November 1st dear diary today at work I got to see a baby being born, it was an amazing sight. I then helped get the new baby girl cleaned up, before taking her back to her parents. When I finally got home mom reheated some lasagna and garlic toast, and we talked about my day before she sent me up here to rest and study for my history of magic test which is tomorrow. I am going to sign off and study before I head to bed.
November 4th dear diary sorry for not writing in 2 days I got busy with work and studying for several tests and quizzes. We are preparing for a huge interkingdom feast at the end of this month for as they call it here the day of thanks. Our kingdom is responsible for the main dish several sides and desserts, we do it this way as we are pescetarian and this means we only eat seafood and some turkey or chicken and rarely pork. We don't eat any red meat as it gives mom and I severe migraines, we avoid tree nuts Cinnamon Raw onion raw tomato the skin on cucumbers and blueberries due to various allergies and intolerances.
We are excited to host for the first time this year as before since dad was on his own, he didn't host but would attend. Mom Mrs. lopart Manny's grandma and I started planning what we were making. After the meeting I went up stairs to work on a birthday quilt for mom as her birthday is the 16th. I am signing off till the 18th we are going to see my dad's family as I became an auntie again just 4 hours ago to a boy from one brother and a girl from the other brother and while we are there my sisters possibly having her 2nd baby.
November 18th dear diary we arrived home last night from seeing my family and my sister did have her 2nd daughter while we were there. Since I am an apprentice midwife, I was allowed to be at the birth it was an amazing thing seeing my niece at just a minute old. I worked all day today with violet as we are on a long break, as both schools need a few improvements and repairs we don't go back until the beginning of next year. We are going out of town on several royal visits so I will write as often as I can.
December 1st dear diary the last 2.5 weeks have been amazing we had the feat the 24th we went on 5 different visits and just 3 days ago mom let us know that in exactly 8 months she's having a baby she is due August 20th my late great grandfather's birthday, he would turn 100 this coming year. We are all so excited, Kelly and Manny who got married the end of September found out they are also expecting their first little one. She is due the 3rd of September their mommy's birthday. We celebrated all this amazing news with 2 huge family dinners one Mexican for Manny and one southern for my family. Our meal included my special buttermilk biscuits and my great grandfather's chocolate sad cake, it is called sad because when my grandma made it the first time, he said it was the saddest meaning moist cake he had ever eaten.
We spent the rest of today decorating the palace and auntie Beth's little house for Christmas, it was a lot of fun hard work, but it was worth it. Auntie Beth Likes Kelly's brother Elliot I suspect as she turns red every time, she sees him and he does the same thing with her, he even sent her flowers after she fell at the end of last month and sprained her knee, she sent him magazines and candy for his birthday. They have joined a local village bowling league and a dance class. She has started to study to become a teacher and he wants to be a repair man like Manny. They are putting these on hold until she is off crutches and out of her knee brace at the beginning of the new year. Signing off I have choir and Violin tonight.
December 11th dear diary the last ten days have been busy I was selected as a main soloist in our tween and teen choir while Elsie was selected for kid's choir. We have practice everyday afterschool and on Saturday evenings. This is our biggest concert of the year, so we need to sound amazing. I helped Elsie with her Christmas shopping while mom helped the twins. When we got home Mrs. lopart had hot chocolate and cookies packed and Reuben had the Sleigh ready we were going out caroling. I am signing off I am cold and exhausted I will write the 20th as we have more busy days ahead with the choir concert and the school pageant in which I play Mary and Elsie plays a shepherd.
December 20th dear diary we had our final choir concert of the year tonight it was amazing I nailed my solo as did Elsie. We then went to supper at a local place owned by my school friend Adair's father the food is amazing. We saw my school friend Timothy and his special friend Sam with their moms. Dorrie Candice and Violet were eating with several people as well. When we arrived home mom gave us our big group gift from her and dad 5 days early, we received a cinnamon and coal cocker spaniel puppy named spice. We got her early as we are leaving tomorrow afternoon for Christmas at Sofia's castle.
December 24th dear diary the last few days have been very busy between work and helping prep for the feat tomorrow that I haven't been able to write. We opened secret Santa gifts tonight; I bought Emily several books as she is a book worm just like I am. She bought Elsie several horse related Items, Elsie Bought Elizabeth several cooking related items and Elizabeth got me some beginner makeup brushes and hair stuff. Mom and dad went in together on new carpets for the castle and a new dining room set. Her special gift to him was an invention called a photograph of us girls while he bought her a necklace. We all received new formal clothes and Christmas pajamas. Signing off its late and we just returned from church.
December 25th dear diary we spent today relaxing in front of a roaring fire. I received lots of makeup hairs stuff clothes and shoes as not only am I becoming a young lady I grew almost 3 inches these last few months. My big gift is a kitten named socks she is black with for white socks and is only 6 months old. Elsie received her own flying horse as her big gift. Emily got a large gift certificate to Kelly's store as it recently added a book shop. Elizabeth's big gift is cooking and baking lessons an apron I made her and a large gift certificate to Kelly's store for ingredients and what ever other items she may want or need. I am signing of till the first as I work every day until then and am practicing for my violin recital.
