Starting a New Day
The next morning in the boys' hotel room, Lincoln, Clyde, Bobby, Stan, Kyle, Kenny, Cartman, Butters, Trent, and the Eds were all sleeping on their king-sized bed, while Leonard was sleeping in a chair. Soon, some knocking was heard at their door, waking them up. Cartman groggily climbs out of the bed, walks over to the door, and opens it to reveal Lynn Jr and Lana standing in the hallway.
"Do you...have any idea...what time it is?" asked Cartman in a cranky voice.
"It's six in the morning." said Lynn Jr in a non chalant voice.
"What do you want?" asked Cartman.
"I'm here to get Lincoln." said Lynn Jr. Just then, Lincoln walks over next to Cartman and looks at Lynn and Lana.
"What are you two doing here?" asked Lincoln.
"It's time for your morning workout." said Lynn.
"And I want to get an early start on working on that Starmobile." said Lana. Lincoln yawns and stretches his arms.
"I'm guessing that if I don't, you'll tell Ms. Dendra that I'm slacking off?" asked Lincoln.
"Bingo." said Lynn with a smirk. Lincoln lets out a sigh of resignation.
"Fine." said Lincoln. "Let me get dressed first, then we'll get breakfast, and then we'll get started."
"Okay." said Lynn Jr.
"Now that that's taken care of; get outta here and let me sleep." said Cartman as he turns to head back to bed. Thinking back to yesterday, Lynn walks over to Cartman while his back was turned and gives him an atomic wedgie.
"AUUUGGGHHHH!" said Cartman as his underwear was wedged into his butt.
"That was for the song yesterday, tubby." said Lynn. Cartman dislodges his underwear, gives Lynn a cold stare, and hops back into the bed while the other boys were laughing at him.
"Shut up, you guys." said Cartman as he puts his head back on his pillow. Lincoln, Lynn, and Lana left and closed the door behind them. A couple hours later, everyone woke up and got ready to start their day. They all meet up in the lobby and plan on what to do today.
"So what now?" asked Stan.
"Are we gonna take on the Titan Pokemon?" asked Ed with excitement.
"Where are Lincoln, Lana, and Lynn?" asked Leni.
"Lynn and Lana came by our room early this morning and got Lincoln for some sort of workout." said Cartman.
"They could be at that Team Star base we took on yesterday." suggested Kyle. "Lana said she wanted to work on that Starmobile."
"Well, let's get breakfast first, then we'll go look for them." said Stan.
"Okay." said Leni. They all leave the hotel and go to a restaurant to grab something to eat. As they walked down the street, Ronnie Anne notices some people wearing Iono t-shirts glaring at her.
"What's your problem?!" asked Ronnie Anne. One of the fans pulls out a Rotom Phone and brings up a photo of her and Naranja Iono fighting yesterday, much to the group's surprise.
"Someone took a picture there?" asked Lori.
"There's also a video about Iono's dinner with Lincoln." said another Iono fan. He then plays a video and shows it to the group. The video had every moment of the dinner yesterday; The group arriving at the restaurant, Lincoln and Iono's interaction outside, including the part where Lincoln opens the door for Iono; the group eating, Naranja Iono and Ronnie Anne both kissing Lincoln, and the two of them fighting over him.
"Wow." said Stan with stunned shock.
"Lincoln's so awesome!" said an Iono fan.
"He and Iono should definitely be together!" said another Iono fan, making Lincoln's sisters squeal, and Ronnie Anne clench her fists with barely-contained fury.
"So, you should back off the two of them!" an Iono fan says to Ronnie Anne.
"You gonna make me?!" asked Ronnie Anne as she holds out a fist.
"No, we're just warning you." said an Iono fan. "Don't hurt Iono again or there will be trouble for you." Ronnie Anne glares at the Iono fans as they walk away. After that, the group have breakfast and head for the Team Star base. While they are heading for the exit to Levincia, they hear a familiar voice call out.
"Hey, everyone!" said Naranja Iono, making everyone look to see her running towards them.
"Hey, Iono!" said Leni. Naranja Iono runs to the group and stops in front of them. As she looks at everyone, she stops when she sees Ronnie Anne and glares at her.
"Ronnie Anne." said Naranja Iono in a grumpy voice.
