[Twelve sixteen Franklin Street]
The drive back to Royal Woods was quite uneventful to say the least. Lynn Sr and Rita said nothing the whole way back to Royal Woods. The only one who was talking the whole time was Albert, and that was only to keep Lily entertain until his daughter and son-in-law dropped him off at sunset canyon retirement home.
From there they drove straight home, and quickly went to sleep as soon as they took Lily into their bed, as they felt like it was a good idea to keep her away from her sisters for a good while until cooler heads could voice their opinions. They knew their daughter's well in new at any moment they could start fighting over the dress nonsense all over again.
So it was best to keep Lily within an arms reach so to speak.
And before anyone who was happening, the night quickly passed into day, and the first official day Lincoln was away in Kalos would soon begin!

It was officially Sunday and yet no one was having a good day as Lori and Leni exited their bedroom. The oldest daughter quickly made her way to the bathroom where she took a quick several minute shower, before she came out of the bathroom wearing her usual outfit.
"Finally..."said Leni, before she went into the bathroom and took a several minute shower as well.
"Whatever."said Lori, before she headed back into her bedroom where she could do her makeup.
"Come on, dude. Hurry up."said Luna, who quickly came out of her bathroom as she needed to use the facilities.
"Okay, don't get your scrunchie in a bunch."said Leni, who came out of the bathroom wearing her usual, with the exception of a towel being rapped around her head.
Luna just rolled her eyes and ignored her older sister before she went into the bathroom and quickly shut the door behind your as she needed to answer a call of nature. Leni on the other hand was making her way into her bedroom where she planned to dry her hair with her towel before straightening it out with her curling iron.
"So how many days you think Lincoln will stay over at Clyde's?"questions Leni as she began drawing off her hair with her towel.
Lori just scoffed."I give it a week until that little twerp comes back, begging to come home. With Clyde's dads being the way they are, I'll expect him to come back home begging us to forgive him."finished Lori as she began doing her eyelashes.
"Oh, okay."said Leni, before she began straighting out her hair with her comb.
"But what if he's really in another country?"asked Leni, as that was always a possibility.
"Leni, Lisa already explained to us that Mom and Dad can't afford to send him somewhere far away thanks to the fact they literally sold some of our stuff just to pay for the stuff we broke."said Lori, having to remind her younger sister about the conversation they had last night.
"Oh yeah, Lisa showed us all those number thingies."said Leni, who appear to have finally understood that she began straightening out her hair with her curling iron.
Lori just ignored Leni as she began doing her eyeliner. In truth, she wasn't sure about the idea about Lincoln being gone as he was kind of a helper with her other siblings. As the oldest she was expected to keep the others in line, but now she knows that she has lost a lot of her parents trust with her recent antics. Of course, Lori being Lori, she is too stubborn to admit that she did anything wrong.
"Dude! Not cool!"said Luna, causing Lori and Leni to quickly exit their bedroom. Where they saw Luna soaking wet after getting hit with a bucket of water, courtesy of her roommate Luan.
"Dorry to rain on your parade. Hahahahaahaha! But seriously, sorry but I needed to de-stress."said Luan, before she nervously handed Luna towel and her usual clothes, as her roommate growled at her.
"Your lucky I don't want to be in more trouble than I already am."said Luna, before she went back into the bathroom, was she decided to take a quick shower and she needs to wash off the water from Luan, before she got sick.
"Real mature, Luan."said Lynn, who is currently doing push-ups to de-stress."Some of us have healthier outlets for aggression."
"Says the jerk who always uses her fists to make your point."said Luan, causing her younger sister to growl at her.
"Well at least I don't use childish outlets like pranks."said Lynn, causing Luan to growl at her as well.
Both of them look like they were ready to throw down, until Lori and Leni got in between them and pulled them apart, with Lori taking Lynn, as Leni pulled away Luan.
"Okay, let's not fight or we're going to get an even more trouble than we already are. I for one don't look forward to getting more grounded. So cool your heads or I'll turn you into human pretzels."ordered Lori, causing the two siblings to begrudgingly back down.
