{Twelve sixteen Franklin Ave: Lincoln Loud's room}
"Okay time for operation Sister Fight Protocol escape! Wow, for once I actually came up with a good name for an operation, but that's not important right now. Right now I need to get out of the house as soon as possible and wait for Pop Pop without my sister's finding out what I'm up to otherwise they might turn against me and pulverize me!"said Lincoln to himself he knew that his sisters weren't being the most people right now and they would likely blame him for the mess that is currently happening downstairs.
After all many of them are fighting because of his stupid suggestion to have Lori and Leni separated for the night...and that plan has backfired in more ways than one with Luna and Luan turning against each other, then Lynn and Lucy, and most recently Lana and Lisa!
Lincoln knew that if and when his sister's looked through this entire situation through their microscope view, they would quickly conclude that this was his fault. And as soon as his sister's figured that out he would be in a world of pain as it wouldn't be the first time they've pulverized him and/or ganged up on him with the usual nine versus one mentality. He was not counting Lily as Lily was with his parents and she was only a baby so she didn't count.
So with that information in mind Lincoln decided to quickly use the emergency slide Lisa installed in his room in order for him to sneak in and out of the house as it was better than going downstairs and possibly running into his sisters! He knew it was the coward's way out, but they do say cowards live longer then brave heroes and Lincoln intended to live for a long time!
With that knowledge in mind he went over to his calendar and moved it aside to activate the emergency slide...only to see that the emergency button for the slide had been broken...!
"Dang it! Leni or Lori must have broken it in a fit of rage!"said Lincoln, quickly concluding that his best means of escape had been taken off the table and he would have to come up with another form of escape if he hoped to get out of the house in one piece!
So with the slide plan off the table, Lincoln quickly decided to go with the second and more dangerous option of going down the stairs and exiting through the front door or the back door of the house! He knew there was very little choice since there was no way to get to safely get to the first floor except by using the staircase or the inflatable slide. And he knew the inflatable slide was not an option considering the button to activate it was disabled.
So after swallowing the lump down his throat, Lincoln nervously began to make his way down the stairs as fast as he could. Contary to popular belief, a living creature actually makes less noise by moving faster, as there's less resistance on the ground, and less resistance means less chance of making sound. So with that thought in mind Lincoln quickly avoided the squeaky staircase and quickly made his way to the living room to see they look like a tornado had just hit!
Furniture that was not broken was scattered throughout the living room. The family portrait that Lincoln had given his parents for the anniversary lay shattered on the ground, appearing to have been thrown with great force! The coffee table had been smashed to bits, seeming to have been used as a weapon against someone! The couch would have to be reupholstered, as it had been completely shredded!
Dad's recliner chair was a in no better condition as looked like the Tasmanian Devil had just used it as a scratching post!
Lincoln quickly looked into the living room to see if it was okay. The trophy case, unsurprisingly, remained untouched. The girls were quite vain and would not touch their precious trophies; that was a bridge too far in their opinion.
So the middle child just rolled his eyes as he looked around and luckily the table seemed to be okay... other than the fact that the tablecloth have been ripped to shreds like someone had used a pair of scissors to cut holes in it.
'Dad is not going to be happy about this,' thought Lincoln as he quickly looked around to see where his sisters were. Tt didn't take long for him to look, as the sounds of rampaging wildebeest was ever present
There in the kitchen, the fight between sisters was ever present as Lola was biting into Lori's arm! Leni was trying her best not to get her hair pulled by Lynn! Lucy was currently approaching on Lana, and Lana looked absolutely terrified! Lisa on the other hand was holding both Luna and Luan back with a pair of Lynn's dirty gym socks!
Lincoln quickly saw that the back door of the house was not an option as his sisters were in the kitchen, and by the looks of things they still hadn't put the blame on him. So he quickly did what his survival instincts told him to do; he quickly made his way to the front door and opened it!
