Tara was in the kitchen making breakfast before Jax and the boys got up. Today, Tara was going to tell Murphy her decision about the Province's offer. She had thought long and hard about it, after talking to Jax and Lyla. Tara had finally made her decision. It was the hardest decision she had ever had to make, but it was the right one for her and her family.

Tara loves being a surgeon , it was her dream since she was a little girl and this Province deal was a great opportunity for her and for her family and she would have jumped on it. Just like she could've years ago but just like before Tara decided to turned down the offer once again. Ever since Jax became the new President and with her being the New Queen. Charming has become safe again. Not to mention Tara's clothing store and Coffee shop are doing great. As much as Tara wants that job she can't leave Charming. Charming is her home now, it's her family's home.

Feeling Jax's arms around her waist, Tara smiled as she leaned back against his chest. Looking up at him, she greeted him with a smile. "Good morning, baby," she said, then leaned up and kissed him deeply and passionately.

" Mhmmm, good morning." Jax murmers against her lips as he kisses her more deeply and passionately as he cups her face with his hands as he smirks against her lips." Are you sure you need to go to the hospital?"

Unfortunately, I do. I've gotta talk to Murphy and let her know my decision," Tara said as she turned the fire off the stove and walked over to the cupboard, where she grabbed a few plates.

Oh, and what have you decided?" Jax asked, curiously.

Tara sighed deeply as she turned around to face him. "I've decided not to take the job in Oregon."

" What? But you wanted that job, you've always wanted it babe."

Tara nodded her head."Yeah, I did, three years ago. But Jax, I made a promise to you that no matter what I would stand by your side. We promised each other that we're in this together. I mean, yeah, I wanted us out of Charming back then." She said as she placed her hands on his chest. "The day you came home with the president patch and told me that you were taking the gavel, I was mad at you because we were so close to finally leaving this place. But then I realized that I couldn't leave without you or have a life without you."

" What are you saying babe?"

What I am saying is, Charming is our home. Our lives are here. Our family is here. For three years now, you've gotten the club off the wrong track and back on the right one, baby. You've done everything JT tried to do, Jax. Besides, our stores and coffee shop are doing great. Everything we own in Charming is doing well, baby. We can't leave Charming, not now. Not ever."

Jax sighs deeply as he places both hands on either side of her face, leans down, and kisses her deeply and passionately. He smiles against her lips before slowly pulling away. "I love you so much, Tara."

" I love you too Jax. Now would you mind getting the boys before their breakfast gets cold?" Tara asked as she kisses him quickly and went back to serving breakfast for her family. Telling Jax her decision was the easy part. But now she's gonna have to tell Murphy and it's not gonna be easy.

Stepping out of the elevator Tara noticed Murphy standing by the front desk talking to Dr. Taylor. Tara took a deep breath as she continued to walk towards Murphy. If Tara is gonna tell Murphy her decision, she might as well tell her now and get it over with.

Well, good morning, Dr. Knowles," Dr. Taylor greeted Tara as she was the first one to notice her walking towards them.

" Good morning Dr. Taylor. " Tara said with a friendly smile. " Excuse me, but can I talk to you?" She asked Murphy.

" Yeah, sure. Let's go into my office. I will check back with you later Dr. Taylor." Murphy said as she left the front desk with Tara following her towards her office.

" So, what did you wanna talk to me about?" Murphy asked as soon as they entered her office and she walked behind her desk and sat down in her chair.

" I wanted to talk to you about the province offer." Tara answered after she closed the door behind her and sat across from Murphy.

Great! I just got a call from the hospital's Admissions Director, and they're really excited to have you on their staff finally. Of course, they understand why you turned down the offer the first time, but now they really want you to work with them." Margaret said as she pulled out the files for Tara to take a look at.

" Yeah, that's the thing though, I've decided not to take the job." Tara said in one breath.

" What? why?"

" Because, my life is here, my family is here and besides Charming is my home, my family's home." Tara answered honestly as she shrugs her shoulders a little.

Margaret sighs deeply as she set the files on her desk."Tara, I get it okay. I get that you want to stay because of Jax and because you love him, but this is a great opportunity for you and I would hate for you to pass it up."

Tara nods her head as she understood what Murphy was saying. " I know this job offer is a great opportunity for me, and I know Province wants me to work with them, and honestly I would love to take the job, but this is where I belong. Yeah I do love Jax more than anything.But that's not why I'm staying, why my family is staying. We're staying because for three years now Charming hasn't had any violence since Jax became President of Samcro. Jax has opened up a new Auto shop in Oakland, and Happy Lowman even opened a tattoo shop in Lodi. My store and Coffee shop is doing really good, everything is going great here because of Jax and the club."

Are you sure about this?" Murphy asked, wanting to make sure that this was exactly what Tara wanted.

Tara nodded her head. "Yeah, I'm sure this is what I want. This is what my family wants; there's no other place they would rather be."

Margaret blew out a breath knowing once Tara made up her mind about something, there was no changing it and there was definitely no reason to argue either. Besides, Margaret admitted ever since Tara's husband became the new President of his motorcycle club, things in Charming had actually been relatively peaceful. "Okay, I respect your decision and I will give them a call this afternoon and let them know you're staying here."

" Really? I mean, you're actually okay with me turning down the job again, and choosing stay here?" Tara asked skeptically." Because I remember the last time I turned down the job offer, you weren't too happy about it."

True, I didn't understand why you wanted to stay and give up everything you had worked for, especially since you were so eager to leave this town. But now I do understand why. And besides, personally, I don't think St. Thomas would be the same without you." Margaret said with a smile.

Tara chuckled as she nodded her head." I bet you wouldn't have any problems finding another doctor, but thank you for understanding." Tara said as she got up."I gotta go and check on my coffee shop. Have a good day, Margaret, and I will see you tomorrow."

See you tomorrow, Dr. Knowles. Have a good day," Margaret said as she watched Tara leave her office. Margaret sighed for a moment before reaching for her office phone and calling Province Hospital to let them know what Tara had decided. She may have another doctor in mind that they would be interested in.