Nether wanted to give the other the satisfaction knowing that they back down but they did not want to earn their oldest sister's wrath so they decided to play nice - for now...
"Ahh..."said Lana, who came out of her bedroom looking quite upset.
"What's wrong, Lana?"asked Leni, wondering what was wrong with Lana.
"I was supposed to help with my local pit crew but because Dad sold my tools I can't."said Lana, who missed her tool set.
"Just another reason why I'm going to make Lincoln pay when he gets back."said Lola and she came out of the room with a picture of her silk dress in her gloved hand."I was going to use this dress for my next pageant, but now, because of Lincoln, that's not going to happen!"
"Let's just wait the next couple of days for him to come back home that way we can make him pay for costing us all of our stuff."said Lori, getting a hear hear from everyone else.
"What if you really left to another country?"asked Lucy, who appeared behind everyone, scaring them so much they jumped a few feet off the floor.
"Lucy... you really need to stop doing that."said Lori as she clenched her chest.
"Yeah, you're going to give me a heart attack and that's not funny."said Luan will clenching her chest.
"I'm just saying that Lincoln didn't look like he was lying and we all know he's not that good of a liar."said Lucy, who knows that Lincoln can lie but he eventually feels so guilty about it he tells the truth in the long run.
So she wondered how he was pulling off this long con as it didn't even seem to be his style, even if he was mad with everyone.
"Don't know, don't care."said Luna as she came out of the bathroom."All I know is that a lot of my instruments are now gone because of all this Sister Fight Protocol."
"I'm surprised you're complaining about the protocol."said Lynn, never expecting Luna of all people to be angry with the protocol.
"Dude! Because of our fight I lost a lot of my instruments that will take years to replace. So I'm allowed to be a little milfed right now."said Luna, before she stomped back into her bedroom and slammed the door behind her.
"Will everyone keep quiet as this little genius has been up all night."said Lisa, who came out of her bedroom with clear bags under her eyes.
"What's got your underwear in a bunch?"questions Lynn, wondering why her genius little sister was so agitated.
"Last night our parental units ordered me to take down all of my surveillance equipment. Not asked, ordered. So I just spent the last several hours removing every hidden camera in the house. I for one do not want to be grounded longer so I decided to go through with it as fast as possible."said Lisa, before she let out a massive yawn.
"Dang, that sounds rough."said Luan, feeling a little sorry for Lisa.
"Well in any case let's just head down for breakfast. I'm sure Mom and Dad will cool their heads in a few days and we can negotiate our privileges back then ane there. So for now we need to follow our strict curfew as we are grounded and nothing is going to change that."said Lori, before everyone began making their way down the stairs so they can have breakfast with their parents.
'I wonder what you're doing right now, Lincoln?'wondered Lucy as she wondered what her brother was doing at that very moment.

[Lumiose Airport: Kalos Region]
Lincoln was sound asleep before he fell the firm hand touch him and slightly push him around to wake him up. This cause the white haired boy to wake up to see the pilot was the one who had shook him awake.
"Mr Loud, we have arrived in Lumiose City."said the pilot, causing Lincoln to grow wide awake.
"Woah! I'm already in Kalos. Man, I must have been asleep longer than I thought."said Lincoln while stretching his arms out, before letting out a massive yawn as he got up from his seat and began to make his way out of the plane with his backpack in toe.
The middle child of the loud family quickly made his way down the steps of the playing as he went into the terminal, and quickly made his way into the baggage area where a bunch of people he assumed where the Pokemon League version of the TSA were inspecting all of his belongings.
Lincoln was forced to take off his shoes as he was scanned multiple times with what he assumed to be a metal detector. His backpack on the other hand went through what looked like an x-ray machine as he stepped through what appeared to be a second metal detector.
"Okay, you're clear. Enjoy your time here in Kalos."said the airport employee as he handed Lincoln back his backpack.
"Man, no matter where I go, airports are still a pain in the butt."said Lincoln while tying his shoes back on.
He figure there must be a reason for all the security measures but he didn't have time to ask as he had to go find Professor Augustine Sycamore at the terminal. Lincoln already knew what the professor looked like so looking for him wouldn't be that hard as he made his way through the Meetup spot where he saw a bunch of people holding signs, that indicated they were waiting for a specific person.
