New Kobol, 0615 hours.
Apollo looked at the redhead, the man in the black coat, the dark haired young woman, and the blonde who was glancing in his direction. There was something in his non-beating heart that was telling him that he had been discovered, that it was either fight or flight right now. He could hear Roslin, Commander Adama, and Dr. Burke speaking as if they were from a great distance away; the sound of their heartbeats coming through loud and clear. Apollo, with a blank expression on his face as he looked away from Willow, Angel, Faith, and Buffy's glances, and back at Commander Adama. He placed his hand on the man's arm, and squeezed while saying that they had been attacked by a great evil while on Kobol.
"We heard some of what Colonel Finn heard on the radio thanks to the translator on Dr. Burke's collar," said the Commander, "blood demons? Is it true?"
"It's not possible," whispered Roslin after Apollo nodded his head before she looked back over her shoulder at the trembling Colonials and Cylons who were being ushered up to their feet. She then looked back at Apollo who, unknown to the President, was looking over her shoulder. The young man noticed the Blonde - Buffy, and the other females who were dressed similar to her in light armour, slowly making their way around them. Wondering what they were doing, Apollo was telling the Commander and Roslin that the stories were true.
"Anyone going back to Kobol would have to pay a price in blood," said Apollo, his voice breaking in anguish as he smiled inwardly, "and… and I suppose our early ancestors must have known about these blood demons."
"It's still…"
"Commander, Dr. Burke, President Roslin," said Riley as he put up his weapon and stepped towards them, together with Colonel Ferretti, Colonel Dixon, Willow, Satterfield, and Jon while the others joined the Slayers and Potentials in surrounding the whole group to make sure that Apollo didn't escape, "get away from Major Adama."
It was then that the Colonial Marines, and Racetrack, took out their weapons and aimed at the Earthers who were pointing weapons at Apollo. At the time, they had just noticed the lightly armoured girls who had taken out swords and other bladed weapons alongside the officers who were holding up kinetic energy weapons.
'Who takes up swords anymore against guns,' though Racetrack to herself as she scanned her surroundings.
"Colonel Finn," howled Commander Adama as he stepped forward while holding Roslin behind him as Dr. Burke ran in between Riley and the Commander with her arms raised by her side asking the same questions that the Commander was asking. All of this was on top of the mumbles coming from the Cylons and Colonials who were rooted onto the spot, terrified that maybe their rescuers were somehow infected by blood-demons.
"Colonels," demanded Dr. Burke looking at Riley, Dixon, and Ferretti who were all pointing their weapons past her, "what's going on?"
"Commander Adama, President Roslin," ordered Colonel Dixon as Willow and Colonel Ferretti reached out and grabbed Dr. Burke, who was closer to them than the Commander and Roslin, and pushed her behind them, with Willow mentally telling her that Angel told them that he couldn't hear a heartbeat coming from Apollo. It was that mental statement which made the linguist look at Willow stunned, and it was then she noticed the young women that surrounded them while Willow mentally told her that the Slayers and Potential Slayers were going to make a move in case something happened. She mentally told Dr. Burke that if they moved now, then Apollo could kill the Commander and Roslin before they took him down.
Dr. Burke was pushed further back, but not before yelling at the Commander and Roslin to get away from Apollo.
"Commander," said Willow as she looked at the older man while looking at Apollo who was looking back at her, and then at Jon and the others, "we need you to step away, in fact… run. We'll explain everything to you when…"
"Enough," whispered Apollo as he used his speed to pull Roslin to him by wrapping his hand, with a gasp from Roslin, onto the front of her throat.
"Lee!" yelled the Commander as he watched his son's hand tighten around the struggling and fearful Roslin. He took a step forward as Apollo stepped back, pulling Roslin with him as he tightened an arm around her waist. It was Willow who placed a hand on the Commander's shoulder, and gently pulled him back to where Riley held onto the man while the redhead, Jon, Satterfield, and the other two Colonel's surrounded Apollo. Willow knew that she could use her telekinesis, but she wanted to wait until the absolute last moment; she knew if she used her gifts now, then the fear she was feeling from the Colonials around her, particularly from Roslin, would grow even more.
This needed to calm down.
"I know what you are," said Riley as he pointed his weapon Zat at Apollo, as did the other Earthers, with the Colonials now pointing their weapons at Apollo.