The white-haired boy knew that this would get the attention of his sisters, so he quickly made his way out the house and to the front yard as quickly as he could, making sure the shut the door behind him!
"Phew... I finally made it!"said a grateful and exhausted Lincoln, as he was glad that his sisters were so preoccupied with their bickering that they didn't notice his presence one bit.
"Okay, it took me about five minutes to get out of the house, so I just need to wait another twenty-five minutes or so, and then Pop Pop will come to my rescue!"said link it to himself as he needed to look for a hiding spot to hide out until his grandfather got to the house.
Lincoln Loud was a lot of things, but a dummy was not one of them. He knew he wasn't out of the woods yet; he needed to stay safe until his grandfather got there. The Loud sisters were predictable, and at any moment could shift their anger towards him, so Lincoln needed to hide out it's his grandfather got there and secured him.
Looking around the front yard, the middle child of the Loud family began to analyze his nearby surroundings in order to find an adequate hiding spot.
He quickly thought about hiding in the crawl space underneath the front porch, but that is where the Halloween decorations were kept, and Lincoln was sure there were spiderwebs the last time he checked. And spider webs meant spiders!
Lincoln thought 'I don't want to be accidentally bitten by a venomous spider so the crawl space is not an option.', Quickly scratching off the crawl space underneath the front porch as an option
Next, Lincoln turned his attention to the bushes in front of the porch. There was enough space to hide his frame, but he quickly decided that was a bad idea; the rustling sound of the leaves and branches could alert his sisters.
'Hmm...The garage could be a good place to hide. But would Pop Pop even think to look for me there?' Lincoln wondered, as he was split on the viability of the idea, since the garage was in the backyard, he wasn't sure if his grandfather would even think of looking for him there.
And it was in that moment that Lincoln heard another piece of furniture break! He knew he was running out of time and he needed to find a hiding place quickly! It didn't matter if his grandfather would look for him or not; he could just call out to him! So Lincoln thought of going in the last place his sister would look for him-the family trash cans!
Lincoln knew that would be the last place his sisters would look for him! After all, the trash cans are filled with garbage, and besides Lana, none of them when dumpster diving! He knew that Lana was a dangerous possibility, but with a danger level of one-to-eight, he'll take those odds!
So without an ounce of hesitation, Lincoln quickly Open the lid of the trash can and quickly got inside. He made sure to go into the recyclables as they was less dirty, and less chance of Lana finding him since she never went into the recyclables unless it involves getting money at the recycling center.
And the recycling center was closed today, the trash pin full of recyclables was looking more and more like the better option. So Lincoln just sat on top of plastic bottles and used soda cans and decided to wait it out for his grandfather! It was dark and smelly, but it was better than the alternative!
'Phew... it's a little hot in here. Which I guess is understandable considering these things are not built to house people, or any living creature for that matter.' thought Lincoln as he carefully waited for the storm to pass in the form of his sisters.
Meanwhile, inside the house the Loud sisters continued to be at each other's throats until Lisa put her two fingers together, took a deep breath, and whistled loudly, getting the attention of her fellow sisters. This made the rest of the loud sisters turn their attention towards their genius little sister.
"Elder female siblings! Why are we blaming each other for all of this when we're not blaming the main source for all of this destruction?!"questions Lisa, getting the attention of her fellow sisters.
"What do you mean?"asked Leni, wondering what her little sister was getting at.
"Why are we blaming each other for the protocol falling apart when it is our brother Lincoln's fault."pointed out Lisa, causing the others to come to a realization.
"Yeah! He's the reason why my Jeep suspensions are busted!"said Lola, making a fist of anger.
"He's the reason why the curtain protocol didn't work!"said Lana, realizing that Lincoln was the one who took away the separation curtain in the form of his blanket.
"He also the reason why we went from rampaging T-Rex to erupting volcano! Oh, I'm going to turn him into a human pretzel!"said Lori, with the rest of her sisters agreeing in unison.
