami.
"Funny, usually hiding in the shadows is my thing." Tokoyami said.
"... I just don't want to talk to anyone" Jirou turned around.
Tokoyami sighed "Trust me, I know the feeling. If you need someone to talk to, come see me."
Jirou turned to him "... I'll keep that in mind" she continued walking to school only to be met by Izuku, Mina and Eri.
Mina greeted her first "Hi, Jirou! What's up?"
Jirou smirked "Not much. Just another day."
Eri smiled at her "Big sis!" She ran and hugged her.
Jirou was a bit flustered but smiled and hugged her "Hiya, Eri."
Eri looked up at her and smiled wide. "Thank you for the apples yesterday! I learned that there are even more different kinds of apples!"
Jirou chuckled at her enthusiasm over such a simple thing. "So many apples, so little time hehe."
Eri grabbed Jirou's hand "Come with us, please!"
Jirou laughed "I already am! We're all going to the same place."
During their conversation, Mina and Izuku noticed how attached Eri was to Jirou.
"Maybe we could have her babysit sometime?" Mina asked.
"That's a great idea, she clearly admires Jirou." Izuku added.
Mina smiled then frowned a bit "Too bad she doesn't have friends her age."
The second she said that, Izuku got an idea "I might be able to do something about that."
Mina perked up "Oh?"
Izuku then smiled "I'll keep it a surprise."
Mina pouted but dropped it quickly as the four headed to class all while one angry blonde watched them from his window.
Upon entry, they saw that Aizawa wasn't there yet. So, they took their seats as Eri sat on Jirou's desk "Big sis?"
"Yes, Eri?" Jirou replied happily.
"Remember when you said you'd teach me how to play music like you?" Eri asked.
Jirou forgot all about that "Oh uhh yeah! But it might take a while."
Eri brought her fists up determined and with a shimmer in her eye said, "I'll do it!"
Jirou nearly collapsed from cuteness until Mina caught her attention.
"Hey, Jirou? You seem to get along really well with Eri. If we ever need you to, do ya think you could babysit for us?" Mina asked.
Jirou shrugged "I guess that's fine."
Other classmates finally started coming in, the first who was Bakugo. He sneered in Jirou's direction and sat in his seat. Jirou was tempted to try and maul him again, but she had a feeling she only got lucky yesterday, she didn't want to tempt fate twice.
Toru approached Mina "Hey, Mina. Weren't you guys supposed to come over last night?"
Mina blinked twice in silence "Crap... Sorry Toru, I was playing with Eri."
Toru frantically waved her arms "Oh, no no, it's fine! Just wondering, guess I'd be busy too if I had a kid hehe."
Mina blushed but smiled proudly "My kid is adorable... And a unicorn!"
The girls chuckled at that while students were entering the class and taking their seats. Finally, Aizawa stepped in.
Aizawa saw all the kids quiet and in their places. "Good. You guys are getting better at that."
Aizawa looked to Eri "Eri. Please come up here."
Eri looked to Izuku and Mina. Mina pat her back to try and comfort her. "It's okay, Eri. He's not gonna hurt you."
Eri gulped and nodded as she slowly went up to Aizawa's side. "Now." He began "This is Eri. I'm sure you've all heard her story by now. She'll be with our class until we can find her a trusting babysitter. So that means no swearing, no perversions, no yelling, no dirty jokes around her and if you hurt her you die. Understood?"
All students "Yes sir!"
Aizawa sighed "Good. Now let's start" he proceeded to give Eri some paper and crayons. Eri looked satisfied and sat down then started drawing on the paper with a clipboard keeping it steady.
Aizawa looked to the class "Now I know you've all had a sizable amount of time off, but I hope you guys have been keeping your minds sharp. Today, you guys will be doing a lot of mundane tests and studies to catch up with the other classes. However, since the teachers won't be stopping every 5 minutes for you guys, we've decided to split you guys into groups of twos." He pressed a button that projected the list behind him "The teams are as follows."
Bakugo and Kaminari
Shoji and Uraraka
Sero and Sato
Tooru and Yaoyorozu
Kouda and Mineta
Tokoyami and Jirou
Iida and Ojiro
Aoyama and Asui
Kirishima and Todoroki
Izuku and Mina
Most of the class were happy with their teams aside from Mineta not being paired with a girl.
