The pair of men were… unique looking (Kagome thought that was polite way to describe them). One had silver hair that spiked out, defying gravity. One of his eyes looked grotesquely scarred from this distance but Kagome couldn't be sure. A mask covered half his face, and the rest of him was covered in navy blue clothes, the only skin showing was his wrists and ankles.
The other man had long white hair that cascaded down his back, Kagome might have been jealous of the length if she wasn't sure that the spikes of his hair must have been a pain to keep up. This man's face was uncovered, except for the face paint that trailed from the corner of his eyes down the length of his face. He was dressed in traditional clothing, and Kagome was reminded of the wandering Samurai of the Feudal Era.
"The Hokage called you back to investigate this?" asked the white haired man, obviously the senior of the pair. Kagome had to bite down on her tongue so she wouldn't cry out in distress. This was a worst case scenario. If the Kazeage found out what she'd done and the she compromised his "war"…
