Chapter XII: A Meeting of Masters

.

.

For the past few hours, the two teen Masters roamed Verde's building from top to bottom. They explored almost all the shops and eventually had lunch in a strange nearby restaurant called 'Ahnenerbe'. The food was good but the staff were so weird and had these cat mascot characters which could talk somehow. Rin and Shiki knew not to question them however, due to the absurdity of the situation and out of fear that there might be True Magic involved.

In any case, the sun was setting and they had to start making their way towards Kotomine Church.

The glasses-wearing teen enjoyed himself quite a bit in Verde, which was surprising considering that he hated shopping centers and shopping in general. Rin, too, had her fair share of fun of course, she laughed way too hard at some of Shiki's reactions and responses, especially when she teased him or when he commented on one of the mascot cats' uncanny resemblance to the True Ancestor he told her about.

"That was nice." commented the new Master as he walked side by side with the brunette, "I had tons of fun. Thanks, Tohsaka."

"What are you thanking me for stupid? I did nothing." The second owner replied, looking away from Shiki as she spoke, "I also had fun y'know? It's not like we had anywhere else to go or anything!"

An invisible question mark drew atop Shiki's head, as they walked the nearly empty city streets and before he could follow up on her words…

Shiki and Rin both jumped in place when, out of nowhere, the Servant who they found earlier materialized right in front of them.

"Wha—!"

"Forgive my sudden appearance, Master, but I couldn't find a better time or location to introduce myself." The princess-looking young woman stated apologetically, "No one can see us or hear us here so I thought now is the time to break the silence."

Rin took in her surroundings and, surely enough, there was literally no soul around.

"Oh…!" Shiki exclaimed, feeling a little embarrassed. "You're that Servant who…"

"Yes." The voice affirmed, "Servant Caster, humbly at your service, Master."

Some silence came to occur. It was safe to say that Shiki was speechless as he had no idea how to respond to what he just heard. Eventually however, he got his bearings as he started walking again towards where Rin was waiting.

"Nice to meet you, Caster-san…?"

"Caster is fine." added the Duchess, "My True Name will be revealed at a later time if you don't mind, Master."

"I see…" Shiki Tohno had no idea why she'd hide her True Name from them but he wasn't about to pry, "Caster then, it's nice to meet you. My name is Shiki, Tohno Shiki."

"Happy to make your acquaintance, Master."

It was then when Tohsaka spoke up again, "So… Done with the introductions?"

"Seems like it…" Answered Shiki with a goofy smile, "Caster, this is Tohsaka Rin, she was the one who made me forge a contract with you."

The Duchess bowed elegantly in response, catching the second owner off-guard.

"No need to be so formal…" Mentioned Rin embarrassedly, "More importantly, if your class is Caster, then that means the Dead Apostle we fought isn't the Caster of this Grail War…" Rin mentioned as she raised a hand to her chin.

"I mean yeah, I suspected as much…" Shiki followed up with a head scratch, "I know my luck, he's definitely a Berserker."

Some silence came to pass as Rin seemed to think deeply about something, it lasted a good while so Shiki started to feel a tad bit worried, especially after Caster dematerialized to avoid awkwardness.

"Well… It doesn't matter right now…" The brunette shook her hand as she dismissed the subject, "Congratulations Tohno-kun, you are now officially the Master of Caster and according to the rules and our agreement, you are to give me the Diamond and our alliance is to end, making us enemies."

Shiki sensed a change in her tone. She sounded just like the first time they had talked back next to Homurahara.

"Pardon?" Shiki asked, bewildered by what she had just said, "Enemies? I have no intention of breaking our alliance nor do I have anywhere else to go, 'enemies' my ass. Just because you made me form a contract with a Servant who -no offense- we literally found on the ground, doesn't mean that I'm going to try and kill you now."

"Ha?!" Rin stared blankly at the glasses-wearing teen in front of her.

"You've heard me!" Shiki basically screamed out scoldingly, "I'll give you the stupid gem but there is no way you're going to pull this crap with me. You didn't take me in because of a stone you're going to just sell or use for a one time spell, if that was the case you would've just taken the thing and left me to die in that alleyway…"

Defeated, Rin had no way to argue back. The look on his face said it all and she could hear Archer snort in the back of her mind.

