Delibird Presents
After Lincoln and his friends had breakfast, he went back to his dorm room to brush his teeth. As he does, he thinks back to what happened yesterday. Two Paldeas from seperate universes merging together, everyone, except Stan, Kyle, Cartman, Kenny, Butters, and the Eds; now having doubles; everything was going crazy. As he thought about how crazy things were in Cortondo and Mesagoza, he couldn't help but wonder how things were going in Levinicia.
'Oh man. If a small city like Cortondo can go crazy with their small population; how's a big bustling city like Levincia doing? Is Iono okay?!' Lincoln asked himself with worry. The instant he finished brushing his teeth, he pulls out his Rotom Phone, along with the photo of him and Iono which he blushes at as he recalls the kiss he got from Iono two days ago and calls the number that Iono wrote on it. A few seconds later, Iono appears on the screen.
"Hello?" Iono answered.
"Iono. Are you okay?" asked Lincoln.
"Yeah, I'm fine." said Iono with a confused tone that Lincoln noticed.
"Are you sure? You seem confused." Lincoln replied.
"No, it's just I'm wondering; who are you and how did you get my number?!" asked Iono in a demanding tone, shocking Lincoln.
"What do you mean, Iono?" asked Lincoln. "You gave me your number after our gym battle two days ago; remember?" Iono looked confused.
"What are you talking about? I would remember battling a boy with white hair." said Iono.
"But..." Lincoln started to say. A look of realization appears on his face as he remembered the current state of Paldea. Iono notices it.
"What's wrong with you?" asked Iono.
"Ummm. This may not seem like a weird question with what things are like right now; but there wouldn't happen to be a second Iono there, would there be?" asked Lincoln. Iono's eyes widen as she figured out what was going on.
"Oh! You're trying to call that Iono!" said the Iono we'll now refer to as Uva Iono.
"Yeah. Sorry if I upsetted you; I forgot almost everyone in Paldea suddenly has doubles of themselves." said Lincoln.
"Oh, don't worry; I'm sorry if I made you upset." said the Uva Iono. "Hang on a second." She then looks off screen. "Hey, other Iono!" she yells out.
"Yeah?" said another Iono from off screen.
"You got a call." said Uva Iono.
"Who is it?" asked the other Iono. Uva Iono looks back at Lincoln.
"What's your name?" asked Uva Iono.
"Lincoln." answered Lincoln.
"A boy with white hair named Lincoln!" said Uva Iono. The sound of running is suddenly heard and a few seconds later, the screen moves to show another Iono with an excited look on his face.
"Linky?!" said the Iono who we'll call Naranja Iono.
"Hi, Iono." replied Lincoln.
"It's so cool that you called me!" said Naranja Iono.
"Yeah. With how crazy things have gotten around Paldea, I was worried about you, so I called to see if you were okay." said Lincoln. Naranja Iono blushed.
"You were worried about me?" Naranja Iono replied.
"Of course. Why wouldn't I be?" asked Lincoln as he looked away with a smile and a blush on his face. Naranja Iono smiled as well.
"It's so sweet of you to care so much about my safety." said Naranja Iono.
"Thanks." said Lincoln. "So how are you doing?"
"Things are starting to calm down here in Levincia." said Naranja Iono.
"That's a relief. I'm glad you're okay." said Lincoln.
"You're so sweet, cutie." said Naranja Iono. Lincoln smiles and blushes.
"So anyway, I saw that you uploaded the battle my friends and I had with that Titan Pokemon." said Lincoln.
"Yeah! You wouldn't believe all the views, likes, and comments I got from that video!" said Naranja Iono.
"I know! Students at the academy were all asking me and my friends about it!" said Lincoln. "My friends and I are becoming famous!"
"That's so cool!" said Naranja Iono.
"And a lot of people are still talking about the kiss." said Lincoln with a blush. Naranja Iono also blushes.
"I know. That video of our gym battle got lots of comments about it." said Naranja Iono.
"So, to change the subject, what are you going to do with another Iono?" asked Lincoln.
"I don't know, Linky; but we'll figure it out." said Naranja Iono.
"But you know, with another Iono there with you, you can share the video channel and split the work, so you won't have to be as busy as you were before." suggested Lincoln.
"That's an awesome idea! That can give me some time to chill and have some fun!" said Naranja Iono.
"Maybe if I'm ever in Levincia, we can hang out together." said Lincoln with a blush.
"I would totally love that, cutie!" said Naranja Nemona with a blush. They talk for a few more minutes before they decided to stop for now.
"So I'll call you later when I'm able to." said Lincoln.
"I'm definitely looking forward to that, Linky!" said Naranja Iono as she winks at Lincoln, making him blush. Uva Iono suddenly pops up next to Naranja Iono and looks at Lincoln.
"Now that I'm getting a good look at you; you do look kind of cute!" said Uva Iono, making Lincoln blush some more and Naranja Iono growl.
"Back off, hussy! I may be willing to share our video channel, but don't even think I'll share my Linky with you!" said Naranja Iono. Both Ionoes glare at each other as Naranja Iono ends the call. Lincoln still had a blush on his face.
"Wow." said Lincoln. Just then, someone knocked at Lincoln's door. He opens it and sees Naranja Nemona standing there.
"Hey, Lincoln." said Naranja Nemona.
"Hey, Nemona. What's up?" asked Lincoln.
"Our friends, the Eds, and I were checking out the Delibird Presents store here in Mesagoza." said Naranja Nemona.