"Let's get him!"said Lynn, before the Loud sisters began making their way upstairs!
Once they were on the second floor, they quickly made their way towards Lincoln's bedroom and busted their way through the door
"Lincoln! We would like to have a word with you!"said Lori, only to realize that her little brother was nowhere in sight.
"Where did he go, dude?!"asked Luna, as the rest of the Loud sisters began looking through Lincoln's bedroom for any sign of their meddling brother.
"He's not under the bed."said Luan, who was checking underneath Lincoln's bed.
"The inflatable slide is busted, so he didn't go down it."said Lori, who knew about this as she had broke the button in a fit of rage last night after thinking about the dress situation again.
"Then where did he go?! This room literally used to be a hallway closet so there isn't a lot of space to hide!"said Lori, before they look towards the bathroom.
"I bet he's hiding in the bathtub again!"said Luan, causing her and the others to quickly make their way to the bathroom.
Once they open the door they quickly began searching every inch of the bathroom for signs of their brother. But once again, they didn't find anything as they checked the bathtub and he wasn't there! They also checked every nook and cranny of the bathroom just to make sure, but he still wasn't there!
"Check the bedrooms!"ordered Lori, causing the rest of her sisters to begin checking their bedrooms for any sign of Lincoln.
Leni checked her bedroom closet and Lincoln wasn't there! Lori checked underneath her bed, and then she checked underneath Leni's bed, butLincoln wasn't there!
Luna was checking her bedroom closet, but no Lincoln! Luan, on the other hand, was searching underneath the bunkbed she shared with her roommate, but still no Lincoln!
Lynn was checking underneath her bed, but surprise, surprise, no Lincoln. Lucy was also checking her bed/coffin, but no signs of her meddling older brother!
The twins were doing the same. Lola was checking underneath her princess bed, but no Lincoln. Lana was doing the same with her pile of garbage/ bed, but there was no sign of Lincoln!
Lisa on the other hand was looking through her bedroom thoroughly for Lincoln, but just like the other she couldn't find her brother!
"Any luck?"asked Luan to the others in the hallway.
"No, where could he be?"questions and annoyed Lynn, as she wanted to teach her brother a thing or two about messing with their protocol!
"Let's check the security footage!"said Luan, causing everyone to quickly make their way to Lisa's bedroom.
"Unfortunately that will not happen as it appears during our fight the security monitors were also damaged and they will take time to repair."pointed out Lisa as everyone looked at the monitors that had been damaged during their fight.
"Ohhhh..,"said the rest of the Loud sisters.
"Great! Where is he!"shouted Lola with frustration as she wanted to teach Lincoln a lesson!
"He must have made his way outside so let's look!"said Lori, causing her and the rest of her sisters to quickly make their way outside the house to begin looking for their brother.
"I'll check the garage!"said Lana, before she made her way to the garage and quickly opened it.
Soon she was joined by Luna and Luan, before the three of them began looking through the garage for any signs of their meddling brother!
Lincoln on the other hand heard the commotion outside and knew that the hour of reckoning had come! He knew that the moment he gave any indication that he was in the trash can, he was doomed! So he quickly covered his mouth and tried his best to make as little breathing noise as possible in order to keep his sisters from finding out his hiding spot.
'I just need to be quiet for another five minutes and Pop Pop will arrive! I just need to wait five minutes!' thought Lincoln through his controlled breathing as he heard his sisters tearing apart the front and back yard.
Lori and Leni were checking the front bushes, as Lucy was checking the crawl space underneath the front porch. Lola was looking through the front yard as Lisa was checking her bunker. Lynn on the other hand was checking Charles's doghouse for any sign of Lincoln!
On the other hand, Lincoln was struggling to control his breathing as he was getting more and more nervous with each passing second! He knew that with every hiding spot they checked, there were fewer hiding spots left to search! Sooner or later, one of his sisters would think of checking the trash cans for him, and that would be it for him! So Lincoln needed to quickly think of a way to avoid getting pulverized if he wanted to get to Pop Pop in time and be saved!
