A storm started in Royal Woods and it was pretty bad. The students from Royal Woods Middle School could see from the big windows how the cold and unmerciful wind was blowing with an incredible force, shaking the trees, knocking over the trash cans, and spreading the trash all over the ground giving the janitor a hard time. Also, the drops of water fall at an incredible speed attacking the ground and giving a hard time for the people who have to simply walk towards their destination.

The professors didn't really care because most of them have cars to go home or can simply call for a taxi. But most of the students ( especially those who didn't bring an umbrella) curse the weather and their luck.

"Ok class now we will review the pages 23 to 26. Open your textbooks and... "

BAAMM*

The sound of the door slamming on the wall was almost identical to a thunder, making all in the classroom jump or at least flinch.

The teacher turn her head with an angry expression but when she saw who slam the door her angry expression melted like ice cream in Egypt.

Lynn Jr was just staying in front of the teacher without moving after a couple of agonizing seconds Lynn's voice was heard in the classroom.

"Sorry for coming late. I had a little accident with my bike."

Her voice was very hoarse like she was screaming for hours before she got into school.

What they know that what exactly she did.

When she look at the teacher and knew she would not say anything she just simply walk to her seat.

The class continue but even an idiot could observe the torturous silence in the class. The rest of the class would be simply filled with only silence.

In just a year Lynn Jr makes herself more than worthy of her nickname, Lynn-sanity. Fighting, destroying of private and public property just name it. If it crushed it mostly sure Lynn-sanity did it.

Fortunately, she didn't get in any real trouble. Normal an ordinary student would get expelled a long time ago but Lynn is the star of almost every sports team in the Royal Woods Middle School.

She alone was the sole reason why so many companies donated the school incredible sums of money, so they don't afford to even give her detention because of her strict training before the class.

After a couple of weeks when their brother disappears her level of stress and anxiety were at max. Lincoln always look at Lynn like his guardian and he would always make their mother tell her to go with Lincoln when he would go to Trick or Treat on Halloween, to see the Christmas lights in the neighborhood, comic-book shop, or even when the poor boy would have a nightmare he would always go to Lynn.

Lynn would always pretend she is annoyed by this and don't care about him, but actually, she loved every time when he would ask her for help, not the big and "mature" sisters. It gave her a warm sentiment in her chest... and a little boost of ego.

With time he grew up without needing her to follow him anywhere and surely he wouldn't follow her anywhere. She realized that her rash and the little bit of bullying she was giving him was because she felt sad that he didn't need her anymore. Even so, she was his guardian the one who always look up to, who he would always be sure she has his back.

And the only day when he really needed her and where the fuck she was!? He was kidnapped or he fall in a stupid pit in the woods and he couldn't get out.

Similar scenarios haunted her mind every single day, and her dreams were worst, instead of thoughts, in her cursed dreams she can see clearly, her only brother trembling in the rain in the imaginary pit, starving without food and crying his eyes out, slowly dying because she couldn't find him. She clearly sees her brother being beaten up, tortured, and other horrible things by his supposed kidnappers.

The dreams gave her so many emotions but the strongest are, sorrow and rage. She was feeling rage because of her own stupidity, she was feeling incredible rage because of the policemen that didn't find her only brother yet, she was feeling incredible sorrow every time when she would hear his soft cries in her dreams how he would scream for her to save him but she would never reach him although she would run with all her might.

All these emotions made her to give her whole being in sports she was playing better and she give up on every luck and superstition she had.

For her it was just a waste of time, just reduce the time she could run till she would pass out on the ground.

The policeman call a day ago telling her mother that they still can't find Lincoln and they will stop in a month because the boy was likely dead by now.

THAT PIECE OF SHIT!? HOW COULD THEY SAY SOMETHING LIKE THAT TO A MOTHER, ESPECIALLY HER MOTHER.

However a Loud never give up. They searched for Lincoln in every corner of the Royal Woods.

She was usually searching in the forest screaming with all her powers for her brother like in this morning hoping he would respond.

He never did.

"Leni, can you put these clothes in the back?"

The manager of the clothes magazine from the Royal Woods Mall asked the beautiful blonde with green eyes.

The blonde just turns around looking at her boss. Her smile was always on her face even when she was scolded or an angry client start to curse because of something stupid she would always smile staring at the person in front of her and never speak a word.

Her boss know about her little brother she couldn't imagine what their family felt. Her son can be a pain sometimes like every child in the world but if he would disappear she doesn't know what she will do.