That is when Lincoln spotted the man he was looking for, that's not only did he look the same on the screen, but he was also holding a sign that had his name written in English.
"Lincoln, there you are."said Professor Sycamore as Lincoln approached him.
"I'm glad I made it to Kalos and one piece, professor. I didn't expect a man of your standing to come personally pick me up."said Lincoln who was honored by it.
"Well you are the grandson of my old friend so it's the least I can do."said Professor Sycamore well looking over Lincoln."You really look like your grandfather when he was your age."
"I consider that a compliment."sajd Lincoln, as it was no secret that he looked up to his grandfather.
"Now let's see if you are every bit of skilled with pokémon as he was. So let's get to the Pokemon lab right away to get you your own starter Pokemon."said Professor Sycamore, before he indicated with his hand motions that he wanted Lincoln to follow him.
Lincoln of course obliged and quickly followed the professor out of the airport, and to say that he was amazed by what he saw next would be the understatement of the century. There in front of him was one of the most beautiful looking cities he has ever seen as every building he looked at look like a work of art as it looked like they were designed by a skilled architect and made by some of the best artisans around.
As Lincoln looked around he could smell something delicious in the air, that is when he saw a baguette salesman selling what look like delicious baguettes.
"Do you want one?"questions the professor as he pointed to the baguette salesman.
"Um, sure."said Lincoln, causing the professor to quickly go over to the baguette salesman.
A minute later he came back with a baguette and had it over to Lincoln.
"Are you sure?"question Lincoln, getting a knot from the professor.
So, not wanting to be rude Lincoln politely took the baguette and hesitated for a bit before he took a bite. He then made a face that indicated that he found the baguette to be extremely delicious as it look like it was melting in his mouth.
"So good."said Lincoln as he held his cheek.
"I understand where you're coming from young man. Now how about we head to the Pokemon lab so we can get you your starter Pokemon."said the professor, before he looked to the street."Taxi!"
A few seconds later a taxi appeared in front of him. The professor smiled as he open the back door for Lincoln to go in. Lincoln by this time had finished his baguette and headed into the taxi, with the professor following him soon after.
"Take us to the Pokemon lab, please."said the professor.
"Can do."said the taxi driver as he began to drive the taxi through the streets of Lumiose city.
"Wow, what's that huge building that looks like the Eiffel Tower?"asked Lincoln as he knows the huge building in the middle of the city.
"That's the Lumiose City Gym, led by the Lumiose City gym leader. He specializes with electric type Pokemon last I checked."said Professor Sycamore, causing Lincoln to look at the gym and realizing that one day he would go there and challenge the gym leader in a Pokemon battle for a gym badge.
"Good to know."said Lincoln with a smile on his face.
"Were here. That will be five pokedolls."said the taxi driver as he stopped in front of an impressive looking building
"Tries Bein."said the professor as he handed the taxi driver the money.
Lincoln on the other hand got out of the taxi and looked at the building with amazement as he noticed there seem to be a large greenhouse attached to the building, or something reminiscent of a greenhouse. Lincoln suspected this is where he kept the Pokemon that was under his supervision.
"What do you think of my Pokemon lab?"questions the professor as he stepped out of the taxi.
"It's impressive."said Lincoln while the taxi driver sped off, to who knows where.
"Well let's head inside so you can get your starter Pokemon. I should let you know recently I've gotten started pokémon from other regions so you might want to get a good look at them and see if you want to choose one of them. I'm curious what Pokemon from other regions will do here in Kalos."said the professor as he and Lincoln headed inside the lab.
"There you are."said a woman with dark skin, dark hair, and was wearing a white outfit.
"Sina, I told you I was going to go to the airport to pick up Albert's grandson."said Professor Sycamore as Lincoln knows the girl and thought she was pretty.
"Oh, so you're Albert's grandson. Nice to meet you, I'm Sina. A beautiful name for a beautiful lady."said Sina, before she twirled around and get a pose.
"Nice to meet you, Sina."said Lincoln, who would have reacted differently if he didn't grow up in a house full of sisters as different as night and day.