"Iono." replied Ronnie Anne in an equally grumpy voice. Everyone felt the tension between the two and looked nervous. Naranja Iono looks throughout the group, most likely for Lincoln.
"Where's Linky?" asked Naranja Iono.
"He and two of our sisters went off somewhere." answered Luna. "We were just going to where they are."
"Can I come with?" asked Naranja Iono. "I want to see him again." Lincoln's sisters squeal with delight, while Ronnie Anne huffs.
"Sure." said Luan. "And I'll bet he'll want to see you, too."
"Great! Let's go!" said Naranja Iono. The group then exits Levincia and start walking over to the base. As they walked down the path that leads to it, Cartman sees a Tera Den nearby.
"Hey, there's a Tera Den, you guys!" said Cartman. He, Stan, Kyle and Kenny run over to the Tera Den and walk inside it. Once inside, they see a bluish-black, bipedal Pokemon that looked like a cat that had three red feathers for a tail, one over a left ear, and it had two large claws on each of its hands and feet. Cartman points his Rotom Phone at the Pokemon.
"Sneasel, the Sharp Claw Pokemon. This cunning Pokémon hides under the cover of darkness, waiting to attack its prey." said the Rotom Phone.
"I'm catching this Pokemon, you guys." said Cartman as he pulls out a pokeball. Kyle looks at the snowflake-shaped crystal on the Sneasel's head.
"I'm guessing that Sneasel's Tera Form is an ice type." said Kyle.
"Crocalor, go!" said Cartman as he throws Crocalor's pokeball and releases him.
"Glimmet, let's go!" said Kyle, throwing Glimmet's pokeball and releasing him.
"Let's go, Litleo!" said Stan as he throws Litleo's pokeball and releases her.
"Lokix, come out!" said Kenny as he throws Lokix's pokeball and releases him.
"Crocalor, Incinerate!" said Cartman. Crocalor opens his mouth and releases a fireball from it and it hits Sneasel, dealing super effective damage.
"Glimmet, Smackdown!" said Kyle. Glimmet forms a ball of golden energy and it hits Sneasel, dealing super effective damage to it.
"Litleo, Fire Fang!" said Stan. Litleo leaps at Sneasel while her mouth was covered in fire and she bites Sneasel, dealing super effective damage, but not doing much to it.
"That Sneasel must be male." said Kyle.
"That means Litleo won't be able to deal much damage to it because she's female." said Stan.
"We won't let that stop us." said Kenny. "Lokix, Double Kick!" Lokix leaps at Sneasel and kicks him twice, dealing super effective damage. Sneasel runs at Lokix and slashes him with his claws.
"That looked like Slash!" said Kyle.
"Crocalor, Incinerate one more time!" said Cartman. Crocalor releases another fireball and it hits Sneasel, dealing super effectived damage to him, shattering its Tera Form and making him drop to his hands and knees. Cartman takes an empty pokeball out of his backpack and throws it at Sneasel, hitting it and sucking it in. It wiggled around a few times before it clicks, indicating Sneasel's capture. "Kewl! I caught Sneasel!" The cavern glows brightly and everyone soons finds themselves back outside.
"What Pokemon was in there?" asked Edd.
"A Sneasel." said Cartman.
"What's it like, Cartman?" asked Stan. Cartman takes out his Rotom Phone and looks up his new Sneasel's data.
"This says my Sneasel a guy, he knows Scratch, Leer, Taunt, Quick Attack, Metal Claw, Icy Wind, Fury Swipes, Icicle Crash, Ice Shard, and Slash. He has the Inner Focus ability which makes it so he can't flinch or have his attack power lowered by the Intimidate ability." said Cartman.
"Sweet." said Stan. They all continue on their way to the base after Cartman picks up a couple of Big Mushrooms and berries the Tera Den left behind. They soon come across another one and decide to check it out. But before they could enter it, it suddenly started to glow brightly, making them shut their eyes. The light soon faded, and right where the Tera Den was, to their surprise, were Lincoln and Lynn
"There you two are." said Lori.
"So, you were already taking on the Pokemon in that Tera Den?" asked Stan.
"Yeah, it was a Sableye." said Lincoln. A pokeball Lincoln had in his hand suddenly vanishes. Lincoln sees two Big Mushrooms and some berries where the Tera Den was, and picks them up.