"Lee! Let her go!" yelled the Commander again as he pushed forward until he was standing next to Riley. HE looked at his son, who was looking back at him after he turned his whole body, including that of Roslin, towards the Commander who ordered his people not to open fire in fear that they hit Roslin. He had also heard Riley's claim that he knew what Apollo was, and it was the word 'what' that made the Commander's heart race. He looked at the cold look his son was giving him, and then he looked at the fear on Roslin's face, "Laura, you're going to be safe."
"Dad, dad, dad," Apollo was shaking his head as he spoke in a derogatory tone of voice towards his father. And it was something that hurt the Commander, more so than when Apollo said that the Commander had killed Zack; Apollo's brother, and the Commander's youngest son the day the Cylon's attacked.
"Satsu, Kara," said Buffy as she stood holding the Scythe, "you and the potentials take the civilians out of here."
"Keep the Colonials and Cylons survivors separated, SG-20 go with them," added Riley, who was the base commander, while Colonel Ferretti and Dixon nodded their heads. Apollo looked on as some of the young women broke ranks and then headed to the Colonials and some to the Cylons, as well as some of the Earth officers. He saw Dr. Burke run towards them, and then tell them that they were going to be separated, but kept safe. While gripping Roslin's neck tightly, Apollo bent down and used his nose to move the President's red hair while she trembled as he brushed his lips on the curve of her neck.
"Lee!" barked the Commander as he stared at his son, who looked up at him with a smile forming on his Face. The man then saw something out of his nightmares as the Colonial Marines, Racetrack, and some of the Colonials and Cylons who were being led away looked back as gasped. Apollo's eyes had turned yellow, ridges had formed on his forehead, and other features of his face changed… and then there were the fangs that he bared at the Commander while growling.
"Bill," squealed Roslin who was already fearful upon hearing the growl right next to her ear as the Earthers took a step forward.
"Not another move," said Apollo before he licked his lips and was about to bite down on Roslin's neck. However, just before he reached her neck, he felt as if there was something invisible preventing him from biting down into the president's flesh. He felt something grabbing his head, and ten it being forced back up sharply as he stared at the Earthers in front of him and yelled, "what is going on?"
Roslin wanted to say something, but Apollo's hand tightened around her throat, causing her to open her mouth and gasp for air. Willow could see Roslin's reaction, and while she prevented him from biting down in her neck, she noticed the tightening of Apollo's grip on her neck. And Willow was afraid that if she pushed Apollo away like she wanted to, then he could very well tear a piece of Roslin's throat away.
'Using my T.K. is one thing,' thought Willow to herself, 'but healing her using my powers is something else entirely. If I did that, then there would be no way to explain how a leader of a people suddenly got better from a possibly fatal wound. These people don't need to think that my powers are like a god. Definitely don't need that.'
Frowning Willow contacted Colonel Ferretti, Dixon, and Riley together, telling them that the only way forward seemed to be to Zat Roslin and then Apollo. She mentally told them that it wasn't the perfect situation, but if they didn't do anything now.. then it was entirely possible that someone would get hurt.
The three of them nodded their heads before Colonel Ferretti mentally ordered her to connect him to Buffy. He asked Buffy to get her people back, so that Apollo could get some breathing room, and so that the Slayers who were at either side of Apollo would be in the line of the Zat fire.
"Rona, Violet, move away from him," said Buffy as the two Slayers nodded their head before moving away. Apollo looked at them retreat, and then he looked back at Buffy, who was ready to pounce on him as she slightly bent her legs, while Xander already had his arms raised with the plasma repeaters aimed towards Apollo.
"President Roslin," said Riley as he stepped forward and aimed the Zat, "we're doing this to save your life."
Roslin just slightly nodded her head as Commander Adama looked on. Everything went slow motion for the old man as he saw a blue energy bolt fire from the Zat, and then hit the President who became unconscious in Apollo's arms. Commander Adama was about to shout for Roslin when Apollo threw her unconscious body down on the grass, sneering at his father and then he looked at Racetrack, and smiled. More blue blots of energy were fired at him as everything around them turned to hell with the undead Colonial officer avoiding the blue blots and the orange shots from Xander's armour. But once Kennedy, who was closer to Racetrack made a move, everyone stopped shooting. Kennedy and Molly, upon hearing Willow shout at them not to kill Apollo, aimed resolved to take him down without cutting his head off instead.