"Wow, you're the first person not to make a weird comment about my routine. Thanks."said Sina while she only can shook hands.
"Let's just say I grew up in a house with some of the most unique people on the planet."said Lincoln, referring to his sisters.
"Well that makes sense considering you grew up in a house with so many children. It's no wonder that you have such a spine."said Sina, confusing Lincoln.
"How do you know about that?"questions Lincoln, eyebrow raised.
"Well from the professor of course as he's heard a lot about you and your family from Albert and in turn he told me and my friend Dexio."said Sina, causing Lincoln to nod his head in understanding.
Of course the Loud family would be a topic of gossip as it wouldn't be the first time.
"Sina, can you be a deer and bring the starter Pokemon for Lincoln to see."said Professor Sycamore.
"Sure. I know the little ones will be excited up on the thought of being with a trainer."said Sina, before she left the room for a moment to go get the starter Pokemon.
"So what kind of Pokemon are the starter Pokemon?"question Lincoln, as he really wanted to know.
"Well typically Pokemon starters start with three types. You can either choose from a grass type Pokemon, a fire type Pokemon, or a water type Pokemon. Each of these types have an advantage and disadvantage over the other so a long time ago the Pokemon League decided that this was the Fair way to choose a starter among the trainers. Of course this isn't always the case as many trainers decide to raise a Pokemon from an egg and choose that Pokemon as their starter Pokemon."said Professor Sycamore, who knew this was the case with the champion of Sinnoh.
"Wow, well I don't see a Pokemon egg around here so I'll just choose one of the starter Pokemon at the ready. Pop-Pop told me it's more important to get a Pokemon with a compatible personality then to pick up Pokemon that is cool."said Lincoln, who remembered his grandfather's advice then and there.
"He made an excellent statement with those words. Your grandfather is absolutely correct as many trainers end up choosing a Pokemon with an incompatible personality and that results in them returning the Pokemon in the long run. I never look forward to those days so please choose wisely before you pick your starter Pokemon."said Professor Sycamore, while Sina came back into the room with six pokeballs.
"We have six starter Pokemon at the ready at the moment. First I will show you the starter Pokemon we usually have trainer select here in Kalos."said Sina, before she threw the first three poké balls into the air and released the Pokemon that were inside.
The first Pokemon look like a bipedal, mammalian Pokemon. It is primarily light brown with darker arms and three triangular markings around its face. It has oval, brown eyes; a triangular, red nose; and rodent-like incisors. Its arms have three fingers, while its feet have two long claws. Covering its back is a tough, green shell, which extends from its head to halfway down its tail. The tip of its tapered tail is orange. There is a small, off-center hole in the shell on the back of the Pokemon's head and, around the face, the shell has four leaf-like spikes. On the back of its head is another spike split into three parts.
"Say hello to the spiky nut Pokemon, Chespin."said Sina, as the Pokemon known as Chespin introduced itself.
"Ches!"said the spiky nut Pokemon.
The second Pokemon is a small, quadrupedal fox-like Pokémon. It is covered in pale yellow fur that is longer on its haunches. It has a white muzzle with longer fur on its cheeks, large, dark orange eyes, and a pointed, black nose. When its mouth is open, two pointed teeth can be seen in its upper jaw. Tufts of dark orange fur cover the interior of its large ears. This Pokemon also has small paws with no visible toes and slim legs. Its tail is fluffy with a dark orange tip.
"Say hello to the fox Pokemon, Fenniken."said Sina, while Fenniken looked around.
The final Pokemon is a quadrupedal, frog-like Pokémon. It has light-blue skin, white hands, and a dark blue stripe from the center of its oval head to its nose. It has three fingers and two toes on its hands and feet. Its eyes, which have yellow sclerae, black irises, and white pupils, protrude vertically from its head due to their size. The Pokemon also appears to produce a large mane of bubbles from its chest and back and has two small bubbles on its nose.
"And say hello to the bubble frog Pokemon, Froakie."said Sina, while Froakie appeared to have taken a nap.
"Hmm...can I see the other three?"questions Lincoln, causing Sina to recall the three starter pokémon back to their pokeballs.