"What's Sableye like?" asked Kyle. Lincoln takes out his Rotom Phone and looks up Sableye's information.
"Sableye's part ghost type and part dark type." said Lincoln, getting Lucy's attention.
"Ghosts and darkness are two of my favorite things." said Lucy, making everyone look at her with creeped-out looks.
"Anyway, Sableye's a girl, she knows Scratch, Leer, Astonish, Shadow Sneak, Fake Out, Disable, Detect, Night Shade, Fury Swipes, Knock Off, Quash, Shadow Claw, Hex, Aerial Ace, Foul Play, and Snarl. She has the Stall ability which makes her always attack last." said Lincoln. Just then, he felt someone hugging him from behind. He looks and blushes when he sees Naranja Iono.
"Hi, Linky!" said Naranja Iono.
"Hey, Iono!" said Lincoln. Ronnie Anne walks over and pulls Lincoln out of the hug, making Naranja Iono growl at her.
"So, when are you gonna take on that Titan Pokemon you told me about yesterday?" asked Naranja Iono.
"Just waiting for Lana." said Lincoln. Just then, they hear the sound of an engine revving up nearby. They look to see the Starmobile heading towards them with Lana behind the wheel.
"I'm done, you guys." said Lana. They all looked at a few of the changes that Lana made to it. Lana put in a LOT of seats, there was a big engine that wasn't a Revaroom sticking out of the hood, and a big roof. Stan, Kyle, Cartman, Kenny, Butters, Trent, and the Eds were looking in shock at the Starmobile.
"How long did it take you to do this?!" asked Eddy.
"A little over two hours." said Lana.
"No way!" said Kyle.
"How can a six-year-old girl do this?!" asked Eddy.
"Don't understimate Lana's mechanic abilities." said Lincoln. Naranja Mela walks over to them.
"I can vouche for her." said Naranja Mela. "She's an amazing mechanic. Wish I had her with us when my crew got started. Would've saved us some time and trouble when the Starmobile breaks down every so often." Ed was looking impatient.
"I want to take on the Titan Pokemon now, you guys!" said Ed.
"What's a Titan Pokemon?" asked Naranja Mela.
"Pokemon that are larger than they're normally supposed to be." said Lincoln.
"Yeah, we promised a friend of ours we'd help take them on." said Kyle.
"As did Ed." said Edd.
"Let's ride the Starmobile to where it is." said Lana.
"Good idea." said Lori.
"Well, have fun with that Titan Pokemon." said Naranja Mela before kissing Lincoln on the cheek, making Lincoln blush, his sisters squeal with delight, the boys stare with jealousy, and Ronnie Anne and Naranja Iono growl. Naranja Iono glares at Naranja Mela as she walks over to Lincoln and kisses him on the cheek, making Naranja Mela glare at her. Ronnie Anne runs over to Lincoln and kisses him on the cheek, making Naranjas Iono and Mela glare at her. They all then look at Lincoln who suddenly looked nervous.
"Uh...ladies?" says Lincoln. Five minutes later, the group was in the Starmobile with Lori now behind the wheel, heading for the Titan Pokemon's location, with Naranja Iono and Ronnie Anne sitting next to Lincoln whose face was covered in kiss marks. Eddy was looking at Lincoln with jealousy.
"I wish I had girls all over me." said Eddy.
"Maybe one day you will." said Edd with an eyeroll. Lana was sitting next to Ed, breathing in his stench.
"Ahhh. The sweet smell of...whatever that is." said Lana. She then looks over at Edd. "Do you know what that smell is?"
"I haven't the slightest idea." said Edd. He reaches into his backpack and pulls out some photos. "I examined Ed's head under a large microscope once and this is what we saw." He hands the photos to Lana who, along with everyone around her, looks at them.
"What are you doing with pictures of a toxic waste dump?" asked Stan.
"That's not a toxic waste dump. That's what Ed's skin looks like up close." said Edd.
"Oh, Arceus!" said Kyle.
"Cool!" said Lana.
"Ed just showered yesterday!" said Luan. "How can he get like this overnight while he's sleeping?"
"That's a mystery I still haven't solved yet." said Edd.
"Where did you get a microscope large enough to examine a human's head?" asked Lisa.