Quickly looking around his surrounding, Lincoln spotted half-empty soda can and quickly got an idea of what to do with it in case someone opened the trash lid. So without a moment's hesitation, Lincoln quickly grabbed the soda can and held it tightly in his hand as he knew that this very soda can will decide whether or not he would be pulverized.
That is when the noise he dreaded to hear was heard! The sound of someone grabbing the top of the trash lid, picking it up to see what was inside! Lincoln quickly looked up to see his oldest sister looking down on him with a scowl on her face!
"There you are!"said Lori, before she tried to reach for her brother.
And it was in that very moment that Lincoln quickly emptied the soda can's contents onto Lori's face, splashing her in the face and momentarily cutting off her field of vision.
"Ahh! My eyes!"shouted Lori as Lincoln quickly jumped out of the trash can as fast as he could!
"There you are!"said Lynn, cutting off Lincoln's line of escape as she cracked her knuckles.
"Woah! Why are you all against me?!"questions Lincoln, trying to buy time for his grandfather to arrive and stop them from pulverizing him.
"You messed with the protocol and now the house is a mess!"said Lynn, causing Lincoln to look at her with a dumbfounded expression.
"Me?! Your the ones that took your stupid protocol too far!"shouted Lincoln, surprising his sisters as they began to surround him.
Now normally Lincoln wouldn't have this much of a backbone, but after having to put up with his sisters nonsense for far too long, it was safe to say that he had had enough! Not only was he denied the chance to watch the monster truck rally he wanted to see all week, they also kicked him out of his room twice, and now they're trying to pin all the blame on him for why the house is a mess!
That set him off!
"You should have stayed out of it, dude!"said Luna, causing her brother to look at her with a glare.
"I did try to stay out of it! But then you and Luan kicked me out of my room twice! TWICE! And for What?! Just because Lori and Leni couldn't be in the same breathing space?! Why can you use your room or one of the many other rooms on the second floor!"shouted Lincoln, who had just about had enough about enough as he could take of the Sister Fight Protocol!
"You better be quite if you know what's good for you, elder male sibling!"said Lisa, who didn't appreciate the protocol she came up with being insulted.
"No! I will not be quiet! You guys need to hear this from someone!"said Lincoln, who took a deep breath before he continued.
"You guys think you can turn the house upside down over a stupid dress?! It's literally just a piece of fabric! You guys could have just gone to the store and see who got the dress first! Or, better yet, Leni could have done alterations to her dress that way it could be different! Do you guys honestly think you can pull this stunt every time you have a disagreement! All the moving around and red zone and green zone BS! I can't take it anymore! Do you have any idea how long I wanted to watch that monster truck rally?! All week! But because Lori and Leni neither quiet time I miss the opportunity of a lifetime! And if that wasn't bad enough you guys kicked me out of my room twice! Why my room! That is my personal safe space and you guys don't have any respect for it! So why on Earth should I respect your stupid protocol when you clearly have no respect for me?!""said Lincoln, feeling all of his pent up anger flowing out at once!
"Shut up! We could have worked it out if you just butted out!"said Luan, causing Lincoln's anger to turn towards her.
"Oh my gosh, you guys literally don't listen! I tried to butt out but you guys kick me out of my room, took my curtain, and the moment I try to give a feasible solution you guys turn it around turn the house into a mess! Do you guys not realize how unfair the protocol is! Why didn't I know about it?! How do you think this stupid protocol will work in the real world?! I'll tell you the answer! It doesn't! So Lori and Leni got the same dress, who cares!"said Lincoln, using the opportunity to quickly back away from his sisters as they were surprised that he was talking to them in that manner.
"You don't understand because you're a boy!"argued Lola, causing Lincoln to turn to her.