She watches the blonde carry the clothes in the back without a word.

"And after you finish take the new set of clothes and put them on this table, ok?"

The woman saw only her hand stick out the room from the back showing a thumps up. The manager turns around and walks toward her office to give some calls.

Even if she was alone in a dark room Leni's smile is still on her face. The teachers from Royal Woods High School enter in a strike and the students don't have to go to school for around a month. When she texted that to her boss she was thrilled because most of her employees are teenagers and during the week she was mostly alone with way too less employees to help her.

Leni put all the clothes in a folded pile on the shelves and look for the boxes with the new clothes.

She looks down and sees some boxes with "New Merchandise" on them. She bends down and opens one of the boxes. What she saw made her smile twitch.

The new clothes have a black logo with the ace of spades. She turn the box around and there was written "Ace Savvy collection... I know but it became very popular with the buyers." She took out carefully a red t-shirt with the black spade logo on the chest. It was looking exactly like the costume of the Ace Savvy... and her little brother costume.

A drop of water fell on the t-shirt. It was not a water pipe that broke and now it leaks water from the ceiling the drop of water was a tear from the young blonde eye.

A couple of drops fall on the t-shirt but the blonde made no sound. She hugs the t-shirt tingly at her chest and continues to cry.

The smile that she had on her face 24/7 for already a year disappear.

"Miss you don't know how sorry I fell but we can't continue to look for your brother."

A man said with a cold face looking at the young woman in front of him. She has blond hair with blue eyes. She had dark circles under her piercing blue eyes. She was clearly looking like if the man was just daring to say one more word she would not hesitate to punch him.

"Can you just look for him just a couple of weeks more, please? We... "

"Look here Miss Loud we can't do anything. We don't have enough men or equipment for something like this. We are already busy with other cases. Now if you excuse me I have to go, my lunch break just started."

Not even a bit of compassion show from the policeman. Her eyes were already red from crying from the last phone call that this horrible man gave her mother not long ago and now she uses her last willpower to not to cry in the middle of the police office. A lot of policemen and policewomen would give her a look full of pity. Nobody knows why the chef would do something like this but nobody dares to say something knowing that he would definitely fire them if they dare to speak up.

The poor woman got up from her seat and get out of the police station.

Lori Loud in just a year become a fine young woman she let her hair grow now being long till her shoulders blades.

Lori, even if she is just 18 she became the top of her class in the law college. Unfortunately, her relationship with Bobby ended after a week when her brother disappear. They are still good friends but they will never get back together. She tries her best in her studies and her job as a secretary for a very known businessman in Royal Woods.

Even if she is busy with her studies and her job she always makes time to search for Lincoln she would make announcements at every police station from Royal Woods and the city, she would always speak with her coworkers and classmates about Lincoln and share his photo to everyone in case one of them saw him or see him.

She never stop to search for him even the police would say to her, again and again, that is no hope. It doesn't sound right! One of the reasons the police exist is because of this sort of problems. However, it doesn't matter for Lori she will find her younger brother...

... or die trying.

"Ok Honey I want you to read the paragraph 31 and resolve the problems on the page 44, ok."

Lola looks at her father and nods her head slowly she takes the book and starts with her work.

After the call with the policeman, her mother close herself in the room her cries stop an hour ago with her father's help but she still didn't get out.

Lola doesn't like to speak about her brother she tries her best to not to cry just when she thinks about him.

She didn't even wear her tiaras, her favorite and most precious accessory. She can't even open her wardrobe without her mother or father because there was a thing that made her fall on her little knees and cry her eyes out.

Lola has a lot of tiaras and crows from pageants and shops. All of them are in wooden hangers made by her father in a part of her wardrobe but just one tiara is untouched and put in the highest hanger from the other.

That tiara was made with paper and coloring crayons. Actually, it was very well made it showed clearly the one who made it gave all their attention and love. That tiara was not received after she won a pageant or from a shop, it was a present from her brother when she was very little.

When Lola and Lana were only 4 years old her mother gave them hand-me-down dresses from Lucy. Lana didn't like them, either. Most of the dresses were black some of them had little bats on them not cute cartoon bats but very realistic little bats that scared a bit the twins.

Lana got very fast used with her dress, especially after she jumped into a mud pile. Lola didn't know that time about pageants and princesses. She was thinking that twins should be the same and even she didn't like not even a bit in the mud she still played with her twin sister in the mud pile.