Racetrack screamed upon hearing the former Colonial officer growl as he leapt at her, only to be pushed to the side as she had a flash in her mind of what could happen on her date with Major Thompson on Furling Earth a few days later. It was something that she was looking forward to, and seeing Apollo come at her with his fangs flashing white was something that would be burned in her mind forever. As she landed onto the grass on her side, Racetrack saw Kennedy and Molly hit him in mid-air. She saw him get slammed onto the grass before a blue energy bolt was fired at him by Faith. She saw the blue energy crackle on Apollo's body before looking at both Kennedy and Molly with eyes wide open as they stood over the unconscious body.
'They moved fast,' thought Racetrack to herself as she noticed a shadow on the grass nearby. She looked back and noticed one of the Colonial Marines standing over her, and reaching down with his hand.
The Colonial Marine helped Racetrack to her feet, while the Commander rushed to the unconscious President as Riley called to the medical unit for a stretcher. She then turned back to the unconscious Apollo, a chill went up her spine when she saw his face turn to his regular, human, face while the rest of the Colonial Marines surrounded him while pointing their weapons downwards.
"Stand down!" ordered Riley as the Earth officers lowered their weapons while Dr Burke rushed to the Commander who was kneeling over Roslin's body. Satterfield then rushed to her, and went on one knee next to Roslin just as the Commander looked up at her in fear. She understood that he must have thought she one of the Cylon Number Eights, and was about to reassure him that she wasn't. She never got the chance to as he looked back down at the red haired woman again, to which Satterfield took it as his acceptance of her being there and pressed her finger on the side of her neck.
"She's alive," reassured Satterfield who glanced up at the Commander, and then back at the body of the President. She then turned her head up to Dr. Burke who was right next to her, and said that Roslin was going to be fine.
"Thank you," replied Dr. Burke as Satterfield nodded her head and rose back up to her feet.
"Thank you," whispered the Commander as nurses form the medical unit rushed up to the Stargate and picked up Roslin before placing her on a gurney, while Satterfield was telling them what happened. As she was placed on the gurney, the Commander looked back over his shoulder as felt his heart fall to the pits of his stomach while imagining what his son had just done. He looked at the young man while he was being placed on a gurney, and then tied down while hearing Buffy telling Riley that Apollo needed to be kept sedated.
"You have anything strong?" asked Angel who raised an eyebrow at Riley.
"We can have something sent from the SGC," said Riley, "it'll be enough to put down an elephant."
"That should work," said Buffy.
"Colonel Finn," Commander Adama called out while he walked towards Riley, Buffy, and the others who were gathered around Apollo's gurney. Riley winched at the anger in the father's voice as he turned and nodded his head at the old man when he exclaimed angrily, "what happened to my son? I think I am owed an explanation."
"Commander,' said Dr Burke from behind him. The Commander had his hands trembling while rolled into fists as he glared at Riley, and then at Apollo, before looking back at Dr. Burke who was walking towards him from the President's gurney. Willow, upon sensing the anger in the Commander's voice, mentally contacted Dr. Burke and asked her to calm the man down, "right now, you should be with the President while she recovers. It should take anywhere between thirty minutes to an hour for her to regain consciousness."
"I…"
"Stay with her, Commander," coaxed Dr. Burke as she motioned towards the President, "as for Major Adama, we… we'll find some place to keep him in, but I can assure you that you and the President will be briefed on everything that we believe happened on Kobol."
The Commander just nodded his head before he was taken to Roslin's gurney. As he was walking, he looked over his shoulder and looked at the body of his son, and he stifled a sob. He knew there was something wrong, he knew that something horrible had happened, but he also knew that there wasn't anything that he could do about it. His best friend was a Cylon, and he knew that he had lost him; and now, the Commander knew he lost his son.
And that tore him up inside while he placed a hand on the gurney, and looked at the unconscious Roslin. He didn't know what else he could do.
Except wait.
New Kobol, one hour later.
It was an hour later that the Cylons were sent back to Eden via a buffer planet after being debriefed by Dr. Burke. She told them that Dr. Gardner had already been contacted about the incident at Kobol, and that she and her team would be explaining what happened to the Cylon Council. At the same time, after a quick debrief, a majority of the Slayers and Potential Slayers were sent back to Earth; all except for Buffy and Xander, along with Angel who would be staying back on New Kobol to help with debriefing the Colonial leadership about what happened.
