Gender: Female.

Likes: "You, of course! Would your widdle and cutie Washu-chan lie about that?"

Dislikes: "Why do you talk about ugly things like dislikes? I won't hear anything about that!"

Natural Enemy: Kagato, Doctor Victor von Doom.

Parameters:

Strength: C

Endurance: E

Agility: D

Mana: A+

Luck: A

Noble Phantasm: A+

Biography:

Washu once was one of the three Choushin, goddesses overlooking the Galaxy and keeping watch over its civilizations. Due to unknown reasons she has forgotten, she split from her siblings Tokimi and Tsunami and made a material, long lived but mortal body for herself. Later, she applied herself for a teaching and research job at the Galactic Academy, coming to turn into one of its most recognized authorities.

During her teaching stint, Washu fell in love with a higher up of the Galaxy Police and had a son from him. The influential family of the man separated them and took Washu's child away from her. He'd later become the great-grandfather of police detective Kuramitsu Mihoshi.

She invented several universe busting weapons, but was arrested by the Galaxy Police and expelled from the Academy. Later, she was captured by space pirate Kagato, who kept her a captive in his spaceship, the Souja.

Washu was accidentally rescued by Ryoko and young Masaki Tenchi (also summonable as a Saber), who were trying to save Princess Ayeka Jurai from Kagato. With nowhere to go, she stayed over at Tenchi's countryside home, and years later became one of his wives. Washu is notorious for having given Tenchi his first son.

Class Skills:

Territory Creation: EX

Much like Skuld, with whom she might share a common origin branching from the main tree of divine spirits, Caster can establish complicated, state of the art technomagical laboratories and workshops that go beyond humankind's capacity. Out of simple items found in an average Japanese houeshold in the hills, she could design and implement a massive inner dimension for storage with several sublayers of reality to it, always in constant expansion.

Caster also can improve and expand upon Territories and Workshops created by allies, whether they are magical or technological.

Caster's laboratories have multiple pathways to other dimensions. In practical terms, that means she can Rayshift herself and others into Singularities and Lostbets without needing to employ Chaldea's mechanisms, but good Rayshift compatibility is still necessary to survive the proccess unscathed.

Item Creation: EX

Caster calls herself 'the greatest scientific genius in the universe', and she might be correct. Hailing from advanced civilizations far Earth's development, she outclasses the likes of Leonardo Da Vinci, Thomas Alva Edison, Nikola Tesla, and Helena Blavatsky, and only Skuld, Reed Richards and Victor von Doom come close to her level. However, she can be flaky and unreliable about delivering inventions in time, unless she is hard pressured personally, and many of her creations are too dangerous to be deployed in warfare.

Her inventions are often downright dangerous and illegal, as she tends to consider herself above the law. Some of the most questionable ones include dimension-oscillating bullets, an ozone destroyer cannon and a space/time converting tachyon ray. She tends to test them before release, but many would say that even the acts of testing them are potentially harmful.

Caster created several artificial lifeforms, including her clone daughter Hakubi Ryoko, who would later abandon her and become a space pirate, and two cabbits, small and furry cat-rabbit creatures who transform into spaceships, known as Ryo-Ohki and Fuku. Caster is eccentric like that.

Personal Skills:

Charm: A

Washu-chan is an extremely cute girl!

Adorable!

She also can change into a busty and voluptuous adult form for those otherwise immune to her attractiveness.

Divinity: A

As a Choushin, she has lived from times when life on Earth as we know it hadn't manifested yet. The rank is lowered only because Caster doesn't want to ascend back into goddesshood.

Tokimi has a personal interest on her and will sometimes attempt to pull her back into her former position by her side. This, too, can be dangerous for those around Caster.

Hot Alien Nurse: C

Caster has a medical doctorate, and she can apply her knowledge on the injuries and diseases of almost any humanoid or animal species in the planet. She excels formulating antidotes against toxins and replacing lost limbs with metal protheses that are almost identical to the original ones.

The actual results on the health of Caster's patients are variable, but overall she has a good record. She may act in a less traumatic way than Florence Nightingale but she is nowhere as devoted, and she will grow bored and just leave if she has to treat several patients in a row.