"Not feeling any of them?"inquired Sina.
"Well, I'm just not sure as I don't want to make the wrong choice and regret it later."said Lincoln, who didn't really feel a connection with any of those Pokemon.
"Completely understandable."said Sina, before she pulled out the next three pokeballs.
"These starter Pokemon are found in Hoenn. They are very rare when it comes to Kalos standardsm"said Sina, before she called out the three Hoenn starter Pokemon.
The first Pokemon is a small, green, bipedal reptilian Pokemon. It has yellow eyes with long, narrow pupils. Treecko's hands and feet each have three digits covered with tiny spikes. These spikes allow it to scale vertical walls with ease. Its stomach and throat are red. It also has a line across its stomach resembling a pouch. The Pokemon also has a large, dark green tail with two separate lobes.
"Say hello to the wood gecko Pokemon, Treecko."said Sina, as the wood gecko Pokemon looked at Lincoln with interest
"Tree."said the wood gecko Pokemon.
The second Pokemon is a small, chick Pokémon with stubby, downy, yellow wings. Its body is covered with orange feathers. There is an orange and yellow crest on its head that resembles a flame. Its two thin legs and short beak are a light brownish yellow, and the feet have three toes in front and one in the back.
"Say hello to the chick Pokemon, Torchic."said Sina, well the chick Pokemon was tapping at the ground with its beak.
The final hole in starter Pokemon is a small, amphibious, quadrupedal Pokémon. It has a blue body with a light-blue underside. Mudkip has a large head with a blue fin on top and a light-blue tail fin. It has black, beady eyes and orange, star-shaped gills on its cheeks.
"And say hello to the mud fish Pokemon, Mudkip."said Sina, well the mud fish Pokemon looked around with curiosity.
"So Lincoln, are you interested in any of these Pokemon?"questions Professor Sycamore, as Lincoln looked at them with interest.
"I think I already made my choice."said Lincoln, who felt a real connection with one of the Pokemon as he walked towards it.
"So, do you want to be my starter Pokemon?"asked Lincoln as he approached the wood gecko Pokemon, Treecko.
"Tree!"said the wood gecko Pokemon as it gave a thumbs up.
"I'll take that as a yes!"said Lincoln before he gave the wooden gecko Pokemon a hug, causing Treecko to blush nervously.
"That Treecko is male and his ability is overgrow, which makes his grass type moves more powerful the weaker he is. I had a feeling you would choose him."said Professor Sycamore with a smile while Sina handed Lincoln Treecko's pokeball.
"Take good care of Treecko."said Sina, as Lincoln took the pokeball away from her.
"I will. Man, if you by my side I'm sure we'll go on a lot of adventures and see what Kalos has to offer us!"said Lincoln with a smile, causing the wood gecko Pokemon to once again give him a thumbs up.
"Now how about we go to a restaurant to get some breakfast and it's still early and I'm famished. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, after all."said Professor Sycamore, before he heard Lincoln and Treecko's stomachs growl.
"Hehehe, I guess we could eat..."said Lincoln with a blush on his face..
"Tree.."said the wood gecko Pokemon with a blush on his face as well.
"Okay, then let's go to that place that serves the best crepes in the city."said Sina, before she grabbed Lincoln and the professor by the arm and drag them out of the lab.
"Sina, I can walk."said the professor, but it fell on deaf ears as Sina called a taxi.
Lincoln chuckled all the while as he hugged his starter Pokemon and knew that together they were going to have a lot of adventures and see what the world of Pokemon had to offer them

I decided to go with the wood gecko Pokemon as I felt like it fit Lincoln the best, and it's final evolution Sceptile can mega evolve.
I mean, what's cooler than a forest dragon?
I purposely left misleading hints here and there so that none of you would get it. But at the same time I did leave hints that would indicate the starter Pokemon being reptilian. Anyway, Treecko is the starter Pokemon so I hope all of you like it.

Lincoln is going to have more then six pokémon so just letting you know that you can choose as many Pokemon as you want. I'm not going to give him too many Pokemon but I'm going to give him enough Pokemon that he has a revolving team of powerful Pokemon by his side!
