Levincia Gym Battles (Part Two)
Kyle stood outside the Pokemon League building when he hears Naranja Iono's voice. Kyle looks up to see himself and Naranja Iono on one of the screens.
"Ladies aaand gentlemens! It's time for the Iono Zone!" said Naranja Iono. "Hey, hey, hey! Your eyeballs are MINE! Caught in my Electroweb! Whosawhatsit? Iono! 'Ello, 'ello, hola! Ciao, and bonjour!"
"Hey, Iono." said Kyle.
"You ready for your Gym Test?" asked Naranja Iono.
"You bet." said Kyle.
"For your Gym Test, I need you to help me get more viewers for my channel, so I'll need you to do a game called 'Where in Levincia is Iono?'." said Naranja Iono. Just then, Uva Iono walks over to Kyle, getting his attention.
"While my Pokemon are being treated at the Pokemon Center after my battle with your friend, I'll be the one you're looking for." said Uva Iono. "Are you ready?"
"Sure thing, Iono." said Kyle. Uva Iono runs off into Levincia. Kyle was able to find her and defeat the trainers that challenged him whenever he found Uva Iono.
"Well, Kyle, since your performance got so many viewers, you have passed the Gym Test." said Naranja Iono.
"Sweet." said Kyle. He returned to the Pokemon League building and went straight to the receptionist.
"Congratulations on passing your Gym Test, Kyle." said the receptionist.
"Thanks, ma'am." said Kyle. Soon Kyle and Naranja Iono were facing each other on the stage where Uva Iono and Cartman had their battle.
"Ladies aaand gentlemens! It's time for the Iono Zone!" said Naranja Iono. "Hey, hey, hey! Your eyeballs are MINE! Caught in my Electroweb! Whosawhatsit? Iono! 'Ello, 'ello, hola! Ciao, and bonjour!" Her Rotom Phone moves to a position so that she and Kyle were both in the picture. "My next challenger is soaring high like a Wattrel! Iiiitttt's Kyle! Yaaay!" said Uva Iono. She then walks up to Kyle and stands next to him. "So how are you doing today?"
"Pretty good, Iono." replied Kyle. Uva Iono then walks over to one side of the stage and turns to face Kyle. A digital face appears on one of the screens.
"This is an official gym battle between Iono, the gym leader, and Kyle, the challenger." said the digital face. "Each side will use four Pokemon. The battle will end when one trainer's pokemon are unable to battle. Let the battle begin." Kyle and Naranja Iono each pull out a pokeball.
"Wattrel, you're on." said Naranja Iono, throwing Wattrel's pokeball and releasing it.
"Go, Phanpy!" said Kyle, throwing Phanpy's pokeball and releasing him.
"Wattrel, Quick Attack!" said Naranja Iono. Wattrel flies at Phanpy with incredible speed and rams into him, knocking him back.
"Okay, Phanpy, use Rollout!" Phanpy begins rolling in place before rolling forward and jumping up at Wattrel and hitting it, dealing super effective damage due to rock type moves being strong against flying type Pokemon. Wattrel falls onto the stage, but gets back up.
"Use Pluck!" said Naranja Iono. Wattrel flies at Phanpy and jabs its beak onto him, hurting him. Phanpy rolls at Wattrel and rams into it, doing more damage than the first Rollout attack due to it getting stronger after each time it was used. Wattrel falls to the ground with swirly eyes.
"Wattrel is unable to battle. Phanpy is the winner." said the digital head.
"You did it, Phanpy!" said Kyle. Phanpy smiles in response. Uva Iono returns Wattrel to its pokeball.
"You were awesome, Wattrel." said Naranja Iono. She puts Wattrel's pokeball away and pulls another one out of her pocket. "Bellibolt, you're on." She throws Bellibolt's pokeball and releases it. Phanpy rolls at Bellibolt and crashes into it, dealing more damage due to Rollout getting stronger, and sending Bellibolt flying back. Bellibolt begins surging with energy.
"Looks like Bellibolt's Electromorphosis ability has activated." said Kyle.
"You got that right." said Naranja Iono. "Now the next electric type Bellibolt uses will be more powerful."
