Those works hit my very core, cutting deeper than a physical wound. I stare at this wolf in disbelief. "You're joking, there's no way anyone would kill her," I tell myself trying to hold any sanity left.
"I'm sorry, but there is no time for grieving, she is not dead yet," the wolf tells us. "She is in another cave, a much bigger one but that's not the problem, The WHOLE wolf clan will be there," he tells us.
"It doesn't matter who is there, I will cut down anyone who stands in my way," I say with fury. The wolf looks at me in disbelief. "You don't understand, they will kill you in a matter of seconds, you think these guys were tough just wait until you meet the alpha!" He tells us.
"Call it crazy, stupid, reckless, or even insane but I will not back, I will never let someone hurt or kill one of my friends," I tell him. "I will never back down, it would be a disgrace to Spyro for even teaching me to begin with."
"What's your name kid?" I ask the wolf. "Who me?" the wolf said. "Yes you," I say. "My name is Wade," the wolf now known as Wade said. "Well, Wade we are gonna stop an execution…

Me and the black wolf arrive at a cave. It was much bigger than the last one. Big enough to fit a wolf clan and more. When we walk in I I see a lot of wolves, like at least a hundred. They all stare at me with a cruel smile.
Those smiles, they make me sick to my stomach. All these wolves care about is death, only ever thinking about themselves. I never like their ways and as I got older I realized that I was not like them. I find joy in helping people not killing
But I never had a choice, I was only half wolf after all. My mother is the only thing that kept me here. She always kept me safe even in this hell even at the cost of herself. But she is gone now, can't change the past.
"Come on Everest we don't have all day," said the wolf that brought me here. I walk towards him without a sound. "Let's get this over with," I say with no emotion. He smiles at me. I hated it. "Let's go, EVERYONE MOVE!" He shouted and they all move to make a path.
We walk down the path with all eyes on me but I pay them no mind. It is not them I am worried about. I get this feeling of hope, but it's not something I was expecting. I should feel dread but that feeling. I only ever feel this feeling around one person. Please, I don't want help! I'm ready to pay for my heritage.
We make it to the end of the cave where the cave extended like a stage platform. We jump up onto it and see a small opening. He guides me into it. It was pretty dark but with my enhanced senses I could see just fine. "Two hours kid, that's how long you have to live"

We were now walking in the woods. Wade was leading us to the execution site. I look at the clock. 10: 57 The walk was mostly quiet, too quiet for my liking. "Soo, Wade what do you do?" I ask him something to end the awkwardness.
He looks at me confused. "I do whatever job the other wolves don't take, if you haven't figured it out yet I'm kinda the runt of the litter," he told us. "Then why stick around if the other wolves don't like you?" Chase asked him now intrigued.
"Probably the same reason as the half-breed, manipulation," he said like it was nothing. "Wolves have a way of making you want to stay and the fact that being on your own was pretty much-guaranteed death," he said while shrugging.
"Just to make one thing straight, That Half-Breed has a name, it's Everest," I tell him making clear I did not like what he was calling her. "Sorry, I did not mean to offend you," he said while shaking. "It's okay, just stop calling her that," I tell him and he nods.
"Why are you helping us?" asks Chase. "Well for one you guys are scary and I could die if I don't but I feel that you guys might just be able to give the alpha a good beating," he tells us with a small smile on his face.
I smile at his smile. "You should smile more, it looks good on you…"

It was almost time. I will finally be able to move on from this. No more running away, time to face my problems head-on. I wish I had more time, more time to be with him. But the harsh reality is if I stayed any longer more people would have gotten hurt. I didn't mean any harm but I am still the reason it happened, no exceptions.
"Come on, we only have a few minutes left, are you ready to face your sins?" he asks me. I sigh. "Let's get this over with," I said emotionlessly. We walk out of the opening and see even more wolves. Got quite the audience.
I walk up a stone and sit infront of it and two wolves come up behind. "Guy! It's almost time, who ready to watch this bitch DIE!" He said and the wolves cheered and howl with excitement. These wolves make me sick to my stomach, how could they cheer as someone dies?
"Well then, let's get this thing started!" he hypes up the crowd. The two wolves behind me hold onto my side and put my head on the stone. "In just a minute we will all be able to see her head roll, ARE YOU READY!" He yells out and the crowds roar.
"Then let's do this!" he said and walks over to me. "Any last words?" he asks me. I knew just what to say. "Go to hell," I tell him and he smiles. "I am going to enjoy this," he tells me. He puts his paw in the air as his claws become bigger and sharper. "Goodbye half-breed," he tells me and goes into the final blow.
I close my eyes, shielding myself. But the pain never came. Instead I a sound like thunder. It pierces my ears. I open my eye to see a black-and-white blur stand infront of me. "You want her, you have to go through me first," he tells the wolf.
Just then I realise who saved me. Why do always have to come to my rescue? "Marshall…"