It was really then decided that there should also be two Slayers sent to Eden to better explain the supernatural, so once the Cylons had been sent through; Molly and Violet were sent through the Stargate to the Buffer planet, and then they… especially the excited Violet, were sent to Eden where they would meet up with Giles, who was called back from Furling Earth a day earlier than scheduled.
While Violet and Molly would work with Giles and Dr. Gardner in explaining what happened on Kobol to the stunned members of the Council; back on Kobol, Commander Adama was sitting next to Roslin's bed where she still lay unconscious. He had his hand rubbing his chin while he thought about Apollo, and how he looked only an hour ago. The Commander had already checked up on him thirty minutes ago in the room, Apollo's temporary prison, in one of the towers that was completely locked out for everyone, except for those with clearance. Riley had already assured the Commander that the doors and walls of the room were strong enough to keep Apollo inside temporarily, but they needed to come up with something permanent.
"Such as?" asked Commander Adama who was currently walking away from Apollo's holding room down a corridor in the basement of one of the towers, a basement that was still empty, after he had checked on his sleeping son with Dr. Burke, and Riley.
"Once President Roslin's awake," said Riley, "we'll tell you the options, Commander."
"Those young women," said the Commander referring to the Slayers, "two of them saved Racetrack when Lee lunged at her. She came to me later after Laura was placed in the infirmary that they, I mean those women, moved fast. And their strength was enough to slam a grown man into the ground with ease. Is what she said accurate?"
"Somewhat," admitted Riley as the Commander glanced at him, and then at Dr. Burke who nodded her head. Riley then stopped, and turned to face the Commander while Dr. Burke was standing next to the Colonial officer, "Commander, there are many things that you and your people have learned, and have yet to learn. We've told you about a lot of things.. things that you haven't told the rest of your people. And that's your decision, just as what you will hear later is your decision on whether to tell the others or not."
It was that mysterious statement that the Commander found himself thinking about several minutes later after seeing his son. The old man sighed and sat up straight and leaned forward while he looked at Roslin. Gingerly, he reached out with his hand and placed it on Roslin's, before he started to whisper after looking around and made sure that he was the only one in the two bed room.
"The Earthers have told me that Kara's going to be with us soon, Laura," he whispered, "I've always seen her like a daughter and… and I'm afraid that she's the only child I'll have left. The Earthers haven't told me much, I think they've just finished debriefing our people who came back from Kobol… but I've heard some whispers that they dealt with monsters. And I can't believe I actually said that. I don't know what's wrong with Lee, but I'm sorry that you were in danger… that he put you in danger."
"Not your fault," whispered Roslin as a surprised Adama stood up and saw Roslin's eyes slowly flutter open, "where am I?"
"The infirmary," said the Commander as he took his hand off hers, and the helped her to sit up in the bed, "you were shot by the Earthers stun weapon. It was to keep you safe from… from Lee."
"That wasn't Lee," said the President as she rubbed her forehead before asking Commander Adama to help her turn her body. Eventually, she was sitting at the edge of the bed with both of her hands by her side on the bed, grabbing it as she told Adama about the fear she felt when Apollo was holding onto her earlier, "I never felt his breath, Bill. If you held your head as close to me as he did, I should feel your breath.. but I didn't feel anything. As if.."
"As if he was dead?" asked the Commander just as Riley walked in with Willow and Dr. Burke right behind them. With SG-2 and SG-13 returned to Earth for their check-ups, only Willow and Faith remained behind to participate in the debriefing before they had to leave as well.
At least depending on what the Commander wanted to do with Apollo.
"Commander, President Roslin," said Dr. Burke who nodded her head at Roslin, "how are you feeling?"
"Sorry about shooting you with the stun bolt," said Riley while he rubbed the back of his head as the Commander stood up and stood next to the President protectively, "there could have been many ways this could have gone. But everyone is safe and sound. We've already debriefed the Colonials who came back, and told them not to mention anything on what they saw in Kobol to the public, at least until you give the go ahead."
"Thank you," crocked Roslin before she coughed and spoke again. Getting up off the bed with Commander Adama's help, Roslin then shook her head after she was asked by Dr. Burke if she needed a wheelchair; only replying that she would be able to walk.
