" Tara, we just had thanksgiving two days ago. Can't we wait until it's closer to Christmas to get a Christmas Tree?" Jax asked as he sat up and back against the headboard. It was already past eight in the morning and Tara is already up and ready to get out of the door. Thanksgiving was only two days ago and Tara is already set on getting a Christmas tree and Jax feels it's too early to get one.

" If we wait until then. All the good Christmas Trees would be gone. Besides, it's never too early to get a Christmas tree." Tara says as she smiles softly as she leans over and kisses him quickly." Now get out of bed, Teller. I want to get to the Christmas tree lot before it gets too crowded and all the good trees are gone ." Tara says as she walked out of their room and went to check on the boys to see if they were ready yet.

Jax inhaled and exhaled as he threw the covers off of him and got up on his feet. Walking out of their room. Jax went straight into the bathroom to relieve himself and to take a quick hot shower. Twenty minutes after Jax was done. He shut off the showerhead and pulled back the shower curtain. Stepping out, Jax grabbed a towel off of the towel rack and quickly dried off before getting dressed.

" Hey, daddy. Guess what? Mommy says we are gonna shop for a Christmas tree." Abel says excitedly while Tara was helping him with his jacket.

Jax nods his head." Mommy is right buddy, we are gonna go shopping for a Christmas tree." Jax says as he lifted Abel up off of the floor.

" Yeah, and mommy said that we should get a big Christmas tree," Abel says excitedly as he raised his arm up showing Jax how big he thinks the tree is gonna be.

" Oh, she did huh?" Jax questioned as he raised his brow and looks over at Tara with a sly smirk curling up on the corner of his lips.

" What I said was. We might be able to get a big Christmas tree. It just depends on if they still have any or not." Tara says as she picked up Thomas and threw the strap of her purse over her shoulder and grabbed her keys." Alright Troops, let's head out." Tara says as she walked out of the door along with Jax following behind with Abel in his arms.

After Tara and Jax got the boys buckled into their seats and once Tara closed Thomas's door, Tara looked down at her car keys for a moment. She looks up at Jax." Hey, why don't you drive." Tara says as she tossed the keys towards Jax.

Jax caught them and nods his head as he leans down and kisses her quickly and got into the driver's side." Where's this Christmas tree lot at again?" Jax asked as soon as Tara got in and closed her car door.

" Just right out in the Charming supermarkets parking a lot. Lyla told me she saw them setting the Christmas tree lot up when she got done shopping last week." Tara responded as she buckled her seat belt in.

Jax just nodded his head and turned the engine over. Backing out of their driveway and headed straight towards Charming Supermarket. Growing up Jax never had a Christmas tree. Gemma never really bothered buying one cause according to her, Christmas is only for Holy bible people plus she didn't want to have to deal with the clean-up once the Christmas tree was taking down.

Walking through the lot Tara couldn't believe all the different sizes there were. Also, they were are all so beautiful as well. Tara then spotted the perfect one." What do you guys think of this one?" Tara asked as Jax and the boys came to her side. " It's not too big and I think it will fit perfectly in the corner right next to the window," Tara says as she looks over at Jax.

Jax started to walk around the Christmas tree to get a closer look. Jax looks over at Tara as he nods his head." I love it already." He says as he looks over at the boys." So, what you guys think? Should mommy get this Christmas tree?"

" Yes!" Both Abel and Thomas answered while they both jumped up and down with excitement. Tara couldn't help but giggle as she watches her sons getting excited about a Christmas tree.

" Well, I guess it's settled then," Tara says as she looked around for the salesman. Tara then spotted him by the other Christmas trees." Excuse me." Tara says as she walked over to him.

When the salesman was done with the first family he turned around when he noticed Tara walking towards him." How may I help you today ma'am?" He asked in a friendly tone.

" Yeah, my family and I will like to buy that Christmas tree," Tara says as she pointed towards the Christmas tree Jax and her boys was still looking at.

The salesman nods his head." Good choice. When do you guys need it?"

" well, I am hoping to get it today." Tara responded." I told my sons we were gonna get one today and I promised them that we will decorate it tonight."

" Alright, just let me go get my tree cutters and we will have it strapped down on top of your car in no time." The salesman said as he walked away from Tara for a moment to get his tree cutters. Tara headed back towards her family.

" Is everything okay?" Jax asked.

" Oh, yeah everything is fine. The salesman just getting his tree cutters." Hey, do you boys need to use the bathroom?" Tara asked as she looks down at Abel and Thomas.

" I do," Abel responded. Tara took Abel by his hand and also Thomas's hand as well. She leans over and gave Jax a quick kiss.

" we will be right back," Tara says as she walked across the parking lot with Abel and Thomas, heading towards the supermarket. After Jax watched his old lady walking into the store with their boys. He turned and went to help the salesman with the Christmas tree.

Right after the salesman got the tree tied down on the roof of Tara's car and after Jax paid for the tree. He felt his burner vibrating against his jeans. Pulling it out he noticed it was Bobby calling him.

" What's going on, Bobby?" Jax asked as soon he placed the receiver against his ear.

" Where are you at right now?" Bobby asked.

" Still at the Christmas tree lot, why?" Jax asked in a serious tone. Bobby, what the hell is going on?"

" Wendy is here at the clubhouse and she says she needs to talk to you. Well, you and Tara both Prez." Bobby responded back.

" And, what exactly does my ex-wife have to say?" Jax asked in irritation. When it comes to Wendy Case. Nothing she has to say can't be good and Jax already knows what his ex-wife wants to talk about, his son Abel.

" She won't say. Do you think you guys can be at the clubhouse as soon as possible? Wendy is making me very nervous brother."

" Yeah, we will be there in an hour," Jax says as he noticed Tara and the boys walking back towards their car when he hung up.

" Where are we going to be in an hour?" Tara asked as she heard the last part of the conversation." Is something wrong? Is it the guys?" Tara asked with concern.

Jax shakes his head as he opened the back door and picked up Thomas." Just an old friend needs. to talk to us at the clubhouse and I told Bobby that we will be there in an hour." Jax says as he strapped Thomas in his seat.

" Come on baby," Tara says as she picked Abel up and walked to the other side of the car. Once she got Abel strapped in and after she closed the door, Tara walked over to Jax before getting." So, you gonna tell me who is this old friend we need to talk to." Tara closed her eyes for a moment as she sighs softly." Please tell me, it's not Gemma."

" No, it's not Gemma. It's Wendy."

" Wendy? What do you're ex-wife wants to talk to us about?" Tara then glances over at Abel and sighs heavily." Of course, it's about Abel. It's always about Abel." Tara sighs softly as she scratched her forehead." Why don't you go handle your ex-wife and I will be home with our boys.

" She wants us both there babe."

" Whatever," Tara says rolling her eyes as she got into the car and slammed her door shut. Tara just wanted to go home and bake Christmas cookies with her boys and maybe watch few Christmas movies while they decorate the tree. The very last thing Tara wants to do is deal with Wendy Case and her bullshit right now.

Jax reached for Tara's hand and pressed his lips against the back of her hand." We will drop the boys and the Christmas tree off with Neeta. We will go see what Wendy has to say and we will be back home right after." Jax says reassuring Tara.

" I don't wanna be at the clubhouse no longer than two hours, Jax. I promise the boys that we were going to bake Christmas cookies and watch a couple of Christmas movies while we decorate the tree." Tara says looking over at him.

" Two hours and we will be out of there," Jax says as he nods his head and pulled out of the parking lot, and headed home first. Just like Tara Jax doesn't want to be at the clubhouse any longer than he needs to be. So whatever Wendy has to say better be important.