"Too bad electric type moves don't work on ground types like Phanpy." said Kyle.
"No, but this move will. Bellibolt, Water Gun!" said Naranja Iono. Bellibolt sprays a spiral of water out of its mouth and it hits Phanpy, dealing super effective damage to him due to ground type Pokemon being weak against water type moves. Phanpy rolls at Bellbolt again and crashes into it, knocking it to the ground, doing more damage than before to it. "Water Gun, one more time!" Bellibolt sprays another Water Gun and it hits Phanpy. It was too much for Phanpy and he passes out.
"Phanpy is unable to battle. Bellibolt wins." said the digital head.
"Awesome!" said Uva Iono. Kyle returns Phanpy to his pokeball.
"You were great, Phanpy." said Kyle. He puts Phanpy's pokeball away and pulls out another pokeball. "Flittle, go!" He throws Flittle's pokeball and releases him. "Psybeam!" Flittle releases a multicolored beam of energy from his eyes and it hits Bellibolt, knocking it out.
"Bellibolt is unable to battle. Flittle wins." said the digital head.
"Great work, Flittle." said Kyle. Flittle hovers around happily. Uva Iono returns Bellibolt to its pokeball.
"You were great, Bellibolt." said Naranja Iono. She puts Bellibolt's pokeball away and pulls out another one. "Luxio, you're on!" She throws Luxio's pokeball and releases him. Luxio glares at Flittle, making him nervous.
"I already know about your Luxio's Intimidate ability." said Kyle. "But since it only weakens physical attacks, I'll just use special attacks instead. Flittle, Psybeam!" Flittle releases another Psybeam onto Luxio, hitting it. Luxio begins stumbling around. "Looks like Luxio's confused."
"We won't let that stop us. My viewers probably won't enjoy that." said Naranja Iono. "Luxio, try using Spark!" Luxio fights through its confusion and becomes surrounded by electricity. It charges at Flittle and rams him, knocking him back. Flittle becomes surrounded by electricity and he shudders.
"Flittle's paralyzed." said Kyle. "But we won't back down, I'm sure your viewers won't like that, Iono."
"No, they will not." said Naranja Iono.
"Try using Psybeam!" said Kyle. Flittle was able to fight through her confusion and fires another Psybeam at Luxio, hitting it.
"Use Bite!" said Naranja Iono. Luxio fights through its confusion and charges at Flittle and bites him, dealing super effective damage due to dark type moves being strong against psychic type Pokemon. Fortunately for Kyle, Bite did not cause Flittle to flinch.
"Disarming Voice!" said Kyle. Unfortunately, paralysis got the better of Flittle, preventing him from attacking.
"Use Spark!" said Naranja Iono. Unfortunately for Luxio, confusion got the better of it and it crashes into a wall, knocking itself out.
"Luxio is unable to battle. Flittle is the winner." said the digital head.
"You did it, Flittle." said Kyle. Naranja Iono returns Luxio to its pokeball.
"You were great, Luxio." said Naranja Iono. She looks at Kyle. "You're doing righteous so far, Kyle, but let's see Flittle handle my final Pokemon." She pulls out a pokeball and tosses it, releasing her Mismagius.
"You still want to battle, Flittle?" asked Kyle. Flittle nods in response. Naranja Iono pulls her Tera Orb out of her sweater and throws it at her Mismagius, making crystal pillars form around her. They then shatter, showing Mismagius in her Tera Form.
"Mismagius, use Hex!" said Naranja Iono. Mismagius raises its arms and forms a ball of dark energy with a red eye in the middle of it. It launches it at Flittle and hits him, dealing massive damage to him, not only for ghost type moves being strong against psychic types, but also Hex doing extra damage to Pokemon with status conditions. It was too much for Flittle and he passes out.
"Flittle is unable to battle. Mismagius wins." said the digital head.
"You did it, Mismagius." said Naranja Iono. Mismagius raises its arms and cheered. Kyle returns Flittle to his pokeball.