"Oh whatever!" Rin shot, face red from embarrassment, "Just know that once everything is fixed and it's only the two of us left I won't hesitate to fight you!" Rin stomped at the ground as she spoke, then approached him and pointed a finger to his chest.

Shiki couldn't help but explode in laughter at her reaction. "Yeah like hell you will. If we ever reach that point where everything is truly fixed I may as well surrender to you!" Teasingly, Shiki replied with a sarcastic tone.

"Oh you little—" The brunette was about to start again, but she stopped herself and settled with just letting out a deep breath and calming herself, "I'm starting to suspect that I've made a terrible mistake…"

In their spirit forms, both Archer and Caster sighed in relief as the premature threat of becoming enemies died down.

.

.

Bazett Fraga McRemitz and Lancer in her spirit form were waiting by the steel gate to Kotomine Church. The magenta haired woman tapped her foot nervously as an amber pair of eyes were focused on her. The eyes of a certain redhead who stood on the opposite side with his Servant next to him. It didn't help that the black knight, despite being clearly relaxed and unequipped for battle, steadily emitted an outrageous presence which could be felt for miles away. Lancer and her Master didn't need a detective to tell them she was the Saber they had heard about, the redhead took no precautions in hiding that fact while addressing her.

It wasn't long then until Rin and Shiki arrived at the scene. The tension in the air immediately grew tenfold the moment Shirou locked his gaze with the duo.

Rin kept silent and bit her tongue as she averted her eyes, but Shiki stared right back at the amber eyes of Saber's Master.

"Welcome, Tohsaka and her mysterious lapdog!" Shirou greeted/mocked, closing his eyes and lowering his head as if bowing.

"If it isn't the cheating sore loser." Fired back Shiki with a grin on his face, "Good to see you had the guts to come here yourself and not just send Saber."

Rin nudged him on his shoulder, "What are you doing? Trying to start a fight!?" She whispered, suppressing her urge to laugh at Shirou's change of expression when he heard Shiki's words.

"What? You expect me to just let him run his mouth like that—"

"Haha… hahahahaha!" Shirou's laughter was heard throughout the area, interrupting their whispers, "Good! Good! Sharp tongue, strong body, mysterious techniques and identity… You will make for an excellent sport in this Grail War… I'm looking forward to our next battle."

Disgusting. To think this is the same Emiya Shirou I thought I knew at some point… This Emiya Shirou is not the phenomenal student who studied at Homurahara. This is a monster. I can't let him get away with what he has done.

These were Rin's thoughts at that very moment. Yet, she was unable to voice them.

Everyone was on edge, and even though most of the Servants were in their spirit forms, it was clear that one wrong move from anyone present could be the start of what would possibly be the messiest battle in all of the Grail Wars' history.

Yet, no one expected what would happen next.

"Wh…at?"

Collectively, everyone turned their attention to the bell tower of the church.

A cold breeze blew by. Standing atop the building was the figure of a strange, unknown girl.

She had neck-length straight white hair, wore a patterned white mask which covered her face, and a black dress which fluttered in the wind.

Everyone instantly went silent as this girl emitted an aura of simple, pure and unmistakable terror.

Then, like a flash, she disappeared.

One instant she was there, the other she was standing among them.

Shiki was the first to break the silence, although not in the way people would expect. He fell to his knees with a loud thump as a pained expression worked its way towards his face.

"Aagh… T-The… h…ell?"

It felt like his stomach was about to jump from his mouth. His heartbeats accelerated and were echoing in his ears like loud drums.

"Tohno-kun!"/"Master!"

Both Rin and Caster's voices reached him as fragments instead of words. The Duchess materialized and leaned down to check on him and help him.

But the loud beating on his eardrums wouldn't stop.

"Ahh aa haaa…!"

This was bad.

He was losing control. He felt it.

His body was trying to move on its own.

"Tohno-kun snap out of it! What's wrong!?"

He remembered all of a sudden, that time with Ciel. His body was being shaken and his mind was in shambles due to the pummeling sound of heartbeats beating on his brain. The voice of the blue haired girl echoed in the back of his mind.

No use, no matter how hard he tried to regain control, to clear his mind, to snap out…

The killing intent would just overwhelm him once again.

"..."

His hand slid into his pocket slowly… Reaching out for that tasteful feeling of grip over his knife's handle between his fingers…

"Master!"

Suddenly, everything around him froze in place, as Caster quite literally slapped him back to reality.

