Sitting around the table with Tara and the girls. Having a few drinks and just talking has really helped Venus get mind off of the whole Tig and Collette situation for awhile. Venus truly does love Tig and always will. She just can't trust him and she's not sure if she ever will. After Venus finished her drink she looked over and called for a waitress to come over so she can order another drink.
" Yes Ma'am, what can get... you?" The waitress asked nervously as she couldn't help but keep staring at Venus.
Venus had noticed the nervousness in the waitress's voice and of course the way she kept staring. Venus has been used it so she just brushed it off." Yeah, I would like another Rum and coke please."
The waitress quickly nods her head and grabbed Venus's empty glass " I will be right back with your drink sir... I mean ma'am." She corrected herself as she turned around and left their table.
After talking to Lyla for a bit. Tara turned her attention to Venus." Hey, you doing okay?" She asked with concern.
" I'm fine Tara, Really I am " Venus answered with a nod and a small smile." Thanks for talking to me into this. I totally needed to get my mind off of what's been going on the past few days."
Tara gave her a friendly smile as she nods her head." Of course, sweetheart. You know I'm always here for you."
Tara then clears her throat as she wanted to get the rest of girls attention." So, I talked to Jax the other night about finally opening up my own coffee shop, which I originally wanted to do like two years ago. But wasn't able to find the right space for it."
" So, What did he say? Are you going to be able to open one up?" Lyla asked as she took a drink of her wine before setting the glass down.
Tara nods her head as she answered Lyla's question." Yeah, I am meeting up with our relator in a couple of days to check out a space Jax said he was going to talk to the club and to see if they can help come up with the money."
" I think I know how we can come up with the money." Janet said as she has an idea.
" Like what exactly?" Tara asked as she was wondering what Janet had in mind
" Well, what if we do like a car wash?" Janet asked as she pitched the idea to Tara and the rest of the old ladies.
" A car wash? Ehh, it sounds like a good idea, but I don't think Jax or the guys would actually go for it." Tara answered with concern.
" Oh, come on Tara. A car wash would be the perfect way to come up with the money plus every customer would leave with a clean car." Janet said with a smile.
Tara chuckled lightly as she nods her head." Let me talk to Jax about it and see how he feels about it. But if he says we can then I want the prospects and the crow eaters do the car washing."
" Deal."
Few hours and few drinks later the girls decided it wws getting late and it was time to go home before their old men starts calling them or worse start looking for them. When Tara pulled into Venus's driveway she turned off the engine as she glanced over at Venus.
" Hey, you doing alright?"
Venus nods her head with a small smile." Yeah, I'm good. Can I ask you something?'
Tara nods her head." Of course, What's up?"
" Do you honestly think that the pregnancy test will come out negative?" All night while trying to enjoy a night out with Tara and the girls. Venus has been trying to avoid the question, but now that it's just her and Tara, Venus had to ask.
" Venus, there's absolutely no way Collette is pregnant. There's no way, and even if she is pregnant. We both know that Tig is not the father, He loves you too much to hurt you like that." Tara has watched Tig and Venus together and she knows how much Tig loves her, she has seen it.
Venus just sighs deeply." I just hope you're right Tara. Thanks for tonight, I actually had fun. Even though it didn't seem like I did." She said with a light chuckle as she opened the passenger door. " Good night Tara."
" Good night Venus." Tara said back as she gave Venus a little wave goodbye and backed out of the driveway heading back home. Tara isn't hundred precedent positive that the pregnancy test is actually going to come out negative or not. She just didn't want to give Venus any false hope.
The next morning Tara was suddenly awaken by the sound of her cell going off. She sighs a little as she reached over and grab it. Once she hit the green button she placed the cell against her as she rolled over on her back." Hello?"
" Dr. Knowles, it's Dr. Taylor. Can you come into my office?"
" Yeah, is everything okay?" Tara asked as she sat up.
" Oh, yeah everything is fine, It's just that Ms.Jenkins pregnancy test results are in."Lindsey answered as she kept staring at the white envelope that's been sitting on her desk. She's been wondering if she call Collette but decided to call Tara instead.