"Now make sure you stay with your partners today; we'll be keeping track of-"
"Mommy! Look what I drew!" Eri yelled interrupting Aizawa.
The class looked fearful as all of them knew that interrupting their teacher was an easy way to get on his bad side.
Mina tried to look but it was too far "Sorry Eri, I can't see it from here."
Eri looked a bit sad at that until she saw Aizawa's hand out of the corner of her eye. "Let me see it" he said stoically.
Eri was afraid he might ruin it but her parents said they could trust him, so she gave it to him.
Aizawa then played with a few buttons on his desk then projected an image of the picture behind him at a much larger size.
The picture was of Eri between Mina and Izuku, who were all colored stick figures, with a bunch of colored in, red circles around them and their house behind them. The picture made all the girls in class "Awww!" And almost all the guys had smiles on their faces, even Todoroki!
"Now as you can see, Eri has diagrammed exactly what I'm talking about." Aizawa stated "Ashido and Midoriya are much stronger taking on any villain when they stick together. Here you can see that they are defending Eri from and onslaught of red orbs on their front yard, even."
Kaminari, Kirishima and Sero were ready to burst into tears laughing.
Eri, however, stood up "Those are apples!"
The class "Apples?"
Eri nodded "Those are all the new apples I wanna try with Mommy and Daddy!"
"AWWWW SWEETIE!!!" Mina cheered as Izuku put his head on his desk in embarrassment and covered his face with his arms.
Aizawa shrugged "Anyway, as you can see, they're all holding hands, not very efficient for battle but they can easily escape the situation this way with Izuku and Mina's combined speed."
Later, after homeroom, they went to Art Class with Midnight!
As everyone sat down, Eri was once again put upfront and drawing as Midnight cooed at her adorable behavior but occasionally taught art.
The class thoroughly enjoyed school that day. Each class was more fun than the last. Seeing their teachers interact with Eri was worth seeing again and again. However, it was now lunch time and of course, Eri's tray was full of fruit and on the house, curtesy of Lunch Rush.
Mina, Eri, Izuku, Iida, Ochako, Tsuyu and Todoroki all sat at the same table. Ochako was the first to ask Eri "So are you having fun today sweetie?"
Eri nodded yes lightly "Yeah! But my head feels like air."
Izuku turned to her "Lightheaded? Just sit down and relax, okay? I know you've done a lot today. I'm sure this can all get to be a little overwhelming."
Mina smiled at her "Remember to eat your fruit though! It's got lots of vitamins!"
Eri nodded and calmed down sitting in a more relaxed position.
"It was pretty funny seeing all the teachers fall prey to Eri's cuteness" Tsuyu smiled.
Iida chuckled "Although I'd have appreciated a more focused classroom. I can't deny even I was drawn in by her charms."
Todoroki looked to Izuku and Mina "I never thought I'd see you two together, and with a kid no less."
"W-What do you mean?" Izuku stuttered out.
"You and Mina have become inseparable. A few weeks ago, you two hardly spoke, now you two are happily together" Todoroki added.
Mina blushed "Hehe... Well, when you put it like that... It does seem magical in a way."
Ochako sighed "I won't lie guys. I'm a bit jealous. You guys look so adorable together! But I know my time will come. I can't wait to see who it'll be with!"
"Ribbit, just don't go for anyone like Mineta" Tsuyu chuckled, making everyone at the table join in.
Meanwhile, Bakugo looked at their table with what can only be described as true hate. Kaminari and Kirishima looked concerned for him.
"So..." Kaminari began "You okay Bakugo?"
Bakugo glared daggers at Kaminari.
"C-Cool..." Kaminari concluded.
They continued to eat in uncomfortable silence for the rest of lunch.
After school, Izuku decided he wanted to go train, Mina wanted to go with him to make sure he didn't overdo it, and in turn they asked Jirou to watch Eri at the house. She happily accepted but asked if she could invite Momo, who still had a present to give Eri. They accepted.
At the gym, Izuku was doing pushups as Mina counted for him.
"90! 91! 92!" Mina yelled.
"Is this really necessary?" Izuku said.
Mina chuckled "Of course it is! 93! 94!"