The feeling of sickness in his throat? Gone. The loud sound of heartbeats which drove him near insanity? Gone. The reddened vision which terrified him? Also gone.

Seriously, what just happened?

"What… It's just you, Sakura?" Shirou casually announced as he walked towards the new arrival without a care in the world.

"Saku…ra?" Rin repeated in horror, shocked beyond imagination, "This… This monster is Sakura?"

The redhead kept approaching despite the white-haired girl producing no response, "I knew Shinji didn't have the requirement to summon Rider. You must've been the one to give him command over her, am I right?"

Silence.

The girl didn't respond, she didn't even turn around to acknowledge anyone existed in her vicinity.

Shirou was almost within an arm's length of her when…

"...!"

The sound of something impacting metal. It was way too fast for anyone other than the Servants to see. A black tendril shot from the ground towards the approaching teen, aiming straight for his heart. In an instant, Saber rushed from behind Shirou and deflected the shadowy limb away with her blade.

"Stand down, Saber." Announced Shirou from behind the black knight who took a battle position, "That's not Sakura."

"As you wish." Saber replied before fading into her spirit form.

Shiki, who was still on the ground, stood up with little difficulty. "Master, Are you alright? What happened to you?" Caster comforted, helping him back up to his feet.

"I'm alright, Caster. More importantly—"

"Sakura?" Rin shouted in front of him, "You're not Sakura are you?!"

Again, the girl produced no response. She simply stood there, unmoving.

"... That's enough!"

A new voice was heard. Spectral hems of light appeared next to the mysterious girl and gathered into the form of a person.

Rider materialized next to her, standing firmly as she assessed the situation.

"Calm down everyone. We are here based on the summons of the overseer. We must not fight until the meeting concludes." She said with a stern expression, "Not to mention that this is neutral territory and sacred ground. Any fight must take place elsewhere."

Bazett stepped forwards, "I agree with what she said. Everyone must calm down for now." she added her voice to that of Rider, shooting a glance towards Rin and Shiki.

Only then did Rin snap out of her shocked state, "I—I guess so…"

Silence followed for a brief minute before the steel gate opened slowly, welcoming the Masters into the church's grounds proper. Which raised a few eyebrows, considering there were only five Masters present.

Bazett waited until the redhead and the white-haired girl walked in, then approached Rin and Shiki who were last.

"Hello there, Bazett." Rin greeted with a worn out voice, "Good to see you are still well."

"Likewise, Rin Tohsaka…" Bazett replied casually, shooting a glance at Shiki and Caster at his side, "I didn't catch your full name last time, Tohno-kun was it? Seems you're no longer just a bystander this time around."

Shiki sweatdropped in response while Rin sighed, "It's Shiki, Tohno Shiki and that's a long story… C'mon, let's follow the rest." he quickly replied, sensing a strange discomfort like he was being thoroughly examined by someone.

"I see." The magenta haired woman's expression suddenly became serious as they began walking, "Well, there was something I wanted to tell the two of you."

That served to capture their attention, "Chaos is nearby. He is watching us at this moment."

It took Rin and Shiki a moment to process what Bazett told them, "WHAT?!"

"Shh!" Bazett calmed the duo hurriedly, "It's not that his main body is nearby, probably just a familiar of his."

"Really? Next to a goddamn church?!" Tohsaka screamed/whispered out loud, "I thought this was supposed to be a Holy place!"

Shiki stayed silent for a bit before he spoke, "No, she's right. He is around… I think he was about to attack but then changed his mind when that girl showed up…"

"Speaking of which…" Mentioned Bazett, noticing the visible change of expression on Rin's face, "Who was that? And why did you and that Emiya guy keep calling her Sakura?"

"Sakura is…" Rin spoke as if whispering, "Sakura Matou, the most likely Matou to be chosen to be the Master… No… After her brother got annihilated yesterday by Saber, She must be the real Master, there is no other option."

The girl looked away as she paused, "But that wasn't her. There is no way that… Monster… was Sakura."

Bazett and Shiki kept quiet, they were already by the entrance to the Hall of the church.

"There are many things which don't add up." Said the Master of Lancer, "Let's see what the Overseer has to say first then maybe we'll get to discuss a bit more later. I get the feeling that there's something going on behind our backs."