"You did well, Flittle." said Kyle. He puts Flittle's pokeball away and pulls out another one. "Let's go, Floragato!" He throws Floragato's pokeball and releases him. Kyle then pulls out his Tera Orb. "I'm sure your viewers would love to see another Terastilization, Iono." Naranja Iono smirks.
"I'm sure they would, too." said Naranja Iono. Kyle throws his Tera Orb above Floragato and crystal pillars rise up around him. The pillars shatter, revealing Floragato with crystal fur and crystal flowers on his head.
"Okay, Floragato, Magical Leaf!" said Kyle. Floragato leaps up and spreads his arms, releasing glowing green leaves from his body and they hit Mismagius, hitting it.
"Mismagius, Phantom Force!" said Naranja Iono. A portal appears on the floor next to Misamagius and it jumps into it and it disappears.
"Well I'm not going to stand around and wait." said Kyle. "Floragato, Hone Claws!" Claws extend from the end of Floragato's fingers and they glow red. Floragato lets out a cry and orange energy shoots up from his body, increasing his attack and accuracy.
"That is so cool!" said Naranja Iono. A portal appears from beside Floragato and Mismagius floats up from around it and strikes Floragato.
"Floragato, Bite!" said Kyle. Floragato lunges at Mismagius while it was close to him and bites onto its shoulder, hurting it. "Too bad Mismagius isn't a ghost type right now, otherwise Bite would've done more damage." Fortunately, Bite did cause Mismagius to flinch. "Now use Seed Bomb!" Floragato forms green light in his hands and it becomes a seed. He throws it at Mismagius and hits it, knocking it back.
"Confuse Ray!" said Naranja Iono. Mismagius' eyes glow purple. Floragato's eyes glow purple and he begins staggering around.
"Don't let confusion get to you, Floragato!" said Kyle. Floragato shakes his head, snapping himself out of the confusion, and glares at Mismagius, surprising Naranja Iono.
"No way!" said Uva Iono.
"Yes way! Floragato, Seed Bomb!" said Kyle. Floragato throws another Seed Bomb at Mismagius and hits it, shattering its Tera Form and it passes out.
"Mismagius is unable to battle. Floragato wins. The winner of this gym battle is the challenger, Kyle." said the digital head.
"We did it, Floragato!" said Kyle. Floragato flexes his arms and cheers. Uva Iono returns Mismagius to its pokeball.
"You were radical, Mismagius." said Naranja Iono. She walks over to Kyle. "You're an awesome trainer, Kyle. I'm sure my viewers enjoyed our battle."
"I'm sure they did." said Kyle. Uva Iono looks into her Rotom Phone.
"And what does my challenger get for defeating me? The lean, mean, streamin' queen?" asked Naranja Iono as she pulls a gym badge with a lightning bolt on it out of her sleeve. "A Levincia Gym Badge! Yaaay!" She then hands the gym badge, along with some pokedollars to Kyle. "How about a photo of us together to remember our battle by?"
"Sweet!" said Kyle. After he and Naranja Iono took a picture of the two of them doing a pose together, Kyle heads back to the Pokemon League building where his friends were waiting.
"Good job, Kyle." said Stan.
"Thanks, dude." said Kyle. He then walks over to Trent and gives him half the pokedollars he just won.
"I'm next, guys." said Stan.
"Go get her, dude." said Kyle.
"You got it." said Stan. He walks out of the building and stands outside the Pokemon League building when he hears Uva Iono's voice. Kyle looks up to see himself and Uva Iono on one of the screens.

"Hey, Iono!" said Stan as he waves.
"Nice to meet you!" said Uva Iono. "You ready for your Gym Test?"
"You bet." said Stan.

"You bet I am." said Stan. Naranja Iono runs off into Levincia. Stan was able to find her and defeat the trainers that challenged him whenever he found Naranja Iono. Stan had his Sandygast battle those trainers for experience and she learned Bulldoze as a result of it. After Stan found Naranja Iono a third time, Uva Iono appears on the screen again.
"Well, Stan, since your performance got so many viewers, you have passed the Gym Test!" said Uva Iono.
"Awesome!" said Stan. He returned to the Pokemon League building and went straight to the receptionist.
"Congratulations on passing your Gym Test, Stan." said the receptionist.