"I am so sick and tired of hearing that just because I'm a boy I don't understand you guys! Have you forgot that I've lived here all my life and I know each and every one of you like the back of my hand?! Did I mess up, yes! Sorry I'm only human like the rest of you! I just wanted my house back! I wanted to eat my snack when I wanted to eat my snack! I wanted to watch my monster truck rally but you guys beat me up! Why is it all about you guys?! I may be a selfish, entitled, immature brat, but what does that make all of you?!"said Lincoln, unable to control his anger any longer.
"Lincoln..."growled Leni with anger.
"You guys are so selfish and entitled I'm surprised you guys haven't gotten in trouble with the law yet! Now I'm not saying I'm perfect as I'm nowhere near perfect! But at least I don't try to force my stupid protocols on others and expect them to go along with it like they're a bunch of robots!"said Lincoln, before he looked at his sister's and knew that he had just messed up!
Each and every single one of them growled with anger as they look like they were ready to tear him limb from limb! Lincoln quickly did a double take of what he just said and realized that he had just messed up. He knew that every one of his sisters anger was boiling at this point and nothing he could say could change that!
"GET HIM!"commanded Lori, causing the rest of the Louds sisters to quickly charge that Lincoln with every ounce of force they could muster!
"Aaaaaaahhhh!"shouted Lincoln as he braced himself for the worst, but luckily for him the worst never came.
"ENOUGH!"shouted the Loud children's grandfather Albert, who had arrived and had seen the whole thing transpired between Lincoln and his sisters.
"Pop Pop...?"said the Loud sisters at the same time as they quickly came back to their senses upon seeing their grandfather, and they quickly realized he was not in a good mood as he had a serious scowl on his face!
"All of you inside the house, now! We are having a family meeting immediately!"shouted Albert in his drill sergeant voice.
This made the loud sisters quickly listen; they made their way back into the house as fast as they could! Lincoln was about to go back into the house as well when his grandfather stopped him dead in his tracks.
"Not you Lincoln. I want you to stay out here while I talk to your parents and sisters and find out what the heck is going on!"said Albert, causing his grandson to notice head and understanding as he sat next to the porch as his grandfather made his way inside.
"Sit down!"ordered Albert, causing the loud sisters to quickly make your way to their respective seats during a family meeting.
"Rita! Lynn! I want your butts out of your room immediately!"shouted Albert, and within a few seconds the sounds of ply boards being removed was Heard.
About a minute later, both Loud parents made their way out of the room with Lily!
"Dad, what is going on?"asked Rita, before she noticed that her father was not in a mood as he clearly had his soldier persona in front!
"No! I want to know what is going on as the house is a mess! And Why were you, Lynn, and Lily barricaded in your room?!"said Albert, looking around at all the destruction that was around him.
"I came here just to pick up my grandson only to see his sisters about to attack him over some protocol from what I'm gathering! What is this protocol that they are talking about?! And let me make one thing clear. I. Want. Every. Single. Detail. Do. I. Make. Myself. Clear."said Albert, who was not in the mood for any jokes or nonsense!
He was here and he meant business!
"Well... it's a long story."said Lynn Sr nervously, as he held his youngest daughter tightly.
"I have plenty of time. So start from the beginning."said Albert, who wanted to hear every single detail as to explain why his granddaughters tried to attack his grandson in such a manner!
And he would tolerate nothing but the truth!
This made the rest of the loud family minus Lincoln and Lily swallow a lump down their throat. They knew that their grandfather/father / father-in-law knew about the Sister Fight Protocol, and he wouldn't be satisfied unless he heard every single detail about it and why everything that had just happened transpired!
[After managing to survive the grueling half an hour waiting for his grandfather, Lincoln survives being pulverized in the nick of time as his grandfather stepped in at the last minute. Now Albert the man's an explanation from his family as he wants to know why the house is a mess and what exactly is the Sister Fight Protocol. Will the Loud family managed to get out of this mess? Only time will tell as the journey continues]
