Tara had the rest of the old ladies help her prepare tonight's family dinner, before Jax and the guys shows up which would be soon. While Tara was preparing the salad to go with tonight's dinner, she over heard Lyla and Venus talking over by the stove.

" What are you two talking about over there?" Tara asked set the salad to the side and walked over to the sink and quickly washed her hands.

" I was just telling Lyla that my son is coming home for a visit in a few months." Venus answered as opened up the oven door and pulled the meatloaf out and placed it on the counter by the stove.

" That's great!" Tara said as she was happy for Venus." How long is he visiting for?"

" Two weeks and then he's going to Las Vegas with a few friends. They are getting an apartment together."

" So, is he okay with the fact that you're more of his mother than his father?" Tara asked.

Venus just shrugged her shoulders as leans back against the kitchen counter." When I first told him that I was becoming a woman. He totally freaked out on me. He didn't talk to me during my first week there. As matter of fact he never came back into his dorm. He stayed with one of his friends. But on my last night there, we had a long talk about my situation and he understood. He doesn't like the idea of his father becoming a woman. But he gets it though." Venus explained.

Tara nods her head as she turned off the stove and took the pans off of the burners. Tara remembered when Tig brought Venus around to the club house for the first time, Tara kinda freaked out too. She heard stories about how there are men who are becoming an women. She never became face to face with one until she met Venus. After talking to Venus and getting to know the woman. Her and Venus became really good friends.

" So Tara, why are we having family dinner here and not over at your place?" Lyla asked.

" There's a reason why we are doing the family dinner here, but Jax wants to wait until after dinner to make to the news." Tara knows selling Gemma's home was gonna be easy. But having to tell everyone else that they are selling the house. That's gonna be hard. Tara just hopes they will understand their reasons.

Lyla was about to ask what was the reason when the back door open and walked in Opie, Bobby and the rest of the club except Jax.

" Where's Jax?" Tara asked as she noticed her husband wasn't in the kitchen.

" He's out in the driveway just finishing up his cigerate." Tig answered as he walked over to Venus." Hey baby." He murmers as he leans down and kisses Venus on the lips.

Tara sighs softly." You guys go ahead and take a seat at the table, I will be right back." She said as she walked out of the back door and went to find Jax. When Tara found him leaning back against his Dyna she could tell something was wrong.

Jax looked up as he saw Tara walking towards him." Hey babe." He said with a grin as he kisses her quickly on her lips." What are you doing out here?" He asked.

" Looking for you. Is everything okay?" Tara asked in concern as she placed her hand against his face.

Jax grabs her hand gently as he turned his face and pressed his lips against the palm of her hand." Everything is perfect." He said softly as he leans down and kisses Tara deeply and passionately. " Come on let's go eat." He said as he tossed his cigerate out and threw his arm over Tara's shoulder as they walked back into the kitchen.

After dinner was done and after everyone got settled in around the living room. Tara and the girls came back from the kitchen and gave everyone their coffees. When Tara set the empty tray down on the coffee table, she walked over to Jax as she leans up and kisses him gently." Are you ready to do this?" She asked softly as she sat down beside him.

Jax nods his head. He then turned his attention to everyone in the living room. " Tara and I have something to tell you all." Jax said as he felt Tara taking his into hers.

" What's going on brother?" Opie asked.

Jax sighs deeply as he looked over at Tara for a moment as she nods her head to encourage him to continue. He then faced his brothers as he spoke again." We've decided to sell this house." Jax announced as he heard several gasps and few mumbles coming from everyone which he kind of expected.

" Are you sure you wanna do this, Jackie?" Chibs asked.

" I gotta sell this house. It's filled with way too much memories and bad shit that I want to leave behind me." Jax said as he shook his head slowly. " We've both decided that it is time to move on." He said with a small nod.

"Who's going to buy this house?" Lyla asked.

" I just met with an realtor a few days ago and she said that she can sell this house very quickly. She said the sooner Lowen could draw up the papers, the sooner she can get a buyer and I know you guys are thinking we should keep the house and keep it in the family. Which we normally would, but like Jax said it's best to just sell it and move on." Tara explained.

" It's gonna be weird not coming here anymore. " Tig said as he looked around the living room. Tig always loved this house. But now that someone else might buy and move in is something he's gonna have to get use to. He could never forgive Clay and Gemma for what they did to JT or for they put Jax and Tara through. But that doesn't mean he doesn't miss them especially Clay.

After everyone finally said their goodbyes and left the house, Tara wrapped her arms around Jax's neck as she leans up and kisses him gently. " That went surprisingly well." She said as she smiles softly.

Jax nods his head as he wrapped his arms around her waist." Yeah it did. Are you ready to go home?"

Tara nods her head." Yeah let's go home." She said as she kisses him once more before pulling away from him as she walked towards the hallway and went to get Abel and Thomas ready to go home. Tonight's family dinner went very well tonight and she was very p!eased that everyone was okay with them selling this house. She just hopes someone would actually buy it.