"Thanks, ma'am." said Stan. The receptionist types something on her computer, and Stan's Rotom Phone chimed. He looks at it and sees a map of Levincia on the screen. On the map was a dot that was on a large stage area.
"The location marked on the map on your Rotom Phone is where you'll be having your gym battle with Iono. Just head over to the location to do your gym battle." said the receptionist.
"Sweet!" said Stan. He heads over to the area marked on his map and soon reaches the stage where he's seen Lincoln, Cartman, and Kyle battle with Iono. He quickly sees Uva Iono standing there with her Rotom Phone floating in front of her.
"Ladies aaand gentlemens! It's time for the Iono Zone!" said Uva Iono. "Hey, hey, hey! Your eyeballs are MINE! Caught in my Electroweb! Whosawhatsit? Iono! 'Ello, 'ello, hola! Ciao, and bonjour!" Her Rotom Phone moves to a position so that she and Stan were both in the picture. "My next challenger is soaring high like a Wattrel! Iiiitttt's Stan! Yaaay!" She then walks up to Stan and stands next to him. "So how are you doing today?"
"I'm doing awesome!" said Stan. "I get to be in another of your videos!"
"Well I'm so glad you came!" said Uva Iono.
"I wouldn't miss this for the world!" said Stan.
"Ooh! We got a lively one here!" said Uva Iono. "You'd make a gnarly influencer! But enough of that; let's get started!" They both go to opposite ends of the stage and get ready for battle. A digital face appears on one of the screens around the stage.
"This is an official gym battle between Iono, the gym leader, and Kyle, the challenger." said the digital face. "Each side will use four Pokemon. The battle will end when one trainer's pokemon are unable to battle. Let the battle begin." Stan and Uva Iono each pull out a pokeball.
"Wattrel! You're on!" said Uva Iono as she releases her Wattrel.
"Let's go, Bramblin!" said Stan as he releases his Bramblin. "Bramblin, use Rollout!" Bramblin rolls at Wattrel and slams into it, doing super effective damage.
"Wattrel, use Pluck!" said Uva Iono. Wattrel jabs its beak into Bramblin, doing super effective damage. Bramblin comes back around and slams into Wattrel with more force than before, doing super effective damage, and knocking Wattrel out.
"Wattrel is unable to battle. Bramblin is the winner." said the digital face.
"Yes! Way to go, Bramblin!" said Stan. Uva Iono returns her Wattrel to its pokeball.
"You did your best, Wattrel!" said Uva Iono. She puts her Wattrel's pokeball away and pulls out another one. "Bellibolt, let's go!" She throws her pokeball, releasing her Bellibolt. "Hurry, Bellibolt! Use Mud-Slap!" Bellibolt quickly launches some mud at Bramblin, hitting her, but not doing a lot of damage, due to Bramblin being part grass type, making her resistant to ground type moves; but her accuracy was lowered. Bramblin tried to hit Bellibolt with Rollout, but she misses, making her come to a stop.
"No! Rollout's power returns to normal if it misses." said Stan. "Oh, well. Bramblin knows other moves."
"Let's see if she'll be able to use them!" said Uva Iono. "Bellibolt, use Tackle!" Bellibolt runs at Bramblin and rams into her.
"Bramblin, use Absorb!" said Stan. Bramblin tries to hit Bellibolt with Absorb, but she misses.
"Bellibolt, use Charge!" said Uva Iono. Bellibolt starts gathering energy, and also increasing her special defense.
"Hurry, Bramblin! Use Absorb again!" said Stan. Bramblin manages to hit Bellibolt with Absorb, draining it of some stamina, but not a lot, thanks to its increased special defense; but she did regain some stamina. Energy started to surge from Bellibolt.
"Looks like Bellibolt's Electromorphosis ability activated." said Uva Iono.
"No!" said Stan.
"Bellibolt, use Spark!" said Uva Iono. Bellibolt's body becomes coated in electricity and it slams into Bramblin, not doing a lot of damage, but it was more than it normally would have been, thanks to Charge powering it up, along with the power up from Electromorphosis. Bramblin suddenly becomes covered in static electricity and she starts trembling.