"Then, this way, please," said Dr. Burke smiling at the President before turning around and then, with Roslin and the Commander behind her, headed out of the medical unit with Riley and Willow taking up the rear. They walked in silence towards one of the refugee units in the distance. There were many of the units still standing while more towers were being built for the Colonials. The one they were heading for had been unused for a few weeks since the majority of people were already settled in the various towers. Opening the door to the unit, Dr. Burke stepped to the side and let the Commander and Roslin walk in first, before herself, and then Riley and Willow, who closed the door behind her.
In the room were already various people in leadership positions in the fledging New Kobol government with Vice President Hunt taking a seat on one of the beds. He stood up and greeted the President, telling her that he was glad she was safe and sound, before stepping to one side as a few of the Quorum members and Doctor Cottle, the Chief Medical Officer, told her how glad they were that she was safe.
"Now, if you'd all please take a seat," said Dr. Burke as everyone nodded their heads while Buffy, Xander, and Angel were standing against a wall, with Riley, Willow, and Faith were close to the people from the BPRI. Dr. Burke was standing as the others sat on the available beds, and then spoke while she put her hands in her pockets.
She just let the translation device take over.
"I know that you have questions," said Dr. Burke as she looked at all the expectant faces looking back at her, "let's start from the top. All I ask is that you hold off your questions until we're done."
Dr. Burke then went on to tell the stunned group of Colonials what happened on Kobol based on the de-briefings from SG-2, SG-13, the Colonial groups, and the Cylon groups. The Colonial group in the unit kept on glancing at each other with looks of shock and disbelief as Dr. Burke spoke to them about Vampires having attacked the people on the planet, and having possibly killed the first batch of travellers; except for Major Neely's group which was due to be picked up in a few hours. Dr. Burke saw that one of the Quorum members was about to ask a question, but the linguist simply asked her to hold off before telling everyone that vampires, or 'blood demons', were real, "the supernatural exists, things that no one can explain do exist. I know many of you would find this unbelievable, in fact… many people on Earth would find this unbelievable but even magic… true magic exists. As do Vampires, demons, and witches… among others. Commander, I am sorry but… but Major Adama has been turned into a vampire, a blood-demon."
"Dr. Burke," said the Commander, who was trying his very best to keep calm in the face of the impossible things he had just heard, "this.. this is just not possible. I say this as someone who does not believe in gods or a God; it just is not possible."
"It is possible, Commander," said Riley, "the sightings of these vampires on Kobol only further supports Earth as being the home of humanity, the place where your ancestors came from. I know it's a big ask, and I know many of you here won't believe this.. just as many of the Colonials out there will not believe this. So we ask you to use your best judgement on what you tell your people."
"About?" asked the Vice-President. He couldn't believe what he was hearing either, the same as all of the Colonials in the room, but he cold tell from the serious expressions of the Earthers in the refugee unit that there was something to what the were saying, 'I just can't believe it.'
"What can you tell us about the supernatural on the Colonies?" asked Angel.
"There have been stories," said one of the Quorum members, "and they were just that.. stories."
"Although the Sacred Scrolls do speak of a lower demon that would help the surviros on the way to Earth," said the Vice-Presidnet while he frowned. He was in disbelief that he even mentioned it, and then he sought tyo clarify it to the Earthers in front of him, "but that mean anything. For example, Sharon Valerii… the one who was pregnant, she could be seen as the lower demon who helped us in a time of need. The words in the Scrolls don't have to be literal."
"And then there are the Ori," added Billy, "your people have said that the Priors have supernatural abilities, but those are simply due to technology.. that they were artivicially evolved to a higher point. They're not magical, or use magic."
"True," said Dr Burke while Riley nodded his head. It was something they then admitted to before saying that there are other things they have experienced with couldn't be explained.
"We have evidence that after the Alterra cleared the plague from the galaxy after leaving Earth, that the planet was taken over by demons that came through a dimensional breach," said Riley to the surprise of the Colonials, "one of our allies has given us this information more than a year ago. There was a time when pure demons ruled the Earth for millions of years."
"Impossible," said another quorum member who stood up in outrage while the other Colonials mumbled among themselves, "that is…."
"True," said Angel as he stepped forward, the translation device changing his words to Colonial Standard, "we all believed… the majority believe that Earth was always a paradise. Some of us know the truth, that demons ruled for millions of years. They made the planet their own personal hell, but eventually… mortals beat them back to their own dimensions using magic. There are still some on Earth that have mixed with other demons, or humans."
