"Long ago, when clans still roamed the world, there were three tribes that had formed Wind Country's first Village, and for many years they prospered.
"The Village grew large, as desert tribes came to settle the prosperous land. But then there came many years of drought and when the villagers thought they would have to abandon the land a mysterious man came to them with rain ripples in his eyes.
"The Villagers could offer the man little but still they gave to him what they had. The mysterious man had received their alms and had resolved to pay them back."