"Uh oh!" said Stan. "Bramblin's paralyzed!"
"Bellibolt, Tackle one more time!" said Uva Iono. Bellibolt rams into Bramblin again, this time doing enough damage to knock her out.
"Bramblin is unable to battle. Bellibolt is the winner." said the digital face.
"Yaay! Way to go, Bellibolt!" said Uva Iono. Bellibolt hops up and down with joy. Stan returns Bramblin to her pokeball.
"You were great, Bramblin." said Stan with a smile. He puts Bramblin's pokeball away and pulls out another one. He throws it, releasing his Maschiff. "Maschiff, use Headbutt!" Maschiff runs at Bellibolt and slams her head into Bellibolt's face, doing damage, and making it flinch. Bellibolt got another power up from Electromorphosis.
"Looks like Electromorphosis kicked in, again!" said Uva Iono.
"Maschiff, use Leer!" said Stan. Maschiff stares harshly at Bellibolt, making it nervous, and lowering its defense.
"Hurry, Bellibolt! Use Spark!" said Uva Iono. Bellibolt runs at Maschiff while coated in electricity.
"Dodge and use one more Headbutt!" said Stan. Maschiff moves out of Bellibolt's path and slams her head into Bellibolt's back, knocking it onto it's belly, unconscious.
"Bellibolt is unable to battle. Maschiff is the winner." said the digital face.
"Awesome!" said Stan. Uva Iono returns her Bellibolt to its pokeball.
"You were great, Bellibolt!" said Uva Iono. She then puts her Bellibolt's pokeball away and pulls out another one from her sweater. "Luxio, let's go!" She throws the pokeball, releasing her Luxio. A dark aura emits from its body as it glares harshly at Maschiff, making her tremble.
"That's right, your Luxio has the Intimidate ability." said Stan.
"You know it!" said Uva Iono. "Luxio, use Spark!" Luxio's body becomes coated in electricity, and it slams into Maschiff, knocking her to the ground, Her body becomes coated in static electricity.
"No! Now Maschiff's paralyzed!" said Stan. "I better make this quick! Maschiff, use Lick!" Maschiff fights through paralysis, and she licks Luxio's face, doing some damage. Luxio begins to shake a little bit as static electricity surges around it.
"No! Now Luxio's paralyzed!" said Uva Iono.
"That should slow it down a bit!" said Stan.
"Well, it won't be enough to stop us!" said Uva Iono. "Luxio, use Bite!" Luxio fought through paralysis and bites down on Mabostiff, not doing a lot of damage, due to dark types being resistant to dark type moves; but it did make Mabostiff flinch. "Now finish this with Spark!" Luxio hits Mabostiff with another Spark attack, this time knocking her out.
"No!" said Stan.
"Mabostiff is unable to battle. Luxio is the winner." said the digital face.
"Yaay! Way to go, Luxio!" said Uva Iono. Luxio nods at Uva Iono in response. Stan returns Mabostiff to her pokeball.
"You were great, girl!" said Stan. He then puts Mabostiff's pokeball. "This battle is getting pretty awesome!"
"I'll say!" said Uva Iono as she was looking at her Rotom Phone. "We're already getting lots of comments!"
"Sweet!" said Stan. Uva Iono gets a confused look on her face.
"But there's this one viewer who keeps calling you 'turd'?" said Uva Iono. Stan sighs and looks at the camera that's livestreaming them.
"Hi, Shelly." said Stan as he waves without much enthusiasm.
"You know this person?" asked Uva Iono.
"That's my older sister, Shelly." said Stan.
"Oh." said Uva Iono.
"Let's just continue the battle!" said Stan as he pulls out another pokeball and throws it, releasing his Sandygast. "Sandygast, use Bulldoze!" Sandygast starts shaking up the ground a lot, sending shockwaves at Luxio, hitting it, and doing super effective damage, as well as lowering its speed some more.
"Hurry, Luxio! Use Ice Fang!" said Uva Iono. Luxio tries to use Ice Fang on Sandygast, but paralysis kicks in, stopping it from attacking.