After she came back into the house she took a long shower to get rid of the mud off her skin she was in the shower for plenty of time. After she get out in front of the bathroom door was Lincoln waiting and looking at her weirdly.

"Something happened? You look sad."

That only sentence was enough to make her spill all her beans and tell how she really feel about mud and her hand-me-down black dress.

Lincoln was looking at her, not saying anything only listening and after she finished he just smiled, hugged her tingly in his arms, and spin her around till all her negative feelings were completely gone.

"Hehehehe don't worry your big brother will resolve this... Somehow, hehehehe."

The next day when she and Lana get up out of the shower and waited for their mother to give their clothes in their white bathrobes. She didn't come with a black dress with little skulls, bats, or even graves.

In her mother's hands, it was a pink beautiful dress that make her little eyes sparkle and a blue jeans overall with a green t-shirt for Lana whose eyes sparkle like hers when she saw her clothes.

Lola was confused. How could her mother know that she likes pink she never said to anyone because Lana said she likes blue.

And how could they do that her mother she said she couldn't afford to buy they the clothes they wanted because the other would want a new set of clothes ALL 8 OF THEM so how did this happen?

Her answer came very fast after she put her pink dress on when her mother saw them she run out of the room the get her mother and her camera photo.

chuckle*

A wide grin with cute little freckles and sparkling eyes made her little heart jump in her chest.

He was the one who helped her. She remembered her discussion with him a day before and give him a wide smile. However, before to even open her mouth Lana was faster to say her thanks to their brother.

"Thanks, bro! You were saying the truth! You helped me and Lola!"

She looked surprised at her 2 siblings.

Lincoln didn't speak only with her? Lana was not feeling good with the dresses? But she looked so happy she didn't even notice and she's her twin sister.

"Well it's not like you two have to thank me, thank Leni she made Lola dress, and Lana I'm very sorry we didn't have material for another dress."

"You kidding right?! You can't catch me dead in that thing!"

Her surprise and confusion disappeared in a second.

"For your information, I actually like it very much, so why you don't like it too, huh? You're my twin."

"I don't know? I simply hate it! How could you supposed to play in a mud pile when you wear that kind of dress?"

"How about don't! I really like it! I don't want to get it dirty!"

"Hey, hey, hey! It's ok to like different things you are twins, yeah but you are also two different persons also it would be kinda creepy if you were identical with your looks and personality, remember the movie we saw last week."

All 3 of us shivered... and laughed.

"Wait if you didn't have material for another dress how do you make her overall?"

Lincoln blush a little and look down.

"Well these are my old clothes, sorry Lana but if it makes you feel better I give you my lucky hat."

Her brother take off his hat and put it on the little head of Lana who looked absolutely adorable with it on.

Lola looked at his white hair moving a bit from the wind that comes from the open window. She always asked her brother why he hide his hair with his red hat. He was looking way better without it.

"Oh, I completely forgot, Lola I made you this. I knew the dress would make you look like a princess so I made this to complete the look."

He take a tiara made of paper and put it on her head the size was perfect for her.

"You look like a real princess Lola!"

His bright smile and gentle eyes make Lola realize that is fine if she is not like her twin sister actually is better to be herself and be proud of it. She gave a warm smile towards her dear brother.

"Thank you Lincoln. You're the best!"

After her parents saw her they decide to bring her to a pageant for children. She was so nervous she didn't have a particular talent and shuttered her answer in front of the judges but surprisingly, SHE WON!

When they put the sparkly tiara on her little head she was the happiest in the world.

Her brother was the reason she was her. He was the reason she's not scared to express herself and proud to be a princess type of girl even if her sister is the opposed.

Now she is in her bed looking at the ceiling her work long finished. The memory was still very fresh in her mind and with the thousands of pictures, her parents took she could still remember the smallest details.

How the dress looked. Leni hasn't become yet a sewing master so her little dress had some imperfections but she loves it. She still has the dress hidden in her wardrobe.

How Lincoln looked before. He would always wear his red hat. He was embarrassed by his white hair but with time he just stops and displays his white hair proudly but he still wears his red hat from time to time.

She remembers perfectly the moment when it was the time to choose the winner at her first pageant Lincoln's smile never fade looking directly in her blue eyes like he knew from the beginning she would win.

"Lincoln"

The little blonde whispered her beloved brother's name shedding a couple of tears. Alone in her room, she cry silently laying on the soft bed.
