Jiraiya grinned as he looked down at the slip of a girl. His toads had spotted her a number of times today, reporting back about flashes of Natural energy that clung to the girl like a second skin. The Natural energy hadn't sunk into her being, it hadn't hindered her in any way, it sort of hung around her, leaking from her pores as though she was creating Natural energy in such excess that it could not be contained inside her.
The Suna Genin calling her a Miko put the final pieces together.
Jiraiya had crossed monks that could combine Natural energy with their own, but it had been to such a small degree that Jiraiya hadn't worried about them taking in too much Natrual energy. The monks had had their own stories to tell of the Priestesses and Monks of ancient times, who could use Natural energies and Spiritual energies to fight against Youkai to the point that they had nearly been extinct for a number of years, until the Juubi had come along. There had even been tales of the Sage of Six Paths using such technique that utilized both Natural and Spiritual energy to subdue the Juubi.