"Okay, Sandygast! Use Sand Tomb!" said Stan. Sandygast summons up a spiral of sand that surrounds Luxio and lifts it up off the ground, doing super effective damage, and sends it flying across the stage where it stops at Uva Iono's feet, unconscious.
"No!" said Uva Iono.
"Yes! Just one more to go!" said Stan. Uva Iono returns Luxio to its pokeball.
"You were great, Luxio!" said Uva Iono. She puts Luxio's pokeball back into her sweater. "This battle is super awesome, Stan!"
"I'll say!" said Stan. Uva Iono smirks as she pulls her last pokeball out of her sleeve. She then throws it, releasing her Mismagius. Uva Iono pulls her Tera Orb out of her sweater and throws it at her Mismagius, making crystal pillars form around her. They then shatter, showing Mismagius in her Tera Form.
"Mismagius, use Magical Leaf!" said Uva Iono. Mismagius releases a barrage of glowing green leaves at Sandygast, hitting it, and doing super effective damage.
"Sandygast! Use Mega Drain!" said Stan. Sandygast releases a stream of green energy from her mouth, hitting Mismagius, draining it of energy, and restoring some of Sandygast's.
"Mismagius, use Phantom Force!" said Uva Iono. Mismagius sinks into a portal that appears under her. Stan and Sandygast look around for it, only for Mismagius to pop up behind her and strike Sandygast from behind, doing super effective damage, and knocking her out.
"Sandygast is unable to battle. Mismagius is the winner." said the digital face.
"Yaay! One more to go!" said Uva Iono. Stan returns Sandygast to her pokeball.
"You were awesome!" said Stan. He puts Sandygast's pokeball away and pulls out his last one. He throws it, releasing his Litleo. "At least since your Mismagius is an electric type right now, she's vulnerable to normal type moves!"
"That won't help you a whole lot!" said Uva Iono.
"We'll see." said Stan. Litleo, use Headbutt!" Litleo runs at Mismagius and jumps up at it, ramming her head into its chest, knocking her back with more power than Stan expected, and also making it flinch. "Hey. By any chance is your Mismagius a girl?"
"Yeah, why?!" asked Uva Iono.
"Well, my Litleo has the Rivalry ability, which means since she's a girl, her moves become stronger if she hits another girl." explained Stan.
"Uh oh!" said Uva Iono.
"Hurry, Litleo! Use Fire Fang!" said Stan. Litleo's fangs become coated in fire, and she bites down on Mismagius, damaging her, and making bits of fire appear on her body.
"No! Mismagius is burned!" said Uva Iono. "Well we'll show you! Mismagius, use Power Gem!" Mismagius releases a sparkling beam of energy at Litleo, hitting her, and doing super effective damage!
"That's it; it's time to end this!" said Stan. "Litleo, Take Down!" Litleo runs at Mismagius and slams full force into her body, knocking her down to the ground. Litleo staggers a bit from Take Down's recoil damage. "You okay, girl?" Litleo turns and nods. Mismagius' Tera Form suddenly shatters, showing that she was knocked out.
"Mismagius is unable to battle. Litleo is the winner. That means the winner of the gym battle is the challenger, Stan." said the digital face.
"AWESOME!" shouts Stan. Litleo runs to Stan, jumps into his arms, and starts nuzzling his face. "I'm so proud of you, Litleo; and all my other Pokemon!" Uva Iono returns her Mismagius to her pokeball.
"You were great, Mismagius!" said Uva Iono. She puts Mismagius' pokeball away and walks next to Stan. "And you were awesome too, Stan!"
"Thanks, Iono!" said Stan. Uva Iono looks at her Rotom Phone's camera.
"Well, I hate to say it everyone, but I lost!" said Uva Iono. "Let's hear it for Stan, everyone!" More comments start appearing on her Rotom Phone. "And look at these comments come in. Even your sister is supporting you!"
"That's cool, I guess." said Stan.

"Very well. Just walk outside to start your Gym Test." said the receptionist.
"Yes, ma'am." said Butters. He then turns toward his friends.
"Do your best, dude." said Kyle.
"We believe in you." said Stan. The others nod in agreement.