"Blood-demons," whispered Racetrack.
"Yes," said Angel gently, "vampires are demons that have taken residence in a human body."
"So… Lee is…" The Commander was shaking his head while he struggled to understand what was happening to his son. Privately, he believed that it was just a virus, that was what he kept telling himself… but now, it seemed as if what the man before him was saying that Apollo was dead.
"Dead," whispered Angel while Commander Adama glared at him, and at the same time Roslin placed her hand on the Commander's and squeezed gently, "I'm sorry. A human is turned when a vampire bites him or her, and then when the victim is at the edge of death, the vampire cuts itself and feeds its blood to the victim."
"Then the guy or girl dies, and loses their soul," said Buffy as the Colonials turned to her, "the demon takes over their body, and…. Well… you've seen what happened."
"Can they be killed?" asked a quorum member, with the Commander, Roslin, and Billy looking back at him while the Vice-President leaned forward with his chin in his hands, waiting for an answer.
"Bullets can't kill them," said Buffy, "not vampires at least. But fire, wooden stake through the heart, chopping off their heads will turn them to dust. Holy water and a cross can weaken them, or drive them away."
"A cross?"
"It's a religious symbol for one of the major religions on Earth," explained Riley, "you will be visited by some religious leaders, a few of whom would be associated with the cross, in a few months. But what we can tell you now is that a cross is useful on Earth due to believe in it as a symbol against the darkness. It's something common through all the major religions. Some have their own legends too.. but we're diverging here. My point is that we can't be sure that a cross will work on Major Adama, nor are we certain that Holy water would work using our way of blessing it."
"We could get a Priest or Priestess to bless the water in the name of the Gods," said the Vice-President.
"Yes," replied Roslin.
"There is something else we are not speaking off," said another quorum member, "this thing that Major Adama has become will need to feed, do we sacrifice our people for his hunger? I say we kill him and get…"
"No!" cried out the Commander as he looked back at the man who was now frowning, "no one goes near my son without my express say so!"
"Commander," said another member of the Quorum, an older woman.. one of the people who had voted against Roslin's leadership months ago, "maybe you should step back for a moment from being a father, to being the military leader of this planet. I am sorry Major Adama has died, but he has been resurrected as a monster that has the capability to not only kill us… but to turn regular humans into things like him."
"Don't even…"
"Commander," said Dr. Burke, "there is another option."
"After the briefing with the Colonial and Cylon groups that returned from Kobol," said Riley, "we spoke to the SGC and Home World about the options available for Major Adama."
"One of them was we kill him," said Faith who was next to Willow, "with vampires, that is always the first option."
"The second option," said Angel, "is that we restore his soul."
"That's the most ridiculous thing I've heard," said a quorum member while Billy, Commander Adama, Roslin, and the Vice-President stared at Angel confused, "and we've been talking about blood-demons."
"A soul can be restored," said Buffy.
"I… I don't understand," stammered the Commander while shaking his head, "you said that Apollo was dead, that a demon in wearing his body."
"There's magic, Commander," said Willow as she recalled her own role in restoring Angel's soul many years ago, "very powerful magic that can pull a soul from the ether, and restore it into a vampire. Major Adama will still be a vampire.. he'll need blood to survive."
"Which we could help with," said Riley.
"But he'll be a vampire with a human soul," said Angel, "a conscience. A demon wants to kill, to hunt, to destroy. One with a human soul? Not so much."
"We know one who doesn't have a soul," said Buffy as she recalled Spike, "he tried to kill me and my friends many times, but now he's an ally because his will is strong. He still wants to do good… and he's doing good. Vampires aren't like him."
"But he's the exception," said Buffy.
"You speak as if you've had personal experience.. I mean…" said the President when she was interrupted by Buffy.
"General Landry, and General O'Neill said it was going to be okay to let you guys know," said Buffy, "me and Faith? We're what you call Protectors."
"That's a television show that…"
"We believe that the Goa'uld took vampires with them, unknowingly, to Kobol," said Willow, "Buffy and Faith are what your television show refers to as Protectors. We call them Slayers."
"But…" asked a stunned Billy.
"And me?" said Angel as he vamped out, "I'm a two hundred year old vampire who had his soul restored."
TBC.