Tara was shocked and surprised that the test results came in this quickly since it was only done yesterday." I will be there in twenty minutes." Tara said as she hung up as she felt Jax sitting up." Collette's pregnancy test results are in."
" Really? That quickly? " Jax asked as he was also surprised.
" Yeah, Lindsey just called and told me it was already in. I'm supposed to go into her office in twenty minutes." Tara answered as she got up from bed and walked over to the dresser drawers and pulled out some clothes before jumping into the shower.
" Can you get the boys breakfast and take Abel to school before dropping Thomas off at daycare?"
" Yeah, I can do that. But babe are you sure you wanna see the test results before Collette does?" Jax asked as he can't help but wonder if Tara seeing the results is a good idea or not.
" Jax, I wanna see for myself if Collette is pregnant or not. Not to mention I'm doing this for Venus and I want to give her some good news." Tara just hopes that it would be good news because if it's not and the test ends up being positive, Tara isn't sure what Venus might do. But she knows it won't be good.
" Oh, before I forget. Janet thinks she knows how we can come up with the money for the new coffee shop."
" How?"
" She suggested we do a carwash." Tara answered as she walked out of their bedroom and headed towards the bathroom but before she had a chance to walk in Jax stopped her as he spoke up.
" Seriously? She suggested a carwash. Where other men might be staring and checking out our old ladies, especially mine. I don't think so Tara. The last thing I need is to punch out some guy who's checking out my wife."
Tara couldn't help but laugh as she shook her head." You know that I love you right. But you got nothing to worry about. I'm gonna have the crow eaters and maybe the prospects handle the carwash." Tara said as she gave him a quick kiss on the lips." Now, if you don't mind. I gotta jump into the shower and you got breakfast to make. I think I hear the boys waking up. Daddy." She smirks as she walked into the bathroom and shuts the door behind her.
" It's open." Dr. Taylor responded as she heard a knock coming from her office door. As she heard the door open. She looked up and noticed Dr. Knowles walking in." Hey, It's right here." She said with a small smile as she stood up and handed the envelope out to Tara.
After Tara closed the office door and took the envelope from Lindsey. She sighs deeply as she kept staring at it for a few seconds. The answer to Venus and Tig's and problem are in the palm of her hands. It's either gonna tear them apart completely or bring them closer again.
" Did you call her yet?" Tara asked as she looked up for a moment.
" No, I called you first. "
Tara nods her head as she turned the envelope over." Good." She said as she ripped open the envelope and pulled out a folded up paper. As Tara unfolded the paper and read it. A smirk came across her face as she shook her head. " I knew it. "
" What?" Lindsey asked." What does the results say?"
" Ms. Jenkins is not pregnant. Which I knew all along." Tara answered with a smile as she placed the paper back into the envelope and handed it back to Lindsey. " By the way how did you get the test results done so quickly?"
" When I told Ms. Jenkins the results will be in a few days. She said she couldn't wait that long, so she paid me like 500 to get it done by today."Lindsey answered honestly.
Tara sighs as she nods her head." Of course she did. Don't worry about it. I will handle it later. Thanks for showing me the results first Dr. Taylor." Tara said as she walked towards the door but stops for a moment as she looks over her shoulder.
" Don't call Ms. Jenkins. Since I want to be the one to tell her that she's not pregnant."
" Why?"
" Because I wanna see the look on her face when she realizes that she was caught in a lie. Not to mention I got few words I wanna say to her." Which is true. Ever since Tara found out that Collette is the reason why Venus and Tig are not together right now, Tara has been wanting to say something to the bitch and now she will have the chance to.
" Alright I won't call her. But what if she comes here instead?"
" Call me right away if she does." Tara answered as she opened the door and stepped out." Have a good day, Dr. Taylor.' Tara said as she closed the door behind her.As Tara walked away from Dr. Taylor's office, she pulled out her cell and texted Venus and asked her to meet her at the club house, as she had a good feeling that Tig would be there and she wants to give them both the good news.