Masters be warned, a part of Caster's treatment includes tying her patients to run tests on them, and she is all too glad to extract semen samples from males. That may be nowhere as pleasant as it sounds.

Noble Phantasms:

Dimensional Cannon: A

Anti-World.

A weapon used to destroy space criminal Kain. It was an anti-galaxy weapon, capable of obliterating several star systems at once, but as a Servant its power has been greatly diminished.

Everything and anyone hit by its beam is vaporized to subatomic particles. The area around the impact, however, is kept clean from any radiation, and any and all debris is expulsed into subspace. The scorched area feels strangely hot for several moments without hurting the touch, and cools down almost immediately.

The cannon takes long to be triggered and it demands insane amounts of mana to work, which lowers the rank.

Washu-chan Decoys: B

This Noble Phantasm doesn't need any trigger phrases to function.

Caster uses robot duplicates of herself to evade capture. She has to be caught completely unaware or else whoever has been trapped by her enemy will turn out to be a double.

The moment of the switch is difficult to establish, and even those who have 'grabbed' her cannot say when it has happened. They will just hear a cackle and then, as soon as they look again they'll see 'Caster' has been replaced by a tiny, laughing and cartoony Caster doll.

Summon: "Hello! The great, powerful and very cute Caster at your service! TA-DAAAA! But be warned! I'm not gonna help you unless you call me Washu-chan!"

Beginning of Battle:

"Rock and roll!"

"Oh, I feel young again!"

"Be gentle with me! I'm a mother! I don't look the part? Flatterer!"

"The stage is set for the greatest genius of the universe!"

"You asked for it!"

Attack:

"Oh, snap!"

"Stay still!"

"Incredibly slow reflexes!"

"Tee hee! I love this!"

"I'm not enjoying this too much, am I?"

Damage:

"You cad!"

"Ouchie!"

"Heh, I lowered my guard!"

"As fiery as Ryoko-chan!"

"Hmmm, how aggressive."

Victory:

"I left enough to fill a plate and run a few tests on it."

"The path to knowledge is long and full of turns."

"For science!"

"Peace and Love!"

"A fascinating simulation of the full scale conflict between chaos and order!"

Defeat:

"Class... is dismissed..."

"A very clear mistake of judgment..."

"Bravo. Bravo!"

"Mihoshi must be near..."

Defeat by Noble Phantasm: "Sealing the laboratory. Deactivating all weapons. Farewell, Master. I'm sorry I couldn't help more."

Noble Phantasm Activation:

"Now look what you made me to do. I don't like to give my devices any fancy codenames so I'll keep this simple. Shooting the old reliable... DIMENSIONAL CANNON!"

Dialogue Samples:

"Leonardo da Vinci, right? The 'universal genius'? No, I'm not mocking you. Of course, I respect your superior authority here. And you know much more about Fine Arts than I do, I suppose!" (When you have Caster or Rider Leonardo da Vinci).

"A dimensional traveler! The things I could learn from you! How many worlds have you seen, boy? Please tell me..." (When you have Saber Sora).

"Do you want to be my disciple? I already can see some potential in you. Eh? You should feel honored!" (When you have Caster Skuld).

"What a cute little kid! You are good for the scientific level of your species, I guess. Come back to me in a few decades and maybe I'll consider teaching you." (When you have Rider Chao Lingshen).

"A destroyer of civilizations. What an empty, aimless life you must lead." (When you have Saber or Archer Altera).

"What is wrong with you? My sensors show... Your psychic essence and your material form don't match each other, the resonance is broken..." (When you have Foreigner Abigail Williams).

"Mahatma? I think you are using the wrong terminology. But, if that makes you happy, who am I to argue..." (When you have Caster or Archer Helena Blavatsky).

Birthday: "Happy Birthday, dear Master! How many candles do you want on your cake? Oh, don't be ashamed. Tell me the truth, I'll understand..."

Event: "Is it a Guda Guda? I want to put on my best kimono! I hardly had any chances to wear it at Tenchi-dono's house after all."

Holy Grail: "That dumb thing? I only have an use for it as a paperweight!"

To be Continued.