"Guess it's not so bad. You're really light" Izuku pushed on.
Mina pat his back "Hey, guess that means you could do 100 more huh?"
"No! For you, I could do 1000!" Izuku smiled at her.
Mina chuckled and smacked his abs "5 more, Izuku!"
Izuku kept going as Mina counted, "95! 96! 97!"
He kept championing on. His form never faltering. "98! 99! 100!!!"
Mina pat his head "Awesome job, babe!" She then got off of him.
Izuku chuckled and got up "Ready for your side of this workout?"
Mina's eyes went wide "... Uhhhh"
Back at the house, Jirou was watching Eri on her little playground. It was adorable, it wasn't that long ago that Jirou met Eri, but she already felt like Eri was the little sister she never had. She was beyond happy to be around her.
Eri went to Jirou "Do you wanna play with me?"
Jirou chuckled "That playground is made for kids your size, Eri."
Eri shook her head no "I meant something inside."
Jirou smiled "Sounds doable. Sure."
"Yay!" Eri lifted her arms in joy.
They both went into the house and went to the master bedroom. She had Izuku's old toys under the bed temporarily while they organized another room for her. She pulled out an All Might toy, and a toy of a guy covered in fake ice.
"Which one do you want to be!" Eri asked happily.
Jirou chuckled "It doesn't matter to me, be whoever you want sweetie."
Eri smiled "I'll be this guy. You can be this guy" she handed her the All Might figure.
Jirou smiled and shrugged 'not much for action figures but it can't hurt to try.'
Eri led her downstairs, to the living room and began to wave the toy around "I'm a bad guy! I'll always be bad!" She said in a silly deep voice.
Jirou chuckled "Well I'm All Might! I beat up the bad guys!" She said in a terribly inaccurate All Might voice.
Eri backed her toy up and gasped "No way! But ... I don't wanna get hurt! Can I offer you some apples?"
Jirou's heart was ready to explode out of her chest 'so cute~!' "Hmmm I would but you did a very bad thing!"
"What did I do?" The Robber / Eri asked.
"You stole all those apples!" Jirou couldn't help but smile.
"Hmmm what if I gave them to everyone else!" Eri replied.
"Well, if you're going to be nice about it then I'll pay for your apples!" Jirou finally broke and chuckled. Eri started chuckling too until they both broke into laughter.
"Mmmmm!" They both heard a noise and looked to the entrance of the living room to see Yaoyorozu standing there covering her mouth trying to keep quiet but failing and letting out a muzzled squeal of excitement.
Finally removing her hands, she clasped them together "That was so cute!!!"
Jirou smiled while Eri got up and ran towards Momo, who picked her up and hugged her. "Miss me cutie pie?" She said sweetly.
"Yeah!" Eri nuzzled into her cutely.
"Oh! I've been working on something for you for a while. Wanna see?" Momo said with glee.
Eri nodded and hopped up and down excitedly.
Momo pulled a big bag out from behind her and turned it upside-down. Plushies came pouring out of the bag, most were of class 1A, the first set was of them in their hero costumes and the second set was of them in regular clothes. There were pro hero one's as well and one plushie made of her!
Eri gave the loudest open mouth gasp she ever had as Jirou looked in awe of Plush Mountain
Eri picked one up and brought it to Jirou "Sis! It's you!"
Jirou blushed as Eri presented the plushie that captured her likeness incredibly well. "Wow. That's awesome!" She looked to Momo "Thanks Yaomomo"
Yaoyorozu smiled "No problem! It wasn't all me though, I had a little help..."
Jirou smirked "Oh?~ do tell!"
Momo blushed and covered her face.
"I bet it was Todoroki, wasn't it?~" Jirou stated confidently.
"Jirouuuuuu!" Momo whined.
Both were brought out of their banter by the giggling of the young Unicorn next to them. They're hearts were filled with delight as they watched her play and laugh.
Soon enough, they began to play with her and the plushies, it was loads of fun acting out their classmates. Tokoyami being one of Jirou's favorites to impersonate.
Eri controlled her Eri doll. "Can I have an apple mister bird friend?"
Jirou made a mock deep voice "Only if you share with dark shadow..." She pulled a plushie of dark shadow out from the pile and put it behind him.