The three Masters walked inside the building and into the hall proper. There were rows of seats separated by a red carpet which led to the altar where Kotomine Kirei stood proudly with an empty smile on his face.

Shirou had already helped himself to one of the seats and sat down with an unamused expression.

This place reeks.

That's what he thought about as he waited for the others to arrive.

Shiki sat down on the opposite side with Caster resting on his right, unable to hide her worry about his collapse earlier. Rin and Bazett followed suit but on his left side.

Shortly after, there were only two people still standing in the hall. Kotomine Kirei was by the altar and the mysterious girl just kind of existed by the entrance, barely within earshot of the priest who apparently didn't mind.

"Welcome Masters and Servants alike. I hope your day was well-spent and your trip here was safe." The priest spread his arms as he announced, "I must thank you for attending, as the matter at hand is dangerous, and must be dealt with swiftly…"

Shiki carefully nudged Rin with his elbow, "Hey. What's wrong? I can tell you're not paying attention."

Rin's gaze was fixated on the mysterious Master of Rider, clearly bothered by her.

"... It's nothing…" Rin whispered back.

"The Holy Grail requires seven Servants to be summoned in order for the war to start. I won't name your Servants' classes in order to keep privacy, even if some of you are rather forthcoming with that information. However, I'm sure you have noticed the absence of two other Masters and their Servants."

The priest's eyes roamed the room as he spoke, fixating on Emiya Shirou then on Shiki Tohno and Caster.

"A Berserker-class Servant was summoned two weeks ago by the Einzberns in their castle on the outskirts of the city, and the Magical energy outputted by the grail indicates that Servant Assassin was indeed summoned, even if their Master hadn't reported in yet."

"... That pretty much tells us the class of every Servant in the room…" Whispered Shiki for Rin to hear, pointing out the Servants they know, "We have Saber, Archer, Lancer, Rider and Caster… We still don't know Assassin, but Berserker…"

"... But it doesn't make sense, the Einzberns would never just send their Servant at us so recklessly like that, let alone not attending the meeting called by the Overseer…" added Rin with doubt clear in her tone.

"Some of you have already come into contact with Berserker, those who did might've noticed the absence of his Master. That is because when he was summoned, he killed them." Continued the priest as if on cue.

Bazett raised an eyebrow, she had her fair share of words to say to the priest but to hear such strange statements…

"It makes sense that a Berserker-class Servant would be able to annihilate the Einzbern forces. But without a Master to supply him with Magical energy he should've disappeared on the spot..." The magenta haired woman spoke, earning the priest's attention.

"Perceptive as always Bazett." Commented Kotomine, "That is indeed the case. However, Berserker did not fade away like he should have. You must have heard of the recent disappearances. People seemingly just vanish without a trace the last couple of weeks. I have been investigating and came across the true reason for those missing cases." Kotomine Kirei raised a hand up as if explaining and before he could finish his words, Shiki jumped up in shock.

"No way…"

Everyone else started putting two and two together, but only Bazett, Rin and Shiki were the ones who truly knew what was happening.

"Servant Berserker is feeding on civilians to maintain the Magical energy he needs to stay anchored to this world." Announced Kotomine with a hollow smile.

There was a brief instance of silence. Just a moment, it didn't take long for it to be broken.

"... So we have a loose Berserker in the city that won't die despite having no Master. I'm guessing you expect us to hunt it down?" Shirou announced with an unamused expression.

The priest's eyes moved over to where the redhead was sitting, "Exactly. As Overseer of the Grail War, I declare a temporary truce between all Masters and Servants until Berserker is defeated. Whoever manages to deal the finishing blow will be rewarded with an extra Command Seal."

Everyone sitting down stared at each other in astonishment, even Shirou didn't expect the truce bit of his words.

"Is that all?" the latter questioned, "If so then I shall take my leave—"

"Hold on a moment… I have something to ask of you, Overseer." Everyone turned to see who just spoke. It was Caster who stood up elegantly.

"Hm… I am obliged to answer any questions you have to ask." Kotomine replied curiously.

"Last night. I encountered a strange person who had the Magical Energy signature of a Servant but he wasn't one, here in Shinto."

Kotomine visibly furrowed his brows at her words.

"If what you said is right about all Servants being summoned, and I know for a fact that none of the Masters here are contracted with him, then he must either be Assassin, or an Extra Servant."