"Delibird Presents?" replied Lincoln. "I've seen that store when I walk around Mesagoza sometimes, but I've never been in it before."
"It's a store that sells a larger variety of items for trainers and their Pokemon than the PokeMarts at Pokemon Centers do. Do you want to check it out?" asked Naranja Nemona.
"Sure!" said Lincoln. "It'll be something to do until the Treasure Hunt is back on."
"Let's go, then. Everyone's waiting!" said Naranja Nemona as she grabs Lincoln's hand as he steps out of his room and closes the door and starts pulling him down the hall. They exit the academy and start walking, seeing Naranja students talking with their Uva doubles. Several minutes later, they arrived at Delibird Presents which was located not far from the south gate of Mesagoza, where Stan, Kyle, Cartman, Kenny, Butters, and the Eds were standing in front of, holding shopping bags that had the picture of a red and white, bird-like Pokemon (Delibird) on it. "Hey, guys."
"Hey, Nemona." replied Kenny. He, Uva Nemona, and the other boys look and see that Nemona was still holding Lincoln's hand. They all smirk which gets Naranja Nemona's attention.
"What?" asked Naranja Nemona. The Eds, Stan, Kyle, Kenny, Cartman, and Butters chuckle.
"Nemona. You can let go of Lincoln's hand now." said Kyle. Naranja Nemona and Lincoln look at their hands, then at each other with blushes. Naranja Nemona quickly lets go of Lincoln's hand.
"So did you guys find anything?" asked Nemona, hoping to change the subject. Kyle reaches into his shopping bag and pulls out what appeared to be a yellow seed the size of an apple.
"Me and Ed here got Miracle Seeds." said Kyle. Ed pulls a Miracle Seed out of his bag too. "We're going to give these to our Floragatos to hold on to so their grass type moves will be powered up. Kenny got one for his Capsikid."
"I got one for my Skiddo too." said Butters.
"And I got one for my Smoliv." said Edd.
"That is so cool." said Lincoln. Kyle puts the Miracle Seed back into his bag and pulls out what appeared to be a bird's beak. "What's that?"
"A Sharp Beak." replied Kyle. "Give this to a Pokemon hold and its flying type moves will become stronger. I got this for my Fletchinder and Kenny got one for his Rookidee." Stan reaches into his bag and pulls out what appeared to be a pendant with a drop shaped crystal on it.
"Me, Cartman, and Double-D got these Mystic Waters to power up me and Double-D's Quaxwells and Cartman's Gyarados water type moves." said Stan. Cartman reaches into his bag and pulls out what appeared to be a small black log.
"Me and Eddy got these Charcoals to power up our Crocalors' fire type attacks." said Cartman. "Butters got one for his Charcadet." Edd pulls a silvery powder out of his bag.
"And I got this Silver Powder to power up my Spidops bug type attacks." said Edd. "They also sell pokeballs as well, so we bought some of those as well."
"Whoa, man. I got some shopping to do." said Lincoln and he walks over to the store and enters it. He was amazed at all the stuff he saw such as pokeballs, hold items for Pokemon, and even Rotom Phone cases. He bought a Charcoal for his Crocalor, a Mystic Water for his Finizen, and a Miracle Seed for his Floette's grass type attacks. He also buys some more pokeballs for himself as well. After that, he exits the store.
"What'd you get, Lincoln?" asked Kyle. Lincoln tells them what he bought for some of his Pokemon along with some pokeballs.
"That's good." said Stan.
"Hey. The clerk in there told us about that there are other Delibird Presents stores in other cities in Paldea that sell other items that they don't have here." said Kenny.
"Perhaps when we're in other cities, we can check them and see if we can find other items for our other Pokemon." said Edd.
"Good idea." said Stan. Just then, their Rotom Phones rang. They answer them and see a post addressed to all Naranja/Uva Academy students.
"Hey! The Mr. Clavells said that we can continue our Treasure Hunts!" said Cartman. Everyone cheers in response.
"Yes!" said Stan.
"Sweet!" said Kyle.
"Awesome!" said Kenny.
"Oh boy!" said Ed.
"Finally!" said Eddy.
"I am also pleased that the Treasure Hunts are continuing." said Edd.
"I'm so excited! I didn't think we'd be continuing them so soon." said Lincoln.
"Yeah, dude!" said Stan.
"Well guys. Our adventures continue." said Stan.
Meanwhile, somewhere on the Atlantic Ocean; Gramps' boat was sailing along, with its passengers gathered around Lisa who was looking at her GPS.
"How much farther is it until we reach the Paldea Region, Lisa?" asked Lori.
"If we continue at this pace at our current schedule, we should reach our destination tomorrow afternoon." said Lisa. Everyone cheers at the news.
"That's great!" said Lori.
"I can't wait to see Lincoln!" said Clyde.
"Me, too." said Ronnie Anne. "I really missed Lame-O."
"I wonder how Linky's been doing?" asked Leni.
"I don't know. But he looked like he was doing okay in that class photo that Lisa showed us a few days ago." said Luan.
"I hope he's not mad at us for throwing him out onto the streets in his pajamas." said Lana.
"When we find him, we'll apologize for how we treated him and hope he forgives us." said Lori. Everyone then looks at the horizon ahead of them.
'Lincoln. Please be okay.' thought the Loud sisters, Gramps, Clyde, Ronnie Anne, Bobby, and Sam.