Momo chuckled and controlled the Sato plush and in a deep voice said "Hold on guys! I'll make an apple pie just for you guys!"
They kept playing with Eri for about 2 hours. At that point, Yaoyorozu and Jirou were watching Eri play in the backyard on her playground while Izuku and Mina started heading back to the house. Both had worked up a major sweat. Mina had stopped Izuku from going overboard several times and he certainly thanked her for it although... He was a bit worried.
"You miss her don't you."
"Huh?" Izuku looked to Mina confused.
"Eri" Mina stated "it's only been a few hours and you already miss her. I can see it in your eyes, Izu."
He grinned "Yeah... I just... I worry for her. She's so small, so fragile. I wish I could always keep her in my sight... It's what Sir Nighteye and Mirio would want... And as a father figure to her... It's all I could hope for."
Mina subtly grabbed Izuku's hand "I know what you mean. To be honest I was nervous at first... About this whole thing but... I would die for that girl... I've never thought that way about anything!"
Mina tightened her grip a bit "But that's why..." She turned to face him "That's why I can't help but smile... I've got the best guy in the world keeping an eye out for the both of us... And I promise I'll do the same for the both of you. I love you, Izu~."
Izuku suddenly leaned in and gave her a soft, caring kiss. "Every moment with you... Is truly magical~" he cradled her cheeks.
A noticeable blushed crossed Mina's face as she hugged her buff green bean. He happily returned her hug with one of his own.
"Your heroic spirit is... Very attractive" Izuku blushed at her words.
"... You're getting better at flirting" Mina stated.
Izuku began to chuckle which forced Mina to crack a smile before laughing along with him.
As they were walking back Izuku felt his phone rumble. He checked it and looked at it in confusion "Huh?"
"Something wrong?" Mina asked.
Izuku shook his head "Nope. Just gotta check something when we get back."
"MOMMY! DADDY!"
"And look at that." Izuku stated.
Eri ran from her playground to her parents as Jirou and Yaoyorozu looked on, enjoying the scene of Izuku and Mina embracing their adopted daughter. They soon went to the two and thanked them.
Izuku bowed "Thank you so much guys!"
"I hope you guys had fun with our Unicorn!" Mina giggled as Eri smiled.
Jirou smirked "Fits, seeing as hanging out with this girl is such a once in a lifetime experience."
Yaoyorozu chuckled "Oh! I hope you don't mind but I gave Eri quite a few gifts."
Mina smiled "I'm sure it's no big deal."
Yaoyorozu decided it was best show them and once they entered the living room, Mina and Izuku's jaws nearly hit the floor at the sheer amount of plushies in front of them.
Mina and Izuku "Did you make these?!"
Yaoyorozu chuckled and nodded yes. They proceeded to thank her profusely as they tried to think of how to repay her. Truth be told they were struggling to think what toys Eri would like, so this was a blessing in disguise.
Yaoyorozu laughed at the two "It's okay! I was happy to do it!"
Mina hugged her "Thank you so much, girl. Seriously."
Yaoyorozu hugged her back "No problem!"
"If you guys ever need a babysitter. I'm not far." Jirou announced.
Izuku nodded "Thank you!"
Jirou and Momo left after saying their goodbyes, soon after, Izuku went to the master bedroom and looked at his phone. he was looking at his text from earlier.
From Bakugo: Your little family is gonna make you weak. I was told to apologize to you guys but seeing as I don't see any reason why I should. I won't. Unless you want the teachers to try and force an empty apology out of me.
Once he finished reading, he felt a lump form in his throat which he quickly swallowed.
He walked back downstairs to see Mina and Eri cuddled on the couch watching cartoons.
"Daddy! Come watch with us!" Eri yelled.
Izuku looked to his family '... Whatever the case... I'll never let them down.' he looked at Bakugo's text chat and sent a message before he joined his family on the couch.
Meanwhile in Bakugo's room
Bakugo was laying on his bed listing to music as his phone began to vibrate. He looked to see the notification and he narrowed his eyes "Have it your way ... Deku..."
From Deku: I'm not afraid of you anymore.

Or ending its first arc then planning it's next. Or working on an entirely new story with Izuku x Jirou or Izuku x Tsu! Lots of options! Let me know what you guys think. Love you!