Kirei kept silent for a moment before directing his attention to Shiki, noticing he was just as surprised.

"Young man, what do you make of your Servant's words?"

Shiki was caught off guard. An extra Servant? Caster didn't get enough time to tell him about that. But then, Rin perked up.

"It is just as she said."

Now Tohsaka is agreeing with her!? What's going on!?

"My Servant insists that she's right, and that who she saw was not Assassin either."

I knew it had something to do with Archer…

That made the priest straight up frown, "I see. If that's the case then this is most troublesome indeed." He announced with an annoyed tone, "I shall investigate this 'Extra Servant', you focus on hunting Berserker and putting him down, and if I find out anything new I will inform all the Masters accordingly."

A sharp stare came at Kotomine from a different side this time, the amber eyes of Shirou picked up on something no one else did.

He was lying. Blatantly so. That extra Servant, he knew who he was and what he was doing there.

"I'm done here." the son of the Mage Killer stood up from his chair and turned away to leave.

"Wait a minute, Emiya Shirou." Kotomine's voice reached his ears once again, "I would like to make one other announcement."

The redhead sighed and stopped in his tracks, then turned to face the priest again. "What is it?"

"Due to the latest… incidents… which have been occurring all around Fuyuki, people are starting to get suspicious that something is happening behind the veil." Kotomine addressed Shirou directly, gaze undeterred by the strong repulsion he felt within his chest, "I can only cover up so much for your mistakes, thus I announce that Masters and their Servants are to avoid causing property damage as much as possible. And with the authority I have as Overseer, if I find out that any Master is blatantly involving civilians in their schemes, I shall disqualify them from this war. Do I make myself clear?"

A visible scowl drew across Shirou's face, "Crystal clear, 'Father'..."

The redhead was enraged. The hypocrisy, the contradiction within the priest's words and existence made him want to tear him apart limb from limb. Alas, he should allow him victory, this time.

"Then all is well and done." Kotomine Kirei raised his hands as he spoke, "Does anyone have anything else to say?"

There was nothing else to speak of, so everyone was dismissed. Except, no.

"All of you may leave, except you Rin, and your new friend."

Rin, Shiki and Bazett exchanged glances, Shirou took no longer than a couple of seconds and he was gone and as for the white-haired girl, she quite literally evaporated from existence the moment they were dismissed.

"I will wait outside then, there's much to discuss." Bazett cleared her throat and said, earning a nod from the duo before turning her back and walking off.

The sound of footsteps faded into nothing and she left the hall, and now only Rin, Shiki and Kotomine were left.

"What is it, Kirei?" She asked with a little hostility in her voice, "Why did you ask us to stay?"

Shiki kept quiet and observed attentively.

"My, I thought I raised you to have better manners. This is how you address your guardian?" A hollow smile drew across the priest's face as he approached the duo from behind the altar.

"Like hell you did, I would've turned out much better without you consistently destroying my life and spending my savings." Rin shot back with ferocity, "But enough about this, answer my question."

"Hahaha, it's good to see you are still in good health." Kotomine commented after a short laugh, "But you are right, this isn't the time to talk about such trivial things. Tohsaka Rin, I would like you to introduce your friend over here to me as Overseer. I must make reports after all and information is needed for those reports."

The brunette let out a sigh, then a devious smile drew across her face as she placed a hand on Shiki's shoulder. It was at that moment that he knew, he was in for some shit.

"Oh well, I guess it cannot be helped." Just as she said that, she tightened her grip around the glasses-wearing teen's shoulder, "Shiki-kun, this is my stupid guardian. He was supposed to take care of me after my father passed away in the last Holy Grail war but turned out to be terrible at it. Kotomine, meet Tohno Shiki, my ally in the war and possible future love interest."

So, you know how old TVs turn off with a dramatic pulse and electric sound? Yeah, that was Shiki's mind when he heard her words. Caster who was still materialized behind the two raised a hand to cover her mouth as her cheeks flushed a little red, Archer in his spirit form did the equivalent of spitting out coffee when you don't have coffee, and Shiki himself just stood there, face red like Aoko's sports car, straight up frozen in place with no capability of denying or affirming her words.

It took a while for anyone to process that information so-to-speak.

"Isn't that right, Shiki-kun?"