"Lots of sockhead's inventions are made from junk he finds at the Peach Creek garbage dump." said Eddy.
"Fascinating." said Lisa. Lana continues to sniff Ed.
"Thanks for giving the Starmobile a new paint job with your Grafaiai, Ed." said Lana.
"You are welcome." said Ed. Just then, Lori's phone rang. She looks at the Caller ID and sees the call was from her parents. She turns on the video chat and sees her parents, slightly bruised and disheveled.
"Hi, Mom and Dad." said Lori with concern in her voice.
"Hi, Lori." said Rita.
"Are you two okay?" asked Lori.
"Yes." said Rita. "This happened yesterday, and we were too exhausted to clean ourselves up."
"Yeah, the Fox Quintuplets are like that." said Lori as she shudders at memories of her experiences with them.
"At least the weekend is over, and we'll get a break from them." said Lynn Sr.
"Can we talk to Lincoln?" asked Rita. Lori passes the phone over to Lincoln, who takes it and looks at the screen.
"Hey, Mom and Dad." said Lincoln. He saw that his parents suddenly had smirks on their faces.
"What happened to your face?" asked Rita with a laugh.
"Did a girl kiss you all over?" asked Lynn Sr with a smug smile.
"Girls, plural." said Lincoln, making his parents' eyes widen with glee.
"My son is becoming a man!" said Lynn Sr. Naranja Iono leans over closer to Lincoln so his parents could see her. Rita sees her and recognizes her from the photo Leni showed her and Lynn Sr.
"Hi, Linky's parents." said Naranja Iono.
"It's nice to meet you, Iono." said Rita.
"It's nice to meet you, too." said Naranja Iono.
"So, you like our son?" asked Lynn Sr.
"I love your son! He's so cute, and smart, and nice, and there are so many other things I love about him!" said Naranja Iono. Lynn Sr and Rita were having a hard time containing their joy.
"I'm so happy that Lincoln has someone who loves him so much." said Rita.
"So, what have you been up to, son?" asked Lynn Sr.
"Well, yesterday we had dinner with Iono." said Lincoln.
"Ohhhhh." said Lynn Sr with a smirk. "Did you sit next to her?"
"Yeah." said Lincoln with a blush.
"He was a perfect gentleman." said Naranja Iono. "He opened the door to the restaurant we ate at for me, he pulled my chair out for me to sit in, he was so polite."
"We're so glad to hear that he's being proper to a lady." said Rita.
"It was great..." said Naranja Iono before a sour look appears on her face and she points towards Ronnie Anne. "...before this hussy got involved!"
"Who are you calling a hussy?!" yells Ronnie Anne as she leans closer to Naranja Iono and glares at her. Naranja Iono glares back at her. Lynn Sr and Rita looked nervous.
"I hope you two aren't getting into some over-the-top rivalry for our son." said Lynn Sr.
"If it happens, it happens!" said Ronnie Anne through clenched teeth. Naranja Iono smirks as she turns Lincoln's head towards her and kisses him on the lips, making his parents look with stunned surprise.
"Be careful son." said Lynn Sr. "You should know that if two girls are fighting, you should stay out of their way."
"Yeah, I learned that the hard way at our house." said Lincoln, before Ronnie Anne turns his head towards her and kisses him on the lips while looking at Naranja Iono. Lincoln passes the phone around and his sisters tell their parents about the Pokemon they caught, along with what happened at dinner yesterday.
"Well, it sounds like you are all having an eventful time in Paldea." said Rita.
"Just remember to be careful around that Titan Pokemon." said Lynn Sr.
"We will, Dad." said Luna. She passes the phone over to Lincoln who had a moment to breathe.
"So, we'll talk to you later." said Lincoln.
"Talk to you later, son." said Lynn Sr. Naranja Iono looks at the screen.
"And maybe we'll talk later, future father-in-law!" said Naranja Iono. Lynn Sr smirks at Lincoln in response to that and the call ends. Lori looks over at Lincoln.
"So, where's this Titan Pokemon at?" asked Lori. Lincoln hands his Rotom Phone that had the map of the Titan Pokemon locations on it.
"It's that one just north of Levincia." said Lincoln.
"Okay, let's do this!" said Luna. Everyone cheers in response. Next stop: The Lurking Steel Titan Pokemon.