Slowly, the young man who could see Death realized that he was at a crossroads, one wrong word and he would be walking down a path towards a fate worse than even death itself. As he turned his terrified gaze to see the intimidatingly made-up smile on Rin's face, he discarded every idea he had of denying her that lie.

"O—Of course, Rin… It's nice t-t-to meet you sir!"

Both the teens failed to notice the expression of genuine curiosity drawing across the priest's face, "Is that so…" he muttered slowly, "Then I bid you welcome. Tohno Shiki, although it intrigues me how you are planning to continue with your lives knowing that you'll have to kill each other if you make it to the end of the war."

"That's actually a good ques-EEEP!"

A little pained sound was heard coming from Shiki's side as Tohsaka's fingers dug deeper into his shoulder, "Don't mind him, he's just excited to meet and talk to you face to face." Rin interrupted, "After all, he decided to discard his wish just for me… Isn't that right, Shiki-kun?"

Oh boy. How did things even get here?

Archer you little shit—!

"Of course… Rin…"

Kotomine Kirei was just watching amusedly at this point. He wasn't even going to question them any further.

"Oh my, you don't sound alright. It was a long day, let's head back home so that you can rest." Rin followed up, "If you don't mind, Kirei—"

"Just a moment, Tohno Shiki." The priest stopped them from leaving, addressing Shiki directly and with a serious tone. "I have yet to know anything of your family or their ties to the moonlit world. If you are to be trusted with the safety of Rin, then prove yourself to me, both as a man and as a Magus."

There was a moment of silence as Rin bit her tongue, he caught her by the tail again.

"Hunt down Berserker and land the killing blow, if you do that, you shall earn my respect and…" Kotomine spoke with a hollow smile on his face, then cleared his throat while changing targets to look at Rin, "...possible blessings."

Sweet fuck, what the hell is even going on anymore?

"W-w-we don't need to prove anything to you, but if you doubt us, then it can't be helped." Rin replied, almost as red as a tomato. "Enough out of you now, come on Shiki-kun, let's go."

Footsteps, and then the sound of the church's double doors closing.

"FUHAHAHAHA!" A thundering laughter was heard in the corner of the room as the blond King of heroes materialized and started walking towards the priest, almost losing his shit from laughter, "Can you believe that brat Kirei! What comedic reactions, what terrible acting! This had to be the worst play I had ever watched! Their lies were so bad they became good! Had I just a little less control over my reaction, my cover would certainly have been blown!"

Kotomine just sighed and smiled darkly, "I'm glad it was good entertainment for you, my King."

"It was, Kirei! It was spectacular. I was right about staying to watch, the first part of the meeting was boring, a little annoying even, but it was worth the wait!" The golden king finally stopped laughing and got serious, "However, that's about it. You mongrels are only good for entertainment purposes. Let's see how things play out for now, should it prove necessary, I will not hesitate to step in to prune some parasites which intrude on my garden."

.

.

Outside of the church, Rin was hiding behind a confused Bazett as a maddened Shiki with a blood red face was being restrained by both Caster and Archer.

"Calm down, kid! You must learn how to handle her if you're going to stay as allies!" Archer pleaded as held his left arm down.

"Yes Master, she might've done something excessive but it's nothing really serious!" Caster joined in.

"You're a monster, Tohsaka! A monster you hear me! I won't forgive you!"

Rin peeked from behind her cover with a smug expression, "That's the price you pay for making me work with you without a reward! Now you have to act in front of Kirei until the end of the war or I might end our alliance."

"I hate you! You'll regret this, just you wait!"

Bazett just sweatdropped at the scene, she hadn't the slightest clue about what was happening. The magenta haired woman sighed as she had to wait until they calmed down to tell them what was on her mind, while Lancer just smiled and shook her head in spirit form.

Author's Note:

This chapter was enjoyable to write, I had a few drafts with more serious settings and interactions, but I decided with a more lighthearted approach on this one. A little mystery was also implemented. We have to remember that the canonical age of these characters is very young, with the exception of Archer, we have Rin at 16 yo, Shiki at barely 18 and Anastasia at 17 yo. Of course they would act a little childish and have some fun despite the darkness lurking about. Call it OOC if you like, but I personally think it's only natural. Have fun and I'll see you on the next one!

SUGOI:

Waiting for the other rewrites. It's lookin better than before.

Well thanks for that! Needed a little motivation to keep writing this stuff. This did the trick! I hope you stick around for the rest of the story as well!
